Seacoast online I am not depressed but disappointed that the Seacoast Sunday paper did not have a story about my run for NH State Senate. I am sure that there is good reason but my hope was people would read it with time relaxing on a Sunday to learn that may be I am not the bad person that Editor Rod Doherty of the Fosters (I heard) is telling others that I am. It is strange that in a place of Freedom of the Press one side of a story is only told. How do you break the news to a world that just cannot accept the mind of a US Military Veteran and worse than that a qualified US Marine? We see things differently for where we have been but we still have hope to come home to where you’ll are at some time. More important than anything (to me) is that I wanted others to hear about the Veteran Resort-Chapel to house homeless and Mentally/Physically disabled US Military Veterans free of charge to help them come home if ever. It was told to me that Rod Doherty of the Fosters is telling others that my speaking of the purchase of eleven-acres at 101 Stepping Stone Rd Lee NH is just an election ploy. The damage false information especially by an editor that is trusted by the people can have on the mind of a 100% disabled US Military Veteran is astronomical. Lies hurt the homeless Veteran just like “in Country” does. A Veteran Resort-Chapel where 12’x24’ single person cabins are scattered about the woods so those coming home from war can adjust at their own pace. A place with paths for these homeless disabled to walk to find God or any other help to see back here is the same as when we left, it is we that see it differently. Places were they could sit alone on the waters edge to listen to mother nature in the safety of the USA eliminating “there” from our minds. A place close enough to businesses and other social interaction so if we want we can integrate at our own pace to re-enter a society alien to us if ever in our attempt to come home. My dream in this election was to have the same chance as the one running against me for the voters to have a clear unbiased choice. I know that it is a long shot that voters would want some one like me in office. The fact that I have volunteered in schools, community, State helping others almost every day since coming back to the world “USA” from the Vietnam Conflict some editor’s still have their readers believing the danger exists. My dream of helping US Military Veterans has and will be on my mind always and is no election year ploy. Newspapers continue through silence or innuendo (manipulation of the truth) support the danger of not just my presents in the USA but all those US Military Veterans trying to come back but left to die homeless on the street. My wife and I put our life savings up plus mortgaged our home to the hilt to help other US Military Veterans not go through what the VA has done to Vietnam Veterans in the past. Rod Dougherty Lies to hurt veterans The Editor of Foster newspaper I heard from a very well respected person is telling that my wife and I did not buy land on Wheel Wright Pond in Lee NH. I herd that he told County Commissioner George Marglaris that my scheme is an election year ploy to get votes. The ethical and moral ramifications from the editor of a newspaper so harming US Military Veterans with lies is wrong and the Fosters newspaper is just a rag as this shows. I was so stunned when the first person told me this that I started asking well to do citizens Rod and I had in common and they confirmed the facts of what roomers of Rod’s lies. During the confirmation of the facts is where I was told of George Marglaris was one of the people Rod talked too. The question is does Rod have the moral and ethical Wismar to stand behind what he is saying about others. The more important question is will the Foster’s print the truth of what is going on. It is not just Rod I also herd that editors of other newspapers warns the reporters doing news on the election to avoid me or interview me by telephone for fear of the danger that this candidate is running for NH State Senate. The Portsmouth Herald is doing a story on me this Sunday. I do not know what it will say well or bad. I hope the one point that I got through to the reporter is that my letters come from disabilities that I received defending and protecting this great nation. My wife and I put our life savings on the line to purchase the property on Wheel Wright Pond at 101 Stepping Stone Rd Lee NH for the express purpose of building 12’x24’ cabins in the woods for homeless and/or physically-mentally disabled US Military Veterans to live free of charge to try to come back. What right does any editor have to question the sheer fact that my dream to help other disabled Veterans have a chance back here could be so selfish as to use it to get elected. Carol Shea-Porter US Military Veterans words

October 24, 29 Candidates night televised Carol Shea-Porter is a strong reason that I am running. She is no US Military Veteran just because her husband was a lifer in the AF. She does not care about Veterans as she to stop my opinion letters used my combat related disabilities to have the Dover Police take my freedom. I am running as a Republican this election but I hold to no party. My votes and actions will be for the best interest of the citizens of NH and the USA. All my actions and the actions of any politician will be freely public knowledge because the voters have a right to know and I no mater what rule or orders they put on me will speak freely, without delay. I am a 100% combat related disabled US Marine and I speak from personal experience. Carol in my opinion speaks out of both sides of her mouth. Carol is a strong reason because I believe we the people need some one in the NH State Senate to change things around to less government and less government spending. The reason the public only hears bad of me is because the newspapers censor my opinion and my statements of why I am running for public elected office. To knowingly keep the voters ignorant because the editors believe