Veterans Administration Gauntlet

Veterans Administration Gauntlet
The history of the VA has and is lack of trust on the veteran’s part. Case & point the VA knowingly give drugs for PTSD treatment that do not work. There fore starting new programs are great except returning veterans do not want to see life through medication, reality should be coming home. The VA tests drugs and is using Veterans as genie pigs. A US Military veteran is red flagged if deemed a danger. The disability is the danger. Treat the disability not shame the patient. US Military Veterans are citizens that gave the greatest gift to the USA. To come home to be second-class citizens is not right. Censoring the opinion letters of veterans telling what we did or the wrongs of the VA gauntlet is as wrong as wasting more money on new programs. A Veterans Administration that knowingly harms veterans through paper work maze or harmful medication that does not work is the cause of lack of trust that just grows over the years. Censoring the opinion letters of US Military veterans clearly documents my point.
I got a phone call from Al yesterday. Al is a disabled veteran that the VA ran through a gauntlet. Al wants to start a program Veterans helping Veterans through the VA gauntlet. Our senators such a Sheehan proposed a bill to start new programs but fail to see the gauntlet that their predators continued. Elected officials that never served are the problem. The history of the VA does not change with time it just gets worse. Starting new programs when the old is a maze veterans already cannot find their way through. The history of the VA has taught veterans to stay away at all costs to dignity of human life.
My time in Vietnam was limited as my base camp was Uborn Thailand. I was not a Grunt, so my experiences are far less as I only did eight convoys across Thailand, Laos and Cambodia. Different in the fact I lost my complete memory forever of life before the MC from a Traumatic Brain Injury. Different in the fact, I can write about life taunted by the VA gauntlet for I am living it. I understand the guilt and shame for coming back alive to a society that cannot/won’t accept what we did. I killed the enemy with a bayonet and proudly hold my head high to see the shame in the eyes of those I did it for. I survived two Vietnam offensives on support missions and did TAD’s under enemy fire. My Vietnam memories are limited but real to this day.
The VA needs intervention before starting new programs. Al has the right idea Veterans helping Veterans but it should not be necessary. Inept senator like NH’s that never served only care that legislation they propose looks good at the next election. These senators don’t talk to the Veteran in need asking for help if our classification is not high enough. Thank You Al from California your phone call meant a lot to this US Marine. The History of the Veterans Administration is built on lack of trust from the very citizen they are obligated to help. This US society does not see the need to listen to US Military Veterans that is why to censor is the norm.

To Kathleen Parker and editors

To Kathleen Parker and editors
“How, I’ve often wondered, do soldiers muster the psychic energy necessary to inflict and suffer injury on an autumn or spring day when sitting in a breezy sun shaft is so much more compelling-and sensible?” Has to be the one question that laughs at every individual that fought for Kathleen Parker’s right to be free. The US Military is children trained to stop foreign enemies from entering our shores. The editors just do not get it that to censor a US Military Veteran’s words day after day telling of government wrongs is why those autumn and spring days are only for the well established such as Kathleen. The word of the US Military Veteran struggling to make another day because that soldier mustered the Psychic energy dwindles in silence labeled lazy, and a person that wasted good potential as homeless on the street is now home. No one sees the eternal conflict, which never leaves that well trained killer that never heard the piped in music on the battlefield. Daydreams are memories of a life back in the safe world (USA) that make us realize we mustered for our nation to survive and our children to thrive to freely be what ever they choose. Kathleen’s freedom to express her words come from just such individuals she now looks down on as garbage begging on the street. We suffer and die for freedom of speech so that our highest law stops government wrongs, the Constitution protect our right to do so.
Kathleen is to well establish to think of a US Military Veteran that has had his medical care stopped until he stops writing opinion of government wrongs. IT is the practice of private business as the newspaper to censor letters of veterans that could harm people with good reputations. Four service-connected disabilities, three of which are combat related give me pride for I do not have to wonder what it was like to give for the USA. The memories of nights out in the bush as the only American on convoys delivering surplus supplies to friendly camps. My first kill being a 10 yr-old boy to get my M-16 back and escape their camp and get the convoy moving again. Sitting in the autumn or spring day with a breezy sun shaft is conflicted by jumping at sudden loud noise or uncontrolled awareness of things around me is a cost our US Military proudly give on these beautiful perfect days.
What right does a PTSD-TBI labeled a mental danger US military veteran have to tell the world that the NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case placed on their docket of a brother Judge-attorney criminal wrongs. Judge Peter Fauver used the trusted power of the people to let the Madbury NH selectmen steal from local residents for the selectmen’s personal gain. Elected government officials and the Veterans Administration conspired to use my disabilities to cover up these wrongs and the news media censors a US Military Veteran’s words on perfectly beautiful days such as these.
The returning US Military from every war or conflict that are set free on the street of life with disabilities unknown or seen to live in a tangled web of government harm as the well established that never served look down instead of putting out a hand.

US Military Veterans rule (suicide)

