Right To Know Law Response
The Right To Know Law is like Judges and attorneys having a code of ethics that morally bounds them to not violate the law. Just like many other people I personally know David Taylor of Durham NH and do not believe anyone could say anything positive about his time on the ORSB. The news media protects some with limited or manipulated truths in the articles or just plain censors the opinion letters of those citizens willing to speak out. Freedom of the Press was a constitutional protected instrument to allow free and open discussion of facts from the average citizen that has no other way to communicate with neighbors and fellow US public. A private business (news media) with the ethical responsibility to inform the public of the unbiased facts equals that of destructive behavior of Judges and attorneys. Claim safety or personal information to limit or censor the voters from being informed of what is happening in their town, state or nation. There can be no more important RTK than the NH Supreme Court violating the Constitution to protect a brother judge. Peter Fauver criminally violated our highest laws (Constitution) to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal from local residents. Facts the public has a RTK but the moral and ethical responsibility of the news media to see that the public is informed of this is demonstrated as this response letter, trash not for public consumption. The NH SC refused to hear a case presented and documented to them of this judge’s criminal wrongs to harm the USA. Discrimination or Conflict of interest are both broken laws by the NH SC in this case.
The news media refers this person as mentally unstable and a danger to the public in their efforts to justify censoring my opinion. My four disabilities came from my time in the Marine Corps defending the very rights and laws our news media and judges no longer seem to be bound by. Why not follow the law and allow this case to be brought to the court of law as our Constitution guarantees every citizen (NH Const. PF art.14) “by have recourse to the law”. NH elected officials and law enforcement use retaliation to degrade my public image through the news media to protect their wrongs as a conflict of interest rings loud and clear. I have PTSD and the government stops my medical care think of the danger. These letters no matter what you think of them do make a permanent record for all to read some day. They call it PTSD as I flip back into my other world seeing and living the conflict daily so long forgotten by those we did it for.
David Taylor is right that the public does have a right to know everything that our elected officials and government is doing. The Response and opinion letters of the public being censored as the news media claims it is a private businesses right to censor what they do not deem appropriate. As attorneys, judges and our editors have made it, the Constitution is a worthless piece of paper at the present time.
The Right To Know law is trash to those in power just as this response is trash to our news media. Think about what this 100% disabled US Marine as all our US Military Veterans disabled or not go through for you the USA.
