VFW/American Legion
The VFW and American Legion talk about how they have fundraisers but not for the benefit of veterans only others. The newspapers have a great veterans page but it does not discuss veterans in need only the propaganda for the well to do veterans. Let us as a nation hear and talk with and about the one homeless or undeclared-PTSD veteran killing his/her daily lives and family as this civilized society ignores as unwanted. Small town churches in NH-USA complain to town officials how they cannot give anymore to help the needy locals for their coffers are running dry. On the next page are stories of how NH Churches are freely given money and aid to help foreign nations feed their poor. These nations the church gives to need their own money to fight US military (US Military given their lives to stop there government abuse of the poor). It is like everyone wants something. People believe if they help other nations get stronger it will help the people of the USA. No one wants to see or hear the homeless US Military Veteran. We all talk big about giving to help but just as our own government did when we came home political pet projects re-directs not just the money but seeing the need. Illegal aliens have a better chance of living better on US soil with US government aid than US military Veterans. In the back of readers minds they will acknowledge this is true but not do anything. Disabled US Military Veterans are left with out medical care or help because the US Government and civilized society use legal reasoning to reject or ignore until death do us part. The VFW/AL have become dumping grounds for political want a bees.
Newspapers shun my words to make the ignorant public believe the danger of association will be. People every day ask me to help. I volunteer with out any self-gratification for it is my duty that I came back alive and so many better than I will never see what they fought and died for as a US Military Hero. Some take advantage of my money, time and willingness to give. I have heard many reasons such as you get a pension from us so you can afford it. You owe us for all the free time our tax dollars allow you to have. I say that I will never help people like this again but I do only more carefully. People that I have helped refuse to help me for the danger the news media has instilled in the public of me. I cannot say if any write opinion letters because the news media censors all my letters to re-enforce the danger they want you to believe that I am. How can anyone see if the public supports or even cares to help me if their opinion letters are only what the news media wants the public to be informed about.
I have said it many times at this very moment my head feels like a heavy object with sharp pain with my left eye closing. Three times this week I had trouble eating because my finger could not work the fork. There is no way for me to describe the delusional or dizzy or confused state of mind that just appears as people around me notice a difference in me but accept me as a nut and ignore the lost state of mind. I just want to give up but it is like volunteering and another one happens. The VFW and AL talk but they do not hear the veterans asking for help.

Killing in the USA is there reason.
Carol Shea-Porter is running for re-election. The newspapers refuse to print the other side of view depicted as the harm this woman did to a 100% disabled US Marine. A private business protected by the Constitution manipulates the reader’s rights by censoring views the editors deem unfit. Hitler would be proud. A government formed by those that have the power to control communication to favor the special class of society declared illegal by our highest law the Constitution. Equality comes only to those that did not serve in our US Military. Reality is many US Military that return with delayed symptoms or disabilities are cast aside and camouflaged by the words of the many veterans that get great care. The newspapers refuse to print my letters or responses for the danger that they want the public to believe this 100% disabled US Marine is. I for thirty years was a friend with Carol’s brother until one day Carol got me arrested to stop my opinion letters of her wrongs. The charges were dropped, as out right lies by Carol as the records at the Dover NH PD will documents. The law exempts the special class for violations.
My medical care for my four disabilities was stopped. Three of my four disabilities are combat related. The newspapers do not believe these government wrongs are facts the public needs to be made aware of. The newspapers and NH government got me put in jail as a terrorist under the Patriot Act to stop my letters and make the public believe a danger exists in me. It was not all Carol. I asked Carol with help to expose the NH Supreme Court using discrimination and conflict of interest to intentionally harm the peace and dignity of the state. A high school drop out, which joined the MC at seventeen, does not have the right to question our NH SC according to the courts and NH government. My medical care was restarted under a Red Flag as a loophole to stop public awareness of the illegal acts. A Red Flag means no treatment or limited treatment as determined by the treating staff each visit. The government tells the public through the news media the danger this 100% disabled US Marine is but refuse medical care for the disabilities they claim are a public threat. The NH government has gone so far under the label safety to attempt to take my drivers license using my military (combat related) disabilities and help at the expense of the taxpayers using VA medical staff and tests at a cost of up ward of tens of thousands of dollars. Their attempt failed for the tests showed that my disabilities received servicing the USA are not a danger to society.