US Military Veterans rule
Lack of treatment or no treatment is a norm of the Veterans Administration that the news media refuses to inform the readers about. It is my loud voice that is silenced and the news media and government character assignation that reflex’s the true intent for US Military combat veteran’s left homeless or forced to commit suicide to make it right. Looking for sympathy, a cry baby, danger to the public or the many other phrases used by the news media or the ones that never served to suppress any care for those that defended and protected our freedom. I came back from the Vietnam Conflict in seventy-four. Since coming back many times I have come back to reality or for some mysterious reason nature has put it’s hand out to stop my completing the mission of suicide. I have tried to crash my car, walk in front of a car traveling down the busy street and the most memorable one was jumping off a cliff and feeling good as I traveled down to the ground at an increasing speed. My pant leg caught on the tip of 50’ plus treetop and lowered me to the ground with only a deep cut on my upper leg. PTSD-TBI is a service-connected disability only recently recognized in my case by the VA. In the ten years since being diagnosed little or no treatment has been given at all other than emergency ambulance visits to civilian hospitals for help. My silent loud voice yells for the thousands and thousands of homeless, divorced, social rejects or any other label civilized society places on the ones that gave for you. (US Military Veterans)
Care for US Military Veterans is contingent on political publicly and news media hype to increase sales. My VA medical care is stopped to teach me to obey government orders to stop writing opinion letters of government wrongs. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case of a brother judge-attorney violating the Constitution to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal from local resident for the selectmen’s own personal gain. The news for some reason does not want the public to be informed of such wrongs. How does a 100% disabled US Military veteran inform the world when it is the news media censoring the true facts from the public. My need for suicide has become requirement as law enforcement, VA and government personal use my mental disability to silence freedom of speech. Using anyone persons medical care, as a weapon to enforce government control can never be tolerated, yet it has become the VA and NH government Norm.
The news media censors a veteran’s letter here or there with the belief that the facts are wrong or cannot be true. Who will hear one US Military veteran here or there especially if they are homeless or mental from their service to the USA? Over time that one becomes thousands as lack of treatment reinforces that it was wrong for us to come home. Suicide under enemy fire would have been the respectable way to do it but lack of treatment leaves just making the final statement of what it was like to end the once there for all time.
Censoring the opinion letters of anyone is wrong. Censoring the opinion letters of disabled veterans to suppress awareness of government wrongs constitutes a crime. The silent voice of homeless and miss treated Veterans speak. A US Military Veterans own rule is suicide before those you love dishonor you.

Dog Face Soldier Greg Anduskevich

Greg Anduskevich “Dog Face Soldier”
Charles O’Neil the Dog Face Soldier. After so many years out of the Marine Corps my feelings and memories could not be clearer than in this article. This man Charles O’Neil biggest fear was death but he still accomplished his mission. Believing as informed by my wife, doctors and many others that never served, over time my memory and guilt for coming back alive when so many better than I gave their lives for the USA will fade, has only got stronger. Every single second of every single day death and not seeing the USA again fills our minds until it becomes so complacent we become killing machines as the MC trained us. Each US Military person has a different description in words but the mental tolerance to endure and diminish the enemy make the second squad leave that building to keep the USA safe and free with our lives. Charles O’Neil was a hero just as every individual that serves in our US Military.
Charles O’Neil fought so newspapers could print the opinion of the people with out fear of government retribution. Our military give their lives so every individual has equal protection of the law as our Constitution guarantees. The veteran’s page tells great stories but they miss what Charles O’Neil and all the others did and do it for. NH is using my military (combat related) disabilities to harm my character to stop my freedom of speech diminishing our Constitution. Friends and family after we are dead talk about our service to the USA and that is good. Only to understand you will never feel the shame-pride this civilized society places as unseen silent demons eat away in silence. Freedom has to be the true meaning of what so many over the history of the USA give their lives for. Freedom has to be to let US Military Veterans tell their side. To stop a US Military Veteran’s medical care to stop opinion letters of government wrongs cannot be tolerated. The newspapers censoring a US Military Veterans opinion letters claiming mental disorders make this US citizen a danger to the public is character assignation, which we gave our lives to stop this from ever happening in the USA. Charles O’Neil as the rest of us fought to keep freedom and justice equal for all. The people are guaranteed the right to publicly expose crimes by our highest court the NH Supreme Court. To seek government retribution on a US Marine Corps Veteran to cover up criminal wrongs by the judicial branch of the government cannot be tolerated. The newspapers are silent in defiance of what Charles O’Neil and the entire history of what the US Military did/do it for. Remembering what we did it for is more important than remembering what we did.
Veterans Page response letter being censored cannot be justified.

Nellie Bly then and now

Nellie Blythen and now
I read in the newspaper about efforts and responsibility one young female reporter in 1830’s took to report the unbiased facts of the people needing change to make the USA a better nation for all equally. Occupy the world is people tired of the power telling them to be happy with what little they have because less is possible. Solving problems in a civilized manner only goes so far before realizing violence and death happens when the powerful are too ignorant to talk with us the “little people”. Each week I read Nellie’s story to understand biased editors still refuse facts not on truth but the individual telling them. Newspapers are to report the news and the facts no matter whom they hurt. The people of the USA realized the unbiased facts reported by the news media kept informed voters aware of the wrongs around them enabling corrections in a non-violent manner. Nellie is the reason our young children give their lives in battle to protect and defend our Constitution even today, as freedom is not at no cost. The unbiased facts then and now are dependent on who is telling them. The editors are wrong then and they are wrong now.
To stop a disabled US Military Veteran from receiving medical care to stop freedom of speech cannot happen in the USA. The public has no idea of the deep mental battles thriving in my head getting worse every day. Flashbacks and depression brought on by Veterans Administration hardships directed at US Military Veterans sanctioned for what ever reason by the department established to help our returning military men and women, not hurt those they do not like. To refuse to report the facts of a disabled US Military man or woman being harmed by the very government personal we the people place our trust makes no since. To believe women like Ms Bly are not capable as men is comparable to editors censoring the facts of medical care dependent on obeying our government officials. Our Constitution recognizes everyone as equal protection under the law. The people have a right (no they have an obligation) to be informed of the facts. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case of Judge Peter Fauver criminally violating the Constitution to intentionally harm US citizens. Fauver used the trusted power of the people to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal from local residents for the selectmen’s personal gain. Violence cannot be necessary to make the public aware of what our government and courts are doing to a disabled US Marine.
Confused from the repeated non-violent facts of government wrongs then and now. Flashbacks of killing an innocent enemy child in the heat to get my M-16 back and escape the enemy camp is medicated by VA rather than learn and treat. Ms Bly once did a story on the Blackwell’s island asylum informing the people of the cruel and harmful government torture of human beings needing help. Things have not changed. Newspapers censor the truth to knowingly harm the US Military Veterans in need of medical help is a symbol of biased newspaper reporting then and now. Facts are the truth no matter who is reporting them.

