Censor the US Military Veteran, Seacoastonline, Fosters, Unionleader manchester
Censor the US Military Veteran
A prominent Durham NH resident asked me to write him a letter describing the Veteran Resort-Chapel. My asking other citizens to speak about my goals and intentions is what sparked his need for this letter. I will devote this letter to just that purpose, Veteran helping Veterans. My wife and I mortgaged our home to the hilt to buy eleven-acres of waterfront property at 101 Stepping Stone Rd Lee NH to build 10’x24’ Green cabins scattered through the woods for homeless and/or mentally and physically disabled veterans to life in, free of charge until if ever they can control the effects of war on them. Because Green (compost toilets) is not covered in the Lee ordinance it was suggested that I build one 12’x24’ cabin and 16’x24’ chapel with normal toilets to speed up the first US Military Veteran have a home. We have now over 600 homeless US military Veterans in the State of NH alone. The septic design is in the process but because the newspapers refuse to print my opinion letters the public is ignorant. Ignorant citizens do irrational actions to slow or prevent our building shelter for homeless US Military Veterans.
There are wetlands on this property and it is 572’ waterfront on wheelwright pond. This is just what these men and women need for the solitude away from those citizens offended by our spontaneous and unexpected actions and words as we relive our uncivilized actions of war. This property is close to civilized society if these heroes want to mingle and reprocess back to the world. This property is close to jobs and medical care so the transition to a meaning full productive life can at the very least have a chance for these brave men and women. My wife has seen me volunteer almost every day of the year helping others have a better life. She knows my dream is to help Veterans if at all possible. It was her suggestion rather than use our life savings to travel and full fill her dream of seeing the world that we help these men and women in need. The newspapers use my service-connected combat related disabilities to scare the public and censor my opinion letters for safety of the community. The very reason that this Veteran Resort-Chapel is a needed part of Veteran helping Veterans is the ignorance of the editors to harm us. Paths through the wetlands and waterfront is what God must have intended for this property to help those that protected and defended the freedom to allow private businesses like the news media to create ignorant citizens.
I want to end here to stay positive and maybe get prominent residents to ask the newspapers to stop censoring opinion letters of its readers. The greatest harm to a free society is to let the editors believe that they know what is best for Freedom of the Press to inform their readers by. One prominent Resident helping to spread the word of Veteran Helping Veterans can be the start of a chain bringing us all together to help each other. Take a day and volunteer it will make your life better.

Durham NH Dept. Public Works, Chris Sununu, Rod Doherty, UL
Durham Dept Public Works
Resting after a night of work fixing damage from Hurricane Sandy as the Durham DPW ate breakfast at Young’s Restaurant. They asked why they have not heard in the newspapers about the Veteran Resort-Chapel. I told them that the editors censor anything that I write. The editors will make disabled and homeless US Military Veterans suffer to silence my voice no matter whom it hurts. I explained how Chris Sununu wants to walk the site and am interested in helping US Military Veterans. Ten foot by twenty-four foot cabins in the woods of eleven-acres of water front property where I will build paths for these men and women to wonder and try to come home from the memories raging in their heads. The ideal site because it is close to businesses and medical care where if these men and women feel safe may some day try to advance back into civilized society. Good men and women like the Durham DPW and Chris Sununu believe in what I am doing. The newspapers and the Lee Government Officials must get on board.
Freedom of Speech being stopped by the editors of the NH News Media can never be acceptable. Citizens like the Durham DPW workers wanted to know more about the Veteran Resort-Chapel. NH Executive councilor Chris Sununu is interested in helping so the newspapers making other councilors and elected government officials ignorant to the subject is wrong. Freedom of Speech brings out ideas such as the Durham DPW workers asked. They were interested in if I had any sponsors and how I was financing the Veteran Resort-Chapel. With out the news media informing the public it becomes like traveling down a dark road no one sees. I saw the property and my wife suggested that we spend out life savings and mortgage our home to full fill my dream of Veteran helping veterans. To give these men and women that served the USA a free place to live while adjusting to coming home to me is the proper thing to do. I believe that the reason the Lee Town has stopped my cutting trees and starting site work is because ignorant neighbors have complained. The harm to the Disabled and homeless US Military Veterans in the State of New Hampshire by the editors censoring informing the pubic about the Veteran Resort-Chapel cannot be tolerated. One extra day that any US Military Veteran is homeless and/or without medical care because editors believe this one US Marine is a danger to the community is why I should not have come back alive.
The citizens back here have no idea what it is like to come back to a place no one can conceive the set backs of trying to intermingle with a public that cannot accept the uncivilized acts of war. People speak publicly about helping Veterans but the harm editors can do by censoring our need for help marks us for life. The Durham DPW workers could enjoy their breakfast at a nice restaurant like Young’s of Durham NH because of what the US Military did.

NH attorney general, fosters, seacoastonline, Rod doherty, jtabor
New Hampshire Attorney General
A letter to the NH Attorney General on voter fraud and no one even looks into it. Editors like the one running Fosters of Dover using a pubic form of communication to see that his candidate gets elected and tells the public he will censor the words of my candidacy. The State of NH and the VA have stopped my medical care for combat related disabilities and there is not one thing that I can do about it. I am 100% disabled from my tour in the USMC. Each of my four disabilities came during separate mission, while only three are combat related. The Americans with disabilities act must pertain here as the editors of all newspapers in NH use my service-connected disabilities to explain that I am a danger and for the safety of the public must be silenced. US Military Veterans suffering just like me or worse with PTSD and TBI homeless on the streets and the NH AG and editors conspire to stop the public from learning of the Veteran Resort-Chapel on land in Lee NH my wife and I just spent our life savings to buy and hope to build. One person cabins in the woods for homeless Veterans to live with out public ridicule and mocking to attempt to come back physically and mentally from combat. Paths for these veterans to wonder the eleven-acres freely or the closeness of civilized society for these veterans to learn to re-socialize back into. Jobs and medical care close by so these men and women have a chance to become production active member in life again. A place to live free of charge to call home until if ever they return is the humane act to follow. You see the bad in me for that is what the public is told to harm my character as government retribution. I never should have come home alive.
The Seacoast Veterans Conference at Peace Air Base this past week enlightened me as the Doctors descriptions of life through the eyes of PTSD and TBI US Military Personal was me to a “T” of the years past since I came back to the world “USA”. I lived since day one the drugs and rejection the VA has used to make the public believe we are cared for. The conference reinforced to me what I have said all along that the VA doctors and staff try to give the best. It is the Veteran Administration at 275 Chestnut St ignores and rejects disabled US Military Veterans to enable them to use the budget to look good. It has been a long weekend for the one thought that will not go away is to kill myself for I do not belong back here. I keep reminding myself the Veteran Resort-Chapel has to be built to help those not go through what the USA has done to us. The first time suicide has been on my mind not from the flashback that becomes more frequently as each day passes. The newspapers and NH Attorney General have clearly demonstrated that it was wrong for me to come back alive. To ignore, Isolate, and reject is the root cause of the homeless US Military Veterans and I thank the Seacoast Veteran’s Conference for helping me see that it is I that is wrong. The NH AG is right to support the discrimination of the NH government and editors to me for I do not belong in this civilized society. US Military Veterans such as I have no sane place in Government, as your freedom must be protected from those just like me is what I see from you.

Veteran Resort-Chapel, Chris Sununu, Rod Doherty,
Veteran Resort Chapel
Chris Sununu invited me to the Seacoast Veterans conference and I attended even thought I knew it would be a waste of time. It was not and we need more politicians’ like Chris. I saw my total image in what the doctors were talking in their progress in TBI and PTSD. The cruel false impression back when I first looked for help after returning from the Vietnam Conflict. The rejection and lost days of my life as the doctors used us as guinea pigs to learn about two disabilities they had no idea that what the patient was saying was real. Real events at least to the Veteran who is returning from the zone. The intrusive memory termed now as flashbacks. I learned that even though my base camp was not in Vietnam that my TAD’s and my eight convoys as American Advisor across Thailand, Laos and Cambodia, along with my participation in two Vietnam offensives one under live fire even though is was limited to just the first day I can finally believe I am a combat veteran even though my DD 214 only describes administration in put.
I also realized a sad thing when a VA worker asked if the patient (a US Military combat Veteran) the Red Flag is placed on is for the symptoms of his combat disability should not the VA treat the disabilities rather than place a red flag. Another VA worker described the Red Flag as a safety thing that the patient never knows it is there. This description is so far from the truth. The Red Flag is the root cause from the shame and ridicule it brings out in workers wanting to be safe that the patient the US Military Combat Veteran would rather be homeless without medical care than lower his pride in the USA so much. These Combat Veterans are classified, as the one’s that slipped through the cracks. I openly spoke about the Red Flag and more than half of the Veterans and or their family member thanked me because the damage the Red Flag did to them or their combat veteran family member. Family members and veterans are afraid to speak openly of VA wrongs for fear of losing what little they get from the VA. After I spoke it was clear most VA workers at the conference recognized that I write these letters of government wrongs every day that they receive and read for the then isolation began. The VA workers if I approached would turn away or start talking to others and ignore my presents until I moved on. I have to be honest not all VA workers did this neglect and isolation thing. Several wanted to learn more about my case and try to give me advice how to get help. Yes I described how my medical care for combat disabilities has been stopped until I stop writing these letters. One even told me how she looked at my file after reading one of my letters and that it indicated I do get medical care. Yes I do but only for other things that I never ask for and this is to fluff my file to convince any investigation that medical care is continues. The Red Flag does damage not even VA hospital staff can recognize.
I hope Chris reads this letter and asks publicly why the news media does not inform the public to the truth. I hope Chris was serious about seeing the Veteran Resort Chapel and telling NH that Veteran helping Veterans is the best. I learned that it is just not me the VA does this to it is many other Vietnam Veterans also.