The Fosters runs an editorial from the Nashua Telegraph implying the importance the editors believe reporting about the rise in Suicide in NH is to the public welfare. The newspapers and public make a joke of citizens talking about self-inflicted harm for any such reason, as this response letter will be censored. People claim that I cry, that as a US Marine to toughen up and take what I deserve for what I have done. They do not say that last part (what I have done) but my mind believes that is what is intended. I am a 100% service connected disabled US Marine where three of my four disabilities are combat related. The newspapers and NH government want the public to believe that I am a danger to stop any help coming my way as retribution for my opinion of government wrongs. I have PTSD and TBI that no one understands the no-memory and flashbacks striking me daily to the end where taking my own life become the only appropriate manner to defy the MC and get out of a nation that I do not belong. In no way am I the only one. US Military Veterans are lost for servicing the USA has taken our civilized safe guards and replaced them with described as cruel and in human acts to reject us as lost. The Union Leader is no different as they determine which truths their readers will hear for profit comes from stories of mass murder and suicide over the rant and raves of a mental implant. No matter how hard we try the stigma of the words mental or danger quickly draws public rejection. People every day ask me for help and I volunteer my time. People that I have never met I help for that is what the USA is to me all about. Fosters even once gave me an award for helping others on a daily bases. People that know me or I help for the first time question how mental or danger can be insinuated by government officials and editors about me. Government retribution comes because when the NH judge told me to stop questioning the criminal acts of Judge Peter Fauver I did not. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear the case of a brother judge criminally violating the constitution with intent to harm the USA. NH took my freedom and stopped my medical care for combat related disabilities and the newspapers imply the danger this mental case is to stop the informed public from helping. The reader’s response to editorials is suicide victims telling you to listen and hear not what we are saying but what you are doing. The people are what count not the power of government or the profit of the private business of the newspaper. Suicide is on the rise because no one wants to hear what we are saying. Reader’s opinion of government wrongs was considered one of the newspapers primary forms of communication in a place where we the people came first and foremost. My words hurt people with good reputation are the excuse used to censor my letters. If they had good reputations then they would be working for the good of all the people not just the one’s that can make themselves (politicians) better off. We must ask is the newspapers time up and should they get Constitutional protection as they are a private business using government protection to do a job honesty and ethics is the only form of policing them other than bankruptcy which will happen as the readers learn just what they have done. Free elections swayed by the newspapers biased reporting and editors tampering with the truth to push one or the other for a special class of society to win. A free election based on which candidate the Dem or Rep party says we can vote for. US military Veterans being denied medical care as a weapon to control costs and free speech. Constitution day is the base of articles and editorial comments in last week’s newspapers. A response letter such as this one will be censored for it is the other side speaking in defiance of the Hippocrates that control our government and own our newspapers.
There can be no more important words than those that correct government wrongs that intentionally harm the public. The NH Supreme Court intentionally used the trusted power of the people to discriminate by ruling under a conflict of interest against the welfare of the state and it residents not to hear a case of judicial criminal acts. Judge Peter Favuer criminally violated the Constitution to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal from local residents. The documented facts were presented to the NH SC and they refused to hear the case because it involved a brother judge violating the law to harm the general public. My words are true because I send these letters to the NH SC along with the NH governor and all our elected officials, plus the newspapers, which refuse to inform the public. The same facts that I write about were presented to the NH SC as documented facts so libel is not a factor in reporting the truth.
The Constitution is a responsible form of protecting the public against government retribution and dominance. To allow government officials to stop a 100% disabled veterans medical care for combat related disabilities as retribution and the newspapers believe censoring the word to protect people with good reputations defies any logic. To kill innocent people to go out in a raging act of glory is what our trusted government officials are asking for. Violence can never be the way a civilized society corrects the wrongs. Censoring the readers’ opinion and stopping disabled veterans medical care must be the editors new honesty and ethics. The truth is a powerful weapon; just as to censor is a destructive act to harm our Constitution.

Suicide service-connected
Suicide-service connected
The VA knowingly gives US military veterans with PTSD medication that does not work. My letters are censored as a US Military Veteran for the danger the editor is promoting to justify denying freedom of speech. Mike Flannagan committing suicide has to open the door to what the VA is doing to human beings that gave the ultimate for our country the USA. Can a US Military Veteran be that mental to use the death of a socially accepted hero as a tool to make others aware of the harm this society does to US Military Veterans? His wife, Police and friends knew that Mike was suicidal but no one did anything. No one can do anything for suicide is a safety checkpoint for a person to realize nothing is left and move on. Like the VA, medicate to take the persons ability to enjoy life by placing the person in a controlled state of mind. I have no idea what PTSD is but I have it according to the VA. I have TBI according to the VA, which is a damaged brain. My tour in the MC in no way gives me the right to speak of the danger because I was not an 0311 killing other human beings just to survive. I have no idea if I even shot my M-16 at another person. I did kill a child in hand-to-hand combat to get my M-16 back and escape while American advisor on convoy. I did do eight convoys across Thailand, Laos and Cambodia delivering surplus supplies to friendly camps. I to this day have no memory of my life before boot camp from the TBI. The MC sent me back to active duty overseas after the accident with the mind of a 10 yr-old. TBI, PTSD how are they related and what effect on the human mind does the two together have. Danger signs must be promoted for safety of the public comes first as a weapon for political leverage to relieve responsibility for what this society does to US Military Veterans swept under the rug. I was a natural born seventeen yr-old that knowingly joined the US Military to defend and protect our Constitution for the VA to take my life with medication.