Make sure it's me by Kate Wenner

Make sure it’s me
A play written by Kate Wenner of southwest Massachusetts about military Traumatic Brain Injury and the great life is a secret of the VA to be told. Ken Smith of Veterans Today writes a raving review about the military men and women that come back with untreated disabilities. The Veterans Administration since they were established do not recognize or treat the thousands of disabled veterans that comes back with unseen TBI. Mary Murphy war widow and prison Chaplin sees daily the neglect and shame placed on those disabled that came back to be neglected or locked up as the VA uses public ignorance to cover up their cruel method of budget games. First hand I live the very life of ignorance, neglect and harm cast upon a 100% disabled Vietnam veteran with PTSD and TBI. Mentally a danger or criminally harmful are words the VA and NH government use to stop my freedom. I forget things or may be answer questions out of context. I live in a different world at times or may be mentally I just am not here with you. It to me sounds like Kate wrote a real life example of what it is like to come back to the “world” USA a place that does not want us. My words are silenced by a news media that is the catalyst to the ignorance of the entire situation of US Military TBI and PTSD shame and defeat. The Veterans Today web site censors almost all my articles or responses to the ones they write contained on their pages for the public to learn from and read.
Mock and shame a 100% disabled veteran with PTSD-TBI by character assignation as retribution to stop freedom of speech. No US citizen is allowed to talk about illegal, Constitutional crimes committed by the NH Supreme Court if government officials bar that citizen from doing so. Judge Peter Favuer used the trusted power of the people and the integrity of the Courts to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal from local residents for personal gain. I volunteer to help the people of Madbury NH for it is criminal discrimination and a conflict of interest that the NHSC refuses to hear a case of crimes by a brother judge against the peace and dignity of the state and USA. Kate writing a play or maybe people like this war widow giving her life to make it better for others will wake up this free nation (USA).
I am a no-body with no place to go except the eternity all Marines are going to for what we have done. I am proud of my service to the USA for people that never serve cannot dream up the rules of war. Military PTSD-TBI is something I have learned to live with. Some day may be people like Kate Wenner will recognize just how much plays like “Make Sure It’s Me” can benefit the fallen US Military Veteran living in our society today. Censoring my words is not right.
Thank You Ken Smith and Kate Wenner

OMG National Reporters

OMG a national reporter
A national reporter calls to inform me that they do not censor her words. “The reason Ms. Russ and the public do not understand censoring our words causes the mind of returning veterans” was the sentence. Our words meaning the word of the returning Veteran was what I meant. This national reporter constantly informed me “she understood what the combat veteran went through over there because she had a brother that served”. “She hates the VA for what they did to her brother”. I have to take aim for this is the problem. There is (NO) to understand. It meaning being there grows and is instilled on the person there. You know every day of your tour this is the last second of your life. You become complacent with death as the adrenalin of the mission becomes a part of your body and mind to kill with out reflection of the dead or wounded until completion. Emotionless in the fact yours or other’s pain or death acquaintances are what is a friend for a relationship can go no further as emotion is only a part of the mind. A national reporter did not want the story of what the VA and NH government are doing to a 100% disabled veteran. She told me that I need a lawyer. Case and point US Military Veterans are in trouble for the very fact (OUR WORDS ARE CENSROED) as national or any reporter only reports what can improve their image leaving the common person to drowned in government miss appropriations. Lawyers are the worst nightmare.
When communication and all means of redress of grievances becomes non-effective violence will become the norm. The NH Supreme Court violated the Constitution as clear as day in the public documents. To protect a brother judge the NH SC refused to hear a case. Judge Peter Fauver with intent to harm the public used the law and trusted power of the people to allow the Madbury NH selectmen to steal from local resident for personal gain. To stop my opinion letters about the NH SC my VA medical is stopped. National reporters follow the lead of the local news media and silence breads the need for violence. PTSD and TBI make for great excuses to scare the public of the mental danger that this person (100% disabled US Marine) is to cause isolation and depression.
Ms. Russ’s brother died because the VA refused to recognize and treat her brother’s disabilities from his service to this nation. The problem is national reporters believe they know the mind of a combat veteran. OMG do I wish every day that I did not know. The fact is helping every individual achieve equal protection under the law is not a story but the Constitution of the United States of America.
Censoring the words of returning US Military Veterans is worse than the cruel and harmful treatment that the VA inflicts on some veterans. Mental or physical disabilities of a combat veteran are the very words the public needs to understand. Miss Russ’s brother is one of many US Military Veterans that censored word brought silence to his struggle to survive a system that did not want him. All reporters need to look at their own reflection and stop censoring the Veteran’s word. We deserve equal treatment under the law also!