Seacoast Veterans Conference. rod Doherty, Chris Sununu, Martha Fuller clark
Seacoast Veterans Conference
I want to write this for the conference that I will attend today because Chris Sununu invited me at the candidate discussion the other night. This will be a letter to the public as well for you all believe that I am so scary. My view of what is my medical case that brought me back to the world. I was injured right out of Parris Island with a Traumatic Brain Injury. To this day I have no memory of any life before waking up in the Portsmouth Navy Hospital. I was sent back to active duty because of an admin error. I served the next thirty-one months in and out of the zone. My base camp was Royal Thai Air Force Base U-bore Thailand. I did eight convoys across Thailand, Laos and Cambodia as American Advisor to deliver surplus supplies to friendly posts deep in the “Bush”. My first kill came on one convoy when we stopped at a friendly village some place in Cambodia for the night. Three kooks took me several clicks to a campsite where they tied me up and occasionally poked and hit me while they sat near the campfire and drank rice wine. The youngest looked to be about ten or twelve years old was put on guard just out of sight from the fire. The TBI took all my memory so I actually enjoyed what was happening as the two eventually past out and I freed my hands from the rope. I picked up my bayonet as I left the site. I came across the young one put my hand over his mouth and killed him with the bayonet. I will never forget the pride that came over me for now I was a true US Marine. I came back to the world where I told that story once and was told how uncivilized it was to kill some one so young. I was 115 lb seventeen year-old when I joined the MC. I looked as a child even though I was a Sgt. in the USMC.
I write about this but never talk to others. The loneliness of being the only English speak person on the convoys and the long hour after hour of just waiting for anything to happen is what keeps me awake at night. While on convoy I once left a friendly village with a pu-yng. (Girl) for you know the reason. I returned alone from her hooch only to come across an enemy patrol. My M-16 had no clip in it for the orders clearly stated to me before each convoy left was “do not lock and load until eminent danger of death”. I lay silently as the patrol passed scared or naïve is your call but not trying to lock and load to light up the enemy never leaves me. Many nights I stay awake not able to stop thinking of the thirty-one months of a different world living through and participating in two Vietnam offensives. The astonished faces of new bees as I order them into harms way just appear as a movement at a stop sign or a word someone not even in a conversation with me is heard takes my mind into another life. The hostess at the political discussion the other night stood behind me as the other candidate spoke. I felt my legs vibrate as they always did when I felt over there it was near. I quietly asked her not to stand so near. I am sure the audience notice and took some offense to it.
It is like every time I have tried to tell VA doctors the questions trying to catch me in a contradiction to make what I am saying not true is the key to stop telling them any more. My VA medical has been stopped for combat disabilities until I stop writing opinion letters. I get treated for any other sickness to cover up the facts. I will end here because more than one page no one will read.

Portsmouth listens community Radio
I just got back from the discussion on the air of Portsmouth Community radio with Martha Fuller Clark about the NH State Senate race. I did not feel good so it did not go as good as I would have wished but it was a chance for the Voters to learn about the both of us. Martha assured me if she wins that a priory of hers would be the homeless US Military Veterans in NH. I also met Chris Sununu again and we talked about the e-mail that he sent me. Chris asked if he could come by the property for the Veteran Resort-Chapel and see it. I told him that we have not started but he said that we could walk the property and talk. If nothing else my chance to help the homeless US Military Veterans just hit a home run. I am not looking for government money to build and run this. I am looking for support to make the government help with the maze of protocol, paperwork and unnecessary test to build these single person cabins in the woods for these homeless US Military Veterans to live and attempt to come back mentally and physically. The UL ran a letter a few days ago about a homeless veteran that hit hard luck with his family and job. He is now living in a homeless shelter for Veterans. These well meaning and caring places are not a place to call home to try to make a place back in the world for one’s self. The Veteran Resort-Chapel will not be able to help all these US Military Veterans in need in the state of NH but just helping some is a start. Some Veterans just need a place alone to think but also be near to bond back with society. These cabins will be Green as to have as little effect on the environment as possible. I want to be the next NH State Senator from District 21 and approach helping US Military Veterans in a more aggressive manner. I also want to bring new and better ideas of less government and less taxes to the State House.
The hardest part to over come in this election has been the newspapers censoring my words. It is strange that everyone that I meet tells me of the wrong impression they had of me from the newspapers character harming descriptions of me. I would like everyone to ask Martha Fuller Clark and Chris Sununu what their opinion of me is. Maybe the newspapers will then start reporting the unbiased facts and let the election process run the proper course. Monday night at the Portsmouth High School is the final discussion before the election. I urge everyone to ask questions and become a well-informed voter

To Editor, Fuller-Clark and Chris Sununu
I want to thank you for last night’s televised discussion. It was I believe a great chance for the voters to learn what we are as people. I am sorry that my presences makes newspapers like the Fosters and the Union Leader boycott informing their readers about it. Ms. Clark and Mr. Sununu this gave you a chance to meet me and see that the false character assignation by the news media on me is unfounded. I asked you Chris about why you do not respond to the letters that I write from a 100% combat related disabled veteran. Your truth full answer “your letters are incoherent and drift a lot” makes since but if a disabled veteran is asking for help with PTSD and TBI do you not think communication may be what a politician’s Job is with the voter. A disabled veteran is asking the government for help and because of the medical conditions from disabilities received fighting for the USA is the excuse not to speak to the US Military Veteran. This as I stated is the root cause of the Homeless US military Veterans in NH and across the USA. Politicians for safety or any other lame excuse refuse to see the truth. Martha Fuller- Clark said pretty much the same after the public discussion.
Chris and Martha if you read the UL today a story about Bob Bernier a US Marine that lost his job and is living in a homeless shelter. The Veteran Resort-Chapel; cabins in the woods is just where a short term place for this Veteran to get a second chance on life back here in the real world. That is probably one of the phrases that I use that makes my letters incoherent. It does not matter, as my letter today is to seek your support to get the Veteran Resort-Chapel going. It takes public support to ignite government workers and politicians to make the wheels of government to help average US Citizens. You see how the news media censors the facts of last night’s discussion from the voters stops public support and as a politician this US Marine is asking for you to speak publicly about censorship and the Veteran Resort-Chapel. Newspaper censorship must be against the law.
Chris I hope it was the truth and not a politicians speaking about (you would like to meet with me to discuss) my letters. Martha it is my dream as a disabled US military Veteran to become an elected public official because US Military Veterans need some one that understands to speak for them. Martha I hope if you win the election that you remember our discussion and speak more for the homeless US Military Veteran and the disabled even when the thought of safety prevent you from doing it. I hope both of you work to make editors like Rod Doherty’s actions to censor the opinion letters of government wrongs a criminal offense especially when they are the letters from a 100% disabled or any US Military Veteran. No matter how mentally or physically disabled we came back our freedom of speech should not ever be taken away for safety or incoherent reasons. It must for any reason for newspapers to support one candidate over the other and to censor the words of the candidate the editor’s like Rod Doherty of the Fosters do not like a criminal wrong. To in any way make ignorant voters by biased news to me is a criminal offense. I am a candidate for NH State Senate District 21 that Rod is criminally manipulating the system to see that his choice is elected using safety as the reason.

