Am I faking?
The city of Dover NH makes a big thing out of missed used handicapped place cards. Increase the fine to one thousand dollars and a year loss of license. It would be proper as in Massachusetts to put the persons picture on the place card when issued. Ask the person using the place card for their ID, we do not mind. It is when the officer makes the snide remarks “You do not look disabled” under his breath that is the anger issue. Life as a disabled person is not easy. The disabled person that does not outwardly show their disabilities is scorned and persecuted by the public and law enforcement. We the disabled are no better of a person than everyone else. We the disabled just do things differently some times than the average person has to. My entire point of this letter is not to come down on the city of Dover as they are trying and also getting better. My point is communication, which everyone in this civilized society seems to be lacking in.
The State of NH is rated the last on helping disabled. What would that imply to the average person. We do not need more state laws or wasted tax dollars on more state personal to create more bureaucracy for the disabled to maneuver around. We have an Americans with Disabilities Act that politicians use to waste more money and use to create a public image for votes. The State of NH and the VA stop this 100% disabled veterans medical care to stop my opinion letters of government wrongs. No one cares. Even the Fosters Daily Democrat, which ran the placement card story, refuses to print my letters. My issue was created by my obligation to volunteer my time to help other US citizens even if I did not know them before helping. Judge Peter Favuer criminally used the trusted power of the people to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal land from local residents for self-gain. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear the case because it was a brother Judge/ Attorney (Fauver) in violation of the Constitution. The Americans with Disabilities Act should have protected me against government wrongs. When the NH SC, State Government and the VA conspire to harm a 100% combat related disabled US Marine where does a disable person go. The Dover NH police arrested (sorry detained) me to benefit Shea-Porters election bid. The city of Dover never even acknowledges my complaint letter. It was politically correct for Mr. Simmons to get his face on the front page of the Fosters holding Handicapped Place cards. Now try to communicate to solve the State and local situation of using the disabled for self gain. It kind of reminds me of illegal use of handicapped place cards by a different light.
The newspapers ethical question of censor to stop a disabled US Marine from informing others of one’s medical care being used to control the disable’s voice in public has to question communication in this civilized society.

Madbury NH take notice
Madbury New Hampshire Take Notice
The little town of Madbury NH being smeared by a 100% disabled US Marine writing opinion of wrongs this town does to residents. What kind of citizens would let anyone write such harmful letters without any response? They take no legal action to stop my letters. My letters are so widely published on the web people around the world ask “Just how can this happen in the USA”? The state of NH: to protect this town and the judge (Peter Fauver) that uses the trusted power of the people to take what they want from hard working people stages a cover up, which harm the residents of the USA. The local newspaper (Foster Daily Democrat) out right refuses to publish opinion letters that tells the truth. Fosters harms the character to win their readers support of anyone that writes opinion letters they do not like. The Foster’s is such a contemptuous small business hurting the USA for a bigger profit seems to be their goal. The opinion letter of someone that pays to read the Fosters ever day is not worthy of their publishing true facts of government wrongs as they will censor this opinion of their bad business practice. This censored opinion letter smears a town, state, judge, small business and much more yet no legal action can be taken to stop these words for the truth is the most powerful weapon.
The Union Leader the state’s largest newspaper, which I buy every day also refuses to inform their readers of the public’s opinion of government, wrongs. This newspaper did print an opinion letter critical of the Keene Sentinel today. The UL refuses to print response and opinion questioning their own ethics but does it to others. What a nation we live in.

Whose at fault
Whose fault is it?
Governor Lynch makes me pay money to speak with him on government wrongs in complete defiance of our Constitution. The Veterans Administration stops my medical care for combat related disabilities. All means of “Redress of Grievances” has failed. The newspapers censor my opinion letters of government wrongs to insure the public believes a danger to public safety this 100% disabled US Marine Veteran is! In writing telling the world that it is stressed in our Constitution for citizens to abolish judges and government officials that violate the Constitution to harm US citizens when all means of Redress of Grievances fails. Defining abolish is not defined in our Constitution but past history of wars and conflicts sets the tone as government officials stay silent as voters ask for answers. The number of letters that I have written over the past years documenting wrongs by government officials sets a record for government ignorance to ignore facts. PTSD and TBI are two of my four service connected disabilities causing flashbacks and suicidal tendencies the government is using to harm my character to inflame the public. Newspapers aiding the wrongs by censoring the opinion letters justifying government dominance elude any reasonable explanation. My telling the world that violence against US citizens cannot be by my hands encourages the wrongs to continue. Who is at fault if medical depression or flashbacks due to medical care being denied brings the reality of where I am to a “head”.
Writing letters making a permanent record for the world to read on the web has to justify any action that occurs by me. Some say, rambling and repetitive may classify my letters but they show how a civilized society does not use communication to avoid violence. Any citizen has to at all times have the right (as our Constitution guarantees) to challenge wrongs even by the NH Supreme Court. Law enforcement and the trusted power of government cannot ever be used to silence freedom of speech to cover up wrongs as happening to me. The NH SC refused to hear a case where Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to use government authority to take from local residents for their the selectmen’s own personal gains. Our government intentionally harming a US citizen to cover up wrongs cannot ever be tolerated. The editor’s refusal to print such opinion letters goes beyond any reasonable explanation.
How do I know if we come back to the world (USA) that everything in this letter is not real? Should we not tell the rest of the world the hypocrisy what we are? Who is at fault if I do what is my obligation as our highest law the Constitution requires. Where am I at for the reality of what is whose fault is it? Dooms Day
Danger from nuts
People appose war and for that matter violence to solve problems but refuse to do anything to communicate to solve situations before it is needed. There just has to be away to tell people the truth without being harmed by trusted government retribution assaulting your character. People tend to believe the worst in situations for their own safety and prosperity rather than get involved. Silence is the root of all evils as it allows the infestation to grow. Mr. Petras writes a great article in Veterans Today as a prelude to the situation at hand in the world economy. Our government uses our money to help other nations, which do not even respect our form of government. No one wants to appose for fear of retribution by the special interest supporting these ungrateful leaches. Our elected and government officials get rich while they represent us as trusted government officials and we the average citizen loose economic life. The reason to get into government for power and prosperity does little to make the USA stronger and better. War and Violence as in the creation of the USA brings death and destruction with in a civilized society.
Feeding other nations and making economic growth for them to see their defiance in return makes no since. The people of the USA must come first and fore most. Newspapers cannot be allowed to censor the opinion of the people about government wrongs for any reason. To allow the State of New Hampshire to single out a 100% disabled US Military veteran as retribution against this citizen’s free speech demonstrates just how low our safety has become. Government retribution creates fear and alienation and draws the need to abolish good government officials that greed has become dominant in. Silence in a civilized society is a character flaw as selfishness in ones self allows greed and power in others to become stronger.
Flashbacks and nightmares control my sleepless nights as the world becomes dimmer with the need to escape. Reality creates the opportunity for trusted government officials to use combat disabilities to draw fear as a weapon. Citizens see safety to appose public support for selfness and greed in one’s own character make silence a must. War and violence comes from a civilized society that refuses to communicate. Stop a disabled US Military veteran’s medical care as the citizens of the USA stay silent is to see how fear creates the need for violence even if it is apposed by the people. Suicide is what our NH and VA government officials are calling for. Silence in my own civilized society leaves little chance for light to ever bring me home.