Defeat is your own
Defeat is your own
What is wrong with me? I have the urge to kill. I am a normal human being no better or worse than anyone else. I did not earn a purple heart or a brawns star while I served the greatest nation in the USMC. Other Marines were on the front lines as 0311’s killing and maiming everything near them. I was in the Marine Air wing never firing my m-16 to kill others that I saw. My only kill came in hand-to-hand combat deep in the bush of Cambodia while American Advisor on Thai convoy. I lived through two Vietnam offensives in support but the nearest I got (enemy mortar destroying the crapper that I just left and sniper fire while I repaired runway gear) to get the support fighters up. How do I justify calling my self a US Marine? What is wrong with me?
I forget where I have been as a US Marine. Then a word or image triggers thoughts deep in the bush trying to survive everything that I do not understand. I have no right to even be alive for all others did far more than I and did not come back alive. My head is caught between the no memory from the TBI and the recurring thoughts of the PTSD of the lonely dark hours of waiting. I remember not being able to trust anyone if live was my goal. Lying in the ditch waiting for the gooks to pass just to continue on with a convoy for what, to being surplus supplies to a friendly camp three to five days out in the bush. No person with me or at the base camp spoke a language that I did and I traveled, lived with and slept for days at a time just waiting to die just to understand. Live and death what does it matter the people back in the world hate us for what we are doing. What are we doing here, I got to get out of this place is blaring on arm forces radio as if to reinforce no purpose to life exists. What is wrong with me when my words are like the hollow echo that makes no sound?

What is wrong with me when my words are like the hollow echo that makes no sound?
Defeat comes from a weak mind as if the mental stability exists in citizens killing others to stop them from killing us. Will my urge pass as the reality may start to make since for defeat is your own. They call me a US Marine at home as people thank me and shake my hand then spit on me with the words “baby killer” as the newspapers censor our words to protect the public from such mentally unstable citizens. What is wrong with me is just a hollow echo unheard by normal human beings as if never to come back from deep in the bush?

Danger
A US citizen that is silenced for people with respectable public images does not agree with my words. A 100% disabled US Marine has his medical care for combat related disabilities stopped until this US citizens stops writing opinion of government wrongs. The Veterans Administration refuses to acknowledge my complaint letters even though the law requires it. I have violated no laws and I volunteer every day to help other citizens have a better life. Our government, the courts and VA officials classify me as mentally unstable and making no since to justify to the public their actions are legally enforceable. The newspapers degrade my character to enable the trusted government officials to gain public support to scare the public into no action for they could be next. Hitler is a scary subject but can this danger to the world be happening right here in NH. A US citizen silenced as the injuries sustained defending against such government actions eats away at me. The government uses the word “Public Safety” as the catch 22 to publicly justify character assignation as a tool to gain power.
To volunteer to help citizens from a different town that did not know me because they asked is what life is all about. The NH Supreme Court has to at all cost be held to a standard of the Constitution as our highest law can never be diminished to protect one of their own. When a citizen can prove with damming evidence of discrimination and conflict of interest on the actions of the NH SC a public hearing must be held at all cost at once. The proof is documented in the case file in the NH SC records but a government cover-up by turning public character assignation in defiance of a Constitutional law against such actions exists and ignored for no citizens can take on the NH SC, it just is not done.
Our government and newspapers can believe what they are doing is for Public safety by censoring my words for I am a no-body living off a disability pension for uncivilized actions on foreign soil defending these very people. Silence my words for the danger everyone wants to believe is the right action. MY PTSD, TBI, broken back and loss of hearing in both ears makes me realize that this could never happen in the USA. My head is pounding and my nose is dripping blood for I just got to get out of this place. A VC patrol passes with in inches in my path back to the convoy that I must see through to the friendly camp. A citizen in the USA must be held to the highest position even above the image of the NH Supreme Court Justices. Which world is real and how can I tell. Newspapers in the USA would want to tell the people’s side for that is what life back in the world (USA) is about.

Front page in most newspapers are stories of dogs, cats, shopping in a new store leaving for a small word or two about a US Military death defending this nation lost in the pages with adds. Tom Brady or David Ortiz gets more news coverage than all US military disabled veterans added together. Opinion letters of US Military Veterans about lack of medical care or the NH Supreme Court diminishing our Constitution are censored for US Military Veterans are considered has bins by this society. The editors do not want the truth they want bent truth and biased reporting to support a corrupt government and civilized society out of whack. I am labeled a public danger taking my free speech away by justifying safety as away to meet the requirements of the law and readers support. The government has boards that review disability claims and rejects many on trivial grounds as if they get a siphon for each US Military Veteran left to die on the street. The increase in paper work and records far exceeds disabled veterans ability to meet the requirements in time to receive medical help. Our news of government harm is censored for this civilized society demonstrates as if they believe we have earned to inform others of it. Our opinion letters have little to no chance of being printed in the newspapers for whom will know for stopping our communication stops our ability to inform the public of what our government is doing on a daily bases to eliminate us. What type of newspaper or public in general wants to hear about disabled veterans needing help across the USA in places such as Danville Va, or La and many other cityand towns?
The news, the truth is the fact that the NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case of Judge Peter Fauver criminal violations of the Constitution to knowingly harm the public. Fauver used the trusted power of the Judicial Branch of government to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal from local residents. My VA medical care was stopped until I stop writing opinion letters of these wrongs. It does not make since for the newspapers censor the public from the facts to “protect government officials with good reputations” the Union Leaders own words. A wacky society that cannot listen or hear US Military asking for help leaves questions. The Justices of the NH Supreme Court diminish our constitution to protect one of their own is public facts being covered up. We as a society deserve the dog and cat stories on the front page for that is how you allow our Veterans Administration to treat our US Military Veterans.