that this US Marine is a danger to the public is wrongly using my military combat related disabilities to harm my character. I have PTSD and TBI along with a broken back and loss of most hearing in both ears from my time serving the USA as a US Marine as the newspapers and NH government use this to make the public afraid. Does Carol know why US Military Veterans are 25% of the homeless in the USA and why NH has at least 600 homeless veterans just trying to live in the freedom that we protected and defended? Does Carol realize only 11 % of the US population joins the US Military? Carol is one that never joined and she has no idea the homeless is because of politicians such as her that pray’s of the backs of those that did. Homeless veterans are one’s that never got the medical care because our VA and politicians ignore or reject to control the budget. They will spend millions of dollars to store us like cattle in government-controlled housing because it looks good for politicians like Carol. This has nothing to do with this election but my wife and I spent our life savings and mortgaged our home to the hilt to purchase waterfront land at 101 Stepping Stone Rd in Lee NH to build at not cost to the disabled veterans single person cabins for them to live and call home for as long as it takes for them to find the path back mentally and or physically. The news censors this from the public to stop me from being heard. I have volunteered to help thousands of citizens since coming back because I owe it to those better than I that gave their lives for us. I had no right to come back alive for the things that I did to stay alive as a US Marine are contrary to this civilized society’s rules and Carol as many others make that clear in there actions at us. I write this letter because Beth Dinan of the Seacoast newspaper is going to interview me and these are what she needs to write about. I do not write this letter to indorse Guinta because I do not know him. This letter is the reason that I am running against Ms Clark. She to me is just like Carol when it comes to helping those in need if they are not from the right side of town. May God Forgive me I have to apologize to Lee building inspector, as my attitude toward him was wrong. He stopped me from cutting trees on the waterfront property my wife and I purchased with our life savings to start a place for homeless and or mentally-physically handicapped US Military veterans to live free of charge if needed. The list of expensive tests, boards and designs stretched our limited budget to a state of non-existence that Allen was telling us we needed. Over the years I have always thought of Allan as a friend. Yesterday while talking with him I realized he was doing things that were out of his way not to hurt us but to help me help other veterans have a place to call home. I realized he as most just does not understand. The question Allan asked me was why cabins not a rooming house where three or four can share. It is like the VA building these multi-million dollar structures so homeless veterans can live. These US Military Veterans are homeless because no one understands or comprehends PTSD, TBI or the unpredictable memory of being there. My mind clicked as I was answering with this sentence: eleven-acres was a dream when I saw it as it was near the seacoast, near businesses if the Veterans could eventually work, and the land was big enough so the Veterans could have peace and solitude walking the paths if that is what the road back took, the separate cabins in the woods was because they need a place of their own. Veterans become homeless because of many reasons but one is that our mission is to protect and defend and doing so we cannot let our survival instincts destroy the one’s we love back here in the real world (USA). US citizens believe danger of our unpredictable responses and routine survival instincts is a safety issue and so treat us. I apologize to the Lee building inspector and the editors because citizens like me just do not belong here. The newspapers censor my letters because of the safety issue that my attitude and personality display to a civilized society. I am running for NH State Senate as my desire of Veteran helping veterans trumps my withdrawing for the safety of the community and state. Unless US Citizens stop seeing the perceive danger and stop just listening and try to hear what we are saying spending millions of dollars to house us like cattle was why I answered the Lee building inspector as I did. We the US Military Veteran are US Citizens that see life through the brutal acts of what we did just to try to come home alive. Perceiving us as a safety issue as justification for jail, or any other loss of freedom is why homeless allows US Military Veterans to enjoy the freedom as you that we did it for. My family is grown and my wife realizes my dream of helping other veterans not go through what the VA and NH government has done to me will not happen to other US Military Veterans is why she agreed to let me spend our life savings and mortgage our home to the hilt. Lee Building Inspector and editor Application to inform the town I will be building a Chapel on 101 Stepping Stone Rd. The Wall of separation between Church and state, as Mr. Jefferson wrote for the courts are Constitutional Law. To have any government official violate any one Constitutional right of any one individual is clearly defined as they lose for life any government position and any pensions or support from the government. The driveway at 101 Stepping Stone Rd has been approved on a blind hill crossing where the septic has been approved. I will be moving that driveway down almost across from 100 Stepping Stone Rd existing Driveway for two reasons. Under the Americans with disabilities Act for the safety of Disabled Veterans living on the church sanctuary to not have to negotiate excessive turns and two for a clear vision of on coming traffic. I will further be cutting trees as my military disabilities allow me. We talked yesterday and I