disabled

You do not look disabled.
I do not have what the general public can see or relate to as being a disabled US citizen. Yesterday my wife made a comment about a newspaper article many years ago when I got hit by a car in Dover NH “Marine cries in street” as I attempted to cross a busy Boston crosswalk. PTSD and how to walk in a society that defines the same unseen, never to be real to those that were never there effects of war with a different title after each crisis. (WWII battle fatigue) A broken vertebra in my lower back cause great pain but it does not stop me from helping other people for what is the purpose if we do not give to help make life better for others. I cannot understand conversations to me as the voice changes frequency many times with each word leaving many blanks to be filled in with my imagination as others talk. My loss of hearing came from being blown off a runway during a Vietnam Offensive. The sudden loud, unexpected noise that makes me duck or sometimes travel into my other world is as real today as when it meant survival from enemy danger. What is real to one person is many times the joke to society that relies so heavily on the unbiased truth printed in our newspapers informing the public of leaches on society such as this crying 100% disabled US Marine.
I read an article by Ken Smith yesterday with the line “if you came right out and said you were having Flashbacks you risked getting tossed in the cracker bin”. The reality being this is the feeling many US Veterans get when dealing with the VA even today. I learned to deal with my PTSD with no memory from TBI another service connected disability by secret to keep confinement and medication taking the mind as a VA solution under the rule safety of the public first. US Military veterans realize we came back from death to be captured for eternity by VA medication if we let the silent demons to be seen. Ken Smith wrote a book on PTSD from his own experiences in Vietnam. The solution is Ken’s way of dealing with it but from what I read my own track was very similar as I believe the unknown veteran right beside you on the street may have been the same. The general public does not see my PTSD, TBI, Loss of Hearing or my Broken Back but does that give the VA the right to stop my medical care to aid the NH government to prevent my writing opinion letters. The biased editors slowly gain public support with character assignation through articles describing a flashback during an emergency crisis as a crying Marine.
Response opinion letters are censored to prevent the public from being informed disabled US Marines are citizens also. Suicide is real but by my writing does get law enforcement at my door with weapons drawn to enflame the neighbor hood to gain support to eliminate a leach. Embarrassment and anger enflames the family after the law leaves to force isolation and homelessness for the general public cannot relate to a disabled US citizen as battle fatigue, PTSD or what ever title is something only crying US Military Veterans are forced to concur on their own.
Safety of the Public is a catch twenty-two Law enforcement free for all.

Rules of engagement

Rules of Engagement
A US Army Veteran at UNH talks about the sight of seeing innocent civilian killed in Iraq. This peace activist tells UNH students rules of engagement are not followed and that is why the innocent die over there. Peace is a beautiful thought but the other side may think freedom is theirs to control and administer as the powerful see fit. Vietnam was the same way. Do not lock and load your weapon until emanate danger of death was a joke but an order given to me each time that I went out on a convoy across Thailand, Laos and Cambodia as American Advisor delivering surplus supplies to friendly camps deep in the “Bush”. This civilized society believes Vietnam Veterans are criminals for our actions of fighting for freedom of the USA over there. Rules of engagement are politicians getting votes by killing US Military Personal with stupid laws. Rules such as the opinion of the people is so important that the other side such as this letter will be censored for a US Marine this civilized society wants to believe is a danger wrote it. This peace activist soldier has earned his right to do what he wishes as long as he stays with in the law. Freedom is every individual having the same rights equally.
Rules of engagement fall on the NH Supreme Court also. The NH SC refused to hear a case documented and placed in front of them of Judge Peter Fauver criminally violating the Constitution to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal from local residents. The news media does not believe the people have a right to be informed of this because of the danger they want the public to believe that I am. Rules are for everyone to follow if engagement is to be avoided. Peace is not freedom but a result of education and the willingness of communication to solve situations where the rules or laws are violated thus to avoid war.
Stopping the medical care of a 100% service connected, combat related disabled US Military Veteran is what is done to me. Rules of engagement cannot let the NH SC or any government use medical care to control freedom or speech.
Rules of engagement call for the news media to let the opinion of the people informing others of government wrongs uncensored. Freedom is anyone individual having the right to question and expose government wrongs at anyone time, they choose. Freedom is the NH Supreme Court being under the control of the people not the other way around. The NH SC is not above the law.
Taken my medical care did not stop me it just hurts a lot more to live with in the “Rules of Engagement”. I speak the other view enabling freedom of the press to censor for they are a private business.

Ex-Marine Veterans Today

EX-Marine
There is not such a thing as an ex-Marine as the article title in Veterans Today article stated. The reason was explained in the article in Sgt Thomas’s own words. I took an oath that I live by, could be the word of any US Marine from any era for we never forget our allegiance to the USA. Marine Corps boot camp brain washes us and then rebuilds our brains into a patriot that believes so much in the USA there is nothing to keep us from doing our duty into eternity. Sgt Thomas explains that he is not anti NYPD that he is anti police brutality. “There is an obvious problem in the country and peaceful people should be allowed to protest with out brutality”. “I do not believe in violence back here in the USA” all said by Sgt Thomas. Good citizens will harm my (Peter Macdonald) character for what I am capable of doing as killing comes natural with out emotion to me. I have not violated the law but my medical disabilities all service connected go untreated for I protested in a non-violent manner against the criminal wrongs of the NH Supreme Court. The NH SC refused to hear a case presented to them of Judge Peter Favuer using the law and trusted power of the people to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal from local residents. My writings may be questionable for my mental state from my PTSD-TBI is hurtles that make reality difficult in many fashions. I write the truth for which government retaliation has made coming back alive seen as the wrong thing to do for any US Marine. Reality is at this very moment, I need medical help but I cannot tell anyone what is wrong. A civilized manner is to talk out government wrongs but only character assignation by government and newspaper personal along with jail and police harassment are ignored or covered up by this great nation to what end. I read Sgt Thomas’s story in the Veterans Today article and ask why do they censor my replies. All newspapers censor my opinion letters of government wrongs across the USA. I broke my back during one Vietnam offensive and lost most of my hearing in both ears from another. I ask nothing in return for my volunteering every day in every way possible is my duty as a citizen of the USA. I am a US Marine that took an oath to the people of the USA.
I said that I needed help but it is not for what the article is about. Untreated service connected disabilities cause pain and mental anguish. Police brutality as the other night when weapons drawn police came to my door for safety reasons used: were the reality to intimidate and harass my family and friends to aggravate my disabilities. This article will bring it down on me again for out of control government wrongs cannot let protestors live free. Brutality is letting the government use my Four Service connected disabilities as a weapon to control my freedom of speech and the people ignoring my medical care being stopped. Once a US Marine always a US Marine comes from our never-ending duty to the people of the USA>
Let me die in the rice patties of Vietnam for I cannot get out of this place!