Dirty Underwear
There is no shortage of US Military Veteran short changed stories to tell but never get their chance. I met in NC a Vietnam Veteran that on and off was a M-60 gunner on a chopper from 65-68. During the heart of the defoliation Agent Orange program was discharged from military service as a young man wanting to forget what he had done and start a new life back here. This Marine went to college to learn to teach our young until medical conditions forced him to retire early and ask the VA for medical help to buy medication. The VA goes all out to get this man to apply for VA compensation. He agrees and spends many days with the help of the VA to complete the paper work. A year later this man is rejected because the compensation board said so. The VA staff encourages this Man to reapply for the law says with what the records show he is entitled to free medical care at the very least. His file comes back from the board rejected again. Remember this man only wants help with medication for paying for it depletes his budget. This man’s heart problems and other medical conditions he does not claim are service related but Agent Orange is the silent killer that the VA uses time to allow death to eliminate their need to make this life any better for those that gave everything for a nation that just does not care. This Marine said he will not go back to a government that makes the US Military veteran go through so much paper work to get rejected by a board (and he compared it to a news broad cast on 60 minutes about a Congressional Medal of Honor being award a US Marine that lost other Marines during a fire fight in Afghanistan where he radioed for support and was rejected by officers that did not know what they were doing).
Life was lost in Afghanistan that day and two US Military officers were given letters of reprimand in their files. The VA and most likely all government departments work under the same theory. Pass the blame or neglect the subject for the penalty will only be a slap on the wrist but the reward for the job performance will be better compensation in their own pockets if and most do get away with it. I have been writing about not just this US Military veteran and his problems but hundreds only to be ridiculed by a few causing the many to censor the subject for fear of association will interfere with their own success.
I took a case to the NH Supreme Court that the SC refused to hear of criminal Constitutional crimes by Judge Peter Fauver. My VA medical care was stopped until I stop writing opinion of this wrong. I have combat related disabilities from the Vietnam Conflict to be rejected by citizens that never served in our military because they now control justice. News Media silent on VA non-medical care for US Military Disabled.
No matter how many times a disabled US Military veteran is rejected by his family, isolated from his friends or lies down on the street homeless to die it is the proper thing to do for we do not belong back here. This civilized society makes it clear to me as you stop my medical care for combat related disabilities until on the unofficial side I stop writing opinion letters of government wrongs. The news media believes that this cannot happen in the USA so they refuse to print the opinion of the US Military veteran on such events because it may hurt people with good reputation. No matter what you think of this letter and how many times it is told, let me describe my mind.
In conceivable that I lost my complete memory right after Parris Island MC Boot Camp forever to go on to become a Marine Sgt in charge of combat support missions. Unbelievable that the basic foundation of my mind is as a US Marine fighting for a nation that I had no memory of. One day after thirty-one months over seas in and out of combat the MC drops me into a world (with no support or medical help) that I did not belong. Just as I did in the MC making a life back here in the world never ends. The VA gave me medical help and as all veterans do learn that if you say the wrong thing to a VA doctor your freedom can be taken for safety reasons, so silence becomes the norm other than what is necessary to tell. The struggle in the mind of wanting to kill the enemy is suppressed as what appears to be real life back here re-appears. People back here cannot see (even the doctors) treating will medically take your freedom or Red Flag your file for the safety of the public rather than confront the need for help. Violence against round-eyed people can never be so we learn how to be alone or isolate our minds to live in a civilized society. The in conceivable that the public believes we are a danger so our opinion of wrongs is from a mental or dangerous person is censored. No matter how many times we killed to keep you free for safety reasons or rights are diminished.
My mind is like an isolated chamber unable to tell for to accept the unbelievable is like this civilized society accepting what we did to survive the re-lent less enemy’s uncivilized way to kill us. The waiting, waiting over and over thinking will we survive this mission. A mission that comes so infrequently but our death by the enemy lingers every second of every day. We become complacent with death just to continue to do our mission. PTSD, Combat Fatigue or any other excuse to justify the enemy to civilized society we have become no matter how many times we ask for help is censored from the public for the danger your freedom cost us no matter how many times we ask for help. The Veterans Administration rejects us for whatever legal loophole that they can come up with. The law says so the public believes the US Military Veteran is wrong for it is inconceivable it happen that way.
This letter will be censored demonstrates the danger allowing us to come home you perceive we are. It is not just me the fact is this same degradation of VA medical care happens to thousands of US Military Veterans asking for help.