Doors of preception
Doors of Perception
US Citizens see me as a bad, mentally ill person that exhibits signs of danger to the public. My head injury (TBI) and my PTSD are two of my four service connected disabilities that the VA has stopped my medical care for. My letters followed by ignorant comments gives the public a perception that reinforces the power of the government to continue stopping my medical care. I did in the beginning expect support from other veterans that perceive life from the experience that has been there and came back alive. These are the men and women perceived with silent demons that the public sees as wasted homeless citizens to lazy to achieve life’s goals the VA rejected to keep the budget for pet projects. Men and women that gave their lives for the USA perceived in this way. I stand with my hand out to these and any citizen, as a volunteer because helping others is my continued battle to make life back here in the USA better for all.
Any person, citizen of the USA must at all times retain the right to question and publicly take on the NH Supreme Court. The NH SC can never be allowed to refuse to take a case of a brother Attorney/Judge criminally violating the Constitution to enable government officials to take for their own personal gain from local resident with out compensation. Government retribution to stop public opinion of wrongs by the NH SC can never be censored by the news media. To stop a one hundred percent disabled US Military person’s medical care, as retribution cannot be tolerated. Civilized society to refuse to communicate with a disabled person as fear is a forced perception to enable a government cover-up. The question goes, bad person or a medically deprived US Marine being created as a danger to the public to alienate and invoke? The perception is ours.
How can the news media be given the right to censor the words of a US Military person asking the USA for help? Perception gives them to right to care for the safety of the public over the lives of all those we send of to fight on foreign soil that have the tenacity to come back alive. Perception gives rejection and reticule to power to let our government not see the wrongs bequeathed on the disabled coming back. A welcome home as a discharge into a society civilized enough to see danger to the public as a way to justify any perception the news media wants to place on us.

Above Reproach
Freedom is the right of the individual no matter how strong government rules diminish those rights. The number of web pages, blog, forums and individuals that reprint my letters for exposure around the world and further, takes me back. The free Keene web site is another place where the people want to show that it is the individual that matters. The five basic rules members have to follow is the basic obligation to be a citizen to live in any civilized society, including the USA. The NH underground web site is another strong growing group of citizens that with in the law try to make change for the better. It is not always possible if people with the trusted authority of the people diminish our Constitution to control and dictate what we as individuals can have and/or do. The basic form of communication for the people to express wrongs in government established in the first legal document of the USA is freedom of speech through the newspapers in opinion letters without retribution from government authority.
If editors believe censoring the words of a 100% disabled US Veteran is for the safety of society something is wrong. People with authority inflict pain and hardship against those that speak out against wrongs. The above mentioned and many others I am sure know exactly how harsh the authority of people with the trusted power of the people can be if you speak against what they demand we the people do. Editors are afraid of the exact same wrongs if they allow the people’s voice to be heard freely without safe guards to protect those in power. Freedom has to be the unaltered voice of the people even if it is a disabled person’s voice.

Veterans Administration cover up
Veterans Administration Cover-up
Newspapers out right refuse to print my opinion letters of government wrongs. My wife tells me that the VA was once bad to veterans but now every person that she has met there has been supper nice. It just has to be me. I tell my wife every day how lucky I am for what she puts up with concerning my mental and physical disabilities. I thank her because with out her beauty, charm and personality to tolerate I would have committed suicide many years ago. My thanks are said every day to the people around me for they are what we were created to keep free and safe. I volunteer to help others no matter the difficulty or the pain involved for to volunteer is giving from the heart to make this world a better place even if only for a short time. I have volunteered since coming back in seventy-four almost every day.
There can be many true breakthroughs in treating combat related PTSD or even TBI. To love and share life every day with your best friend as I with my wife truly is a blessing. I for year never let anyone see my flashbacks or if possible my pain from my service connected disabilities until NH put me in jail as a terrorist. Being content to have such a wonderful life and volunteering to help others was my gift to all those over the history of the USA that gave their lives for what we have. Our lives back here must not let what so many gave: be in vain for, because we forgot to respect and honor our Constitution. My heart is always open and truly gives to friend and foe as I communicate in a civilized manner. My wife will tell you she puts up with me because I communicate and truly with out reflection for other’s feelings tell the truth and always have my hands out to help all.
Volunteering to help others is not just when it is easy. Helping this Madbury NH family stop government wrongs is our obligation as defined in our Constitution. The VA using my medical care under the clause safety to stop my opinion letters of government wrongs can never be tolerated. My volunteering to help others cannot be contingent upon my own comfort and safety. The newspapers are partly the blame as at the VA last week sitting in the canteen talking to another vet while waiting for my wife getting her broken wrist fixed. My wife came in and sat to have a cup of coffee with me. The other Vet was telling me of all the rejections and no treatment for his service connected disabilities that did not show up for years after discharge. My wife got up through her coffee away and said it was time to go. Out in the car she informed me talking bad about the VA when she has seen nothing but friendly helpful people is wrong. The helpful friendly people are the medical staff that takes care of the patients but the VA is made up of others that look for ways to harm veterans under the label safety and budget. To focus on one treatment or side as the news is doing leaves many to suffer in silence as ignorant people can see no difference. Love is hearing what the other person is saying not just listening.

Newspapers out right refuse to print my opinion letters of government wrongs. My wife tells me that the VA was once bad to veterans but now every person that she has met there has been supper nice. It just has to be me. I tell my wife every day how lucky I am for what she puts up with concerning my mental and physical disabilities. I thank her because with out her beauty, charm and personality to tolerate I would have committed suicide many years ago. My thanks are said every day to the people around me for they are what we were created to keep free and safe. I volunteer to help others no matter the difficulty or the pain involved for to volunteer is giving from the heart to make this world a better place even if only for a short time. I have volunteered since coming back in seventy-four almost every day.
There can be many true breakthroughs in treating combat related PTSD or even TBI. To love and share life every day with your best friend as I with my wife truly is a blessing. I for year never let anyone see my flashbacks or if possible my pain from my service connected disabilities until NH put me in jail as a terrorist. Being content to have such a wonderful life and volunteering to help others was my gift to all those over the history of the USA that gave their lives for what we have. Our lives back here must not let what so many gave: be in vain for, because we forgot to respect and honor our Constitution. My heart is always open and truly gives to friend and foe as I communicate in a civilized manner. My wife will tell you she puts up with me because I communicate and truly with out reflection for other’s feelings tell the truth and always have my hands out to help all.
Volunteering to help others is not just when it is easy. Helping this Madbury NH family stop government wrongs is our obligation as defined in our Constitution. The VA using my medical care under the clause safety to stop my opinion letters of government wrongs can never be tolerated. My volunteering to help others cannot be contingent upon my own comfort and safety. I give Roland credit as his new approach to PTSD treatment may connect the dots for some. How about the approach it is not we with PTSD/TBI that is the problem. Take the other view it is people that are not able to conceive re-living as if it was today the impossible events of being in death every second taking the human life of others, friendly, enemy, including your own with no emotion. Doing inhuman, uncivilized acts daily that others in the future will mock, disbelieve and tell you how it is not humanly possible to do those things forcing your silence to survive. A government filled with citizens unable to justify help for events that happen so many years ago that only recently emerged. The pride and joy we feel for serving our country even with the deaths that the civilized praises us for but sub-consciously deplores. The death of the enemy must be completed in a civilized manner to demonstrate to others around the world the ethical, moral manner we in the USA create death. The mind is an individual as this approach may connect the dots for some but let us not dwell and forget even the ones coming back today may some day in the distant future need a hand.

Psychic pain is just as bad as the pain from our physical disabilities many in this civilized society sees as a crutch to live of the government. WE all hold a deep thread of love, joy and innocence in our hearts but many that have been there do not express it as they did one time in their lives. Civilized society cannot accept we took human life with out emotion. It is like my wife tells me it happens so long ago if must be almost forgotten. My wife is one of the most supportive, non-judging, always there for me beautiful women far beyond what this US Marine is worth. The point is civilized society cannot see that what we have done to secure the safety and freedom of the USA.