veterans adninistratio, editors

Veterans Administration, editors
Fear, depression, anger the mind as it is altered by PTSD-TBI and the pain associated with the disabilities taken while serving the greatest nation in the world as a US Marine. Law enforcement will come to my door not because I asked for help but because someone in the VA thought it would be great harassment to further push my disabilities to bring an empty space at my family table. The VA stops my medical care but things like that do not happen in the USA so no one listens. NH DMV gets quicker response when they use my disabilities to attempt to take my drivers license. Those VA hospital tests at government expense go in my file as treatment but it has nothing to do with my needs it is NH trying to get retribution for my opinion letters of government wrongs. Coming home from the Vietnam Conflict brought me a beautiful wife and three great daughters that I endured the pain and different worlds in my mind to live in a country of freedom and helping others as a volunteer. Fear, Depression, anger has nothing to do with me for the Marine Corps left me emotionless. The VA and this great nation is a place that does not want us to come home but as a civilized society must act as if they do for their own mental state. PTSD-TBI is a state of mind doctors treat blindly if at all by medication to take the ability to live mentally alive. The medication used by the VA has been proven no benefit to the medical condition other than taken the patients ability to think and live away. The words of a US Military Veteran are so respected that most if not all our opinion letters are censored to keep the public ignorant of our fear, depression and anger. If in emotional crisis call for help, who?
My letters are classified as scary and dangerous as the facts contained in them are real life of what is a US Military Veteran so commonly disregarded to become homeless or incarcerated by an ignorant society. Thousands and thousands of US Military Veterans slip through the cracks rather than be treated by VA medical that has no right to claim they are doing right. When the VA can stop anyone veterans medical care at anyone time for retribution this government department must be abolished according to our highest law. It is like NH elected federal official Carol Shea-Porter having a 100% disabled US Marine arrested to stop the veterans opinion letter. To what end is our society going to go before seeing freedom of speech is for citizens just like me that some may not want to hear but censoring what wrongs the government is doing will some day hurt you or your family or friends as well. Police harassment and news media censoring the facts demonstrates the need for an empty space at my table to allow their continued dominance and cruel treatment of citizens that do not fit in their promised nation.
I am one of many US Military Veterans the government does not want or allow the public to hear of or from. News Media censoring our words contributes to the fear, anger and depression PTSD-TBI going untreated or miss treated by Veterans Administration dominance over our lives. We once fought for freedom.

BIAnh Laura Flashman

Brain injury association
Laura Flashman BIANH President wrote an article that caught my thoughts and struggles in life, so if I use some of her words or lines it is not plagiarism. Brain injury is not a new problem but it could be said to be one of the hardest to recognize or understand. Ignorant or dumb is a classification given to people suffering from a Brain Injury for after awhile the damage is forgotten and the disabled seems normal except appears stupid. Increased irritability and lowered frustration tolerance is a weapon friends, neighbors and even strangers use when talking to others of the reason no one will associate with you leaving out the facts of the damage causing the personality problems. Many people with Brain Injury become function able but forget things at times and remember what they forgot at other times. My brain injury comes from just out of Parris Island boot camp a car accident. Losing my complete memory of life never to return the Marine Corps by admin error sent me off to active duty instead of a medical discharge. I did thirty-one months in and out of combat retaining the exact time, place and event when my qualifications as a US Marine were felt with in me. The horrific act of social injustice that I inflicted on others made me feel proud that since coming back to the world from the Vietnam Conflict non-military serving citizens have innocently pushed guilt to replace the pride: freedom and safety in the USA required. I broke my back during one Vietnam offensive and during another Vietnam Offensive lost most of my hearing in both ears from being blown off a runway. PTSD, which some VA doctors like to call seizures makes me remember events that during the normal day most of them I have no memory of. The struggle of life trying to fit with other citizens with out making a stupid remark of quick defensive action is offensive to some. Trying to sit with my back to a wall or loud noises out of sequence causing an unexpected response makes others question motives. My beautiful wife has tolerated my indifference over the years and deserves a metal for that. She also becomes frustrated and mad at me for my not having compassion or feeling for others as I can forget a situation while it is happening and make dumb comments with out knowing.
The newspapers telling the public the danger that I am and the NH government refusing to speak with me of government wrongs is kept silent by news media censorship. It is not just I though. Many, many US Military men and women returning go through every day events in this letter unable to talk about them. My ability to write gives me an out lit only to be kept silent by a society that despises what we did but praises and thanks us for doing it. Mixed messages and Con-dam-nation give victory to the silent demons growing in our heads and this society that has never been there just does not get it.
Laura’s article made me think and know that we cannot make people that have never been there understand and must accept silence as our government dictates us to do.

Terrorist connection to editor

Connections of a NH terrorist to the editors
A friend of a neighbor asked me this morning “how I had such good connection to keep why the police stormed my home the other night” out of the paper. The neighbor’s friend couldn’t believe it happen because it was not in the newspaper. Even though my letters are read around the world as long as NH newspapers censor the facts public support to stop the wrongs is stopped. I ran for public office last election and totaled my truck one night, spent a week in the hospital as the newspapers refused to inform the voters. The NH underground web site started a special page to carry every one of my letters. My letters are public information so the newspapers claiming libel issues not to publish them are blowing smoke. NH newspapers awarded it self prizes this week for their great coverage of the news. The public is unaware of how much news is censored because some one did not want the public to see the truth.
The fact that the NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case placed on their docket of a brother judge criminally violating the constitution is one of those facts censored from the public. Judge Peter Favuer criminally violated the Constitution to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal from local resident for his or her own personal gains. The NH government is knowingly harming a 100% disabled US Marine to keep the public in the dark. The facts are public information that the award winning newspapers are censoring to protect a special class of society at the public’s expense. I have serious medical conditions from my time in the Marine Corps. Three of the four are combat related; yet my medical care has been stopped until I stop writing opinion letters of government wrongs the news media does not think is public information. The newspapers, law enforcement and government will tell the public of my mentally unstable conditions but refuse to tell you that they are using my medical condition to force hostile action. The police storming my home the other night two days after the letter when my neighbors and family was home is to create pressure and in there demented way ignite PTSD aggression.
You would think with all the claimed ethical and moral editors of news media around the USA just one would have the balls to ask, “what is happening to this disabled US Marine in NH”. It only takes one person to make a difference but it takes the entire USA to protect every single individual equally to be right. When all means of the checks and balances fail what is the next route. The NH Supreme Court is the one violating the Constitution our highest law. This eliminates legal recourse. The NH government does not believe a high school drop out disabled US Marine should be allowed to publicly correct the routine wrongs of the powerful NH SC. The award winning news media censors the truth to “protect those with good reputation”.
I do not have connections, what I have is a nation that I love and pledged my life to protect and defend as a US Marine our highest law the Constitution.