Guinta, Fosters nh, seacoastonline, Nashua Patch, rod Doherty
Guinta listens to constituents Response
I read an opinion letter in the UL today about how Guinta listens. I read a lot of letters for or against candidates for public office in the paper each day. I am running for NH State Senate District 21 and the newspapers censor my letters to ensure that the public retains a thought that my presence in the state constitutes a danger to the public. My words of the NH Supreme Court covering up a case where Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to help the Madbury NH selectmen take from local residents for the selectmen’s own gain. Important issues for every resident of the State of New Hampshire that the newspapers refuse to print to protect government officials with good reputations. My opponent Fuller-Clark has been in state office for many years and she has refused to help. I have personally asked her many times. Guinta is the same as all politicians they refuse to listen to constituents asking for help if the help does not make the public officials look good in the public eye.
My wife and I just spent our life savings to purchase eleven-acres of waterfront property at 101 Stepping Stone Rd Lee NH to build a Veteran Resort-Chapel. Cabins in the woods where disabled and homeless US Military Veterans can live for free as long as it takes to try to come back mentally and physically from war. These same politicians and newspapers refuse to inform the public directly harming disabled US Military Veterans living alone and homeless on the streets of NH. I am running for NH State Senate because it is a volunteer job where my services are needed to help other NH citizens. My self-image cannot get in the way of someone else’s needs. What is good for me must come second to what is good for the USA and NH. I will not do what makes everyone happy but I will do is work to make the government smaller, less intrusive and cost less. I am a 100% combat related disabled US Military Veteran that volunteers almost every day of the year to help other residents have a better life. My wife and I spending our life savings to help disabled and homeless US Military Veterans is something Fuller-Clark and Guinta should learn. A public office is to help others not serve one’s self.
The newspapers will censor this letter, as it’s their right that all private businesses have. To make the voters ignorant to insure Fuller-Clark is elected to that special club in the capital is not what I went into combat for. I came back with four received at separate missions permanent disabilities. The newspapers and government officials using my combat related disabilities to scare the public is just unacceptable. To censor the facts of a NH resident putting their life savings to help homeless disabled US Military Veterans to me is a crime against humanity.
I am surprised Guinta and a lot of other politicians are not knocking at my door (for to me the US Military Veteran) is the backbone of the USA. I hope some day the public sees the harm letting newspapers censor opinion letters of the people can have on the Freedom of the US. There is nothing more important that unbiased reporting of the facts to the voting public.

Trust, Fosters, UL, Portsmouth Herald, seacoastonline, nashua Patch
Trust
We the US Military Veteran trust there will be a place to come back to after fighting to keep the USA free. The fact that living through and then retaining the memory in the subconscious of what our uncivilized actions were becomes the constant reminder at the most unexpected times. It is not just the memory of what we did but also the long constant day after day of becoming complacent with taking other lives and at the same time knowing it is your last day in life over there. Every individual US Military person does not go through the same events and is affected by what they do different in each case. There is no set rule of what life will be like back in the world “USA” if we come back. There is no set rule of when if ever the memory has to or even will become a disability causing others to reject us. Most of us will adjust and compromise what we did so the people around us just will see us different than when we left but not associate it with what we did. US citizen’s back here cannot conceive the real life of over there.
Most Veterans Administration doctors have never been in combat so they have no idea what it is like. Most VA doctors are from a foreign nation and only speak broken English. This means that they are treating us from theory or hit and miss. The path for a returning veteran to get care from the VA is a path through a maze of obstacles that are meant to discourage and make you leave. Most treatment at VA hospitals comes from interns just out of college working to get their license. I can talk blue in the face but if the newspapers censor my words how do you tell others the wrongs US Military Veterans face back here in the Real World. Our voice is silenced as the silent demons eat away and there is a lost since of reality to why we ever came back alive. Imagine that a US Military Combat Veteran telling the world why and this letter is censored again and again. We trusted you when we went now the true Red, White and Blue will cover our Caskets for that trust.
The editors say they are tired of hearing over and over about my wife and I spending our life savings and mortgaged our home to the hilt to purchase land at 101 Stepping Stone Rd in Lee NH to build cabins in the woods for homeless combat veterans to live to try to mentally and physically come back. The slow down in the town of Lee because no public support has come in the way of people telling the town it is a good idea. Government officials move at a snail pace unless they see something in it for themselves. Public knowledge and support means that the government officials see self-gain by passing the paper work quickly speeding up the snail and things get done. US Military Veterans trusted you now help them.
The useless, unneeded tests to just get a permit are expensive and each dollar wasted is one less dollar spent to help a US Military Veteran in need. All citizens must go through the same waste unless the government waves them. I am not asking for your money only your support to make the newspapers print the truth and the government help make this possible as quick as possible to help those that trusted in you so they went of to war hoping to come back alive.

Rod Doherty’s Illegal actions
A private business must have the right to decide what they can and cannot do. Actions that a newspaper does that can sway an election by censoring their readers also known, as the Voter from the words of one candidate to prevent that candidate from getting any votes is illegal. To publically support the other candidate to knowingly create a lopsided victory for the editors choice to win the election is just plain wrong. I have heard from other reporters that Rod the editor of Fosters of Dover is spreading rumors that I did not purchase land in Lee NH to start a Veteran Resort Chapel free of charge for disabled and homeless veterans to live. I have heard Rod is telling others that it is just an election ploy. It is not like Rod does not see these letters because I make sure a copy is sent to him and many others at the Fosters. Response letters to Rod’s criminal wrongs are censored to create ignorant voters to control the out come of an election for NH State Senate District 21. No business can have the trust of the people and use that trust to be a biased news information distributer.
This letter will go out to thousands of businesses, Government officials, judges, newspapers and even the ACLU so it is not like my words are libelous. If what I am saying is not true Rod and all the others would have libel suits up the yen yang against me. Rod and the Fosters once gave me an award for the thousands of hours each year that I volunteer. No one will bring suit because they have no case but if they do bring a fibrous case the truth will be revealed and the public will learn just how much biased news these so called newspapers and media distribute put out. A private business can never have the power to sway an election because the editor does not like one candidate over the other. Rod’s damage has gone so far that the helping disabled US Military Veterans homeless on the street is delayed leaving how many more unnoticed hero’s to die alone.
The Union Leader, Portsmouth Herald, Nashua Patch and all other newspapers censor my words, which is wrong. J Tabor of the Portsmouth Herald put me on a list of not responding to the election questions. I have responded many times to the same questions and even hand delivered a copy to his newspaper. I am telling New Hampshire this election for NH State Senate District 21 is fixed and the Holy Grail of newspapers Censorship keeps the public ignorant. A private business cannot have such power.
To knowingly keep the public from the facts of censorship to harm one candidate over another constitutes an ethical and moral wrong against the very words and meaning of our Constitution.
Let a well-informed public vote. Keeping ignorant voters and at the same time killing US Military Veterans as a consequences of your actions cannot be accepted. Rod may censor this letter but many will read it and silently question not only Rod and the Fosters ethics but also the ethics of the news media itself.
Rod the power of the people must prevail over your arrogance.

Vietnam Conflict
I read “a soldiers story” in the Sunday UL Parade Today. When I first came back from the Vietnam Conflict it was great the Joy of Being Home, a place that I from one of my injuries had no memory of ever being in the USA before. A year or so back and the welcome soon became astonishment to my spontaneous reactions and my continuous miss understandings of things happing around me. The noise so close of explosions, Rifle fire and jet blast destroyed most of my hearing in both ears leaving miss interpretations of most conversations. The pain from the broken vertebra in my lower back made working very painful. The TBI soon was complicated by the flashbacks to a place no one should live through became the thorn to friends and family starting to isolated the now apparent person that wasted so much potential. This US Marine came back and was just dropped off into a world with no means to recognize or cope with disabilities. The MC and VA were trying to not have to acknowledge avoiding paying for out of a limited budget. I had the feeling of isolation and powerlessness just as described in Kevin Powers book.
It seems every war to some degree all that have been go through these I call different worlds unable to accept. It seems every war the civilized society we return to, tells the public they are going to correct the wrongs done to these men and women coming back recognizing what was done to the US Military Veterans from the last war. Today these very same rejection, isolation, homelessness is happening because this civilized society just cannot conceive the horrors of living years like we did and do. Like Kevin I wrote a book “Marine Corps Gallantry of Psychosis” by Sgt Macdonald. The book was mostly so that my three daughters would have in future years a reason for why I was like I am. I did give many copies away to libraries and friends. It never leaves or stops happening as my sixth birthday passed.
The rejection from the miss understanding comes from all walks of life in this civilized society. Tabor of the Portsmouth Herald asked me as a candidate for NH State Senate to fill out questions for the paper to publish. Three times I have filled out these questions and gave them to the paper. Once I brought the answers to the front desk and hand delivered the answers. My name is on a list of candidate’s that did not answer the questions and I bet that is what the paper reports to the voters. To censor our words makes rejection and isolation because you see us as a danger as repetitive and nonsense to justify what is the norm that we live with.
My wife and I spent our life savings and mortgaged our home to the hilt to purchase eleven-acres of Waterfront property to build a Veteran Resort Chapel for these very Veterans described here. Cabins in the woods free of charge for those that need a place to live just to attempt to come home. The newspapers refuse to inform the public for the danger that they say I am. I read a story in the Parade paper today of what many have said after each conflict or war to what is the known uncivilized actions bestowed on those trying to come home. Censoring our words is a sure way to continue through ignorance that what we live with every day of our lives. I hope John Tabor editor of the Portsmouth Herald gets his answers as it has become clear he just will not accept what I have written.