My suicide is what they want before the public sees the wrongs that they do to veterans every day. Disabilities patched with a band-aid may help a few but only all is what counts. I want so much
I want so much
Greed and control dominate our lives for each one of us has it! I personally want nothing, for what I have achieved is the best country, wife, family and the ability to live with in my means that any one should want. Then what is wrong with me as my words are silenced for the danger I am to other US citizens? I am a mentally challenged US Marine all service connected disabilities from fighting for the USA. Our government stops my medical care for these injuries and the people believe that the government is doing it for safety reasons so it is acceptable. The fact is many other US Military Veterans get worse treatment from bad VA personal and unethical workers. These are the Men and Women that I speak for. My awareness of the difficulties returning US Military have: never would have come about if not for the VA and NH government using my medical care to stop my exposing government wrongs in opinion letters. The government tells me not to inform others in opinion letters that the NH Supreme Court refuse to hear a case where Judge Peter Fauver criminally used the law to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal from local residents for the selectmen’s own personal gains. I volunteer my time so there is no gain of any kind in this for me. I have talked about abolishing judges and government personal that diminish our constitution as all means of Redress of Grievances are failing. Identifying what (PTSD, TBI) world that I am in each second of each day is a question to my actions to survive a firefight or evasive action during a convoy. A civilized society that will not communicate with individuals mentally challenged for safety reasons is an obstacle the editors and government officials use to scare the public from hearing me. US Military committing suicide in country is a needed solution for identifying what world we are in makes no since. We are fighting over here so greed and control will never dominate the USA, as our government always has to serve the people not themselves.
Danger signs are posted all around me as retribution by our government to silence my free speech. Editors illuminate these signs to protect government sources and sensationalize the news for bigger profits. Freedom of speech through opinion letters is under direct control of the greedy. These very actions conflict with the guaranteed rights of the individual that our Constitution tells us that the US government can never violate. If reality! were that I am in a civilized society (USA) then they would speak to me before abolishing other human beings happens. Is that not what our highest law (Constitution) obligates us to do when greed and control by government officials cannot be stopped by any other means? Silence draws Violence
Reporters from the Nashua newspaper, plus papers in California and around the USA call me to ask how they can help. That is the end. It is like I told the Veterans Today (Mike Farrell) writer yesterday “I am not in it for myself, it is all the other US Military Veterans coming home suffering as in every fight since this nation was created”. Citizens that never served put a token aid package out with the saying what happen to veterans from the Vietnam conflict and past wars was a mistake and now we are fixing it. Only veterans that fit the political profile and can make some politician look good gets help. The Veterans that the symptoms and the physical problems that do not show up for years later after discharge are forgotten or rejected as losers that just wasted the potential as a child they had to live a successful life. In 2030 Afghanistan neglected US Military Veterans will hear the same excuse as the neglected or lost veterans from the past did. Newspapers censor our words for the political damage and harmful psychological nature of our personalities we now exhibit.
I read a lot of newspapers each day and my letters are influenced by what I read. Paul J. Balles of Veterans Today had some great lines maybe not what he intended but do fit. (“Fear turns to hate, hate turns to violence”, “Vitriolic Condemnation”, “Caustic Comments where justified, are better than appalling silence”) I am a 100% disabled US Marine with combat related disabilities that the VA stops my medical care to aid the NH government to stop my opinion letters of government wrongs. My letters are censored for they describe in detail the NH Supreme Courts refusal to hear a case presented with documented facts of Judge Peter Fauver’s criminal wrongs to intentionally harm citizens of the USA enabling the Madbury NH selectmen to take for personal gain from local residents. If my words were not the truth libel suits would be against me in a second. In a civilized society communication is the proper way to handle problems. “Fear turns to hate, hate turns to violence” is what the newspapers censoring US Military Veterans opinion letters of government wrongs comes to. People describe me as someone that needs someone to talk to. As a 100% disabled US Marine my broken back, loss of hearing, PTSD and TBI (One of many ignored or harmed Veterans) need the public to hear what I am saying not just to listen. Response to Dear Abby’s Christmas poem
Death from the cold with in tells just how far selfishness and greed are hand in hand. It just amasses me how such a mental person can read something in the paper and have it bring words to my fingertips. Day after day I write opinion letters for the safety of the public editors censor. Dear Abby so elegantly in her poem today tells a story of four men each with a stick of wood and the reason on such a cold night they did not put it in the fire. They did not die from the cold air but from the cold with in. It is all wrapped up in the joy and praise the returning US Military veterans are getting as they set foot on US soil again. The joy and praise soon disappear as the uniforms are disregarded and life as a civilian begins. The mind as the years continue, feels and sees the experiences-disabilities that the silent oaths to be a member of this civilized society obligate us to secretly take. Some deal with it as not to affect the loved one’s around them. Some deny they even exist. The memory is real as each US citizen that refuse to put his stick on the fire for selfishness and greed restrict society to see the needs of the returning US Military as their years pass.
People are scared of me not for my letters but because our trusted government officials want the public to be afraid. Each person in the USA holds a stick for the fire to stop government wrongs. The people are afraid of government retribution or losing what they have achieved in society, their stick. What the police and government are doing to me is too out-rigorous to be true. Stopping a 100% disabled US Veteran’s medical care for combat related disabilities will never happen in the USA: but it did in my case and many others. The people see that the NH Supreme Court violated the Constitution to take my stick and inflict persecution and character assignation to push me out in the cold. My stick is still burning in the fire for volunteering to help others is my reason to live. The joy Meghan Pierce writes in the Sunday news correspondent that 12 year-old Calle Walton brings to others in her three years, as a volunteer is a stick slowly disappearing in the USA. Family, friends and the public are afraid of Veterans not because of being veterans but because the government wants you to be. The homeless or the one’s incrassated that adjustment to a civilized society never was achieved the government wants the public to be afraid of for fear the cost may be their stick. Baggage comes in many forms but can a person like Calle remind us volunteering with a hand out can be a stick that save the USA. Disabled or any US Military Veteran are citizens that just did uncivilized acts trying to keep others sticks in the world burning.
My stick does not matter. I continue so Calle and the rest of the world can have a better place in life. My death will not be from with in but from the cold. The cold heart of the editors for censoring my opinion letters telling of the selfness and greed of our government officials. The joy of Christmas shines as I sit next to the runway watching the horizon lights from the ordinance dropped on others.