newspaper miss conduct

Newspaper miss-conduct
Police storm a 100% disabled veteran’s home for safety reasons with police weapons drawn to check if suicide happened. The newspapers refuse to print the story, plus refuse to print the US military veteran’s opinion of government wrongs to force the veteran to commit suicide. The police wait until eight o’clock at night when family and friends are home for maximum awareness to isolate and cause fear in the neighbor hood to accelerate the suicide if it did not happen yet through mental confusion. The news media decides public awareness is not necessary as this US Military veteran has been determined by the editors as a danger to the public and should be eliminated. “Cat-astrophe” in bold print on the front page of the newspaper today tells of a cat being shot. A US Marine with four service connected disabilities three being combat related has his medical care stopped until the veteran stops writing opinion letters of government wrongs and the newspapers place a cat story over a human being: boosts a lot about this civilized society. Police storm a US Military Veterans home and the news censors the story to what end.
A volunteer, someone that has helped other citizens everyday since coming back from the Vietnam Conflict is determined by editors and government officials to be not worthy of medical care as being harassed by police becomes the VA protocol to induce suicide. Can this be a government cover-up to insure the news of the NH Supreme Court criminally violating the Constitution to protect a brother judge costs a disabled US Marine his life? The news knows and refuses to inform their readers that Judge Peter Fauver used the law and trusted government powers to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal from local residents. These are facts stated clearly in court papers and transcripts that were brought before the NH SC and they refused to hear the case, which by law is discrimination, by Conflict of interest to harm the state of the USA. To teach me to obey government and court orders to not inform the public my life in this civilized society has been taken.
The police come to my home and the ones with their weapons drawn stand so neighbors can see. The one that comes to the door and talks to me is friendly and polite during the entire two-minute conversation out of sight of neighbors.
This letter will be censored for it tells of wrongs that the civilized society must be protected (as determined by higher authority) from (being a 100% disabled Veteran) that our government wants to kill himself to cover-up government wrongs. I cannot get medical care but the police storm my home on a regular bases and the news covers it up. At what cost is a disabled Veteran’s life to get police overtime pay? My TBI, PTSD, broken back or loss of hearing, which will, they use next to induce suicide by our higher authority the dominate government?

Police storm my house weapons drawn

Police storm my house with weapons drawn
The police in force stormed my house last night with their weapons drawn only for the one cop at the door to inform me they are here to check on my safety. I may have heard the cop wrong but I believe he said some one in California called concerned about my safety for a letter that they received a day or two ago. The police wait until eight o’clock in the evening after my wife is home to storm my home with I believe four cops weapons drawn. For the safety of a 100% disabled veteran suffering with TBI, PTSD, a broken back and loss of hearing in both ears all disabilities from my tour in the Marine Corps they wait until my wife is home from work and all the neighbors can witness police enforce storming my home weapons drawn to check on my safety. Two or more police cars sit in my driveway as for safety the perimeter of my home is checked. The accumulative affect as this happens on a regular bases can only be to mentally break down my marriage and cause arguments inducing shame and disgust on a 100% disabled US Marine that they stopped my medical care until I stop writing opinion of government wrongs.
Not one newspaper will inform the public what is going on. My letters will continue to be censored for the safety of the public. It is clear that disabled US Marine is not allowed to inform the public that the NH Supreme Court criminally violated the Constitution to protect one of their own. Judge Peter Fauver used the trusted power of the people to make rulings that enabled the Madbury NH selectmen to steal from local resident for their own personal gain.
A cover up exists in New Hampshire
Police and government officials can never be allowed to use safety reasons to violate the Constitution. The Voice of the people can never be silenced by government retaliation to stop a US citizen questioning the criminal acts of the powerful NH Supreme Court.
The cop that talked with me was friendly and polite. I joked about the female cop behind him with her weapon drawn. I could see motion off to the side that appeared to be at least one more cop. I volunteer to help people every day most that I have never met before. The restaurants that I go to for coffee in the morning let me walk in the back door if they are not open yet and make my own coffee and read the paper as other customers wait out side. The newspapers are silent about what is going on as they are trying to reinforce the government’s accusation that I am a danger to the public. They stop my medical care, put me in jail as a terrorist, NH DMV uses my combat related service connected disabilities with the help of the VA to take my drivers license.
If I was to commit suicide the cops waiting for maximum family and neighborhood exposure just does not seem right to me for I would have been dead hours earlier.
The public may not care but I just have to ask why does the news media not report the news. A civilized society communities to avoid violence, I have been told.

What right did I have to say who lives and dies?