The NH Underground and Tea party
It does no good. From experience I can tell you that when the select few want to harm the character of individuals or Patriotic citizens to stop change to scare the public slanted truths work. People ask my opinion and want me to volunteer to help every single day. The people asking are not just the poor, struggling but the well established or prominent town officials or state workers caught in a situation. Personal knowledge of people that make up the NH Underground and the Tea Party lets me inform you that these are great US citizens wanting to help others in a peaceful manner to make the USA a better place for all equally. I say this because a town official asked me this morning why my opinion letters are no longer printed in any NH newspaper. Since being declared a terrorist and being put in jail the newspapers reinforce to the public what a danger citizens like me is. This town official told me that he respects me and loved reading my opinion but is nervous on asking me to volunteer in the community because of what the State officials, police and newspapers describe my character. This same character assignation is done to Tea party and NH Underground Patriotic Citizens.
Our government officials stop my medical care but inform the public of the mental danger I am. My medical care is for injuries received during my tour as a US Marine. Three of my four disabilities are combat related. The newspapers refuse to print my response letters or my opinion as reinforcement to the danger that they want the public to believe that I am. PTSD and TBI take from my life daily but I still give to the people for I came back alive and many US Military better than I will never get to see and feel what we did it for. My complaint letters to the VA are shelved unless a word or line can be used to put me in jail. The VA is pushing for my suicide to gain control of a disabled veteran that refuses to conform to government control. To use words like paranoid or mental satisfies public reasoning through the newspapers to stop citizen awareness of government wrongs. The top NH elected officials refuses to correct or stop the harm intentionally inflicted on a disabled US Marine. It does no good.
The harm comes from the NH Supreme Court refusing to hear a case presented to them of a brother judge (Peter Fauver) criminally violating the Constitution. The NH Underground and Tea Party are citizens just like you and me that want to see change for the better. It does no good to allow the wrongs of government to continue for the Present State of the USA justifies change. To continue with the greed and selfish government we have will do no good.

I should have died resonse
I should have died
Recognition of NH to see the jump in suicide alarming is just like the VA saying, “we now see the problem and that is in the past”. What does a person do when no one listens to you? I am not suicidal. My memory of my actions in the USMC (PTSD) or maybe my bruised brain from the TBI right out of Parris Island MC boot camp make me flashback. I am an everyday normal person on the street until a word; event or action triggers me into another world of living my need to die to get out of this place. Alarming that I can write about the very subject being described in the newspaper and radio as a good start to a solution yet no one hears my words. To get treatment for my combat related disabilities an ambulance has to take me to a civilian hospital for the VA refuses to treat me or hear my words. To fluff my medical file in case of investigation general care is given even when I do not ask for it. The editors (All) have claimed me mentally ill and a danger to the public so censoring my opinion of government wrongs is silent. Recognition of government wrongs is apparent but no one wants to listen to the US Military veteran needing help. I speak the truth but listen to all the homeless, divorced, isolated, veterans unable to speak of the wrongs to die in shame for this civilized society will not hear our words of what we did.
The pain in my broken back from during a Vietnam offensive does not stop my need to fit into a society that does not want us. MY loss of hearing in both ears limits my ability to distinguish words that are spoken at us but the memory of being blown off the runway during another Vietnam offensive never leaves. Four service connected disabilities and the USA does not recognize what we did was so this civilized society could exist. The VA uses any excuse to not treat a US Military veteran in need as long as it can look politically correct. Rejection and shame is what causes silence for the pride in our actions of defending and protecting a nation that can no longer accept us. The truth of my words comes from the USA’s ability to censor my words rather than listen to the truth.
My case is government retaliation for my volunteering to help a Madbury NH family. Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to cover up the Madbury NH selectmen using government power to steal from local residents for personal gain. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear the case for it proved criminal wrongs by a brother attorney, judge. The news media does not believe the public should be exposed to a danger they want you to perceive that I am so they censor my words. US Military Veterans are lost and forgotten right in front of our eyes for the public does not listen, as this is why they do not see.
Recognition of the news media censoring a US Military Veterans words is proof the silent demons is the reason no one hears us.

Recognition of NH to see the jump in suicide alarming is just like the VA saying, “we now see the problem and that is in the past”. What does a person do when no one listens to you? I am not suicidal. My memory of my actions in the USMC (PTSD) or maybe my bruised brain from the TBI right out of Parris Island MC boot camp make me flashback. I am an everyday normal person on the street until a word; event or action triggers me into another world of living my need to die to get out of this place. Alarming that I can write about the very subject being described in the newspaper and radio as a good start to a solution yet no one hears my words. To get treatment for my combat related disabilities an ambulance has to take me to a civilian hospital for the VA refuses to treat me or hear my words. To fluff my medical file in case of investigation general care is given even when I do not ask for it. The editors (All) have claimed me mentally ill and a danger to the public so censoring my opinion of government wrongs is silent. Recognition of government wrongs is apparent but no one wants to listen to the US Military veteran needing help. I speak the truth but listen to all the homeless, divorced, isolated, veterans unable to speak of the wrongs to die in shame for this civilized society will not hear our words of what we did.
The pain in my broken back from during a Vietnam offensive does not stop my need to fit into a society that does not want us. MY loss of hearing in both ears limits my ability to distinguish words that are spoken at us but the memory of being blown off the runway during another Vietnam offensive never leaves. Four service connected disabilities and the USA does not recognize what we did was so this civilized society could exist. The VA uses any excuse to not treat a US Military veteran in need as long as it can look politically correct. Rejection and shame is what causes silence for the pride in our actions of defending and protecting a nation that can no longer accept us. The truth of my words comes from the USA’s ability to censor my words rather than listen to the truth.
My case is government retaliation for my volunteering to help a Madbury NH family. Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to cover up the Madbury NH selectmen using government power to steal from local residents for personal gain. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear the case for it proved criminal wrongs by a brother attorney, judge. The news media does not believe the public should be exposed to a danger they want you to perceive that I am so they censor my words. US Military Veterans are lost and forgotten right in front of our eyes for the public does not listen, as this is why they do not see.