Rod Doherty Fosters, Take no prisoners, US Military, Portsmouth herald, Portsmouth Patch
I cannot say it enough
A US Military Veteran that’s rights have been diminished and the newspapers ban my free speech to tell other US Citizens the truth. I am running for NH State Senate and the Editor of the Fosters of Dover Rod Doherty starts rumors of my being a danger to the public and that my purchase of land for a Veteran Resort Chapel is bogus and an election year ploy so I heard from newspaper reporter. The editors will sponsor and write supportive articles about my opponent but totally refuses to print my opinion letters of government wrongs and what I will do if elected. The Fosters purposely keeps the readers of their newspaper ignorant to manipulate the election results. Serious charges that clearly prove themselves, as the election gets closer. The moral ethical code that the newspapers claim is a bogus lie. A clear letter in response to the destruction of the USA by the newspapers and not one newspaper across the USA will print it. NH And the Veterans Administration have stopped my medical care to until I stop writing opinion letters just like this one. A US Military Veteran once held by the enemy in Cambodia is banned under the reason the mental and physical disabilities can be used to sway the public as a safety issue. The Damage of a VA Red Flag can never be removed.
My wife and I put our life savings out to purchase 11-acres waterfront land at 101 Stepping Stone Rd Lee NH to at no charge to the Veteran in need to live in cabins built separately in the woods. Rod Doherty’s rumors if true did so much harm to US Military Veterans in NH that we will never see. Homeless US Military Veterans in NH over 600 of them get no respect from Rod or the Fosters. Just what this state and the Fosters is doing to this US Military Veteran is done ten times worse to these homeless because they do not have a great supportive wife as I do. Rod’s worst nightmare is if his rumors ever back fire and the public becomes aware as other newspapers print the truth and expose the wrongs. I felt when the Portsmouth herald did the article on me maybe homeless US Military Veterans would become as is the care and welfare of abused animals (noticed). It is clear the way the news covers and the state prosecutes animal owners that abuse their pets but ignores or censors US Military Veterans homeless in the very nation we did it for our lives have been diminished. US Military Veterans with PTSD/TBI no one sees what is in our heads and even the VA for safety issues Red Flags to keep public support to not treat.
I cannot say enough as the intent of this letter is solely for the attention to help the homeless US Military Veteran in NH. No US Military Veteran across the USA should be treated badly but NH is where I am. What Rod and the Fosters did should and must be exposed by all other newspapers because Free Speech is what we (US Armed Forces) did it for.

Mental Health Issues
Everyone is so interested in helping mental issues of the individual but no one wants to hear what is said as they listen. The mind of a US Military Veteran caught in the different worlds with no way to make this civilized society see what we are going through. There is no one set rule for what each individual US Military Veteran sees or goes through if we are unlucky enough to come back alive. War and Conflict are seen through separate minds as the situations we encounter and live to remember forever. Coming back if our symptoms and disabilities do not show with in a certain time after discharge our rights expire as if the war or conflict is just a contest. People from before our US Military Tour constantly infer that our personalities have changed. We are no longer that person that grew up and went to school with them. Slowly as the years since discharge grow our friendships and family ostracize us to a lonely world no one else sees. Our jobs become low wage as our social interactions are tormented by the memory that just won’t go away. The State of New Hampshire is the perfect example of this play. I am running for NH State Senate District 21 and the newspapers will not tell the people for I am considered a danger as the VA and NH government conspire and stop my medical care for combat related disabilities. The VA went so far as to Red Flag my file to make the staff at the VA hospital fears my presence. To intentionally harm US Military Veterans is a common fact censored by the news media to protect those with good reputation. The perfect example is this letter of wrongs will be censored from every newspaper in the USA as if we never came back. How can any one be interested in helping if no one can hear as they listen to us.
The public must be informed of the criminal wrongs by the Veterans Administration of Manchester NH and the Government. I am running for NH State Senate and my words are censored. I may not be right to be elected as in just the past two days that I remember my life has been tormented. I want to commit suicide not for the wrongs of today but slipping in and out of there. My back pain is so real my legs sometimes stop working from the numbness. My head pounds so hard at the beat of my heart my nose just bust of blood as a small stream flows out my left eye. Medical conditions from my four service-connected disabilities and my medical care for such have been stopped. The newspapers believe to censor these facts from their readers are the right thing to do to protect those politician’s with good reputations. Electing me may not be right, but it must be the voter’s choice.
More important is my wife and I spent our life savings and mortgaged our home to the hilt to buy waterfront property to build a Veteran Resort-Chapel. A place where free of charge US Military Veterans going through what I do daily will have a place to come and live. No one hears my words, as Rod Doherty of the Fosters I have heard is the root of rumors that I am a danger and this is just an election plow. A trusted editor of a well-known newspaper refuses to print the unbiased truth using the medical disabilities of a combat veteran to win praise from the awards the Foster’s gets from such lies each year. Kiss my _ _ _?
A response letter to wrongs that the Fosters will censor, as the news media does not hear as they listen to the mental health issues of a US Military Veteran .

Manchester Union Leader, Nashua Patch, seacoastonline, Fosters Daily democrat, Republican national committee, Democrat national comittee
I must be wrong
My coming back from the Vietnam conflict with four disabilities made it clear that I do not belong here. I do not feel sorry for myself for I have done many things most of you will never have a chance or even the ability to conceive as possible. I see death differently than most citizens back here. My opposition to violence has to come from what I have done and seen as surly it did not come from this civilized society. The one thing that I wish that I could do is remembered my family that they say raised me as a child. It was easy when I first came back because if you have no memory of it, it just is some place or thing that is new in your life. The longer that I am alive and the more that I see my children grow learning what is wrong come down to me. I perceive things differently as my only child hood memory is that of a 17-year-old US Marine fighting to stay alive while defending a nation that I had no memory of but one day hoped to be alive to see. Days out in a third world country living in the filth and crowded homes of the locals deep in the bush while American Advisor on convoy delivering surplus supplies to friendly posts made me believe that is what back here was. After a few months over there my short-term memory of leaving the states was gone as if this is life. The survival skills instilled in thirty one months over seas back here I learned cannot even be talked about with out some kind of judgment being directed at you. VA doctors say talk about it and it will be better but they have no idea for they were never there. I feel as if I am going to cry and we all know US Marine’s do not cry. I have no medical care for this or my other three service-connected disabilities as punishment for writing opinion letters of government wrongs. I violated the orders by government officials to stop writing letters bringing this punishment on myself. Coming back alive was clearly the wrong thing to do.
I am running for NH State Senate District 21 and the newspapers for the safety of the community censor my every word. My wife and I spent our life savings and mortgaged our home to the hilt to help other US Military Veterans in the same sinking ship as me and the editors tell everyone it is an election ploy. This civilized society boosts about wanting to help US Military Veterans but no effort to even inform the pubic of the truth will the newspapers print. The NH Government and VA stop my medical care in direct violation of our Constitution and the ability to inform society is censored to protect the elite part of society with good reputations from being harmed. The pride I feel for my first kill to get my M-16 back and keep the convoy on it’s mission even the VA doctors look down on me when the fact of the child killed looked less that 12. The guilt of lying in the benjo ditch still while the enemy patrol passed with in inches of me I rationalized by believing getting back to my convoy was more important than dying trying to light up the enemy. I should have done my job and died that day killing as many as I could before being killed. It has been made clear coming back was wrong.

Illegal editor, Rod doherty, Fosters daily democrat, seacoastonline, veteran, VFW, American Legion, Elk's
Illegal editors
It is OK with me that the Fosters of Dover NH wants to endorse my opponent in the up coming NH State Senate District 21 race. What is illegal is that they promote only her side. It is wrong for all the news media to believe that I am such a danger that my words must be censored across the board to protect the USA from citizens like we. We are the children that went in to the US Armed Forces to protect the very way of life you in NH seem to believe it is OK to deprive US Military Veteran from the guaranteed rights of our Constitution. We are the children that go with out medical care because the VA and politicians reject or ignore us for so called safety reasons or rules that we cannot understand or meet. Over 600 homeless US Military Veterans in the State of New Hampshire alone according to a Manchester Union Leader article. The American Legion, Elks and VFW are just like the politicians that if they cannot get favorable publicity from it they do nothing to relieve the situation. I can get VA medical care for any other injury or sickness as long as it is not my service-connected disabilities. My medical care for service-connected was stopped until I stop writing opinion letters of government wrongs. How may of the homeless veterans are in the same situation as me and have no form of communication because the editors see them as losers that wasted their lives or a so-called safety issue. People claim safety reasons to ignore or reject for our minds still retain the after math of war or conflict that those that never served can grasp. The gripping toll that my mind feels like suicide at this very moment as I write this letter. The deep dark tunnel my mind travels, as a so-called flashback is about to take me to a different world. Real or not I have no way to tell. The truth is identifying if I am here of there is a confused question constantly. It has to be OK for the Fosters for the safety of the community to censor my words for I have not earned the right.
These very homeless US Military veterans are the US Citizens my wife and I spent our life savings and mortgaged our home to the hilt to help. All the newspapers believe (as I heard) Rod Doherty editor of the Fosters is spreading rumors that I never purchased the land and it is just an election ploy. To harm me is one thing but to make US Military Veterans homeless because of Rod’s retaliation to protect his upper class of friends is just plain wrong. Free of charge if the US Military Veteran cannot afford it a cabin in the woods to live. If they can afford to pay all money made will go to help other US Military veterans in need that our government, VA, American Legion, Elk’s and VFW ignore just as the politician’s because there is no self gain for them to help at this moment.
There is no hate or despair in this letter. I just like these Homeless US Military Veterans are: we just want to come home. This is something that US Military Veterans like Rod Doherty editor of the Fosters of Dover NH just do not seem to grasp. Helping Homeless US Military Veterans is not an election promotion it is a dream we should all have. For the Fosters or any newspaper to censor this letter are just plain wrongs. Let’s all including the Fosters start helping the homeless Us Military Veteran without stipulation or rules.

