NH and the VA stop my medical care for combat related USMC service-connected disabilities and this is not serious government wrong to rate Redress of Grievance hearing of the NH State government. We have serious problems in our NH State Government from the good people we elect. Our elected officials compromise so much that our Constitution has become a worthless piece of paper. We spend tax dollars like there is no consequence to the future generation. Our government has grown so big and wasteful to stop it that who ever takes it on will be the most hated person alive. There are so many lobbyist groups out there asking to sign pledges and obligate the next senator to them as payment to get their support. No one in government cares that NH Governor Lynch made me pay money to tell him of government wrongs. It has been over two years and he still has not spoken to me but I still have the receipt for the money I paid. Constitutional crimes by high-ranking government officials and no one cares. To have our government officials use the medical care of any person as government retribution cannot be tolerated. To have the newspapers censor opinion of their readers of government wrongs defies why Freedom of the Press is even recognized in our Constitution.
I am running as a Republican for the District 21 NH State Senate to make public see these government wrongs NH refuses to fix. The NH Supreme Court covered up Judge Peter Fauver criminally violating the Constitution to intentionally harm US Citizens. The NH SC refused to hear a case presented to them well documented with undisputed proof presented of Judge Favuer using the trust of the power granted him by the public to enable the Madbury NH Selectmen to take from local residents for the selectmen’s personal profit. These are the words of a Republican running for District 21 NH State Senate and the newspapers believe that the voters must be kept ignorant of my life. The Republican Party uses silence as a way to support the Democrat candidate as their actions so far show.
I am a 100% combat related service-connected disabled US Marine running for the NH State Senate Seat District 21. To have the newspapers to censor this letters or the letter from any candidate to keep the voters ignorant is wrong. We cannot tolerate it ever. I broke my back during one Vietnam Offensive. I lost much of my hearing in both ears from another Vietnam Offensive. I have PTSD and TBI from my tour as a US Marine. If the citizens of New Hampshire want serious changes in our NH government to bring it closer to the people at a far less cost: you have to elect some one like me willing to take it on and not give up.
The only way you the voters will learn about my running for NH State Senate District 21 is if the news media stops censoring my candidacy to keep the voters ignorant of the truth. At no time can the USA use any individuals medical conditions for leverage to make that person obey government Totalitarianism.