apologize as I abruptly left your office, as a Flashback was about to engulf my life my need to lie down took priority. You were going to make a list for me to look and talk about what we can do to work for the best benefit of the Town of Lee and the Veteran Resort-Chapel. I expect that you will not infringe on the Rights So Guaranteed by our US and NH Constitution as so defined by the Law. To knowingly diminish any one right or any one individual is against the law and clearly so stated in our Constitution the highest law. I further request if you stop by the property as in the past to tell me to stop work that it be in writing and that it clearly state the laws to justify the cease and desist order. Lee Building Inspector and editors Last week Allen with arm police present you stopped at 101 Stepping Stone rd to tell me to stop cutting trees. State approval for the Veteran Resort-Chapel had not been received yet. We agreed at that time to meet today Monday Sept 24. It is my pleasure to announce to the town of Lee and the world that 101 Stepping Stone rd that consists of eleven-acres is now a Religious Sanctuary approved by the State of NH. It is a place for mentally and or physically handicapped US Military Veterans to find their own God in their own way and try to accept and learn to manage the effects of serving in the U. S. Armed Forces to defend and protect the USA. Last week I informed the Lee Selectmen of what is happening on this property but the news media is censoring any news concerning this 100% combat related disabled US Marine from the public. Allen you have known me for many years and in a way I consider you a friend. I have volunteered over the years to help many Lee residents with everyday needs and I do it with pride to show respect to all those that did not come home. In my wildest dreams I do not understand why you needed and armed Police Officer to talk with me. Article 5 Part First-bill of rights NH Constitution (Religious Freedom Recognized) we can work together to build the best possible place for homeless, and/or mentally-physically disabled US Military Veterans to call home or with in the law will do it with out the town of Lee’s input. Giving to help others Giving to help others is all that I have done since coming back from the Vietnam conflict. People (Like Phil) ask me what they can do to help. I tell everyone the same thing to copy and send my letters to newspapers, friends, blog and anywhere else to get people away from the neglect of by rejection or ignoring US Military in need of help. Phil wrote me about his 100% combat disabilities that he is being reject by the VA for medical care. A US Military Veteran in need of medical care himself wants to help others. These are the type of men and women that make up our armed forces that protect and defend the freedom of the USA. One might ask why the news media would censor opinion letters of US Military Veterans telling of wrongs against us coming home mentally as well as physically. It is because our symptoms do not show up for years and even we try to ignore them. We can be fine one moment and a raging lunatic in your eyes the next. A sound, a sight or even life around us at the moment can bring a different world of survival (flashbacks) citizens that never have been there can conceive possible. I help others every day as a form of respect to all those that did not come back alive. What they gave cannot be in VAIN. NH creates Homeless Veterans by ignoring and rejecting our needs. Veteran Resort-Chapel is announced in Lee NH The after affects of being declared a terrorist by your home state after so many years still cause harm. The town-building inspector had to have an armed police officer present before he got out of his car to tell me to stop cutting trees on my own property. My wife and I spent our life savings and mortgaged our home to buy waterfront property to build a place for homeless and mentally and physically disabled Veterans to call home free of charge. It does not matter what my future intent of the property was at the time, the Veteran Resort-Chapel was not presented to the town so it was still my property to cut trees on. To need an armed P.O. to protect the B.O. after my spending hundreds of hours over thirty-years volunteering helping Lee Residents (and state residents) is an insult by my hometown at all US Military Veterans. I am a non-violent person and my hometown P.O. and B.O. knows that. I told the B.O. and now I am telling the Town of Lee that we will be putting a Veteran Resort-Chapel on 101 Stepping Stone Rd. We will be starting by building a Handicapped access from Stepping Stone Rd down to the water edge for disabled and handicapped US Military Veterans to have access. The first buildings will be a 16’ by 24’ Chapel and two 12’ by 24’ cabins for homeless veterans to call home for as long as they wish free of charge. We want to build footpaths around the property for the mental and physical ability for the US Military Veterans to have a place to travel to connect with the spirits or what every they choose to attempt to come home. This will be for Free and easy access for all US Military Veterans to come too. The priority will be mainly for NH homeless and mentally and physically disabled Veterans of all faiths to come to connect with the religion of their choice if any. I am running for NH State Senate district 21 and it is appalling that my own hometown government feels as they do. What you are displaying is the attitude that causes many of the 600 homeless veterans in NH to exist. I have four service-connected disabilities three being combat related. PTSD and TBI control the mind and we became disabled with this from servicing you in combat. It is scary for you that have never been there but to tell the truth I feel safe when in a flashback because I can identify the enemy. I honestly believe you all are my friends and even if you are not I treat everyone with the greatest respect. New Hampshire Supreme Court disbarment