Paranoid
What is the danger sign of someone that is paranoid? The situation is with no memory of growing up until waking up in a military hospital from TBI can one survive? To be shipped over seas in and out of combat for the next thirty-one months because of an admin error with no memory makes little since. The years to achieve and develop were done while killing and playing with dangerous weapons. At seventeen I killed before any memory of my first kiss to a round-eyed girl. Daily life and death situations were achieved by locking my fears and emotion away and using what was available to survive. I come home as the VA eventually recognizes my PTSD, broken back and Loss of hearing all combat related to go along with my TBI. Dumped in the USA with no help or support to be spit on by a girl at the airport and called a baby killer. Attending college developed my need to learn silence is the only survival back here in the world “USA”. Protests and sly remarks from other students after learning my USMC back ground made me question why the government let me come back at all. The VA now stops my medical care and the public is afraid of me from government destruction of my character. Do you see any danger signs?
Little Hawk in a response to my letter told me to have a nice holiday. I thank you for that makes my day. I see things with a rational mind. I write letters of government wrongs, although may not be perfect but tells the truth. People read my letters including the public, government officials, cops and many more all refusing to correct the wrongs. People refuse to help for the fear that you cannot take on city hall. People will not communicate with me for fear. Government officials, cops and the VA all refuse to correct the wrongs but continue to inflict more and more harm to inflame my disabilities for there own demented reasons. This Paranoid mind in writing was made to pay the governor to communicate with him. He took my money and never talked. The situation is where does a US Marine go when all means of communication are stopped. The New Hampshire government even refuses my Redress of Grievance filed many times in writing as our highest law the Constitution guarantees us the right to have a Redress of Grievance hearing. What is the danger sign of someone that is paranoid? The situation is with no memory of growing up until waking up in a military hospital from TBI can one survive? To be shipped over seas in and out of combat for the next thirty-one months because of an admin error with no memory makes little since. The years to achieve and develop were done while killing and playing with dangerous weapons. At seventeen I killed before any memory of my first kiss to a round-eyed girl. Daily life and death situations were achieved by locking my fears and emotion away and using what was available to survive. I come home as the VA eventually recognizes my PTSD, broken back and Loss of hearing all combat related to go along with my TBI. Dumped in the USA with no help or support to be spit on by a girl at the airport and called a baby killer. Attending college developed my need to learn silence is the only survival back here in the world “USA”. Protests and sly remarks from other students after learning my USMC back ground made me question why the government let me come back at all. The VA now stops my medical care and the public is afraid of me from government destruction of my character. Do you see any danger signs?
Little Hawk in a response to my letter told me to have a nice holiday. I thank you for that makes my day. I see things with a rational mind. I write letters of government wrongs, although may not be perfect but tells the truth. People read my letters including the public, government officials, cops and many more all refusing to correct the wrongs. People refuse to help for the fear that you cannot take on city hall. People will not communicate with me for fear. Government officials, cops and the VA all refuse to correct the wrongs but continue to inflict more and more harm to inflame my disabilities for there own demented reasons. This Paranoid mind in writing was made to pay the governor to communicate with him. He took my money and never talked. The situation is where does a US Marine go when all means of communication are stopped. The New Hampshire government even refuses my Redress of Grievance filed many times in writing as our highest law the Constitution guarantees us the right to have a Redress of Grievance hearing. Yesterday I got a lot of Email addresses for NH Law enforcement so let me explain. It is your job to protect and serve the public but you have lost your perspective as the imaginary Blue Wall grows. Example is Concord County attorney Mekeel boosts he will ”Keep bail high enough to ensure Towle stays behind bars”. Bail is not a weapon to incrassate but a tool to ensure the defendant will appear. A Judge violates the Constitution by denying the defendant the right to represent him self. Where does it all end? The police arrested me under the Patriot Act as a terrorist and took my freedom for six months before dropping the bogus charges. The VA stops my medical care until I stop writing opinion letters of government wrongs. The NH Supreme Court criminally violates the Constitution by refusing to hear a case of Judge Peter Favuer criminally violating the law to knowingly with intent to harm US citizens. Discrimination and Conflict of interest is so apparent that the law and law enforcement is used to seek retribution on innocent citizens to control opinion letters of government wrongs. I have been sending these letters to thousands of addresses every day including law enforcement. Now with hundreds of more law enforcement address we will see just whom they protect and serve. Will the Blue Wall come first or the rights of the people that they pledge to protect and serve. Hopeless, The End
Hopeless
There is no purpose to being here. Mr. Barrett said “The right to defend themselves and their land by any means necessary” is a profound statement. The only purposeful thing that I have done in my life is the right to call my self a US Marine. I live off the government for whatever value they believe my life is worth. I volunteer trying to pay back the dead for giving their lives so that I could come back alive. My history shows nothing: as that is what I am. A thank you and a word of how my help makes life better for those I help, is the most that I will take. In the very next moment these very same individuals mock and discredit my character as dangerous for my mind will go blank at a seconds moment as my presences is in the bush fighting for survival. To volunteer has to be the best thing for anyone to do in the world: Right? The greed of others taking advantage of my help make me feel-good so I give more. What is wrong with me? My head is spinning and if I walk the walls and objects are distorted in my vision. Coming home from coffee this morning I drove in the long tunnel of past, present and future, as reality no longer exists. If reality ever did exist in my life at all is a good question. The government will medicate my mind but I am already there so to what purpose will we let them distort a mind more.
Kevin Barrett in the Veterans Today article took my mind with the words “substantially Support”. I have absolutely no idea why or for what reason. The hopeless distorted vision of a US Marine that writes dangerous letters that for public safety must be censored. I do not need help. I need to get out of this place. To allow government officials to stop anyone’s medical care is not possible in the land that I served as a US Marine for. My life consists of living off government handouts so the Veterans Administration stopping my medical care to control my opinion letters is justifiable and does serve a purpose for the public safety and budget.
In the United States of America the purpose of writing opinion of wrongs is what freedom of speech is all about. I “Substantially Support” that there is no purpose to letters by dangerous US Marines, as to silence we for the safety of the civilized society must be US Policy.

Lack of Veterans Administration Communication
Lack of communication in a civilized world is wrong. Dangerous is the word I read in many opinion letters in NH newspapers these days. People having weapons: being allowed to use them in colleges, town halls and other public places. Innocent people get killed and if anyone took the time they would see just cause for such actions. Killing goes against the belief in a civilized society but is it wrong, as our Constitution obliges us to abolish those that diminish our constitution. The public saying is talk to solve differences will avoid violence. What is the solution when government officials refuse to speak when they can control. We have checks and balances but what is the solution if these no longer work? The NH Supreme Court refuses to hear a case where Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to harm natural born US citizens. Elected government officials publicly harm my character to stop public support. Government officials complain about me and ask me to stop sending them complaint letters with complete descriptions of the criminal acts committed by the Madbury NH selectmen, judge Fauver and the NH Supreme Court. The newspapers refuse to print my opinion letters for I am called a danger to society. If my words were untrue you can bet each one of these individuals would take me to court on libel suits. They do not because then the public would learn just our much of a cover up is going on.
The Veterans Administration stops my medical care for combat related disabilities rather than communicate. The newspapers believe that I am so dangerous that this horrendous action is justified so the public is not informed of these criminal wrongs. Treat a 100% disabled US Military Veteran worse than an animal and you say weapons are not called for. Think of a solution your self before you ask me not to write opinion letters any more. Think of the Madbury Family that Judge Fauver used the law to enable the Madbury selectmen to take land from local residents for the selectmen’s personal gain. This letter will be read around the world except in the USA newspapers. Government wrongs to harm any individual in the way of retribution cannot be tolerated. Newspapers censoring the public from informing others by way of opinion letters criminally violate the trust of every individual in the USA. Lack of communication is the cause of weapons being used to kill innocent people. The saying “we should have seen the problem coming” is what is said after the massacre. PTSD and TBI are enough of an untreated service connected disability that stopping my medical care should scare the public. Along with those two disabilities I have a broken back and loss of hearing in both ears all causing questionable social skills since coming back to the world “USA”. You are the people
Hate me, call me names, it just does not work. We the people are in charge of our government and it is our obligation to correct their wrongs. If it were you being harmed by the courts and government taking your land you would only pray that a volunteer would go all out for you. Just because the news media tells you that this volunteer is a danger to society does not make it right. I do have medical conditions called Service connected US Military disabilities from defending the USA. The few people that complain about my letters are the very government workers that want you to believe their stopping my medical care was for your safety. Judged Peter Fauver criminally used the power of the court to let the Madbury NH selectmen take land from local residents for the selectmen’s personal gain. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear the case when presented to them. My medical care to keep my danger in check was stopped to teach me free speech was government controlled. The newspapers believe free speech is the editor’s choice so my letters are censored from the local newspapers. My letters are printed around the world so if Fauver or the SC could proof my words were libelous they would in a second. The truth is a powerful weapon: only when freedom allows it to be spoken with out government retribution. I volunteer to help others so what so many gave over the history of the USA is not in VAIN>