How dare the UL question any one else in their editorials about Freedom of Speech? I am a candidate for NH State Senate district 21 and the UL censors my opinion letters every day because they do not approve of what I believe and say about wrongs in government. What ever could the editors believe is more important than any candidate’s words, belief’s and actions if elected to administer the trusted power of the people? It is not just the UL though. Most if not all newspapers will imply the danger my presences is to the public. A volunteer that helps other people every day just because it is the right thing to do is labeled a danger to harm the character diminishing what our Constitution stands for. A combat related 100% disabled US Military Veteran that the VA and NH Government stops my medical care to stop my opinion letters. Retribution by government officials is against the law. This newspaper along with all the others censors a reader’s opinion letters of government wrongs if the editors do not agree with what is said. A disabled US Military Veteran ridiculed and tortured for the sole purpose to protect government officials with good reputations. It would seem the UL should question it’s own ethical and moral attitude and actions before that of others.
A candidate for NH State Senate and the UL will not print response letters to their articles is just plain wrong. The NH Supreme Court not only diminished our Constitution but they also violated it to intentionally harm US Citizens and the UL does not print this. I presented a case with undisputed proof all documented in their own court and government records of Judge Peter Fauver manipulating the law to approve of the Madbury NH selectmen taking for their own gain from local residents. The NH SC covered up these wrongs by refusing to hear the case. What more cherished part of life is there when a 100% disabled US Military Veterans gives up his life to volunteer time and money helping other US citizens? The danger does exist if I get elected for honesty will become a prominent part or our government on my first day.
The criminal wrongs NH has done to me to stop my opinion of government wrongs is covered up by newspaper censoring the truth. The newspaper writes a full article about someone not running but will not write anything about Peter Macdonald running for NH State Senate as a Republican. They will not even publish my opinion letters of what my goals and actions will be when I am elected to the NH State Senate. A scary situation where the editors can decide who will the voters be informed about when running in a state election. Dover Rep. Hofeman is not running and the voters should be informed about this but also it is important and the ethical, moral responsibility of the news to inform the voters of all candidates. Our elected government officials and editors have been tampering with elections for so long that we are becoming a nation with a crippled government. The law is that anyone can run but the voters only have to be informed about whom the editors and political parties believe are good enough to hold office. I may be scary to some because of my combat related disabilities from servicing in the USMC but I am still a US citizen.
I took a well-documented with undisputed proof, case to the NH Supreme Court of Judge Peter Fauver criminally violating the Constitution to intentionally harm US citizens from NH. The NH SC refused to hear the case because of the harm correcting the wrongs of the NH Judicial Branch would have on their monopoly of power over NH Residents. I am scary because I do not give up when it is the future of the USA that I am fighting for. NH put me in jail and took my freedom for 6 months to stop my writing opinion letters just like this one. NH and the VA stop my medical care for combat related service-connected USMC disabilities. The illegal government retribution to stop my Freedom of Speech cannot be tolerated. The news media and government officials are afraid if I get elected my voice will be heard and the government retribution and criminal acts of the NH SC will become public knowledge. “I join with Governor Lynch when he says, ”The right to vote is a fundamental right that is guaranteed to all citizens of this state under the United States and NH Constitutions. Our election laws must be designed to encourage and facilitate voting by all eligible voters in NH”. These are the words of our trusted government officials that refuse to communicate with a 100% disabled US Marine on government wrongs. Lynch made me pay money to speak with him (I still have the receipt) on government wrongs and he refuses to speak with me. The newspapers boycott my name and platform from their readers to interfere with a free election. I am running for NH State Senate and even today the news introduces and talks about other candidates running for elected state positions but refuses to even print my opinion letters of what I will do if elected. The newspapers refuse to tell the public that the NH Supreme Court violated our Constitution in the worst possible way. What more important opinion letters could the creators of our Constitutions meant to be the reason for Freedom of the Press than this one? To censor the words of any citizen talking about government wrongs is a bigger atrocity than any that we that gave our lives to defend and protect our Constitutions could ever be. To censor the words of a candidate for NH State Senate because I do not meet the standards trusted government officials and editors believe is required constitutes proof US Marines such as I cannot be allowed to come back to this “real World” USA alive. Value of Life
Suicide is against the Law. Makes since to put the dead person in jail. We send our children off to war to fight for our freedom and to die doing it. Mostly good citizens that for one reason or another will not serve in our military determine the value of life. Politicians the one are that got a good education and made something of them in a prestigious way to live a good well valued life. It is a funny world that we live in when the children that give the most for the nation many get shorthanded by the very people we the military do it for. I am running for NH State Senate and you have to look at the system that knowingly is diminishing my Constitutional rights to keep me from being elected. The VA and NH government conspired to stop my medical care for combat related service-connected disabilities. The editors censor my opinion letters of government wrongs to create ignorant voters. The VA and government officials will tell you that I am mental and dangerous leaving out the fact my PTSD and TBI are service disabilities from defending the USA and YOU. I have tried many times to commit suicide since returning to the World “USA” in 74.
Martha Fuller Clark is running against me as a Democrat for the NH State Senate. The news covers her every single day in articles, letters or on the news. I am running as a Republican and my letters are censored and the only news reported is if it can harm my character in the public eye. I served the USA in the USMC through the filth of a conflict to have good citizens degrade the value of my life too less than a dog. Medical care for the very disabilities our trusted leaders use against me are; does not exist because they stopped it and no one can hear the silent demons. I do not know if Martha served in our military. I know that I did and earned the rights guaranteed by our Constitution just as every individual does. I have volunteered to help people almost every day since coming back to the world in 74. Mostly I help people that I do not even know because it is what I believe is the right thing to do. I was injured four separate times during my tour in the USMC and the citizens of the USA are kept ignorant of the facts because the news believes to censor is to protect the public from the danger of my existence. Volunteering I took a case to the NH Supreme Court of the criminal acts of one Judge Peter Fauver that was so well documented with proof that even a blind person could see the truth. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear the case. It is against the law but what does it matter if no one follows the law at all. If communication is the civilized manner to solve problems then why does our highest court refuse to hear my words? Why can our government stop my medical care for disabilities fighting for the very rights being denied in this case? I almost committed a successful Suicide last week while in a PTSD Flashback as our VA and NH government have stopped my medical care for combat related disabilities. In a continuous non-violent manner to play the civilized society way of correcting government wrongs my family, friends and self have suffered. The newspapers believe and have demonstrated that my name will not be put in the paper unless it harms my character in the public eye. I am running for NH State Senate and while the editors write every day for my opponent they censor my words. How can this be acceptable in the USA? Maybe my actions to commit suicide are from my TBI disability or a combination of both. Four separate times I was injured during my tour to come back to a civilized society that strips me of my Constitutional rights because government wrongs are the norm today back here in the “world” USA. The Veterans Administration is intentionally violating the law to harm disabled US Military Veterans and no one in this civilized society cares. I keep talking about lying in a benjo ditch waiting for the VC patrol to pass as this and other memory flash through my mind everyday restlessly to have the VAH finger me with the RED FLAG scarlet letter of doom. The reality is there is no way to confirm if I did die in that foreign nation for what is happening back here is not real.
A family out of the blue calls me for help. Volunteering to help people that I just met is everyone’s responsibility to keep the USA great. The Madbury NH selectmen use the trusted power of government to take from local residents for the selectmen’s own gains or profits. Judge Peter Favuver criminally violated the Constitution to cover up these crimes of the Madbury NH selectmen. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear the case because it exposed judicial crimes in the checks and balances of our government. I feel like sticking that bayonet in that child to get my M-16 back and escape while American Advisor on convoy some place in Cambodia that one night was wrong. This must be god paying me back for my actions as a US Marine. I calmly continue my day meeting and greeting other people and no one can tell. The reality is that I can neither confirm nor deny as a sniper round zings past my head if anything is here! This letter makes no since as a positional NH State Senator is denied from the public by those assigned to stop danger before it is free.
The VA will read this letter and harass my family with suicide hotline phone calls and eventually have law enforcement come to take me away to incrassate. I am a 100% disabled combat related US Marine Veteran they stopped medical care for. The silent demons of coming back to the world are real as if reality really exists. To say freedom is letting a disabled US Marine run for any election in the USA as long as the voters are kept ignorant illustrates what freedom of the press has become.