Disbarment It is an election year and I am running for NH State Senate District 21. The editors and government officials do not like what my words say so they censor my platform from the Voters. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case where Judge Peter Fauver criminally with intent to harm citizens of the USA violate the Constitution to use the trusted power of the people to help the Madbury NH selectmen take from local residents for the selectmen’s own gain and/or profit. The NH SC primary reason for existence is to protect the people’s guaranteed constitutional rights from being diminished in any form by government abuse. The SC refused to hear a case where a judge did just that and public communication on the subject is censored. My running for NH State Senate is a legal nonviolent process of following civilized societies rules. Ignorant voters kept in the dark to tamper with a free election cannot be justified. The NH SC disbarred a Keene attorney yesterday but who corrects the wrongs of those in the highest power over the rights of the individual. I am 100% combat related disabled US Marine. I have four disabilities each from separate missions. Reliving the conflict is an every day event for me. The VA and NH government conspired to stop my medical care to stop my opinion letters of government wrongs. It is hard to type today because I am losing control of my right arm and hand. Constitution Day David Souter shares his concerns but fails to realize the loss. Citizens that never serve in our US Armed Forces see it differently. I’m sixty-year-old and this morning while paying for my coffee a song came on the radio. My mind went back to Cambodia as American Advisor on convoy. The cashier had to wait until I came back to check me out. The relevance of these first few lines is that as a candidate for NH State Senate District 21 editors censor my words as we celebrate and share concerns about our constitution. The newspapers so clearly describe and share the meanings and importance as they use censorship on letters of government wrongs by citizens of the USA. I have written so many letters over the years the facts are repeated but new government wrongs are happening every day to stop my existence. The soul importance of the average citizen having the right to speak freely of government wrongs is lost by ignorance and censoring. Our Forefathers could not have made the importance of the guaranteed rights of the individual by clarity as the most important part of life it self in the USA. To have the news media or newspapers believe it is there God given right to diminish any part of our Constitution because of the power they hold on communication to the public could not be more wrong. The news media is so set that Ms. Clark in NH State Senate race District 21 will and must win for the safety of the public ignorant voters are created by censorship. Biased news articles or no article that have a positive mention of my name will be printed. Letters to the editors with clear response to biased articles are censored. Peaceful positive communication to tell both sides of the story, avoids the need for violence when all means of redress have failed. To have Ms Clark and the news media believe it is their right to harm disabled US Military Veterans indirectly by establishing the danger they believe this 100% combat related disabled US Marine is goes far beyond believability. The NH Supreme Court violated the Constitution by refusing to hear a case where Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the law to help the Madbury NH selectmen take from local residents for the selectmen’s own profit or gain. Governor Sheehan at the time (a long time personal friend) told me her husband (Bill) wants me to stop writing about the Judicial Branch in this manner. I was declared a terrorist and lost my freedom for six months before the bogus charges were dropped. My dream of helping Veterans is something in all the years of volunteering almost every day helping others across the state is worth our life savings. A veteran helping other Veterans survive the mental and physical obstacles of a war or conflict is a small part we can do for them. I did meet a Scott Slattery from Community Development & housing Specialist who offered to help. I still have not received the paper work from the state but I will contact him when I do. Our money is running low because of the State and news media obstacles.
The news media censoring the truth to cover up biased reporting is doing harm far beyond what we the people will ever understand is wrong. The NH SC should have heard the case where clearly by documented government facts the integrity of the court itself came into question. I am asking Ms. Clark to concede victory to Peter Macdonald in the election for NH State Senate District 21. Ms. Clark knowingly engages in a fixed election by not speaking up to tell the voters how the News Media refuses to print opinion letters stating her opponents campaign platform. Ms. Clark in her past performance as a NH elected official has refused to help a 100% disabled US Military Veteran because as she put it “it is not to my advantage to question the NH Supreme Court in their refusal to hear a case. I have asked Ms. Clark hundreds of times in writing for help and she does not even respond. Ms. Clark reads in the Fosters the bogus article telling the public of her run for senate and the miss representation of the truth in describing her opponent. The UL did the same and both newspapers refuse to print response opinion letters of the truth by the victim of the editor’s wrongs. Ms. Clark knows the VA and NH Government conspired to stop my VA medical care for combat related disabilities and she still refuses to even speak publicly about it as not to buck the system. The Portsmouth Herald, Fosters, UL and many more news media private businesses refuse to tell both sides of the story. To knowingly create ignorant voters to me goes against every ethical and moral standard in life as Ms. Clark has engaged this morally degrading act to her voters.

