Constitution Day
David Souter shares his concerns but fails to realize the loss. Citizens that never serve in our US Armed Forces see it differently. I’m sixty-year-old and this morning while paying for my coffee a song came on the radio. My mind went back to Cambodia as American Advisor on convoy. The cashier had to wait until I came back to check me out. The relevance of these first few lines is that as a candidate for NH State Senate District 21 editors censor my words as we celebrate and share concerns about our constitution. The newspapers so clearly describe and share the meanings and importance as they use censorship on letters of government wrongs by citizens of the USA. I have written so many letters over the years the facts are repeated but new government wrongs are happening every day to stop my existence. The soul importance of the average citizen having the right to speak freely of government wrongs is lost by ignorance and censoring.
David Souter will not speak about the NH Supreme Court criminally violating the Constitution to protect Judge Peter Fauver’s. Fauver used the trust granted by the people to let the Madbury NH selectmen take from local residents for the selectmen’s own gain. The NH SC refused to hear the case completely taking away their obligation at all cost to protect the guaranteed rights of the individual. I am running for NH State Senate District 21 and David fails to talk about how the newspapers refuse to print any information favorable to my life. This civilized society’s actions show communication is only used to stop violence in a civilized manner when it suits the select few. I volunteered my time to help a Madbury NH family bring this well documented case with evidence beyond and doubt to the NH SC. In retribution the NH government and VA conspire to stop my VA medical for combat disabilities until I stop writing letters of government wrongs. David was informed of these wrongs because my letters every day goes to the U.S. S.C. while he sat on it. I even filed a discrimination suit with the US SC and they rejected it.
My wife and I put our life savings and mortgaged our home to purchase waterfront property to build a Veteran Resort-Chapel to benefit the 600 homeless US Military Veterans in NH free of charge. To censor letters inflicts harm on these men and women that served our USA in combat. NH government paperwork is holding up any start at the present time. Only if the people were not kept ignorant by censorship ideas by the average citizen could make the difference to maneuver past this maze. Homeless US Military Veterans are created by government actions to reject or ignore those to proud to talk of the wrongs you perceive we did. My life has been through the hardships of what the VA and government ignorance does so my dream is have a Veteran help other Veterans by giving these men and women a place to call home free of charge for as long as it takes for them to mentally and/or physically come home if at all. David shares his concerns but just does not see the world as those that did serve in our Armed Forces.
To censor this letter is a silence of ignorance and rejection so common to create homelessness US Military Veterans denied our Constitutional rights is my concern. Franklin Pierce plays host to Constitution Day but does not hear the words of our forefather about the harm censorship creates.