J Clayton of the UL writes me and asks to stop sending my letters to him for he no longer works for the UL. It is amazing he never helped in any way while he worked for the UL and it is the same with Martha Fuller Clark. When Martha was in office before, she did nothing for veterans that asked for help. The people: U.S. Military Veterans need help from, do nothing unless it will benefit them is some way by putting out their hand to help. Yes they do help some if it will raise awareness in the public but leaving just one behind that gave fighting to secure the safety and freedom of the USA constitutes to many. How much does it take to put your hand out and help a neighbor, friend or stranger? Volunteering to help a person without being recognized for your efforts is how to make the USA a better place for all. The Portsmouth paper covers Martha’s campaign fully but how about a 100% disabled US Marine running against her. The seacoast newspaper refuses to print my opinion letters for the danger to the safety of the public they want you to believe that I pose. J Clayton while he worked for the Union Leader had the editor tell me “your letters harm people with good reputation in government office”.
This far-reaching letter questions the ethical and moral standards of our News Media and government. No one cares that NH and the VA conspired to stop my medical care for combat related disabilities to stop my letters. I am running for NH State Senate and there can be nothing more important than the voters understanding and being informed of my views and goals when elected to the NH State Senate. I volunteer my time to help a Madbury NH family that I had never met before that day. Fauver allowed the Madbury NH selectmen to take from local residents for the selectmen’s own personal gains or profits. The NH SC refused to hear the case as a cover up protecting their monopoly of judicial powers. I continue to bring this case forward to represent the peace, dignity and honor of every US Military Veteran that gave so much to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the USA.
In all fairness John and Martha I understand. Explain it to me?
Separation in the fact that the laws do not have equal responsibility to every citizen of the USA this cannot be right. Even to separate one individual and use the law differently than all the others are described as Discrimination and are against our highest law the Constitution. Judges and police have a Blue Code that allows them to be controlled differently if they are caught violating the law. Stopping my medical care for combat related disabilities while stopping no other person’s is Discrimination and illegal. Newspapers refusing to print opinion of government wrongs as Opinion letters is Discrimination when it is only one 100% disabled US Military Veteran singled out for such an illegal act. NH Governor Lynch making a individual pay money to speak with him on government wrongs and after paying not talking to the US Citizen is discrimination and a whole lot of other crimes against our Constitution. To eleven times submit the NH Redress of Grievance crimes against our Constitution by high-ranking government officials and to be denied just speaks volumes of the wrongs in the NH government. I am running for NH State Senate and the Newspapers believe it is their duty as a private business to keep the voters ignorant of my reasons to run and what I will do if elected. The newspapers print and speak volumes about the other candidates making this act discrimination.
I volunteered my time to help a Madbury NH family that the selectmen separated out for retribution by a selectmen. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear the case because Judge Peter Favuer used the law to enable the Mabury selectmen to take from local resident for the selectmen’s own self gain or profit. My VA medical care is stopped, law enforcement harass my family and friends, I am put in jail, as the list continues to grow until I stop writing opinion letters of government wrongs.
These letters are so well published on the Internet it becomes unrealistic why the editors would censor them keeping many older voters ignorant. I cannot see why citizens reading my letters every day do not speak up, other than the fact they are scare it will happen to them if they do so. Separate and concur is the tactic that I used to kill my first “VC” is separation what the NH government is doing to this 100% disabled US Marine running for NH State Senate.
I seriously tried to kill my self yesterday not because of the separation but because my military disability. I have VA medical just not for my Combat service-connected disabilities. It is a hard thing to say that defending the very right of every individual to have equal rights of the law and government is the reason that I am disabled. It is even harder to believe the VA and government do this to many US Military Veterans and the public is kept ignorant to protect the established way. We the US Military Veterans are only ten percent of the population but at least let us run for public elected office as all those that never served.

I meet other US Military from the Vietnam Conflict everyday and most have read my letters. Some tell me how bad I had it while I served. I had it no worse than any other that served and a lot better than most that were there. I had no memory from TBI right out of boot camp. It was like a daily routine stuff for a normal any person living to do. I thought the entire world was like this. There are no wants or wishes: I was there with no memory. I saw and did things most people will never get to see and do. I lived through it but no one can believe accept to mock and classify me as a baby killer. I struggle with the simple things in life just to try and fit into a world that I should never came back alive to. I broke my back during one Vietnam offensive but that did not take away my trying to fit in. I lost most of my hearing from the next Vietnam offensive but really I believe it was the explosions, rifle fire and other loud noises over the tour that did that. I finished my thirty-one month tour over there and then the Marine Corps dumped me into a society with no memory and four service-connected disabilities. I woke up one day in “round eyed country” a place that I did not belong or know how to deal with. The Veterans Administration and the NH government still try to use my disabilities to incrassate me to stop my freedom of speech on government wrongs.
I am running for NH State Senate yet the newspapers refuse to inform the pubic. I cannot afford renting newspaper space as this now makes me the Anonymous Candidate for NH State Senate. The first think I will do if elected will be to expose the NH Supreme Court for knowingly refusing to hear a case where Judge Peter Fauver criminally violate the constitution to intentionally harm US Citizens. Fauver approved in court of the Madbury selectmen using the trusted power of the people to take from other residents for the selectmen’s own personal gains. It is not the newspaper, government or VA to decide if the voters of NH will be informed voters or not. It is the Constitution, which they are diminishing for their own self-gains. What is wrong with New Hampshire?
The Americans With Disabilities Act alone has to prevent what NH is doing to a 100% disabled combat related US Military Veteran as retaliation by our NH government. No government politician or employee will say or do anything for fear of the hammer coming down on him or her. I am running for NH State Senate and the newspapers believe it is in the best interest of the voters to keep the voters ignorant for the danger they say that I am. I appreciate the Veterans Today and NH Underground Web sites publishing my letters every day but to stop government wrongs is going to take more. People every day read and comment on my letters most praising what I am doing and encouraging me to keep it up. The law says newspapers are a private business but ethics and moral responsibility alone would require my letters to be made available to all their readers every day. What type of election is it when editors and the two ruling parties (Dem/Rep) can decide which candidates the voters can be well informed about and which are to be censored. To use any person’s medical care to stop free speech is too atrocious to speak about. To use a 100% disabled US Marine’s combat related medical care, as a weapon to prevent the public from learning is just too unbelievable to be true. Why do we have laws like the ADA if no one cares?
Each department in the VA shuffles the paper work to claim it is not their job to correct the wrongs. The NH government just claims they are ignorant to the facts and denies responsibility. The editors see me as a danger and tell the world for the safety of the voters this disabled citizen must be separated from all others. I am a candidate for NH State Senate it does not matter what they think because our highest law the Constitution makes what they are doing a crime of the highest magnitude. You the voter’s do not have to vote for me but no one in government or the news media have the right to keep you ignorant.