“Behind the legend of Mike Flanagan was a real” death always makes us look back to how we should have seen it coming. Mike was a great athlete that played a role in life just as the rest of us. Mike got recognition for the love of the role in life that he played rather than the brutal acts his life made him do for the future of other US citizens. On the page before Joe McQuaid talks about Harold Jennings a passing US Military Veteran as a needed lead to in the city column. Quiet unknown heroes play the most important role in every US citizen’s life for a token thank you or a passing parade when these US Military Veterans come home. Our opinion letters are not even worth the protection of freedom of speech for the paper to publish if we tell the scary truth of where we have been. Joe tells that “He Harold lived through that and saw things that most of us are spared from seeing” as if just another passing “Thank You” from citizens that see as back ground to a new city column being announced. Mike was a lucky man that lived a great life doing what he wanted. Harold Jennings was a great man for what he did for his country that gets a token response for US Military Veterans feel gratitude for being alive and wish you would recognize what we are going through rather than censor our words as the danger you perceive we are. Suicide by active US Military and the ones that made it back alive no one back here wants to see the warning signs because to believe the impossible is to believe the impossible acts that we live through. The inhuman, inconceivable uncivilized acts of war or conflict no one wants to understand.

To listen and hear what the other is saying must be the most important part of any civilized communication if we are to continue. Newspapers censor my life and the government officials inform the public of the danger to associate with some one like me is. 9/11 everyone is talking about but no one hears the need to listen to what the other side wants. Harmony over conflict is a major start to not giving but to help and teach others to achieve on their own what they want. Selfish people take control and use the ignorant for the personal gain to more power. Greed and ambition our forefathers warned us, we are a nation where we the people is what the government works for is our biggest enemy. Freedom of speech and Freedom of the press were created and protected by our highest law (Constitution) to stop trusted government leaders from becoming master instead of to serve the people.
The news media to censor response to articles damaging any individual’s character to said articles is what is happening. The government uses law enforcement to claim that I am a terrorist to stop public support. The government is protecting the NH Supreme Court justices from public knowledge of them refusing to hear a case of criminal wrongs by a brother judge. Judge Peter Fauver criminally used the trusted power of the people to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal from local residents for personal gain. I volunteer my time to help this family from a different town that out of the blue called me whom they had never met before. The government stops my service connected medical care for combat related disabilities until I stop helping this family. I volunteer to help people even if it is to sit down and listen and hear what they have to say. Volunteering and never taking credit or reconciliation for what I do allows the newspapers to destroy my character for I am just a no body.

Many times I have attempted to set up said appointment only to be kicked out by your staff. Every citizen has the right to speak with his or her elected officials with out charge; I believe US military veterans have also earned the right to have our NH governor hear and listen to us also.

Veterans voice silenced
Public thanking US Military Veterans
The Concord Monitor has a letter thanking veterans for their service. How many times a day do we see or hear people’s gratitude. The Concord Monitor refuses to print this veterans opinion even once in awhile. My opinion is the truth but it would cause people to realize the editor’s story of the danger this citizen is to the public is not true. The welfare of the USA has always been the responsibility of the free voice of the people. Every newspaper, Union Leader, Portsmouth herald, Fosters all censor or edit the opinion of the people that they do not like. It is not personal if the paper does not agree with you they are a private business so it is their choice. US Military Veterans have a voice that for what we did our voice is hard to get out. The problem is not easy to explain. A good description is the newspapers censoring my words. We do not speak of what we did for that was something civilized society will never understand until they live being complacent with death every second of every day in country. Silence is the secret code US Military come home with as any civilized society norms we grew up with are taken by the atrocities of war. Survival of those that are willing to go to defend and protect our Constitution comes at a price that words cannot justify. Thanking veterans is stopping newspapers from stopping our words.
The NH Supreme Court has violated our Constitution and it is the citizen’s responsibility to publicly speak about this. Our Government and Attorneys clubs are doing everything possible to stop my voice by illegal acts. The newspapers censor my words in direct opposition to what thanking veterans for are about. The NH SC refused to hear a case presented to them of Judge Peter Fauvr criminally violating the Constitution to cover up the Madbury NH selectmen stealing from local residents for personal gain. Elected officials and judges put me in jail to stop my opinion letters of government wrongs. Government retaliation is against the law. To stop disabled veterans medical care for combat related disabilities goes way beyond any gratitude a thank you has as the newspapers have joy taken away the public being informed of these government wrongs of retaliation.