Candidate Makes His Case
How can a candidate make his case if the newspapers censor his words and goals to the voters? There is no doubt that the NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case presented to them of Judge Peter Favuer criminally violating the Constitution to let the Madbury NH selectmen take from local residents for the selectmen’s own gain and revenge against local Madbury residents. The words of a candidate censored that have a direct effect on the safety and welfare of the State of New Hampshire. There is no doubt that my wife and I spent our life savings and mortgaged our home to the hilt and purchased water front property at 101 Stepping Stone Rd Lee NH to build a Veteran Resort-Chapel for homeless and/or mentally physically disabled US Military Veterans to live and have a home until if ever they can come back to the real world. One has nothing to do with the other except the newspapers censor the public from learning the facts of either. Both cases have a long and destructive effect on the citizens of the USA.
I am a 100% disabled US Military Veteran that has and is still going through the effects of PTSD and TBI two of my four received separately from different mission disabilities. I understand what these men and women are going through so my building one bedroom cabins in the woods for these hero’s to life if needed free of charge to talk to God or any one else is all of our duty. I have not asked the public for any help because this is my dream to help those in need. To help men and women that lived constantly in knowing this is the last second of their life but they still did unnoticed their missions to keep us free and safe back here in the USA. To kill and be killed then come back here to a place where no one can conceive the reality of living in a different uncivilized world. My wife has lived with some one that she accepts but does not understand the affects of where I am. My wife has seen and does not understand the VA stopping my medical care for combat related disabilities and the torment our government has done to many not just me Veterans in not just NH but the USA. My wife does not want me writing opinion letters just like this one because of the police harassment and government retribution that they bring on us. I am a candidate for NH State Senate District 21 that the newspapers censor to protect the public from some one like me.
Think of the harm to the safety and welfare of the citizens of the USA if any one individual can be limited or censored (by newspapers or government officials protecting the Character of the elite and special class of citizens) from seeking elected public office. To correct the wrongs of government and the free expression of ideas no newspaper (no matter if they are a private business) can use freedom of the press to choose which candidate we the voters are in formed about in a non-biased manner.
I am a candidate for NH State Senate District 21 and the voters have a guaranteed God given right to be informed equally as all other candidates about the facts of who we are and what well will do. US Military Veterans have earned the right to a Veterans Resort-Chapel and each newspaper should be honored to let the public know the facts no matter which politician they my tell the true character of.
To censor this information is a crime against humanity and the USA.

J. Tabor Seacoastonline, Rod Doherty Fosters Dover nh Governor Lynch
J. Tabor of the Portsmouth Herald.
I have answered Mr. Tabor’s questions for his newspaper to be printed on Oct. 24 several times now. My question for Mr. Tabor is if I am a candidate for NH State Senate District 21 why does your paper not print my letters of government wrongs. My letters clearly explain to the voters my choices and actions if I get elected. The truth is a powerful weapon and to censor is a dangerous alternative. Response letters just like this one will go unprinted if the editors do not like the view of an individual. Freedom of the Press is now the decision of the editors and communication of government wrongs is limited to the person that does what the newspapers believe is in the best interest in their view. Clearly a danger exists with my running for public elected office. Some one that will represent all the citizens at any and all cost to himself will expose the wrongs of the elite party and that we cannot have. My medical condition from my tour in the Marine Corps is each received separately and three are combat related. My broken back comes from a Vietnam Offensive; my loss of most hearing in both ears comes from explosions and rifle fire so close; my PTSD comes from the life I lived in the MC that no person should ever be exposed to and my TBI comes from a car accident right out of boot camp that I permanently lost my complete childhood memory that because of admin error was sent back to active duty. The lasting effect of waiting each and ever second of every day knowing it is your last second of life as after a time there you become complacent with it and at all cost give to protect the lives of others in your US Marine unit. I did eight convoys as American Advisor the only American with 27 foreigners that did not speak English to deliver surplus supplies to isolated friendly Posts. I killed in hand-to-hand combat deep in the bush while on convoy and the editors believe that I am a danger for what I am. The VA and NH government stop my medical care for combat related disabilities until I stop writing opinion letters of government wrongs just like this one and you censor my words because of who I am.
The NH Supreme Court Violated the Constitution and the SC very reason for existence by refusing to hear a clear and will documented case of judge Peter Fauver criminally violating the law to enable the Madbury selectmen to take from local resident for the selectmen’s own gain and revenge. The facts and the undisputed proof is the government documents that if exposed will make every citizen question the actions of the NH SC and government.
I am running for NH State Senate District 21 and you censor my words. The answer to your question may not be what you want but then again I traveled a different road to get here than you. The truth must be printed at all cost.

Portsmouth Listens Candidates Forum, Rod Doherty fosters NH
Portsmouth Listens Candidates Forum
My name is Peter Macdonald and I am a U.S. Marine and I am running for NH State Senate District 21. Since coming back in 74 from my overseas tour during the Vietnam Conflict I have tried to volunteer almost every day helping others. A lot of my Volunteer work has been in schools, community, (parent child and elderly) mediation and others. I have been asked to answer three critical challenges in the state. My first would be the NH Supreme Court refusing to hear cases where a judge clearly and with intent to harm violates the Constitution. Judge Peter Fauver knowingly allowed the Madbury NH selectmen to take land from local residents using the trusted power of government for personal gain and revenge. The NH SC refused to hear the case as a cover up because the evidence present in the case file was too overwhelming and clearly a crime against the peace and dignity of the state.
My second challenge would be too much government spending on graft and political pet projects. Finding our way back to a no thrills government where government officials serve the people not control and master. Examples are the Blue Wall of the police protecting each other over the guaranteed rights of the individual. I would see that judges like Fauver are held to a high standard when they commit crimes using their position protecting the citizens against injustice. A conflict of interest exists when the NH SC refuses to hear a case where Judge Fauver clearly with intent to harm violated our highest law the Constitution.
My third critical challenge is schools and funding. My years of volunteering have allowed me to receive advice and learn from some of the greatest minds. We need to restructure our funding of schools to where the state give each school board money for each child’s education equal across the state. We need to make the property tax for running the local communities and not the schools. A tax on every person living and/or working in the state of NH would be placed. The average cost across the state for each student is the maximum money collected any year. That money is equally divided for each student per day in school. If a school wants to spend more on their school they fund it themselves. I would go to each school and talk to the staff for communication is the way to solve problems in a civilized society.
I write this letter today because I just received the question from the Candidates Forum and I want the newspapers to see publicly there is no libel in telling the truth. For the newspapers to believe censoring my words is the proper way to protect the character of government officials with good reputation is just plain wrong. I am a US Marine 100% disabled from combat related disabilities and you allowed our government to stop my medical care until I stop writing opinion letters just like this one on government wrongs.
I saw in the paper today Rod Doherty showing off two awards for the Fosters excellence in news reporting. This is a paper that censors the words of a candidate for NH State Senate and believes they are doing it to protect the public from the dangers they want you to believe this individual is.
If I can say this at the public candidates forum why censor my words. Biased news reporting such as the Fosters must be stopped.