Joshua Lane Foster would be discussed with the fact that his family and chief editor Doughty would censor candidate’s ideas and words of what they will do if elected to government office. The Fosters along with the UL and C-monitor decide not only what they say is the truth but also which news is not a danger to the right people in power before they publish it. I as a candidate for NH State Senate have been black balled to block the public from learning material and vital interests of not only the newspaper’s communities but also the State of NH and the USA.

I am running for NH State senate and the newspapers censor any opinion letters or articles about whom I am and what I will do if elected. The newspapers will imply that I am a danger but not give any facts to support such a dangerous inflammatory character assignation. I am running this time as a Republican but I have been a Democrat depending what year it is. I do not believe in the two party systems. I believe elected officials should fully represent the best interest of the people not the party line. I am a 100% combat related disabled US Marine that served my time during the Vietnam Conflict for the USA. NH and the VA have conspired to stop my VA medical to stop my opinion letters of government wrongs. I received four disabilities while I served as a US Marine for the USA. I have a Traumatic Brain Injury along with PTSD leaving the government and editors to use this mental state to damage my character. They will even censor this letter as Freedom of the Press is used to fix an election. Informed voters of all the facts and opinion on each candidate must always come first. I do not mind editors having the free right to what ever they think of me and they can write freely about their own views but my responses and opinion must at all costs be printed for the voters to understand there are two sides to every article. Martha Fuller Clark is running as the Democrat candidate. Martha has been in office before and refuses to help US Military Veterans unless it can benefit her. Strong words but the Voters need to hear both sides from all candidates.
The Union Leader ran a list of all the candidates for NH elected positions. This is most likely the only time any newspaper will use my name publicly unless it is in a harmful manner. The UL does not like the fact my platform is based on the fact that the NH Supreme Court refuse to hear a case where Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to intentionally harm US Citizens. Fauver allowed the Madbury NH selectmen with the trusted power of the people to take from local resident for the selectmen’s personal gain or profit. These are facts contained in a case filed with the NH Supreme Court that they refused to hear. The two party system of government does not like citizens that will expose the wrongs of government if it reduces their power over you. Freedom of Speech can never be at the editor’s choice.
The pain of my broken back from being blown up during the Vietnam Conflict is not treated medically until I stop writing opinion letters of government wrongs. My limited hearing in both ears from another Vietnam Offensive loud noises is just untreatable so I cannot complain about that. Imagine a US Marine with four disabilities defending and protecting our Constitution and Freedom of the Press can take those very Constitutional rights away. Lonely depressed soul
It gets me that US citizens reading my letters every day love them. The number of citizens telling me to keep it up and don’t stop writing such great letters about government wrongs is becoming high in numbers. I just wonder how many will copy and paste my letters to newspapers and government officials and the court system. My letters make a lot of citizens feel good because I am saying exactly what they want to say but are to afraid to say it openly. They have the perfect reason to believe harm will come to anyone that speaks freely on a subject that the government tells them not to talk about. My case is the perfect example. I do not quit because the memory of all those that gave their lives for the USA never leaves my mind. No matter what retribution the NH and US government take out on me it cannot repay those that gave their lives for this nation. I am only one person that if I could have, would have let some one far more meaning full for the USA to come back alive over me. The newspapers are correct to censor my letters as to expose government wrongs could cause chaos for years to come. The newspapers and government have the right to stop my running for elected public office to save the public from the danger they want you to believe comes from my service in the USMC. They stopped my VA medical care for combat related disabilities and the outraged citizens by silence are happy to stay safe from government retribution. I enjoy the few pieces of hate mail I get also.
Judge Peter Favuer is a criminal that violated the Constitution to intentionally harm US citizens. The NH Supreme Court refuses to hear the case using a cover up and government retribution to stop me. I refuse to be violent and that is the only fact that is keeping me going. It is not enough that they stopped my medical care and put me in jail taking my freedom for six months but they use the Suicide Hotline and law enforcement to harass and intimidate my family and friends to isolate me provoking my military disabilities to force suicide. A lonely depressed soul trying to do the right thing caught in a nation that has no idea what losing their freedom will be. It gets me that newspapers will use freedom of the Press to censor the view and opinion of US citizens freely. Vietnam Conflict Suicide

