Portsmouth listens community Radio
I just got back from the discussion on the air of Portsmouth Community radio with Martha Fuller Clark about the NH State Senate race. I did not feel good so it did not go as good as I would have wished but it was a chance for the Voters to learn about the both of us. Martha assured me if she wins that a priory of hers would be the homeless US Military Veterans in NH. I also met Chris Sununu again and we talked about the e-mail that he sent me. Chris asked if he could come by the property for the Veteran Resort-Chapel and see it. I told him that we have not started but he said that we could walk the property and talk. If nothing else my chance to help the homeless US Military Veterans just hit a home run. I am not looking for government money to build and run this. I am looking for support to make the government help with the maze of protocol, paperwork and unnecessary test to build these single person cabins in the woods for these homeless US Military Veterans to live and attempt to come back mentally and physically. The UL ran a letter a few days ago about a homeless veteran that hit hard luck with his family and job. He is now living in a homeless shelter for Veterans. These well meaning and caring places are not a place to call home to try to make a place back in the world for one’s self. The Veteran Resort-Chapel will not be able to help all these US Military Veterans in need in the state of NH but just helping some is a start. Some Veterans just need a place alone to think but also be near to bond back with society. These cabins will be Green as to have as little effect on the environment as possible. I want to be the next NH State Senator from District 21 and approach helping US Military Veterans in a more aggressive manner. I also want to bring new and better ideas of less government and less taxes to the State House.
The hardest part to over come in this election has been the newspapers censoring my words. It is strange that everyone that I meet tells me of the wrong impression they had of me from the newspapers character harming descriptions of me. I would like everyone to ask Martha Fuller Clark and Chris Sununu what their opinion of me is. Maybe the newspapers will then start reporting the unbiased facts and let the election process run the proper course. Monday night at the Portsmouth High School is the final discussion before the election. I urge everyone to ask questions and become a well-informed voter