US Military Veterans, Rod Doherty Fosters dover nh, Union Leader NH
Help Me Help US Military Veterans
I am trying to follow the proper procedures to start the Veteran Resort-Chapel to give free if needed a cabin in the woods for homeless veterans to live and be home while they try to mentally and/or physically come back from war. Our Government does nothing unless it can benefit them with power or profit. The citizens of this civilized society are kept in the dark if the newspapers censor the facts for whatever reason. With out citizen support individuals are at the mercy of a snail pace government until they figure out how to use the publicity for their own benefit. To help any US Military Veteran should and must at all times take the highest priority of all our citizens not just government. Helping disabled many whom the government and civilized society do not even recognize because it did not show up for years after the veteran loses their job, family and becomes homeless on the street. Forgotten is the service to the USA and the potential wasted is the finger pointed. Going to the VA is a 50-50% chance of getting help. It is hard to help those that look and act normal. The law states after so many months out with out claiming disability the chance to get help is lost. We do not burden our family and friends because some thing becomes establish with in us as we serve to protect and defend the USA. The mental and physical torments going through our minds that no one back here can see or have the faintest idea of what it is. VA and civilian doctors read and try to learn but unless you lived it to understand are only words. It comes slowly as we constantly wait for the engagement. The torment of day after day waiting knowing it is the last day of life for we then the few seconds it takes to kill and maim the enemy never leaves. We come back to where protest and demonstration question and condemn our actions to survive to join the loved ones we left behind. Slowly the welcome home passes and the memory one day just ignites to begin (what is this war called) Flashbacks to leave our final goal of not burdening you with how we gave freedom to the USA. I am there now and served as a US Marine. It is different for each but the difference is something back here you cannot understand. Following proper procedures of our trusted government officials that never served is a catalyst to fighting a civilized society war against an enemy from an uncivilized society that limits you accepting us back fully.
I am trying to follow proper procedure to help those that this civilized society does not want to. The newspapers censoring opinion letters is the root of evil keeping those homeless US Military Veterans in a disgraceful place unintentionally the consequences of a civilized society kept ignorant by newspapers like the Fosters of Dover and their editor Rod Doherty. WMUR-TV 9 is another example of poor news coverage of a subject that needs to be told.
The sinful part is our following proper procedure does no good if the evil news media censors creating ignorance. Our government only work for the people if the news media informs the public curtailing as wasteful proper procedure.
These are my thoughts and words of some one that has been there and never left. I am lucky because I have a great wife and children that have helped me even while in my other world.

Rod Doherty editor Fosters of Dover NH is told the truth
People talk about me
The newspapers refuse to print my response letters to them but the Portsmouth Patch is now publishing the other side. Letters containing government wrongs and retribution against citizens and the editors refuse to print the truth. Op-ed articles that would raise the hair on any one that read about what my articles say, yet the editors believe to censor is the best policy to keep their readers ignorant. To not print my opinion letters or op-ed articles to enable my opponent to win the NH State Senate seat district 21deminishes our Constitution to a worthless piece of paper. One online newspaper is going to let the world know that editors such as Rod Doherty of the Fosters Daily Democrat Dover NH refuses to inform the voters that read that paper about a candidate and his views. The Fosters goes so far as to indirectly harm Disabled US Military Veterans by refusing to inform the readers of my wife and myself efforts of spending our life savings and mortgaging our home to the hilt to purchase eleven-acres of water front property at 101 Stepping Stone Rd Lee NH to build cabins in the woods for these veterans to find themselves rent free if needed for as long as it takes to mentally and/or physically come home if ever. A deed to help those that fought for our freedom and the Fosters believe ignorant citizens makes the most since in a free civilized society. Newspapers refusing to print the unbiased truth create a danger to the USA with catastrophic results.
The newspapers and government tell you that this individual is paranoid and a danger to the community. I am running for NH State Senate and what they are afraid of is if elected my words of government wrongs will be heard ending their select elite society control over the average citizen. Truth in government and the public’s right to know has dwindled to what our trusted leaders believe we should be told. The VA and NH government stop my medical care for combat related disabilities until I stop writing opinion letters of government wrongs. Rod of the Fosters and all the other news media censor these facts creating an ignorant public. It has not stopped me as the USMC instilled in me as all US Marines a value that makes giving our lives for the USA an honor and a privilege. What the VA and NH government is doing to this 100%disabled US Marine they do to many other US Military Veterans that become homeless on the streets. I have been lucky with a great wife and children but many others are not. My dream is to help as many US Military Veterans have a chance that the VA and NH Government do not want to talk about. My running for NH State Senate has nothing to do with the Veteran Resort-Chapel. I decided to run long before finding the dream property to help US Military Veterans. News Papers using censorship to keep the public ignorant to keep my right to be elected nil is harming men and women that as a child gave and for the USA to leave them homeless on the street by taking freedom of speech into a silent mode is just plain wrong to the highest magnitude. No newspaper can ever be given the right to censor any candidate’s words to fix an election for the special class.
Some one needs to tell Rod Doherty and the Fosters that them harming US Military Veterans will not be an acceptable act even if it is a by product of harming others. I am a US Marine and I do believe in the USA at all costs.

Terrorist makes photo of the week
My picture in the Seacoast newspaper made photo of the week. This very same newspaper refuses to print my opinion even though I am a Candidate for NH state senate district 21. The editor instructs its reporter that was to interview me to do it by phone as I am considered a danger to the public. The picture was taken when Ms. Dinan interviewed me but still the editor did not print my opinion of government wrongs. The only newspaper that will print my opinion un-edited is the Portsmouth Patch. I praise this paper for letting the voters know the facts and being willing to print them. There can be no substitute for the words of a candidate no matter how smart the editors believe they themselves are. The photo was of my art that I created to volunteer teach children in your schools around the state and community children organizations before NH declared me a terrorist under the Patriot Act to stop my opinion letters of government wrongs.
I am running for NH State Senate District 21 and the newspapers hold to only letting controlled articles to be printed about me. I praise Ms. Dinan for her article was truthful and accurate as far as it went but it did not tell my side of the facts. The Patch on the other hand does what all other newspapers refuse to do is print the articles that I write published on the web every day informing the voters of what the candidate is saying not what the editors believe the voters should hear. There is no libel in what I write for there is nothing so powerful as the truth. I believe Daniel Webster made a statement like that once. The NH Supreme Court violated the cardinal rule of protecting the people against government wrongs. The NH SC refused to hear a case where Judge Peter Fauver used the trusted power of the people to cover up the Madbury NH selectmen taken from the local residents for the selectmen’s own gains and/or profits. My refusal to stop using freedom of speech to tell the people the truth brought government retribution to silence my voice. NH and the Veterans Administration use my 100% combat related USMC disabilities to scare the public to believe that I am a danger to control public opinion that may support me. My picture made photo of the week but my character is harmed to silence my candidacy for NH State Senate District 21.
A response letter telling the truth to wrongs committed by editors and newspapers is censored because this form of information to the public considers themselves a private business. A fixed election where government wrongs and NH SC criminal acts to harm the public are covered up to make sure the voters are ignorant to the truth. The funny thing is more people around the world will read this letter than any one newspaper in the state sells copies. The difference is the people around the world are not the voters that can make a difference. At one time most newspapers across the USA had ethical and morals that today’s Portsmouth Patch clearly shows by printing the words of the people.
I am a candidate for NH State Senate and I hope all the voters will get a chance to read this letter of the truth to what is happening in their state. To elect me would mean all the truth in Concord no matter whom it harms would be told.
I am a Candidate for NH State Senate District 21 no one is to hear of by government authority to control who is elected.

Fosters Daily Democrat Rod Doherty Dover NH
Editors have no rights
What right does any editor have to censor the words of their readers because they do not like the person? Freedom of the Press is a crucial part of the individual’s right to communicate to others of government wrongs. A prime source of freedom is not to create ignorant voters by depriving the voters of facts or opinion of any candidate even if the editors believe it is a dangerous point of view. My letters are published around the world on the web so they contain truthful facts clearly stating government wrongs that inspired me to run for NH State Senate. The worst part is my wife and I put our life savings out to purchase waterfront property in Lee NH then mortgaged our home to the hilt to build cabins for homeless veterans to live free of charge if needed to come back mentally and/or physically from the life defending and protecting our USA that many of you will never understand. To censor the truth from the public/voters is a wrong that has far reaching consequences. To knowingly harm individuals you do not even know that fought for the USA cannot be tolerated.
The newspapers through editorials and articles have high praise for my opponent Ms. Clark. She is a nice person but the choice must be a well-informed voter. Unbiased news is just that-both sides of the facts. To leave out one entire side to cause the ignorant voter to vote for what the editors say is the best choice just is wrong. I have done a lot of crazy non-selfish things in my life. Volunteering to help other citizens every day possible since coming back in 74 I do not consider a crazy thing. I volunteered years back to help a Madbury NH family with a zoning issue and never stopped. The Madbury NH selectmen use the trusted power of the people to take land from local residents for the selectmen’s own profit or gain. The newspapers censor this story harming other US citizens. Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to allow the selectmen to continue stealing from local residents. We brought the case to the NH Supreme Court with un-disputed documented facts “proof beyond any reasonable mind” and the SC refused to hear the case. Non-Violent actions are in a civilized society the best manner to correct the wrongs in government. To run for elected office and have the editors censor the truth to protect what they call government officials with good reputations is just a crime against humanity. To stop the medical care for combat related disabilities as they have done to me to stop my writing opinion letters of government wrongs cannot be tolerated. To censor these facts from the public is a crime by Rod Doherty of the Fosters’ newspaper that is beyond belief.
I am a candidate for NH State Senate District 21. My wife and I also help other citizens have a better life. One has nothing to do with the other. Veteran helping Veterans is something close to me. I have lived with the destructive nature of the VA that the public does not see. My giving today’s veterans Homeless and others a place to call home and possibly come back is my life dream. I do not have to win the election but we all must do anything possible to help these men and women have the best life possible for what they did for our freedom. Tell the editors Veteran helping Veterans all our responsibility so do not censor.