To hear the other side of the story is (there is not other description) the only way for a democracy to exist. The news media believe for the safety of the state my opinion letters of government wrongs and my response to deceptive newspaper articles about me must be censored. I am a candidate for NH State senate District 21 as news media silence is cast on me for the safety of others. The voters are kept ignorant to make sure the right citizens get elected. I have been called paranoid and mentally unstable. My letters are factual letters of government wrongs and what I will do if elected to correct these wrongs. The harm of stopping a freely run election can be harmful to every single person in the USA. To stop me they must keep the Veteran Resort-Chapel from becoming public knowledge. If this non-profit business can help just one US Military veteran come home mentally and/or physically it is worth any hardship you that have never serve have to live through.

A civilized society would expect no less then the NH SC to communicate to protect the public from government totalitarianism.
The VA and NH Government have conspired to stop my medical care for combat related disabilities to silence my free speech. In a civilized society to avoid violence we must inform the public through communication of these government wrongs. To hear the other side is to let the people to decide the truth. The NH SC is not God and has to be at the will of the people to correct the wrongs that the Justices of the NH SC commit.
The wrongs and harm to let the news media censor the words of any US Citizen but that of a candidate for the NH State Senate District 21 creates a harm to the existences of democracy far beyond just stopping the medical care for those that served to protect and defend that what you deny us.
Teaching our young is a challenge not just St. Anselm’s college has but all citizens of the USA must see. Democracy is a learned subject not inherited.

These same editors refuse to print my response letters but at the same time their article ruin my life and effect disabled US Military Veterans. US Rep Shea-Porter filed a false police report about my letters to stop my expressing her wrongs in government. The Dover Police read the letter and refused to file charges. The papers make a big deal out of the letters but not one printed the letter to let the readers decide the truth. Yesterday the Fosters wrote the article to knowingly miss represent the truth to intentionally harm my chance to win the NH State Senate District 21 seat. This same newspaper refuses to print my response letter claiming they are a private business and can do as they wish. The police refused to press charges against Shea-Porter rejecting my efforts to do so. The editors know no charges were filed because Shea-Porter filed a false police complaint. Why miss lead the readers by biased representation of the truth. Don’t censor print the letter. Let the voters decide.
U.S. Military Veterans in need of help returning from deployment and these same editors refuse to inform the public of a Veteran helping Veterans. My wife and I just mortgaged our house and put every cent we have to purchase eleven-acres of waterfront property to build cabins for home less for mentally and physically challenged US Military Veterans coming back. We ask nothing from these veterans because it has always been my dream to stop what NH and the VA is doing to this US Military Veteran from happening to any more. The editors are so intent on keeping my chance to win an election nil they print biased article to create ignorant voters. A response letter telling the other side and the newspapers are so arrogant that they refuse to print it. The holy grail of news media ethics is to not censor the truth.
Why are the editors so afraid of the truth? Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to intentionally harm US Citizens. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear the case because the documented facts presented to the court would have questioned their monopoly of power. Fauver let the Madbury NH selectmen take from local residents for the selectmen’s own gains. I have written this so many times it is printed on the web around the world. The truth is a powerful weapon that even the NH Supreme Court cannot stop. It is just plain ignorant that the editors protect the NH SC over the people of the USA.

Veterans helping veterans

I told you so
The article in today’s paper of the Philadelphia woman that killed two co-workers and wounded another was found guilty. The thing is she warned those spraying her with chemicals and harassing her many times to stop. No person heard even though they listened to her attempts of communication that would have resolved the situation itself in a civilized manner. NH and the VA conspire to stop my medical care for combat related, US military service-connected disabilities. The act to scare the public by using my PTSD and TBI disabilities to create a mental image of someone crazy tearing up the streets is just wrong. The Constitution is the highest law that makes to harm ones character for government retribution a crime of the highest Magnitude. No one wants to hear me as my many attempts to communicate in a civilized manner fall on deaf ears. I am running for NH State Senate District 21 and the newspapers refuse to print my opinion letters of government wrongs and my goals for when I win. Government officials are happy at this illegal attempts at voter fraud by the newspapers to keep the voters to believe the danger of my existence just being alive. Stop my VA medical care for the very mental disabilities the government is using to scare the public what an oxymoron.