Take me off your email list
Copy the email and take it to your local police department. Tell the Sheriff and State Police; even in form the Secret Service of this dangerous US citizen sending you unwanted mail of obligated responsibilities. I go out of my way to take people other than government or government associated persons off my mailing list if they ask. It is like this morning at coffee a person told me how the Durham large fire truck was parked in front of a bar on main St for four hours while the firemen were at the Christmas party at the bar. This person wanted me to write a complaint letter because the truck was running the entire time. I do not live in Durham but his reason was even more profound. He said it would hurt his community standings if he complained. People sheik their primary responsibility to the USA because they know if speaking publicly will destroy what they have. People are afraid and with good cause look what it has done to me.
I volunteer my time not just for this Madbury issue but any person that asks or just looks like they need help. The most I will ever accept for my volunteer help is a thank you for it is my responsibility to make the USA better for others. Not one person in the thirty something years that I have been volunteering daily has refused my help. It may be as small as sitting on a bench and talking to someone sad or crying, buying a homeless person a cup of coffee or doing the electrical wiring in some ones home because they cannot afford it. I volunteer in schools, for the police department functions and far more: never asking or expecting any compensation of any kind for my volunteering comes from the heart. People have to remember that the USA is built on the public speaking openly of whatever subject they choose with out government retaliation for making others aware of wrongs.
If your local selectmen wanted you out of their town and used the trusted government powers the public gives them would you not want a volunteer to help you get back what is yours. The Madbury selectmen publicly stated he was seeking revenge against this family that called a stranger out of the blue for that is how desperate they were. A am the person they called. Judge Peter Favuer used the power of the court to make rulings government retaliation is permitted if it is a no-body family. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear the case when presented to them because it criminally exposed a brother Judged/Attorney. Asking for help
Asking for help
Everyday I see people in the paper asking for help. They get arrested put in jail. To what end? Our prisons are cages to mentally starve human beings into death traps, as society will pay to keep them there and pay again after they get out. To believe a politician does for the good of the people is like sticking your finger in a plug looking for water. Once thought of as the most important part of a free nation was the opinion of the people. Now a days the people’s words are censored or edited to what the papers want the public to believe. I volunteer to help people every day and the newspapers still want the public to believe that I am a danger. If I am such a danger then why stop my medical care. If I ask the public for help what right does the establishment have to harm my character under the headline public safety? Every day people like Gordon Duff bring back a ray of hope.
Yesterday a man called me from a different nation because daily he reads Veterans Today. I lost the paper that had his information on it so I hope he calls again. People around the world call this no body but the local residents of NH are ignorant to my call for help. Government wrongs harming the people like the NH Supreme Court refusing to hear a case presented to them of criminal wrongs by Judge Peter Fauver. This cannot be a libelous statement because people in other nations talk about my letters. People like Gordon Duff have the manly goods to publish words of a no body like me. The news media in New Hampshire believe it is good to keep important information from the public because ignorance protects the special class. NH put me in jail under the patriot act as a terrorist. I lost my freedom for six months before the bogus charges were dropped. Protecting the NH SC by silencing free speech voids the believe communication in a civilized society is the proper way. A man from another nation reads the wrongs in NH because the truth is a weapon of survival. People like Gordon Duff see that as they show in the life they live.

Do not give your name as I put my name, address and Phone number on all my letters for the truth is the most powerful weapon. The Veterans Administration believes they have the power to stop a 100% disabled veterans medical care for combat related disabilities under the heading of public safety to stop my opinion letters of government wrongs. MY PTSD, TBI, broken back and loss of hearing I received while on tour with the USMC. Government harassment and torment mounts as my disabilities grow. The solution is making the public aware of the truth. Newspapers censoring the words of the public asking for help makes my mind think of violence. We read in the paper daily where those asking for help revert to violence as their cries are censored. Public safety is a tool to allow incrassation by government officials that want to be dominant.

Are words justifyed
Are words justified?
What answers is the right ones? I cannot plead with you as for some reason no one believes me or cares to what ever. I am not depressed although that might be the easy way out. I contain my need for violence for that can never be the answer in a civilized society. Oh forgive me the Constitution calls for violence as the law obligates us to abolish all that diminish our Constitution as all means of Redress of Grievances fail. Words have to be justified but what if no one will hear what you are saying. People occupy Boston and other cities looking for the answer but what is right. My medical conditions give good reason to question if what is going on is even real to the point safety must be a concern. My medical care for combat related disabilities has been stopped. Justifiable as the medical providers must be kept safe at the expense of the patients. What about the rest of the people in the world if containment is not used and a danger exist. Freedom of speech is silenced at the command of our leaders the trusted government officials. Have the silent demons broke through and are about to take over.
I have no answers only the ability to ask questions. I can tell the world the NH Supreme Court violated the Constitution, as no one will hear the censored words of a disabled Veteran. I volunteer to help others in direct conflict with the government’s assessment of the danger they tell you that I am. I read Ken Smiths article on Veterans Organizations in Veterans Today on the web. I love this guy’s style of writing wishing my words rang so true and easy to read. The truth is people believe negative words of someone’s personality or intent before they accept the truth if ever. The most dangerous veterans organization is the government department of Veterans Administration. The people accept and believe that they are great. They do a lot of good beneficial things for US Military veterans. They also secretly harm veterans swept under the rug to contain or limit budget losses. The Veterans Administration will medicate to say they are treating veterans while telling the patient the medication is working when they know it is not. Drugs and medication is the VA solution to keep the public satisfied as they grow and waste more and more.
My letter is done today so can that be the right answer at this point.

Deadly cost of freedom
I want, I need, I have no time are words people prefer not to hear. Volunteering to help other people in life is one of the most wanted but neglected social skills in the civilized society. Our society thrives on cheap or free labor. Volunteering to help is a form of free labor as others want to take advantage of such help. Rich people, poor people, Black people and white people all need someone to put out their hand and volunteer some help. Volunteering from the heart is a form of greed. MY volunteer help to anyone with out a second thought is payment of all those US citizens that gave their lives for the existence of the USA. I came back alive and for what I have done it should not be. Better with more richer personality and smarts died for what the USA stands as a nation for. They had the right to live to enjoy what we have today.
Miss trust and anger are the first thoughts of the people I just out of the blue start helping. It is impossible for some to see that I want nothing. My needs exist to help others and are mine alone to concur. I have no time with all the pain and PTSD-TBI situations only to set them aside as they are nothing compared to what those that will never come back alive for what they gave for the USA.
This was to be my last letter, the intent as my death has to be the answer to get out of this place. Suicide is not a part of me although it 9is very tempting. I do not need the VA suicide personal harassing me tonight for this letter. I do not need law enforcement to come to my home tonight to harass my family after we go to sleep. I cannot see why people twist what I say to harm my character. Waking up one day with no memory and being live in a combat zone is an adventure no one has the ability to conceive. For the rest of your life to see the blood on the Gook you just pulled the bayonet out of taunts why this civilized society accepts you. People reject my words for what reason they do not hear what I am saying.
I want, I need, I have no time is a civilized society that I hope some day I can volunteer in as a mediator to help them see there is more in life.
My words make no since just like suicide make no since. This civilized society just does not want to stop, look and hear what the people around them are saying unless they can benefit from it. To hear is not interpreting what you want to hear that persons say. To hear is to listen and learn what the other person is saying and the meaning of his words. Freedom is what the US Military gives our lives for.
What the Madbury selectmen are doing to that innocent family just trying to live is wrong. The NH Supreme Court allowed and encouraged Judge Peter Favuer to violate the Constitution to harm US citizens and refused to hear the case with it was presented to the NH SC.
If this is a civilized society show me and let us communicate with out violence and government officials violating the Constitution.