Seacoast newspaper, Portsmouth herald, Portsmouth Patch, Union Leader
To the Seacoast newspaper
I want to thank Ms. Dinan for her article about my running for NH State Senate District 21. It was a great article except for a few miss understandings. I have no desire to be a US Senator. My dream about getting into politics comes from by volunteer helping a Madbury NH family with a zoning issue 10 yrs-ago. The Madbury selectmen use the trusted power of the people to take land from local residents for the selectmen’s own profit or gains. When I asked then Governor Shaheen her answer was that “helping with this issue would not be politically correct”. Every Concord politician I went to for help has the same general line. The NH Supreme court refused to hear the case of Judge Peter Fauver criminally violating the constitution to harm US citizens. The facts and documented proof was presented when the case was filed. There is no Statute of Limitation on Constitutional crimes even by judges so someday I hope if the public learns the truth to have the case heard in the NH Supreme Court. The peaceful manner to correct the wrongs in government can take a long time. Ms. Dinan’s article was good as it was most likely my fault that I was not clear in explaining.
I am running for NH State Senate and the best way for voters to learn the truth is for my letters to be published. The Portsmouth Patch (which I did not even know existed until they called me) ran my letter of why I was running. For the news media to stop opinion of the people for any reason is just plain wrong. To stop the words of a candidate for NH State Senate and then write an article trying to meet the editor’s protocol so it will not be censored and still is the truth is hogwash. I like Ms. Dinan’s article it is the truth. It is just in her words not mine. The Veteran Resort-Chapel I would not describe as a compound. It is going to be Green cabins in the woods for US Military Veterans to live to try to come home mentally and physically from the memories of what we did. The land will be open to the public but it will be home for homeless US Military Veterans as well to live for free if needed. It will have a chapel on it that is open to the public for what ever they want in talking to God or what ever they believe in.
My letter that I gave Ms. Dinan is the same as published in the Patch and should have been along with her article. Ms. Dinan did not write the danger her editor described so I hope she realized that this is the government’s way of seeking retribution to harm my character in the public eye. I am a 100% disabled US Marine that tries to volunteer help other citizens every day possible to show respect and honor to those that gave their lives for our USA.
Ms. Dinan your article was very good and I thank you for it. Let us just hope someday your editors realize Freedom of the Press is just that.

October 6 2012 Veteran helping Veterans
The election is less than a month away and the editors still refuse to inform the voters of my candidacy. Freedom of the press freedom of speech and all the other freedoms we the US Armed Forces gave so much to preserve is not there for those that return. The hard part is the neglect to the homeless Veterans across NH. I read the number is up to six hundred according to the UL. These men and women that gave everything while they were still children to fight for the USA are ignored and neglected because of the fear the editors and a few citizens that think we are crazy and that we wasted the good potential that we had as a child. We do not show symptoms of medical problems other than we do not socialize and have fits of rage or dominance against the norms of those that have never been there. The USA through the politicians sent us to war and conflict under rules of engagement that made no since to those fighting it. We that they say were the lucky one’s came back alive to be tormented and rejected by a civilized society that censors our words rather than read and try to understand.
The Veteran Resort-Chapel is a good idea on a useless piece of eleven-acre parcel of land close to businesses and the seacoast. These very neglected and ignored men and women will have cabins alone in the woods where they can walk, sit, talk to God, or talk to anyone else including them selves with out other citizens harassing and condemning them. These cabins will be free if needed and they can live there as long as it takes to integrate back into this civilized society. The Chapel and first two cabins will be on a state approved septic but any future will be green with a compost toilet and more. I have presented the use to the town of Lee NH and I am trying to work with them to make this the best that fits into what this state needs to recognize and house US Military Veterans living in a state of mind most US citizens have no idea of. How do you make editors and citizens that abuse us with words or actions stop and hear we are US citizens also? There is no joke here my wife and I put our life savings and mortgaged our home to the hilt to purchase the property and start the Veteran Resort/Chapel. I believe in the US Military Veteran and I understand the consequences of PTSD and TBI. I want to give these returning men and women that served in our Armed Forces a place in NH to call home before they harm there relationships with family, friends and others. I want to give as many homeless US Military Veterans a place to start the come back safe and warm until they adjust if ever.
The election is important to me not for winning or losing but because our citizens pick the person they feel will do the best job. I have volunteered almost every day since 74 when I came back. Helping others is my way of paying for coming back alive rather than the so many others more qualified and better. The Veteran Resort/Chapel is my completing a life dream of some how being able to help other Veterans suffering from being neglected or ignored by the Veterans Administrating as a budget solution. Help this veteran help other Veterans and speak in favor of editor’s hearing what we say not just listen. Freedom of the Press is to not censor the words of a Veteran helping Veterans informing the readers.

Candidate NH State Senate District 21
Every Day with out violence
A candidate running for NH State Senate District 21 and the newspapers censor the public from learning about my efforts to help the community and state of NH. A suicidal, mentally impaired 100% disabled US Marine from the Vietnam Conflict that the government stops my medical care and the editors believe it is their God given right as a private business to silence my voice through Freedom of the Press. What a wonderful place this USA is. I have fought the silent demons and three other service-connected disabilities for over thirty years with out violating the law. I volunteer almost every day to help people that I do not even know for well over thirty-years. My running for public office deserves no special privileges but equal and fair treatment is the law. To censor my opinion letters of government wrongs is contrary to the established principles of our Constitution. The news media is so content on protecting the public from the dangers of some one like me that they refuse to inform the public of the Veteran Resort-Chapel. A place my wife and I spent our life savings and mortgaged our home to the hilt to purchase eleven-acres of waterfront property to give returning Veterans a place to live free if need be to mentally and/or physically come back from war.
Cabins spread through the woods with paths and a peaceful water front area for the individual to find them selves back here in the USA. A place where they can speak to God, themselves or any one else with out public ridicule and disparaging comments pushing them deeper into a place no one should go. This eleven-acres at 101 Stepping Stone Rd Lee NH is close enough to businesses and other civilized society that the veteran can integrate back at their own rate if ever. A veteran helping Veterans where the Veterans Administration and civilized society ignore and neglect that what they cannot understand. If I am a danger it comes from the disabilities obtained as a US Marine in defense of this nation that the VA and NH government have stopped my medical care for. Other US Military Veterans not lucky enough to have a wife as great as mine become homeless because of wrongs by our US government that the editors believe the public does not have a right to be informed about. A candidate running for NH State Senate District 21 being shown he is not qualified for the voters to learn about because of his disabilities received defending the publics right to be free to vote. What an oxymoron.
My running for NH State Senate has nothing to do with the Veteran Resort-Chapel other than the consequence of finding the property in an election year. It does not matter because the damage to censor the facts of either from the Voters is harm to those homeless US Military Veterans far beyond anything public ignorance will ever see.
I am a candidate running for NH State Senate District 21 but more important I am a citizen trying to help those that gave everything for our freedom to do so.

Seacoast online, portsmouth herald, Fosters Daily Democrat Dover NH
Candidate to the editors and Beth
I write freely about the good and bad in my life. The voters have the God given right to know the facts freely and uncensored. I freely tell the public of my suicide attempts over the thirty years from my PTSD and TBI disabilities that the VA has stopped my medical care for until I stop writing these opinion letters of government wrongs. US Military Veterans dying every day for the freedoms that you deny candidates for NH State Senate because the editors view is that I am a danger to the public. Newspapers not only print opinion letters from other candidates but editorials as free advertising for my opponent to clearly move the vote in her favor. The newspaper’s are so set on harming my character they place the lives of many other homeless-mentally and/or physically disabled veterans to death by ignoring and neglect. No one wants to look and see because the editors believe keeping the voters ignorant is the solution to benefiting the elite class of society at the expense of the individuals.
I freely invited Beth Dinan reporter for the Seacoast paper to my home to interview me. Even with a warning of the danger of coming she took the responsibility to come for the accuracy of the facts. Her Character for doing such a act for her readers shows a responsibility few editors can claim. I thought the interview went well. I did tell her that the editors would censor or edit her article if it did not promote the danger they say that I am. My main point and I hope it was clear was not so much my running for NH State Senate but for the Veteran Resort-Chapel that my wife and I put our life savings and mortgaged our home to the hilt to purchase waterfront property for. Cabins in the woods of the eleven-acre property where homeless veterans can live and call home free of charge if needed away from public resentment and comment to attempt to mentally and physically come back. This property is large enough to place paths for the veteran’s to privately walk and be in touch with God or any were else their mind takes them. It will have the beauty of the water’s edge as well as be close enough to businesses and civilized society so they can integrate back in when they are ready. It just happen I was running for NH State Senate when my wife and I saw the property for sale and purchased it. I freely tell the voters this because three of my four disabilities come from Combat related missions some deep in the ‘Bush”. My medical was stopped to stop me.
The VA stops my medical care for combat related disabilities and the editors use those disabilities to claim that I am a danger to the public. To let the editors to censor the opinion of the public on government wrongs is just plain inconceivable. The fact is neglect and ignoring these returning US Military Veterans even today is what is causing homeless Veterans across the USA. To keep the public ignorant of veteran helping veterans has a place for the homeless veteran to live and adjust with out public comment degrading the life that they became. I freely write but I as one of those that came back alive find society leaves us no place to go.
I hope you read this letter Elizabeth Dinan and hold to the integrity I believe you showed during that interview.