I did it wrong
My life has not been easy. It is not that people single me out or that the world is out to get me. I am proud of my life because no matter how hard or what miss understandings I had quieting was never my option. I actually looked at it as a natural experience when the gooks took me from the friendly village some place in Cambodia to their campsite many clicks through the bush. Tied up by the VC campfire the enemy took turns poking me and laughing while they drank Rice wine leaving the younger one to walk guard just out of sight. Scared but staying cool over the next few hours freeing my self and then killing the child standing guard to get my M-16 back and escape. My memory completely gone from a TBI accident before being deployed the road I took seemed the route everyone else was taken. I tried to learn every day how to be a good US citizen so I could some day come back and see the real world, the USA. My life is no harder than any other person’s life it just happen many times I just went the wrong way.
The unforgiving memory of just sitting and waiting draws facts the mind just cannot explain, at least not in my head. Watching the night horizon light up in orange/yellow indicated the birds we launched a few hours earlier hit their mission and would arrive in another few hours. The chaotic movements to do a job as explosions from enemy mortars and sniper fire near misses are completely ignored for that was always the best that a US Marine could ask for. I will be sixty years old tomorrow and it all appears every time as if it is now. The mysterious questions developed by not having a memory of my own childhood before the MC are illuminated by the PTSD jitters of did I come back to the real world or not? The scared teenage US Marine laying on the side of a path deep in the bush as the VC patrol passes is unacceptable to me for I should have got up and taken them on. The right road or the wrong one is a question needing to be answered.
The funny part is all this for the USA as my running for NH State Senate is blocked by the very people we do it for. Telling the voters that I am a danger as the reason to justify voter fraud under minds my coming home. To make the reasons that I am running for NH State senate un-publishable facts of the NH Supreme Court refusing to hear a case of crimes against our Constitution by a fellow Judge contradicts the freedom of speech and freedom of press of the Constitution. I did it wrong but for the right reasons.
I came home to a nation that I had no memory of thinking you would accept me no matter what wrongs I did. Vietnam was and still is an unacceptable conflict in the minds of many back here. Suicide is not quitting it is a path when the job is done being transferred to other places is the natural progression of life and MC. NH and the VA stop my medical care yet they use my mental state to scare the public as government retribution to isolate me. Do not have law enforcement harass my family and friends or the VA suicide hotline call as harassment for tomorrow is my birthday and as wrong as it may be celebrating it will make many happy. What right a candidate?
Today’s newspaper had an article about all NH Candidates running in this year’s election. Again they boycotted my name from the voters. Danger signs give the newspapers the right to decide for the voters. I am a 100% disabled US Marine: three of my four disabilities are combat related. I protected and defended the very laws that are being denied me in this election. The NH Secretary of State refuses to look into the matter because the facts are to clear and will affect the established way of the two parities in power. NH and the VA stop my medical care for combat related disabilities until I stop writing opinion letters of government wrongs. I am suicidal some of the times when I am having a flashback, now called PTSD and it will be another name for the next generation of disabled US military personal. I could be suicidal in every flashback but I do not remember and do not come back during the attempted death event in most seizures. My medical care does not exist and the newspapers believe this is OK not to inform the public in opinion letters as they so demonstrate by censoring my letters daily. I am a candidate for NH state senate that the NH government and editors do not want the voter to learn about at all.
It just has to become public that the NH Supreme Court violated the Constitution intentionally. The NH SC refused to hear a case where Judge Peter Fauver let the Madbury NH selectmen take from local resident under the trusted power the people granted them for the selectmen’s personal gains or profit. I volunteered my time to help a Madbury NH family and put the case in front of the NH SC justices. The case was documented and the proof was so clear any reasonable person would have seen the criminal acts of Judge Fauver. The New Hampshire Supreme Court is not above the law and it is the guaranteed right of every citizen to speak freely and publicly of criminal acts by even the NH Supreme Court Justices.
My disabilities come from fighting for the citizens of the USA. Running for public office should be a right even the editors cannot deny ever. It must be the voter choice if my service-connected disabilities make or break me. I may not even be alive by the time this election gets here. Suicide or just the sheer pain and medical situations that now and again effect me I hope will end my life as the reality exists that this US Marine never came home.
I will send a copy of this letter to the NH SC and all parts of the NH government and newspapers as I do every letter. I hope the people of NH will do the same and see what happens. When government officials can interfere with any part of any election to sway the voters to vote the way the government wants is against the law. The Secretary of state in NH does just that. The SOS in a manipulative way refuses to look into claims by average citizens he believes that he can blow under the rug. It just is not right to allow this to happen. Other than violence and gunfire what should the average citizens do when all other means of redress has been tried and our government officials are so corrupt nothing is done? The newspapers refuse to print opinion letters of government wrongs if the editors believe they will harm people in government with good reputation. I sent the NH SOS just such a complaint documenting criminal wrongs by government officials and he looks for ways to cover up the crimes rather than confront them. The NH governor Lynch charged me money to tell him of government wrongs. This criminal act defies our Constitution in a clear and unquestionable way. The Governor took my money but never did speak with me of the government wrongs or any other subject for that matter.
Today’s newspapers cover articles about elected officials that will not run again for elected office. These are the very newspapers refusing to print the words of candidates running that the editor’s do not like. Justice must only exist at the end of violent acts. It seems that judge’s and government officials are not bound by the same law and rules that the average citizen is. The worst destructive act to freedom of the press is censoring the truth. The suicide of a 100% disabled US Marine Veteran is classified as “he had mental problems it was bound to happen” as the only description of the life given to the USA. NH and the VA stopped my medical care for service-connected disabilities until I stop writing opinion letters of government wrongs.
The NH Supreme Court trusted with seeing that government officials violate no individual right of any one individual. The NH SC refused to hear a case where Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to intentionally harm citizens of the USA for the personal profit and gain of the Madbury NH selectmen. Our NH government violates the Constitution to see that the facts never go public. Will the newspapers censor my obituary also? At seventeen I joined the USMC. While American Advisor on convoy across enemy territory the “VC” took me from a friendly village one night. I escaped and killed a child standing guard with a bayonet to get my M-16 back and continue the convoy. I have stood in front of Fighter Jets doing six hundred knots stopping with in fifteen feet of me to signal the pilot that he hooked. I have been blown up and blown off the runway. I have lain silent on the side of a path deep in the bush as the VC patrol passed because I followed orders not to lock and load until eminent danger of death. I have ordered men in my squad to do unreasonable acts, which killed or badly injured them, to be left without care or help until the mission was complete or they died. I came back alive and should not have. I am running for NH State Senate and the newspapers refuse to even acknowledge that I exist in this real world. The USMC trained me not to have feelings or emotions so it was my job. Now this civilized society cannot accept and I cannot forget.
Dem or Rep it does not matter. We are all US citizens protected by a Constitution our government and law enforcement no longer abide by. I have done things most US citizens cannot even conceive as humanely possible. The one think that I cannot do is getting the newspapers to recognize me as a Candidate for NH State Senate and let me tell the voters about me. I was permanently injured four times while I served the USA. Three of my disabilities are combat related. I have hearing problems from explosions and blasts. I have a broken back from one Vietnam offensive. I also have PTSD a mental disorder even VA doctors only perceive to be able to treat if they are approved too do so for each individual veteran. My final disability is TBI, which means my brain is bruised from many damaging actions. The NH government and VA have stopped my VA medical for Combat related disabilities until I stop writing Opinion letters of government wrongs. The newspapers to censor this letter are the silent proof no one will see or hear. They say silent demons rage in my head.
The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case where Judge Peter Favuer criminally violated the law to intentionally harm US Citizens. They do nothing until election time. They want to waste more tax dollars to build another VA hospital that we do not need. I am a 100% disabled US Marine from the Vietnam Conflict. Make the USA great by building our economic reliability to show what we as US Military Veterans did was not in VAIN. Respect what we did and when we come back medically treat us instead of ignoring or incrassating us. See the difference in where we have been and what we did without judging our actions based on a civilized society. No politician will step forward to help me for the political image of exposing the wrongs in government could affect their wallets or protocol. “We’ve got to fight every single day to get greater access for our vets.” Are political words with no action? It compares to Simon Rios writing a great article for the Sunday paper but it does nothing to help even one veteran. Your newspaper censors veteran’s opinion letters under the reason safety of the public. Your newspaper refuses to inform the public of this US Marine Veteran running for NH State senate to prevent what they believe is a danger from me being elected. Every single individual is protected by our Constitution: honoring that will mean what we as US Military did were not in VAIN. Show the selectmen in the town of Madbury NH that using the trusted power of government to take for personal gains from local residents will not be tolerated. Show the NH Supreme Court that the checks and balances in government will stop them from covering up Judge Fauver’s criminal acts against the peace and dignity of the State of NH. Harming US citizens for political or/and personal gains-plus letting the NH SC refuse to hear cases as a cover up to protect a monopoly of power over the people is what election time is now based on.