what justifiys civilized actions
What justifies civilized actions?
Reality is that I will never write a piece that wins the Pulitzer Prize. Learning to just reach people and have them read my letters is hard enough. Believability is something just not real to me. Constant repeating of the same subject, which is a line some use to describe my letters. The subject of the NH Supreme Court refusing to hear a case where a judge used the trusted power of the courts to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to take from local resident for personal gain. We the people are the USA what is the reasoning for such facts to be censored from the citizens. The reality, which is I am a 100% disabled US Marine gives fuel to those harming my character to persuade the public against me. Character assignation by government officials for retribution is a crime against our Constitution. Of course if the NH SC can use the law for profit and to protect a special class of society “Judges and Attorneys” the Constitution becomes a worthless piece of paper. To stop my medical care for combat related disabilities: just goes to far. A civilized society can violate my individual Constitutional rights and at the same time refuse to communicate with me to solve the wrongs in a non-violent manner what becomes the solution.
I have PTSD and TBI for which the VA will medicate to take my ability to function away even though they have knowledge the medication is useless. Oh wait a minute my VA medical has been stopped. Who will take the blame as a trained killer relives the very acts used to keep this civilized society in tact? Drugging US Military veterans to keep their mental state unable to function is wrong but done on a daily basis by the VA. Living with a combat deranged mind homeless under a bridge makes more since to some than being a zombie in a dirty VA hospital having doctors that do not even speak clear English treat you. What is wrong with those words is that they are mean and do not fit into a civilized society. They are the truth and using tack to persuade people is just like compromising the guaranteed rights of the Constitution. No one not even the NH SC has the right to diminish our Constitution at any time.
Today Dec 7 has meaning that will be lost in time as the remaining citizens that were there die just as our forefather’s belief is becoming. No one remembers my breaking my back during one Vietnam offensive and losing my hearing from being blown off a runway during another offensive as time passes. The lost meaning of reality as the tales of this letters skips around will be the description some will use to defame my words. What are we fighting for; next stop is Vietnam is a depressing statement that rings in my head every December.
Think about the Japanese bombing Pearl Harbor and realize how important the US Military Veteran is. Censoring the letters of citizens being wronged by government is just a reality that I cannot see. Taking my medical care away is justifyed because my coming back alive was wrong. I see the “world” USA differently back here and Dec is the worst each year. Safety first
Safety First
You want to be taken off my letter list of emails. What gives you the right to want anything? My letters go out daily to inform US citizens of wrongs in our government and it is your obligation to do some thing about it. So few want to be taken off, as these are most likely the same citizens that never served in our military but live off the safety and freedom we provided. I add ten to one hundred names a day and if I get to you I will oblige your wish for I mean no harm to anyone. I volunteer to help people and even though I do not know you. It is my obligation as a returning US Military Veteran not to let what so many over the history of the USA gave their lives for to be in VAIN. Volunteering every day since coming back from the Vietnam Conflict is a must for I came back alive as many that did not were far better and smarter than I. Why should I get to enjoy live back here knowing my orders and actions were to protect and defend what citizens back here do not seem to give a dam if politician waste that what they gave their lives for. My orders and actions killed human life the enemy and may be some of ours. I do not feel guilt but pride for the uncivilized actions many back here distaste me for. I can not sleep at night for the feeling will not leave of a scared child pretending to be a US Marine having adventures no one will ever believe. The constant feeling of the last second of life as I strived to do better in my mission so other Marine’s would not have to go through this H-ell. The endless journeys as American Advisor on convoys to nowhere to deliver surplus supplies to friendly camps deep in the bush. The end less days and nights during a Vietnam offensive stopping and launching birds so they could dump bombs on the enemy trying to kill us. I want so much in this life and my most prevalent is wishing that I never came home alive to see this.
It is ok that you stopped my medical but think of all the US Military Veterans today coming back and many the VA will treat the same or worse. Your doing nothing to stop government wrongs allow the very citizens that fought for your safety and freedom to have no purpose. These Veterans are citizens just like you but they went off so that you did not have to. No matter what we come back with the knowledge of knowing as we try to make a life back here. I spoke freely of the NH judge that violated the Constitution to intentionally harm US citizens. I spoke freely of the NH Supreme Court refusing to hear the case. Discrimination by the NH SC can never be tolerated. The NH government harming a 100% disabled US Marine trying to stop this citizens (Marine’s) free speech and the press believing they have the right to censor these wrongs brings disgrace to New Hampshire and the USA>

Veterans want to know
Veterans so much want to know
The Veterans Administration (not the hospital) denies me medical care for my combat related disabilities and the newspapers censor my letters. I read today in the Concord Monitor a letter “Helping Veterans” by Alex, a common theme as the Election Day grows near. The VA helps most veterans as the ones they can deflect or ignore are left behind. It is the same with society refusing, not intentionally but because the system subconsciously sees veterans as a never ending draw on the budget for the few years that we served. Danger and incrassation is one way to gain public acceptability, as it is the combat disabilities not the personality that committed the unacceptable acts in a civilized society. Homelessness on the street becomes societies mark of a loser without understanding or caring this child came back an adult with no social skills left. The US Military Veterans service to the USA is forgotten over the years as the survival skills eat away in the sub-conscious to destroy relationships with family and friends. The veteran is as ignorant to the silent demons as society except there is no solution is the Veterans Administration sees no profit in there budget by treating as to leave behind is cheaper.
Newspapers and the government use lines out of my censored letters to inflame the public. Any response to the government or newspapers is covered up before printing as danger to the public safety issues. The Concord Monitor will censor this response for the danger they want you to believe that I am. I want to know what we did it for? You say that I am a danger yet my medical care is stopped for the very illness that you are afraid of. Reality to me is seeing the never-ending battle to get out of this benjo ditch. They’re again flashbacks and the need to know how society leaves anyone behind to keep public officials on their chariots. My twisted mind as you call it keeps me so deeply from using violence for seeing the gooks pass so close without a clip in my weapon is futile. The Veterans Administration is the US Military Veterans worst nightmare. The VA hospital is a cherished lifesaver of those that can maneuver around the obstacles that our “in country” life limits our ability too. Seeing Alex say “Helping Veterans” yet no one sees our writing.
I want to know why civilized society wants to silently put us away, then during election years “Helping Veterans” is the theme. Every war or conflict US Military Veterans go through the same shame from you. Helping Veterans has to start with hearing our forgotten censored words?

I read today in the Concord Monitor a letter “Helping Veterans” by Alex, a common theme as the Election Day grows near. The VA helps most veterans as the ones they can deflect or ignore are left behind. It is the same with society refusing, not intentionally but because the system subconsciously sees veterans as a never ending draw on the budget for the few years that we served. Danger and incrassation is one way to gain public acceptability, as it is the combat disabilities not the personality that committed the unacceptable acts in a civilized society. Homelessness on the street becomes societies mark of a loser without understanding or caring this child came back an adult with no social skills left. The US Military Veterans service to the USA is forgotten over the years as the survival skills eat away in the sub-conscious to destroy relationships with family and friends. The veteran is as ignorant to the silent demons as society except there is no solution is the Veterans Administration sees no profit in there budget by treating as to leave behind is cheaper.
Newspapers and the government use lines out of my censored letters to inflame the public. Any response to the government or newspapers is covered up before printing as danger to the public safety issues. The Concord Monitor will censor this response for the danger they want you to believe that I am. I want to know what we did it for? You say that I am a danger yet my medical care is stopped for the very illness that you are afraid of. Reality to me is seeing the never-ending battle to get out of this benjo ditch. They’re again flashbacks and the need to know how society leaves anyone behind to keep public officials on their chariots. My twisted mind as you call it keeps me so deeply from using violence for seeing the gooks pass so close without a clip in my weapon is futile. The Veterans Administration is the US Military Veterans worst nightmare. The VA hospital is a cherished lifesaver of those that can maneuver around the obstacles that our “in country” life limits our ability too. Seeing Alex say “Helping Veterans” yet no one sees our writing.
I want to know why civilized society wants to silently put us away, then during election years “Helping Veterans” is the theme. Every war or conflict US Military Veterans go through the same shame from you. Helping Veterans has to start with hearing our forgotten censored words?