Fosters NH A child is arrested
A child is arrested
I read in today’s paper that a child (to Me) was arrested for criminal threatening because he said the Netherlands massacre was justified. May be civilized society should take a look at the consequences of not listening to all the people and hear what they are saying. Killing another person can never be justified, as it is a common act in war. I volunteer almost every day to help others to show respect and honor so what so many US Military gave is not in VAIN. I came back alive and for my uncivilized actions over there and what I have to offer back here there is no way it can be called justified. Better men and women than I gave their lives how can that be right for me to come back? The nay Sayers will write that I am looking for pity or whining which is not so. More and more every day I re-live my past as my suicide attempts become more frequent while in a flashback. There is no hope for me but let me help US Military Veterans coming back to not go through the ignoring and rejection of the Veterans Administration that the Vietnam era does. A society that lets newspapers such as the Union Leader and Fosters censor the facts of my wife and I spending our life savings and mortgaging our home to the hilt to build a Veteran Resort-Chapel for the returning veterans to live free of charge if needed to mentally and/or physically come back. These are men and women it appears that we listen too but it is clear that we do not hear what their words say.
Rod Doherty of the Fosters Dover NH newspaper is spreading rumors that my Veteran Resort-Chapel is an election ploy. If this is true then Rod is a liar. The editors are so afraid of me that they tell their reporters to interview me by phone for the up coming election for their own safety. The common line in the paper is we tried to contact Mr. Macdonald but he did not return our calls. To censor my letters of government wrongs is denying the public the right to correct government wrongs before killing is necessary. If what I said in the letters was not true because they are printed around the world on the web every day the laws suits for libel would set a Guineas record. I am really surprised that the Seacoast newspaper did not print my letters since Beth Dinan a reporter spent hours at my home safely interviewing me. It always has to be the people’s right to know the truth at all costs.
I am running for NH State Senate District 21. The Fosters did a great editorial on my opponent Ms. Clark but refuses to print my opinion letters in a clear effort to make the voters ignorant. It does not matter what the editors believe that I am. What matters are the Voters have rights that are far superior to what the editor’s think? The fact is all the newspapers are censoring the truth to keep the voters ignorant. It just is going to far when the men and women that put everything on the line for the editor’s and your freedom is denied the chance to come home because of citizens such as Rod Doherty. The Veteran Resort-Chapel is a volunteer act my wife and I are doing to help those citizens have a better life. Homeless US Military Veterans deserve more than what Rod (and people like Rod) are doing to them. I read the paper today and there was no mention of the Veteran Resort-Chapel. Truth is a powerful weapon is what the Fosters Daily Democrat and Union Leader needs to learn.

Fosters Daily democrat Dover NH
Fosters went to far
Fosters endorses Ms Clark for NH State Senate District 21 and refuse to print opinion letters of Peter Macdonald. I am a candidate and Rod the editor spreads and reinforces rumors he starts of the danger my character is to the community. Free promotion by the paper to help manipulate the voters by keeping ignorance the key ingredient. The Fosters refuses to print response letters to their criminal acts of character assignation and biased reporting of the facts. Winning the election for NH State Senate District 21 would be a dream come true for this 100% disabled US Marine. It would be the best thing for the state, as new and fresh ideas would be entering our capital by a person unwilling to compromise on our Constitutional rights. All things aside my winning is trivial to the facts of the Veteran Resort-Chapel that I have been trying to build. Rod is so serious about using the power of public communication to destroy my life he is willing to cause hardship on homeless US Military Veterans across the State. My running for NH State Senate has nothing to do with the Veteran Resort-Chapel. My wife and I came across this eleven-acres of waterfront property and saw homeless Veterans finding home in 12’x24 foot cabins spread in the woods free of charge to try to come back mentally and physically from the torments of war. I my-self actually live with the silent demons of war plus three other MC Disabilities which gives me a good in-site to the damage the VA ignoring and neglecting these US Citizens can be. Patty Foster is allowing the integrity of the Fosters to be used as a weapon to harm US Military Veterans living on the street for what appears to be Rod’s own pleasure.
The Portsmouth Herald spent several hours interviewing me at my home for an article in last Sunday’s paper. I told Beth (the reporter) that her article would be edited or censored if she tells the truth about me. Newspapers see my letters has danger signs to the community. To not print any candidates words in a non-biased manner will never be the correct thing to do. The Nashua telegraph and all the District 21 newspapers harp on the choice to keep the voters ignorant of Peter Macdonald running for public elected state office. Rod spreading rumors to other newspaper’s that my purchase of land for a Veteran Resort-Chapel is an election ploy just went to far. If the media industry wants to slap me around and inflect pain and suffering on me that is acceptable but when your actions harms the very men and women that fought and gave up a lot for your freedom it becomes incomprehensible.
My wife and I put our life savings up, plus mortgaged our home to the hilt to help other Veterans. To vote is your choice but how about sending a donation to help disabled veterans to the Veteran Resort-Chapel checking account at the People’s United bank in your community. The Veteran Resort-Chapel books will be open for public scrutiny 100% of the time and I guarantee the entire money raise will go to build and help homeless Veterans to try to come home mentally and/or physically. Tell Rod Doherty and Patty Foster they are wrong in harming those that protected Freedom of the Press from enemy victory.

Rod Doherty Fosters Daily Dover NH
Rod Doherty Editor
Don’t speak about Rod in the negative, as this is a powerful well-positioned man. Take this quote “Foster’s does not publish Macdonald’s letters on its opinion page” cries out biased news reporting. To eliminate the words of a Candidate for NH State Senate and have the balls to put it in print admitting it constitutes reason for state action for tampering with an election. The editor of the Fosters “Rod” tells lies to other citizens to harm my character as many have informed me. Rod believes it is in his realm of authority to prevent the care for disabled homeless US Military Veterans to be stopped or limited with his lies. Rod I heard is telling citizens “I did not purchase land at 101 Stepping Stone rd, it is just an election ploy”. The newspaper is a form of communication. To have any form of public communication eliminate or censor any candidate for public elected office will have far reaching damage to the citizens of the USA. The article that announced Ms. Clark’s candidacy for NH State Senate District 21 (August 31,2012) manipulated the facts to imply a danger existed with me. The State arrested me as a terrorist for my opinion letters of government wrongs because when ordered to stop writing I did not stop. Six months loss of freedom and the bogus charges were dropped. While in confinement the judge ordered at my expense a psychological test. The test done by a state approved doctor came back sane, with strong convictions against government wrongs. Rod knows this but never printed the facts but then again no other newspaper did either. This is a response letter to Rod’s lies and innuendos to create ignorant voters by censoring the facts. I am running for NH State Senate District 21 against biased attitudes such as Rod’s who is in the trusted position of the Voters being informed. To censor the opinion of the people is wrong.
The State of NH as a non-profit to help homeless, disabled, or any US Military Veteran free of charge approved the Veteran Resort-Chapel. Today I will be presenting the formal introduction to the Lee Selectmen and the Lee-building inspector. My wife and I took our life savings and mortgaged our home to the hilt to purchase land to help US Military Veterans struggling to exist. The Veteran Resort-Chapel has nothing to do with getting me elected. If I do get elected I will do everything in my power to help all citizens of NH and all US Military Veterans that need help. Rod is a powerful man that lost focus to the important things in life.
The important thing about communication is it must be free and presented in a non-biased manner. The Fosters Daily Democrat in Dover NH has a dangerous man in a powerful position intentionally harming disabled US Military Veterans living homeless as Rod the editor has the comforts of his dominance to skate through life hurting innocent citizens as he goes.
This letter is my opinion of a dangerous situation that as a NH State Senator District 21 will see if at all possible never happens to any voter or disabled US Military Veteran again.
