Seacoast newspaper, Portsmouth herald, Portsmouth Patch, Union Leader
To the Seacoast newspaper
I want to thank Ms. Dinan for her article about my running for NH State Senate District 21. It was a great article except for a few miss understandings. I have no desire to be a US Senator. My dream about getting into politics comes from by volunteer helping a Madbury NH family with a zoning issue 10 yrs-ago. The Madbury selectmen use the trusted power of the people to take land from local residents for the selectmen’s own profit or gains. When I asked then Governor Shaheen her answer was that “helping with this issue would not be politically correct”. Every Concord politician I went to for help has the same general line. The NH Supreme court refused to hear the case of Judge Peter Fauver criminally violating the constitution to harm US citizens. The facts and documented proof was presented when the case was filed. There is no Statute of Limitation on Constitutional crimes even by judges so someday I hope if the public learns the truth to have the case heard in the NH Supreme Court. The peaceful manner to correct the wrongs in government can take a long time. Ms. Dinan’s article was good as it was most likely my fault that I was not clear in explaining.
I am running for NH State Senate and the best way for voters to learn the truth is for my letters to be published. The Portsmouth Patch (which I did not even know existed until they called me) ran my letter of why I was running. For the news media to stop opinion of the people for any reason is just plain wrong. To stop the words of a candidate for NH State Senate and then write an article trying to meet the editor’s protocol so it will not be censored and still is the truth is hogwash. I like Ms. Dinan’s article it is the truth. It is just in her words not mine. The Veteran Resort-Chapel I would not describe as a compound. It is going to be Green cabins in the woods for US Military Veterans to live to try to come home mentally and physically from the memories of what we did. The land will be open to the public but it will be home for homeless US Military Veterans as well to live for free if needed. It will have a chapel on it that is open to the public for what ever they want in talking to God or what ever they believe in.
My letter that I gave Ms. Dinan is the same as published in the Patch and should have been along with her article. Ms. Dinan did not write the danger her editor described so I hope she realized that this is the government’s way of seeking retribution to harm my character in the public eye. I am a 100% disabled US Marine that tries to volunteer help other citizens every day possible to show respect and honor to those that gave their lives for our USA.
Ms. Dinan your article was very good and I thank you for it. Let us just hope someday your editors realize Freedom of the Press is just that.