The second article in today’s paper was on suicide and how to prevent it. Talk is a form of communication but we must hear as we listen to what the other person in the conversation is saying. US Military Veterans coming back to the real world (USA) become homeless because of just what the VA is doing to me goes unseen as they do it to so many others. I want so bad to commit suicide at this very moment as the night lasted forever as my mind never lost the continuous battle to attempt to come back alive. I have been back over thirty-years and even my wife tells me that I should be over it by now. I was awake all night as a teenage US Marine in the zone as every time I closed my eyes the reality of being there was so true. Stopping the car at a stop sign and something triggers my mind and for a second I am there. Walking the other day a motorcycle opened its throttle to the loud thunder just like incoming as I slammed to the sidewalk to avoid the fragments and percussion. Hearing not just to listen prevents suicide.
My wife let me put our life savings and mortgage our home to purchase eleven acres of waterfront property in Lee NH to start a Veteran Resort-Chapel so US Military Veterans will not have to go through what NH civilized society is doing to this US Marine. The News Media and NH Government at the present time are stopping it by censoring my words. Freedom of the Press and Freedom of Speech is equal to the Oxymoron of stopping the medical care for the head injuries received as a US Marine defending the USA as no one hears the complaints.

To the NH Attorney General Non-legal newspaper actions
The Damage the Fosters newspaper of Dover NH has done to my character to make voters choose my opponent in the up coming NH State Senate District 21 race is in correctable. This newspaper gave me an award for my volunteer helping others in the community and state not so many years ago. Yes I am angry, as the discussion at Young’s restaurant this morning was this article in Fosters and why I never wrote a response to it. The Fosters used the line other newspapers said to get around knowingly miss stating the truth. The Fosters did state that they would not print letters from me. What ever happen to Freedom of the Press and Free of Speech? The average citizen cannot fight city hall goes to what does the average citizen do when the editors manipulate the voters to favor one candidate. I am asking the NH attorney General to stop these illegal actions by a form of public communication of the unbiased facts.
The NH AG will not help me for I bring questions of the illegal actions of the NH Supreme Court to the table if elected. The NH SC refused to hear a case clearly documented with undisputed evidence of Judge Peter Fauver criminally violating the Constitution to let the Madbury NH selectmen take from local residents for the Madbury selectmen’s own profit-gain. These are facts every news media business should be eating up to inform the public. I am a 100% combat related disabled US Military Veteran that the government and news media use my disabilities to scare the public and justify this illegal actions. The VA and NH government conspire to stop my VA medical for combat related disabilities and the VFW, AL and everyone else ostracize me to protect their own characters from this harm. If I am mentally unstable and the VA and Government stop my medical care for just such disabilities what is wrong here. I have four life changing disabilities from the MC. Three of my four disabilities are combat related from separate missions. I have volunteered almost every day to help other US citizens have a better life. Today I will most likely volunteer part of my day to help others. I am not asking to fix the election just make if fair and stop the Fosters from manipulating the vote.
The ethical code of the News Media must be taken into consideration by this entire situation. The Fosters is so secure in harming the character of citizens that they do not like that they refuse to inform the public of the Veteran Resort-Chapel my wife and I just mortgaged our home and put our life savings to start. This non-profit is to give homeless and disabled US Military Veterans a place to live free of charge to mentally as well as physically come home. I try every day to do good to help others and my wife supports me. I have asked nothing from you. I did not even ask the Foster’s for the Volunteering award a few years back.
The pressure is building in my head. Flashbacks and reality have to make voters think why harm US Military Veterans and that explains why the Fosters and the news media can bend the ethical code just this one time that we know of. The number of homeless and disabled US Military Veterans to be harmed will never be known if this Veteran Resort-Chapel is delayed even one day because of the news media’s inability to police it’s own. About 100 Vets remain jobless Response
Why is this true “A year after they returned home from deployment in Kuwait, about 100 members of the 197th NH Army NG are still unemployed”? You just do not get it. There are 600 homeless US Military Veterans in NH alone and the public just fails to understand why. Many over the years of these recent 100 will end up the same way alone and homeless with minimal jobs if at all. It is different living deployed even more so in a combat zone. No one takes it the same. Injuries and mental trauma ring bells that may not be seen or heard for years after one comes home. Civilized society cannot accept this and rationalizes the bad acts as a person with so much potential wasted it. No one wants to hear a disabled US Military Veteran (that is there) talk about it from the other side. To censor my letters is to say society cannot accept understanding because they neglect to see the wrongs that are normal survival instincts over there. Our families think of us as demanding and paranoid of what is around us at all times. To say years after we come home our employment is short term or non-existent maybe because only we see the silent demons no one else will open their eyes to understand.