Hope and Change, Secret Service, NH, life and death

Hope-Change
One Day waking up as a US Marine having no memory at all survival was to try to understand. The USMC made an Admin error and sent me back to active duty where my next 31 months was spent overseas. On and Off I was serving in a combat zone and most of my tour was combat related. I survived two Vietnam Offensives and went on to do eight missions as American Advisor on convoys across Thailand, Laos and Cambodia delivering surplus supplies to friendly out posts. No memory meant that I had to relearn social and domestic skills as a US Marine separating killing from living in a civilized society. I did eight convoys and during one the VC took me and I had to kill in hand-to-hand combat to escape. A traumatic brain injury damaged my brain and took my memory while PTSD now makes it so my memory relives my acts as a US Marine. There has to be a rule or law that prevents US Marine’s such as I from coming back alive.
Breaking my back during one Vietnam offensive and damaging most of my hearing in both ears from another Vietnam offensive did not stop me from continuing to do my duty to protect and defend the USA. Sick bay and light duty for a short time after each injury did not sway the pride of fighting for a place where the people come first and foremost. NH and the VA conspire to stop my medical care for combat related disabilities and the newspapers censor my opinion letters of government wrongs. The newspapers even censor my platform for my candidacy for NH State Senate. I volunteer to help other people every day as payment to all those that did not come back alive. They were smarter, and had a memory that could have benefit this USA far more than I, as if it means anything in this pathetic letter for what purpose. A Dog named “Tutt” got his story told in today’s newspaper over the words of a 100% disabled US Marine running for NH State Senate. It all comes down to does the Constitution serves all individuals equally or is it at the discretion of government officials at the time?
The Voters of NH do not have to elect me. Newspapers cannot control the choice of who will be the next NH senator according to our Constitution. To have government officials to do what they want to manipulate the voters is wrong. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case where judge Peter Fauver miss used the law to let the Madbury NH selectmen take from local residents for self-gains. I honestly thought living over there was the worst place in the world. One day I was lying on the side of a path unable to fire my M-16 because I followed orders not to lock and load until eminent danger of death. The VC patrol passed and I continued on to the friendly village where the Convoy waited to move on. A candidate for NH State Senate no matter how bazaar is a US Marine damaged to keep what the State of NH does not even see. What type of world is it back here where medical care in the land of the free is contingent on what is expressed by freedom of one’s speech?