To Slander a Judge
My letters on the web are in the tens of thousands being referred to by corporations, medical, people in need and all: except the news media. The NH Insider has discussion on my letters and personality. People want to refer to me as a danger but as some one point out the Constitution obligates us to abolish any government official that diminishes our Constitution in any way. I volunteer at a deficit to my family for the one thing in his world that matters more than any thing else. The freedom and continued existence of the United States of America.
My medical care for combat related disabilities was stopped and the public does not care. The VA taunts me as they restarted my medical care to fluff my medical records in the case of an investigation. Pubic officials, and a few others harm my character by claiming to the public through the news media that I am mentally unstable but my response is censored. What danger from me exists that from the start of my writing letters not once have I violated the law or threatened harm to anyone other than what the highest law in the US obligates me to be? WE must expose and stop judges that violate the law for the personal gain of that special class of society. There are so many letters by me of Judge Peter Favuer criminally violating the Constitution it proves what I am saying is the truth. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear the case meaning the court committed the act of Discrimination to protect one it. No one has to like what I say but the truth is so powerful that even the NH SC does not want it believed by the public. A civilized society that says talk is the best way to avoid violence commits acts in defiance of our Constitution to keep the public ignorant of the crimes. I do not give up because so many people over the history of the USA gave their lives for the very rights that are being dismissed here. Stopping my medical care was the least of the crimes committed to stop my words by these trusted government officials.
The NH Governor Lynch charged me money to speak with him on the subject of government wrongs. He took my money (and I still have the receipt) but refuses to speak with me. The governor defies our Constitution by making me pay and the news media does not believe this is pubic information. Carol Shea-Porter another view

“Yes we can save America’s middle class” are the words from a woman that lives of the backs of what others do. Carol Shea-porter will tell you that she understands the military because her husband served in the Air Force for twenty-one years. Carol has a policy of taxing other people to give away to democratic wishes for political gain. Carol once had me arrested because in her first term I wrote a letter that questioned her policies. The Dover police dropped the charges because they were bogus. Carol uses other people but as a favored person of the editors biased news is funneled to her credit. What ever happen to response letters and the other view?
Carol does not have to like what I say or believe. When an elected official such as Carol uses her political power to harm a voter that is public information that the news can never be allowed to censor. Carol did not serve in the military. I am a 100% disabled US Military Veteran. I was injured four times. Three of my four disabilities are combat related. I participated in two Vietnam offensives and did eight convoys as American Advisor. I lived to earn my right to exist in the USA as a citizen protected by our Constitution from people like Carol Shea-Porter. I am part of the American Middle Class that Carol is trying to use once again for her own gain.
Everyone has a view. Should a disabled veterans view be censored as the newspapers scare the public using what I did in the military as a weapon? No VA Medical for combat disabilities
My VA medical is cut until I stop writing opinion letters of government wrongs. I add ten to one hundred names a day on my list of people that read letters or at least receive them. One or two each letter responds to tell me that I need counseling or medical help. Send a copy to the VA and the newspapers because they receive a letter each day from me and I get no response. I can and do go to the emergency room by ambulance in emergencies at great expense to the taxpayer but a 100% disabled US Marine with combat related disabilities can never have his medical care stopped as a weapon to control free speech. The public believes that I am a danger as that is the manipulated truth published by the news media to harm my character. I still to this day volunteer every day to help other US Citizens. I set my pain and discomfort aside to help others for I came back alive as far better than I gave their lives for the USA. I owe them the respect to see that what they Our US Military give their lives for is not in VAIN. The VA does give me token visits to fluff my medical file incase of questions.
I volunteer to help others so what danger is the news media and our government scaring the public with. Through putting me in jail, stopping my medical care and the police harassing my family and friends I still stand that it is any citizen’s right to question the NH Supreme Court justices when they criminally use the law for their own special protection. The NH SC refused to hear a case presented to them of a brother Judge/Attorney that made rulings to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to take from local residents for the selectmen’s own personal benefit and profit. I tell you the public that it is wrong for the newspapers to take the government side and censor my letters for any reason.
I am a nut for believing that we (meaning the US Military) fight and die on foreign soil to protect and defend our Constitution. You do not have to like what I am saying but God be with you if you don’t hear and correct the wrongs that are happening.

bend over
Bend over
Blood rushes from my nose just seconds ago. It happens the other night so I just sat in the chair fell asleep waiting to die. My wife came home found me put a cold compress on it. I woke up to my suppress it had not happen again. My head is spinning and pounding to the beat of my heart. I do not always get a nose bleed with these systems but more times than not I do. A service connected combat related disability from my tour in the USMC. The VA does not treat my disabilities for they are using my Combat related injuries to teach me to obey NH government orders. My complaint letters go unanswered to the VA. It is kind of like those two disabled children under state care that died last winter. Ignore and abuse as long as the needy are unseen. When the public does find out blame the system and tell the public we are correcting these wrongs with legislative action. Stop my medical care until I stop writing opinion letters of government wrongs. If the public gets a hint of what is going on, destroy the US Military Veterans character by informing the public he has mental problems that make him a danger so stay away.
The other day I volunteered to help a person in Maine with some yard work and other things. My back hurt so badly and my head was pounding by the end of the day so I stopped at a bar on the way home. I drank not until the pain went away but I just did not feel the symptoms. How yea my broken back and loss of hearing are two more combat related disabilities to go along with the PTSD and TBI. To volunteer to help others is my responsibility to all those better than I that gave their lives so we can live as we do. Freedom to me is not letting all those heroes that gave everything for the USA to continue to exist not be in VAIN. They are far smarter and better than I and god should have spared their lives over mine. I volunteer to make the USA better for their memory.
The VA stops my medical, our state and federal government ignore, punish me and law enforcement harass my family and friends to isolate me. The newspapers refuse to print my letters of government wrongs. I feel as if being bent over and a telephone is being pushed up there. There are reasons for all my problems such as choosing to sleep instead of stopping the nosebleed. We should have realized back then that I had no right to come back to the “world” USA.

What makes the editor print letters?
The opinion of the readers is the foundation of the newspaper and the US government. They the government and newspapers can do what ever they want to harm me but my freedom of speech is stopped because they do not like my words telling the public of their wrongs. How many times do I have to write it that government retaliation is against the law! NH and the VA cannot be allowed to use any citizen’s medical care as a form of retaliation to stop free speech. The government and VA is controlling what the public can be informed of as they the government can violate the law to inflict harm and shame on me to stop me. It: the newspapers and government keep telling you what a danger my existence is then for the safety of the community my freedom on the streets cannot exist. Public knowledge gained through the newspapers protects all the citizens from wrongs by so few individuals that want power and greed. What happens when communication stops? Stop medical care to educe violence it makes since.
The NH Supreme Court has to be subject to the opinion of the citizens to talk about when they (the SC) commit crimes against our Constitution. Using my medical care for combat related disabilities has to at some point provoke a violent response from a nut. I tell the readers the truth even when it documents my PTSD and TBI as a road traveled through violent encounters defending and protecting our Constitution as a US Marine. The law obligates every citizen to abolish any government individual that violates our Constitution when all means of redress of grievance fail. This civilized society has chosen not to communicate with me. The government and newspapers use my medical disabilities to scare the public and harm my character as retribution to stop my freedom of speech. When the citizens foundation fail may be it is time for a nut to blow up the remaining house and start over. This civilized society refuses to accept my Redress of Grievance submitted to the NH government many times in defiance or our guaranteed rights so stated in our Constitution. Judge Peter Fauver criminally with intent to do harm to other US citizens violated the Constitution to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to take from other residents through the trusted power of the people for the selectmen’s personal gain. This family asked me for help and I volunteer my time to help other US citizens have a better life.