What right did I have to say who lives and dies?
It is like a thought that never goes away and that I never think of. It just does not make since. A sergeant in the Marine Corps (with the mental age of a 10-yr-old the result of a TBI right out of boot camp that took my past memory completely and forever) deciding which Marine would live or die from the mission that I would assign. No fear, no compassion for the lives of others, the mission always came first as other Marines lives depended on our success. In this free society some people choose to believe it is their right to censor or block other citizens from reading other people’s opinion letters of government wrongs. Editors, government officials and yes even righteous do good-errs feel freedom gives them the right to deprive US citizens being harmed by government wrongs from freely telling others. These same US citizens feel it is their god given power to stop the medical care for a service connected disabled US military veteran until that disabled Marine obey the orders of our trusted government officials. Yes God is telling the people that US Marine’s are responsible for the uncivilized behavior no matter if the safety and freedom of others was the reason. Killing others in combat is only justifiable back here if it is done in a reasonable manner even at the cost of one’s own survival.
A Dumb A-ss Marine does not have the right to put a case of a brother judge criminally violating the Constitution to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal from local residents for personal gain using the trusted power of government. My freedom and thoughts made me believe it was my obligation to expose government wrongs even if it is our highest representatives of the law doing wrong. The people are telling me that I am wrong as they willingly allow our government to stop my medical cares for combat related disabilities and no one cares. If they do care they are too afraid to speak up, as government retribution will come down on them also. A US Marine now inflicted with PTSD is unknown medical territory as to how TBI will create mental stability. A broken back from one Vietnam offensive and a loss of hearing in both ears from another Vietnam offensive tell me how wrong it is for me to come back and think that my rights are the same as you civilized citizens. What do I think gave me the right to decide who should live or die?
Newspapers and government officials fill the public’s belief of the danger mentally unstable citizens such as this one is to win support. Civilized society does not make since to me for only loss to the majority will be gained by letting so few do so much harm to so many. It is like the thought that never goes away and no one can comprehend because they stop my medical care. The VA does not care about the disabled veteran only pleasing those that approve their budget. People assume power and inflict their belief on who should live or die because every thing we do in life affects others.
Ask yourself what right does a newspaper have to stop a disabled veteran from telling the world the Veterans Administration has stopped my medical care for combat related disabilities. Do you believe in a free society US Marines should be allowed to come home? PTSD-TBI is most likely what stopped me from realizing it was my duty to commit suicide before putting you all through all this wrongs. It is the thought that never goes away.

US Military veteran asking for help

Freedom
Newspapers print a story of the twenty people that march in the twenty-five foot long parade route to honor Leif Erickson in Durham NH front page. A story about animals receive blessing at Lilac city, headline story front page. Quark Fest gives visitors a taste of uncommon curd rounds out what the news media believes will inform the public what is real in this life around us. The news media does not seem to realize it is the people telling what is happening to them that will make others aware what is in store for their family and friends in the future if corrections are not made. Ethics, Moral responsibility does not work as our freedom dwindles in law enforcement hammers the will of our trusted leaders control and domination to the point that our Constitution is a worthless piece of paper. Freedom comes from we the people being able to express our opinion of government wrongs with out retaliation from government officials at the hands of the deaf news editors.
Violence can never be the solution in a civilized society. Loud voices will ridicule this letter just like the newspapers will censor it. I need help but there is no way that I can know my self why. Loud voices will tell you that I am looking for pity with this letter as the disabilities of a conflict demeanor my life. Loud voices mocking and using ridicule to reinforce the danger sign placed over me to keep public knowledge afraid to ask why. Medical care for disabilities received during my tour in the USMC is stopped to stop my opinion of government wrongs. Three of my four disabilities are combat related. The TBI causing complete memory loss of any life before the MC and the PTSD never leaving my actions during my first four-year while in the MC make suicide, passion, violence and volunteering crippling with pain something our government uses against me. A mentally unstable person is what the government, law enforcement and news media use as a weapon to create fear in others harming my character in their attempts to silence my opinion.
Tired of hearing it but there is no statute of limitation of constitutional crimes by judges or the NH Supreme Court. The NH SC refused to hear a case of Judge Peter Fauver using the law and power of the court to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal from local resident for personal gain. To stop public awareness the news media censors the story and harms my character. NH’s highest court can never use discrimination or conflict of interest to protect a brother judge from public scrutiny. Freedom only exists if people like me have a voice with out retaliation from government officials.
I said that I need help for the pain is out of control. The TBI or PTSD sends me into a place no one tells me exists. I now question the reality of my own family, as this life no longer can be called real. It is not pity but the reality that no one sees the thousands of US Military veterans asking for help as you take our freedom with incrassation. The VA refuses the disabled medical care, as freedom is the newspapers print stories of a useless parade or animals receiving a blessing over the hardships this US government retaliation does to those that served in our US Military. The news media just does not want the public to see what freedom is!

Peter Won't liste

Peter won’t listen
People flag my letters or just ignore them rather than let the newspaper reader’s be informed. This is described as to censor. Freedom is the right of any one individual to read what the other persons say without government or a special class of society censoring those words. So few want the majority to believe that I am a danger to control public support to cover up government wrongs. I served four years in the Marine Corps, thirty-one months in and out of combat. Those few are winning because I hear the mocking and insults that make the public afraid of me. Our government in direct conflict with our Constitution harms the character of a natural born citizen and stops this individuals medical care for service connected disabilities as retaliation for opinion letters exposing government wrongs. What good is the law or the Constitution if our government can violate it and no one will speak up as so few use damaging words to cover up government wrongs? The public allows as they witness the harm so few can do if it is our trusted leaders supporting the crimes against our Constitution out of fear.
Peter won’t listen as so few hammer in the danger signs around me. It at all times has to be the people’s right to question the NH Supreme Courts criminal wrongs when they happen. A civilized society should and must be allowed to communicate these wrongs freely at will. The NH SC refused to hear a case where Judge Peter Fauver used the court and law to violate the people’s guaranteed Constitutional rights. Fauver allowed the Madbury Selectmen to use government power to steal from the local residents for their own personal gain. The newspapers for whatever reason censor any words publicly tell others of these wrongs. It has to be the people’s unrestricted right to see, read and talk freely about these wrongs that the NH SC does.
So few publicly with the support of the news media describe my character as a danger, mentally in question. The VA and NH government are stopping my medical care for disabilities received fighting for you. The news media believe censoring my letters of government wrongs is proper action to stop people like me. I hear what you are saying. It is not you that is so loud that you scare the majority that I hear. It is the majority that is willing to let so few do this to any US citizen.
Our government goes so far as to allow in direct conflict with our Constitution NH governor John Lynch to force me to pay money to speak with him of government wrongs, take my money and never speak with me. I volunteer helping other people because I came back alive and had no right to for better Military men and women gave their lives. It is hard for those that never served to understand the thoughts taking my daily life.
I do not want your pity or thank you. I want you to think about what so many even today give their lives for as you allow the newspapers to censor this opinion letter depriving those willing to read it that possibility. Peter does listen and sees daily what life is like once freedom is gone as the harm lingers to those that gave so much to keep you free. Freedom is the individuals right to expose government wrongs with out the newspapers censoring to create fear in the public. You that are afraid of me think about what harm newspaper censoring is silently doing to us?