The stigma of being a Vietnam Veteran placed in the minds of US citizens during the 60’s never leaves. I say this in response to the editorial “Public Office It’s for the people” in today’s paper. May be it is not the “VC” stigma it might be the service-connected disabilities that sway the editors to not only censor but humiliate this candidate with their articles refusing to print my responses. To ignore a candidate telling his platform to the voters for any reason cannot be tolerated. I thought that I was running as a Democrat for the NH State Senate. Some how I changed parties to now run as a Republican. It does not matter Rep or Dem my position as NH State senator will be to represent all the people. My announcement must be printed in all newspapers that announce other candidates. They can infer or state that I am paranoid to harm my character, in defiance of our laws but my views and promise of performances must be printed as the other candidates is. Do I have flashbacks and attempt suicide is a fact not a question. Did NH and the VA conspire to stop my Combat Related disability medical care to stop my writing opinion letters of government is a fact not a question. Do the newspapers refuse to print my opinion letters stating such government wrongs is a fact not a question. I dare everyday volunteer to help other citizens most that I have never met to make the USA better for all. Fauver used the NH Justice to rule that it was OK for the Madbury NH selectmen to use the trusted power of government to take from local residents for personal gains. Then Governor Sheehan told me Fauver was a friend and that I should stop saying such things in public. Now Governor Lynch makes me pay money to speak with him of government wrongs but never does talk with me. The newspapers censor the opinion letters of the readers if they so state government wrongs of “people with good reputation”. Government officials and editors harming the character of a 100% disabled US Military Veteran to gain public support is retribution in defiance of our Constitution.

On the application for NH State Senate they ask what party you belong to under perjury if you claim the wrong party. I checked with our Lee town clerk and it just happens: so now I am a Republican this year. I do not mind because I personally do not believe in the political party. I believe our elected officials have to do what is right for the majority of the citizens and be honest and open for what they do. No other candidate running for District 21 NH Senate seat has served in the US Military. The UL, Fosters and the Portsmouth herald refuse to print my opinion letters announcing my candidacy. I served as a US Marine during the Vietnam Conflict and was injured four times three being combat related. I lived through two Vietnam Offensives and did eight convoys as American Advisor across Thailand Laos and Cambodia to deliver surplus supplies to friendly camps deep in the bush. Is I Paranoid or mentally ill to believe this is happening here in the USA; it should not deny the voters right to chose. The UL today had an article announcing all the other candidates running in the state under the Democrat Party. My name was knowingly with intent to harm left off. My mind questions why the newspapers would shun this 100% disabled US Marine.
A newspaper to keep the readers from learning that the NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case of Judge Peter Favuer criminally violating the Constitution to harm US citizens could be the reason. The NH SC refused to hear a case presented and documented with unquestionable proof where Fauver use the judicial branch of government to help the Madbury NH selectmen with the trusted power of government take from local residents for the selectmen’s personal gain. How could I put this in writing and send it to thousands of Newspapers, Government officials, NH SC and more if it were not true. A newspaper is morally and ethically committed to printing the truth no matter which it may hurt. It just is wrong for the NH State Government and the VA to stop my medical care for service-connected disabilities to stop my opinion letters of government wrongs. The NH government has refused to grant me Redress of Grievance as our Constitution guarantees. NH Governor Lynch makes me pay money to tell him of government wrongs, takes my money, and then refuses to talk with me. The newspapers refuse to print my name for fear if I get elected the truth will come out.
Imagine a world where the people not government officials controlled our lives. A nation where government retribution was not only against the law but the people stopped it before it happen. A nation where any person whether they served in the military or not could run for elected government positions. A nation where the government served the people not mastered the citizens.