doctors of VA Hospital and editors
To Dr’s at VAH Manchester-Editors
The medical mind of a US Military with TBI and PTSD does not fit the norm of what any other patient has. I understand things and yet at times I have no idea of any part of reality. I cannot remember a single part of my past until something a word or event fills my mind in detail of a specific time in my past life. My command in the MC recognized this and would in detail teach me a mission and send me on it and to their surprise I would complete it and return never to remember or speak of it again as my file would reflect it never occurred. I was expendable but never fit the norm because I just kept coming back. My life as a civilian has been much the same to do things like wire a complete new home for a stranger or operate heavy equipment as if I have done it all my life. I have hundreds of pieces of great artwork using many different mediums that I created. I have built hot rods and now an electric tike from junk in my town. I wrote and published two books out of nowhere of my life. People ask me to volunteer to help every day in schools, community or just strangers that I meet and I do, for to help other citizens has to be why US Marines are allowed to exist back here in the world (USA). The pain from my broken back and TBI are reminders that I owe those that never came back my life. My medical mind does not need medication to see if it will help me fit into society better. To knowingly suppress the mind of US Military veterans with no knowledge of the consequences has to be illegal or at the least unethical. To stop my medical care to stop my opinion letters of government wrongs, just is not right.
The news media censors my life from the public for the danger that everyone tells the public that I am. I do not fit the norm for when my medical mind slips I stop driving or get out of the public areas because it is a Marine’s responsibility to protect other citizens. The VA classifying me as 100% disabled and never treating me for I would not take medication from the beginning was ok with me. The TBI took my complete memory of life forever before boot camp so I had to learn how to live here in the USA. I survived because like in the MC I could do things that I had no idea even what they were. My VA medical care was completely stopped by the Administration because Judge Peter Fauver under a little used NH law made me an attorney to represent a family in court on a zoning issue. We took the case all the way to the NH Supreme Court, which refused to hear the case for it was of a brother judge criminally violating the Constitution to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal from local residents for personal gain. My medical was restarted but under a Red Flag to intimidate the staff from treating me. It worked. The Red Flag is now gone but the NH DMV can get medical tests done on me at great taxpayer expense to attempt to use my military disabilities to take my drivers license. I cannot get care for my US Military disabilities but to fluff my medical file other care is freely given.
You the VA feel safe in the harm inflicted on US Military Veterans for the news media censors the truth to enable you continued success.

Once a Marine
Once a Marine Response
A US Marine is created by brain washing all civilized society out of the person and teaching by drilling the Corps. There is no you or I in the Corps. We as a squad, we as a platoon, we as a unit, we as a nation is the heart and sole of a US Marine. The article on the thirty year Marine from Nashua in the paper today was about one man but is the story of every single US Marine for we all go through the same, just most are unable or unwilling to discuss it for one reason or another. The article brings forth a heart-warming adventure telling the facts in a way to make the youth of today want to serve. The real life fact of having no emotion as the mission comes above the lives of the ones under you is not told. The taking of human life without feelings we back here as a nation leaves out of the articles. The ability of becoming complacent with life and death, as the end of ours is every second of every day as the battles fighting on foreign soil goes on. We take and give orders to protect and defend a constitution for the people we will never know other than the citizens of the USA. Once a Marine Always a Marine is a true article leaving out the facts the editor believes the public does not need to hear.
Real stories told by US Marines are censored for freedom of speech and the guaranteed rights of the Constitution do not mean we the Marine. The heartless Marine serving time in jail because this nation does not want to see what serving as in combat is. The homeless US Marine on the street because the promising future he once had, he wasted being seen as lazy since coming back. The out bursts of what you call anger is survival defensive motions to stop an enemy that never goes away and is motivated by actions or words from you. Sitting with our backs to the wall or quick motions in response to sudden noises brings laughter and ridicule from those around us. The innocent words from citizens of the uncivilized actions of our military servicing broadcast in the news rings bells of we that are there survived as these words bring conflict the innocent words never intended. The high school sweet heart we married leaves us for we are no longer able to interact in a manner for those that never served. Creating a US Marine is to instill that the United States of America comes above all else.

The USA stops this US Marines medical care to stop my freedom of speech. We can never look past the NH Supreme Court diminishing our constitution to protect a brother judge. The NH SC refused to hear a case presented to them of Judge Peter Fauver criminally violating the Constitution to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal from local resident for personal gain. This US Marine volunteers to help other US Citizens for that is why we are created.
Censoring the response of a US Marine for we should never come back alive and speak as this Marine has done. Freedom of the press is conforming to what the editors believes the informed voters are allowed to know. This is why no news media will cover the truth of what it is like to come home as a US Military Veteran.