Biased newspaper reporting
Fosters shows biased reporting.
“Beyond limited past references, Foster’s Daily has been tempted to pretty much ignore the Occupy Wall Street movement-at least until it figures out what it wants beyond a few slogans”. A weekly story in the Union Leader about a reporter in 1890’s (Nettle Blye) and her need to tell the unbiased facts demonstrates just how far the editors lost ethics for the people’s rights. There are a few small newspapers such as the Keene Free Press, which is of the NH underground telling the public what the politicians hide. Response letters to the biased news media are censored stopping another view as if to say we the readers cannot reach beyond slogans. This week in the UL Ms. Blye discovers the rail workers are people with real problems caused by the well-established society. She learns the other side and is not afraid to admit her own beliefs were wrong. Newspapers want to increase readers to make advertizing in there pages more appealing. The Foster’s clearly tells the people in their own words OWS is news this biased news group will not report on until it is clear what these US citizens want. Each individual in the OWS is a human being that has rights. The government and the socially well established in many ways take from the middle class and less class. The Fosters, UL and most other news media can not see beyond my danger to society this 100% combat related, service connected disabled veteran is labeled by government. The news media will not even print my opinion letters of the NH government and VA stopping my medical cares for combat related disabilities until I stop writing opinion of government wrongs. What is the Constitution a worthless piece of paper?

This week in the UL Ms. Blye discovers the rail workers are people with real problems caused by the well-established society. She learns the other side and is not afraid to admit her own beliefs were wrong. Newspapers want to increase readers to make advertizing in there pages more appealing. Each individual in the OWS is a human being that has rights. The government and the socially well established in many ways take from the middle class and less class. You took my freedom by putting me in jail on bogus charges. You take my medical care until I stop writing opinion letters, which the biased news censors to protect the public from the danger they want everyone to believe I am. The local and state police harass my family and friends to isolate me to excite my PTSD and TBI forcing suicide or violence in my efforts to kill the gooks. What to do with my letters
The state’s largest newspaper endorses Newt knowing the backstabbing he did to every person in the USA. Response letters to this paper will be censored for they are the other side. I am not Dem or Rep I vote for the person in each election for that is what our Military protect our right to do. Politicians no longer care about the people only how they themselves can take advantage of the system. The newspapers no longer care about the readers only how they can create power and more profit. Half-baked, biased news articles of manipulated truth to avoid libel claims destroy US citizen as they censor the opinion of the people. The most powerful facts censored is the NH Supreme Court refusal to hear a case documented by government records of a brother judge/attorney criminally violating the constitution to intentionally harm US Citizens. It is my God given right to tell the world of these wrongs even if it is the NHSC that is the criminal. Judge Peter Fauver used the people’s trusted power of the court to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to take from local resident for the selectmen’s personal gain. I have no place to go for even the courts are wrong. Just as they cannot stop me with court powers for then the truth will become public, their worst nightmare. The states largest newspaper refusal to tell the other view just is not right. The NH SC refused to hear the case.
I write about US Military Veterans and the wrongs in the system by the Veterans Administration harming individuals covered over as if we never existed in the world. Most disabled veterans get great care by this very VA system but to eliminate those few is another view that must be told. The few range in the tens of thousands homeless or mentally disrupted by our actions to defend the greatest nation in the world. Our words are silenced as government uses our silent demons to frighten the public to believe the danger we pose to them. I have not violated the law but my letters make government officials do criminal acts to stop me. The newspapers refuse to print the other side for fear of alienation by the very politicians they want in office. I have been incrassated to stop my free speech.
The newspapers censor my letters but my list of thousands each day that receive them just keeps growing. A few ask to be taken off my list but I refuse as I tell each one to call the police, government, secret service or who ever for the truth is a powerful weapon. Send a copy of my letters to the newspapers and ask how they can do this to the very citizens that gave their lives to protect the newspapers right to exist. The hundreds of US military Veterans that call or write me to ask me not to stop for they are unable to do the very thing that must be corrected to stop the (few) powerful people in government harming US Military veterans across the USA. They stop my medical care as a weapon to control my free speech>
I am not vindictive or a violent person as the newspapers and government keep telling the public. I am a 100% disabled US Marine, (three of my four disabilities are combat related) needing you the public to forward my letters to the newspapers and everyone else and ask “How can this happen in the USA”?

Apologize
The VA suicide hotline calls me so much to harass my family and place stress on me to entice suicide I was rude to a caller yesterday. Knowing that I was wrong does not make it right and I hope Ken understands. The VA suicide hotline is both a dangerous organization and a helpful one. In a way my knowledge of suicide is a close one for I have tried it many times while in a flashback. I have no way too see how many times for I do not always remember. I know one time I jumped up from my laying in a benjo ditch to light up the gooks only to come out of my flashback to realize that I just jumped off a cliff. My pant let caught on the top of a 30 to 50 foot birch tree, which lowered me to the ground with just a deep gash in my upper leg. More recently and I do not know if it is because of what the VA or NH Government is doing to my family and friends but I have had it in my mind quite a bit more. The saying the Vietnam Veteran came back to a society that does not want or accept us is so true. The few trying to sway public opinion will tell you that I am looking for pity for what is going on. How many US Military Veterans medical care is cut off as government officials are demonstrating that they are in power. My VA medical for combat related disabilities was stopped to stop my opinion letters just like this one and the newspapers censor anyhow. I hope Ken understands I was not volunteering to talk US Military Veterans out of suicide. My qualification is that I am one of those US Military Veterans caught in a world that I do not belong.
I could never be a part of a government organization that unbeknownst to the workers some times they are used to harass those needing help. The US government is the best in the world. There are some that power goes to their head and others are to scare to speak up. The so-called Blue Wall is the perfect example of a monopoly of the rights of citizens by government powers. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case where Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to harm local US citizens. Discrimination by the NH Supreme Court cannot be tolerated. The so-called blue wall of government workers falls in line to protect one of their own from the average citizen. The Madbury NH selectmen use the trusted power of government to take from local residents for their own profit. Judge Fauver knowingly allowed this to continue to this day. The NH SC refused to hear the case to protect a brother judge/attorney of their click. I am put in jail as a terrorist and my VA medical is stopped until I stop writing opinion of wrongs by the NH SC.
The government tells me in a “civilized society communication is used to avoid violence. While driving this morning I passed through that long black tunnel of reality. The Veterans Today web news site had an article on “Veterans 911 hotline dot com” I read the article by Ken Smith and joined. I was inspired by a cartoon in Seacoast news of two Indians looking out to sea and seeing the May Flower with Occupy American on one sail approaching. One Indians says “The First Movement” as a symbol of where and why it all started. The people still see the reason the USA exists but fail to see the occupy Egypt to Iraq and so forth is why the movement is here. A few are willing to give it all for what those two Indians are trying to remind us of. We are a nation that the world uses as a symbol that all the people rich or poor, smart or ignorant deserve and must be given an even chance in life. Government is here to serve all the people not just the corporations that pay to put them in elected positions to benefit a special class of people. A few people will be highlighted in the news by saying the protesters do not have a common goal or are to scattered in what they believe. Others will say they are the poor or homeless looking for a free ride. The occupy movement is the first step in the world to make it a better place for all. What the US Military give to the USA for our freedom is the right for any US citizen to publicly state wrongs in government. The two Indians stuck in my head as I read Ken Smith’s article. 911 Veterans hotline by volunteers to help veterans avoid suicide is needed because budget money spent on corporations or foreign land bring in more campaign contributions.
I see suicide, as it has to be a way to get out of this place. I am sure many US Military veterans see it the same way. How many times did we sing that song in our heads in tough moments over there? To come back to a nation we fought for where silence is our only road to existence. What we did is inconceivable, uncivilized or just plain criminal in the eyes of those we did it for. Our medical care is held hostage to our acceptance into society. Drug us to keep us silent as treatment for PTSD or other disabilities knowing it is not treating the disability just suppressing our ability to tell others we are people also.