The newspapers censor the facts of my wife and I putting our life savings out to help US Military Veterans have a home. We have asked nothing from the public or government. It is my dream to help US Military Veterans mentally and physically challenged not travel through what NH and the VA have done to many others and me over the years. We mortgaged our home to buy eleven-acres of waterfront land to build cabins for long and short term homes free of charge for US Military Veterans to come home mentally and physically if possible. To censor the public from learning the facts just to keep crimes by the NH Supreme Court and NH judge Peter Fauver away from public knowledge is contemptible. To stop the public from being aware of my platform as I run for NH State Senate District 21 is even more outrageous.
It is hard to correct wrongs to stop public ignorance and neglect of US Military Veterans if the Newspapers can censor the facts for their own greed as a private business.

Frank Guianta is just like the rest. If it does not help him he will not put the effort out to help others. All my life I have spent trying to help others for free as a volunteer because I came back alive from “in country”. Eighty-nine percent of you will have no idea what I am talking about. U.S. Military returning home after living in conditions this civilized society thrives off of but has no idea the act of just to survive does after we have been home awhile. I cannot speak for other US Military Veterans except the ones that I have talked to going through the same flashbacks. The newspapers censor my efforts to start a Veteran Resort-Chapel in Lee NH for homeless and disabled US Military Veterans not making in back here in the real world. The editors tell you that I am scary and a danger. The editors are right because I lost my complete memory forever of any part of my life before joining the USMC. I was in a car accident right out of Parris Island and damaged my brain. After the hospital because of an Admin error I spent the next thirty-one months in and out of combat zones with the mental ability of a ten year old. I was willing to fight for there was no fear in my empty mind. I was expendable so the MC was more than willing to send me on the most useless missions that just required an American Advisor to be present. I was blown up and had the loud noise of my M-16 going off near my ears to take most of my hearing in both ears. I broke my back during a Vietnam offensive as a reminder for life where I have been and what I have done. PTSD puts me in a different place at any time without warning making others see the worst as no effort is given to understand. Frank says he wants to help US Military Veterans but has no idea what his silence on the subject is doing for he is ignorant as the newspapers censor the facts. I volunteer almost every day to help others to respect what those that did not come back will not be in vain.

Suicide provoked
I got many calls yesterday from the same lady at the Derry NH (I believe) Crisis Center. If her tactics are to prevent suicide someone should teach her a different approach. She kept repeating calling me until I agreed to speak with her. I started to tell her about my VA medical being stopped until I stop writing opinion letters just like this one. She kept repeating that I was angry and mad that the Dover Community center could help me. I told her because of my PTSD and TBI disabilities from my combat related injuries many times in the past I have attempted suicide while in what the VA diagnosed as a flashback. She kept pursuing cop like integration tactics to provoke me to say something they could use against me. I told her so as she denied it and told me once again that I was mad. I hung up on her and shut my phone off so no more calls from her came. That is the entire problem no one wants to confront the VA and NH government from stopping my medical care for combat related disabilities everyone points at me to say that I am crazy.
I went to great lengths to fill out the right paper work to start my Veteran Resort-Chapel. For weeks in touch with the State to make sure all the proper forms to start a non-profit LLC was in place. Last week the paper work came back from the state rejected saying it was the wrong forms. They sent me the forms. Now I have to get all the signatures again only this time on a NP-1 form. My wife and I with our life savings put it all out to buy eleven-acres of waterfront property to build free of charge cabins for US Military Veterans Homeless or disabled to live for every or just to find a way to come home mentally as well as physically. There are many US Military Veterans out there harmed by the Veterans Administration for one reason or another just like me. My dream of helping while volunteering since coming home every day if possible to help others has always been to give Veterans a place to call home even when our own government rejects or ignores them. My complete loss of memory from the TBI complicated by the PTSD of where I have been and done makes negotiating the maze of government protocol difficult. To stop my medical care was not enough they also put me in jail (I lost my freedom for 6 months) before the bogus charges were dropped. Government officials do not use the Americans with disabilities law in NH. I am just too dumb to give up and become homeless as other US Military Veterans do rather than shame the citizens we did it for. Suicide before coming back to the world would have been the right thing. The editors such as Rod of the Fosters clearly show that they are biased against helping US Military Veterans. I ask the voters in the State of NH to look at the Fosters page where they introduce Fuller-Clark NH State Senate candidate and explain that it is not biased. I am not the same as any other candidate but do the news media have the right to slam me for my disabilities as a US Marine fighting for the very freedom used to condemn me.