It takes killing other people, not to correct the problem but to make your last act on this earth have meaning. A free nation, made up of a civilized society that refuses to talk unless you have social proximity or a news media quiche to increase profits. A 100% service connected, combat related disabled US Marine unable to get medical care caused by the government retribution until I stop writing opinion of government wrongs. A nobody like me that has PTSD and a TBI from protecting and defending our Constitution from foreign enemy has no right to speak freely of the NH Supreme Court diminishing our Constitution to protect a brother judge. I broke my back during one Vietnam Offensive and lost my hearing being blown off a runway during another Vietnam Offensive. Four injuries defending our Constitution that government personal and news media use to harm my character in the public eye by the fear of claiming the “Danger to the Public” they say I am. They have put me in jail and harass my family and friends at a cost 911 should have made us aware communication is the foundation of life it self. I refuse to kill or violate the law as this gives our government and news media leverage to reject me as nobody.

Freely I speak of my mental situation for trying to understand why the people let public officials and judges violate what we give our lives for over here. I have no memory of the USA from my TBI but I hold the rank of Sgt why? Do I really sit here at a computer and write these letters, what is a computer? Kill is the only word the Marine Corps taught me in boot camp. Deep in the bush separated from my convoy, other Marines have it worse than me so toughen up and ride the event through. How do I know what world that I am in? The free press would have to inform the public for communication is the only way in a civilized society such as the USA.

I read this article in Veterans Today web news. The main problem in our society is that we do nothing until it is to late and only then do we justify our in actions with the remorseful “we should have seen the warning signs. The Veterans Suicide hotline is the biggest taxpayers joke going. I have tried suicide to many times to count since coming back to the world (USA) in 74. My suicide attempts are a flashback state of mind in my other world living events no human being should ever have to live through while protecting and defending our Constitution. The VA solution is to pump US Military Veterans full of medication to take there since of life away while informing the veteran these will help you. The article in the paper today describes how doctors for many years have known that PTSD medication does not work other than dull the mental ability of the patient to enjoy life. What right do doctors have to knowingly take the ability of the citizens that put their lives on the line for our nation away? Living with the pride of killing a child to get my M-16 back and escape conflicts with the people back here that call me a baby killer because I came back alive from the Vietnam Conflict. Constant dreams of lying in a ditch waiting for the enemy to pass because of orders not to lock and load my weapon until eminent danger of death would have gotten me killed before killing the enemy. Ordering my men to do things that we knew would most likely kill them if anything went wrong. Yelling and disciplining the Marine when they hesitated even one second before following my order to their death. The pride that I feel as a US Marine even as the innocent remarks of people back here in every day life question our moral and ethical values for what we did in defiance of the rules of civilized society. Suicide prevention is to allow opinion as this to be printed in US news media for the public to see that what we did (even if uncivilized) was for the future of our nation.
The news Media censoring my opinion for the danger to the public that they want you to believe that I am comes from what I did for the USA. Right To Know Law Response
The Right To Know Law is like Judges and attorneys having a code of ethics that morally bounds them to not violate the law. Just like many other people I personally know David Taylor of Durham NH and do not believe anyone could say anything positive about his time on the ORSB. The news media protects some with limited or manipulated truths in the articles or just plain censors the opinion letters of those citizens willing to speak out. Freedom of the Press was a constitutional protected instrument to allow free and open discussion of facts from the average citizen that has no other way to communicate with neighbors and fellow US public. A private business (news media) with the ethical responsibility to inform the public of the unbiased facts equals that of destructive behavior of Judges and attorneys. Claim safety or personal information to limit or censor the voters from being informed of what is happening in their town, state or nation. There can be no more important RTK than the NH Supreme Court violating the Constitution to protect a brother judge. Peter Fauver criminally violated our highest laws (Constitution) to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal from local residents. Facts the public has a RTK but the moral and ethical responsibility of the news media to see that the public is informed of this is demonstrated as this response letter, trash not for public consumption. The NH SC refused to hear a case presented and documented to them of this judge’s criminal wrongs to harm the USA. Discrimination or Conflict of interest are both broken laws by the NH SC in this case.
The news media refers this person as mentally unstable and a danger to the public in their efforts to justify censoring my opinion. My four disabilities came from my time in the Marine Corps defending the very rights and laws our news media and judges no longer seem to be bound by. Why not follow the law and allow this case to be brought to the court of law as our Constitution guarantees every citizen (NH Const. PF art.14) “by have recourse to the law”. NH elected officials and law enforcement use retaliation to degrade my public image through the news media to protect their wrongs as a conflict of interest rings loud and clear. I have PTSD and the government stops my medical care think of the danger. These letters no matter what you think of them do make a permanent record for all to read some day. They call it PTSD as I flip back into my other world seeing and living the conflict daily so long forgotten by those we did it for.

Good people that do not fit in with the current system of bargain our rights away to make the democrat or Republican Party stronger will have their lives circumvented and destroyed until they buckle to the present “currency of politics”. The news media gives itself awards for coverage of news but how can the people understand what the news media censors. Ignorant citizens, blindly supporting a system that freedom of press and speech is the social quagmire crushing the USA as the news media refuses to print response letters that oppose “currency of politics” because that is the definition of ignorant.
Good people run for political office only to have the news media dredge up the truth but printed in a form to inspire more profit by character assignation.