New Hampshire district 21 NH State senate

District-21 NH State Senate
The newspapers refuse to inform the voter that I am a candidate for NH State Senate district-21. I am a 100% disabled US Marine with combat related disabilities that the VA and NH government have conspired to stop my medical care for these disabilities to stop me. I refuse to be silent about government wrongs that secretly harm the people to manipulate money and patronage to those in power. I took on the NH Supreme Court with a case that documented with indisputable proof that the Judge Peter Favuer violated the Constitution to intentionally harm the citizens of NH and the USA. This judge used the NH legal branch of government to allow the Madbury NH selectmen to take from local residents for the selectmen’s own personal gains. This judge let the Madbury NH selectmen use the trusted power of the people to try removing residents the selectmen did not like from their town. The NH Supreme court refused to hear a case because it questioned the monopoly of power of the dominate judicial branch of government by a high school drop out that should have died as a US Marine on foreign soil during Combat. What right does any newspaper have to deny the voters the right to be informed about all candidates equally?
The editors can claim my letters are libelous but they are printed across the world in many different forums, blogs and newspapers. The only ignorant people are the residents of NH and District 21. These words and letters are my platform and what I stand for. What right does the NH government; VA or the editors have to stop a 100% disabled US Marine’s free speech.
Sorry I am about to have a mental flashback that the government labels a seizure to attempt to take my drivers license. My head is light and spinning as my eyes have trouble watching the words as I type for I cannot control my eyeballs from darting from side to side. I am a 100% disabled US Marine that the VA will treat any other medical need than my service-connected disabilities. I have taken to long to get this letter off. Maybe I will and maybe it will be tomorrows letter. Maybe the government’s wishes will come true and this will be the last letter they have to make sure is censored to keep the citizens of NH ignorant.

Alive and running for NH State Senate
I feel proud and honored that I came back alive from the Vietnam Conflict against the odds. I do not need or want your pity or your praise. I live a great life with a great family so what else is there? You the citizens of the USA ridicule and mock my words of government wrongs as the ending mind game of the mental public destruction of my character to win majority approval. It is ironic Dolores Booth’s Opinion letter “A tribute to our Veterans” was published but this USMC Veteran’s words are censored for the danger my existence is for coming back to this civilized society alive. What are we fighting for if freedom of speech does not exist for the citizens that fought for it? I announced my candidacy for NH State Senate many times leading up to all the other candidates having the newspapers write articles announcing their candidacy. I write response letters to newspaper content and articles mocking my existence. The newspapers keep from the public aiding NH and the VA to stop me; my medical care for combat related disabilities is stopped until I stop writing about government wrongs. Any person has the right to run for elected government office without government or newspaper interference. To publicly harm the character of any individual of the USA by government officials or newspapers is a crime against our Constitution. Can you imagine coming home but in your mind never really leaving what you have done to believe this is life?
It is impossible for one person to tell the entire USA that the NH Supreme Court violated the Constitution by refusing to hear a case of a brother judge criminally violating the law to harm intentionally US citizens. Judge Peter Favuer used the power of the courts to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to use the trusted power of the people to take from local residents for the selectmen’s personal gain. To follow the law when it is the NH government and the NH SC violating the law violence becomes necessary. This is why the newspapers and government do not want the voters to learn of these wrongs in our government. Violence has no place in the USA. To stop any individual from running for public elected office is a harm this nation will never recover from. This entire life has to be a dream as the mind of a teenage US Marine tries to survive the enemy patrol deep in the bush. The pride and honor I feel for the USA for letting me defend and protect her as a US Marine will some day be mine to express if I ever get out of this place. What a world the USA must be if she uses my service-connected disabilities to create danger signs for public rejection as they stop my medical care for the very combat related disabilities the NH government and newspapers say that is my danger. A US Marine in the State of NH does not have the right to run for public office is what seems to be the reason all this is happening. The Voters are the ones to decide is the belief over here makes me feel proud and honored to be a US Marine fighting in Cambodia to protect and defend the USA.

I so much, governor Lynch NH, Madbury, freedom

I so much
I so much want to die! I so much want to kill my self! I so much want to commit suicide! It was a tough day yesterday. I cut my lawn and went to a friend’s bar. I met a husband and wife who served in the Navy 65-69. I wrote these words yesterday but they are important to me because it was the start of a deep movement in my mind of that final convoy knowing the chance of me making it back to the world alive may be true. I had three beers instead of two hoping as medicine it would take away the pain and mind control of my brain and give me the power to complete taking my own life to get out of this benjo ditch. I am not mental these are the thought of many US Military. I do not have PTSD, the thoughts of being there just never go away as they conflict with civilized society’s refusal to accept even we that did it cannot conceive the toll of coming back alive. I learned when I first came back to keep silent of what it was like as the people back here would use it against you in life. I do not talk to my wife and kids of my USMC experience to protect them of knowing until recent years when I wrote my first book. I once started to tell a VA doctor about one experience but he quickly expressed how inconceivable such an event could be achieve by a human being. For the safety of the community the VA wants to lock me in a hospital as if the “VC” still control my freedom. Safety is the key word. Never listen to hear what we are saying. Instead incrassate under the label medical or danger taking our freedom as we defended it for you is just wrong. Governor Lynch even made me pay money to speak with him. He took my money but we did not talked. So much I wish someone had written this letter when I was still there to inform me they back here in the real world would make it a mistake to come back!
I am not a danger as I refuse to be violent back here in the world. The VA stopped my medical care until I stop writing letter of government wrongs. The newspapers will not print my letters for the opinion of a 100% disabled veteran must be censored to protect the community from people like us. The silent demons are what this civilized society creates by listening but never hearing what we are saying. I dropped out of high school at 17 to attempt to be a US Marine. If my words are not in the proper order to meet the standards of this civilized society so what freedom is the individual’s right to speak freely to inform others of the wrongs in government. To use any individuals medical care to control free speech cannot be tolerated in the USA.
No matter how much you despise my words the truth will not change. You the citizens of the USA must tell your newspapers never to censor the words of US Military Veterans telling the truth of what it is. I so much yesterday wanted but I did not and today is another day.