I as many combat veterans have found it hard coming home to the USA for to treat the over 600 homeless veterans in NH (alone) like this constitutive a contemptible reality. Last Resort
The Veteran Resort-Chapel what a thought to give returning US Military Veterans a place to live or vacation free of charge to attempt to come home mentally as well as physically. A chance for the people of NH to let these men and women that have been to places that you cannot conceive what we have done have a chance to see the other side. Every day I read articles how VFW, AL, and other town and community groups want to do for these veterans but barely scratch the surface of helping them come back. Most if not all VA doctors have never had a rifle and fought in combat to kill or be killed. Most if not all have never lived so close to the enemy that the freckles on their faces were as clear as a silver dollar as they passed. One must concede it is hard if not impossible for treatment to begin: administered by someone that has no idea other than hearing from those that have. The VA and NH government have stopped my medical care for just such combat related disabilities until I stop writing opinion letters of government wrongs. The news media goes so far as to keep the voters ignorant of the facts to prevent any votes for my candidacy for NH State Senate District 21.
My solution as I entered this world “USA” again was to volunteer as my PTSD and TBI took whatever memory of the U.S. that I had. I try to volunteer every day to stop the guilt of coming back alive when so many better than I did not. I broke my back during one Vietnam Offensive and lost most of my hearing during many other skirmishes. To allow the newspapers to censor the words of a US Military Veteran not only running for NH State Senate District 21 but also stopping the public from being made aware of the Veteran Resort-Chapel. I have done many social and political things wrongs as I try to understand a civilized society that there is no way that I belong. I have been there and I know in my own way how those homeless and rejected U.S. Military Veterans perceive what coming home meant and now means. To see the other side to me is the most important part of being a U.S. citizen and will always be the solution to solving problems.
Suicide is the closest thing to being where I belong that it just makes more and more since. I am a U. S. Marine and my duty is to protect and defend our Constitution at all cost. The homeless U.S. Military Veterans and all those coming back mentally and physically needing a chance it is a U.S. Marines duty. You do not have to like me that is the consequences of being a Sgt in the USMC. No one likes the Sgt. but to censor the opinion letters of any U.S. citizens cannot be tolerated. To use the Combat related disabilities to harm the character of a US Marine and the consequences being harming many NH U.S. Military Veterans coming home is just plain wrong. Silence my words but my spirit will always be with the USA>

US Military veteran helping Veterans
All U.S. Citizens should at all times want to help US Military Veterans any way that they can. I know the maze of roads one has to take to come home from the Vietnam conflict. It is probably the same from other wars also. The rejection or just plain neglect as a form of government protocol is clear. Lack of Doctors and people that have been there in charge or treating that what they cannot see or understand as the medical consequences. We as US Military Veterans try to fit in as if we never when off only to be slowly separate ourselves for we learn that you cannot accept what we did and became. Your safety and lives along with the child not seeing what civilized society paints us as takes our jobs, family and welfare as we leave to make your life better. No one can accept our loud voices or sudden movements created by the different world we live in. We sit with our backs to the wall if at all possible. The VA hospital and administration is a joke to persecute and shame us for living off public assistance as the public sees us drain tax-dollars. No one hears our voice for the newspapers censor our opinion letters to protect the public as you illustrate the person that came back wasted such good potential and live as waste.
My wife sees what the VA and NH government have done to me. She and I are putting our life savings on the line to give US Military Veterans a home they can call their own. To live in cabins on eleven acres of land that is waterfront free of charge for how ever long it takes. My letters are censored to protect the public from someone like me that had no right to come back alive. Many US Military Veterans are the same as much worse or me. Can we allow the news media to censor any help possible to make these men and women’s lives better? Eleven acres close enough to the seacoast and jobs to work and play if they want or secluded enough so they can learn that the USA is not here to hurt them.
Some one like me does not belong back in the USA. The VA and NH government have made that clear by stopping my VA medical for combat related disabilities. The editors cannot make it any clearer than to stop my opinion letters to protect the public from such a danger. The mental conflict of PTSD and TBI all in one is a disability that scares people and the NH Government and editors use it to the fullest extent. I am running for NH State Senate District 21 and other than a token pass my name and platform is censored to protect the voters from maybe making a mistake and voting for me. I have volunteered every day possible to help other citizens. My seeing from receiving the ignorance and neglect by the editors, government officials and VA has an opening to help stop what they (The U.S. Military Veteran) are going through. A US Military Veteran helping other Veterans have a place to mentally and physically come home if at all.
The people have a God given right to hear the truth even if it is coming from the danger that you classify me as. A U. S. Military Veteran that is there helping others in the same place.