Therese D. Foster

Therese D. Foster
The Fosters newspaper ran a Daughter’s tribute to her mom and it got me to thinking. The letter took quite a bit of work to follow as it jumped around a lot. The father figure was hard to keep up with if she was talking about her father or whose father. It did its job though for as an article it did reinforce to me that all families are alike in general life. Even families that appear perfect to others, have it ups and downs in life. Therese was a lucky girl in life as she had a lot and lived a long life. She was also just like the rest of us in that she had to work and also worry about her children and mate. Therese was and is what the USA is all about. It is the freedom to make choices or not to, what our US military fight for. That was a thought that came to me as I was writing about Therese. I talked to Therese many times over the years. We were not friends other than to speak when we bumped into one another. I never thought or treated her as if she was better than me and I believe that is why she remembered me. I always in our conversations said straight out what was on my mind in answers to her questions. Therese is the one that first told me to write my opinion down and send it into the Fosters editor. The lucky inspiration to write opinion letters came from the newspaper that now censors my letters trying to influence the voters to the danger a US Marine that comes home alive are.
Reading the article brought me back to my first wake up in a US Military hospital. I looked around not knowing who I was or where I was. A TBI took my memory of life away for good. My memory of life started that day after my 17th birthday. A retired Marine in the bed next to me taught me when ever I start to think down look around and see that everyone else is in worse condition than you. That thought never left my mind as each of the next three life long disabilities from combat related missions (men around me with out limbs or half their face missing in the next beds) made me realize fortunes in life are making the best of what is there, that you have. The one ability that I had and no one can ever take it away is to put my hand out to other people in need. Black, White, Red or Orange everyone in life was my equal so if they needed help my hand always went forward to help even if they did not ask. Therese’s death made me think of the motivation that must be the key reason during my PTSD daily episodes as close as I come to suicide I come back to the world (USA). This letter will be censored as the continuing effort of the news media to make the NH residents believe that I am a danger.
I did not know Therese well but it is funny that even in her death she is getting me to think.

Killing breeds success

Violence Breeds success
Violence was the only way to make the British set the colonies free. It would seem right here in NH that it would take violence to make the government listen to the people. We trust the people that we elect but once they get into office compromise and greed overwhelm them and more hardship is bestowed on the average citizen. The NH and US government dominate rather than serve the people and one of the major contributing factors is the news media printing the truths in a biased manner to guard against libel suits. Government records and actions are kept secret as a security or personal matter depriving the voters to be informed voters. Law enforcement and our government use public safety to enlarge laws and punishment to teach the citizens to obey the masters in power. Judges once prosecutors use the power of the courts to manipulate evidence to sway juries verdicts costing innocent citizens their freedom to teach others who is in charge. The truth contained in opinion of government wrong letters such as this one will be censored for the safety of the public from a citizen the editors and government want the public to believe is a danger. They stopped my medical care for combat related disabilities for the safety of the public and it is kept secret for security or safety reasons. The VA Inspector General will not acknowledge that I exist.
I killed others when many better US Military were killed leaving the question why did I have to be the one to come back alive. Killing is the one god given fact taught to a US Marine every day during boot camp and combat. Protester in NY and across the USA is being beaten and arrested by a higher authority for non-violent actions to expose government wrongs. The USA is in turmoil for fear of government retribution of any citizen willing to speak freely dominates. Violence can be avoided if the news media questioned why censor what the people believe and see as happening around them. The public has a right to be informed that the NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case of Judge Peter Fauver criminally violating the Constitution to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal from local residents. Conflict of interest and Discrimination is not a power the people granted the NH SC. My words are the truth for they are public documents contained on the web every day. Yet the news media believes harming a disabled US Marine is more beneficial than the truth of what the NH SC is doing to our constitution.
Violence is the only way to take back a nation once civilized society stops listening to the people. I am an old man the government and news tells you is a mental case as they refuse medical care for the very disabilities received defending the USA. I am an excellent trained US Marine. I took an oath to defend and protect our Constitution at all costs even my life. May be we have come full circle and setting the colonies free has to happen again? Can I be a mental case as my untreated PTSD, TBI, broken back and loss of hearing in both ears US Military connected disabilities are used as a weapon to stop me. My death will bring out I hope the truth of what we as a nation are doing to the very citizens that gave to keep you free and safe. I hope this is my thought and I never made it home for the USA is what I think about every day over here.

The day the earth ended Joe Biden VP USA

The day the earth ended Joe Biden Vice President USA
Communication does not work if this civilized society does not talk. I am a mental case, a joke, the person that cried wolf to many times yet I have not violated the law or used violence as the requirement to come back to this world the USA from the Marine Corps. The joke was on me when the VA stops my medical care for combat related disabilities and no one cared. The records are manipulated enough to make the public believe harmful government innuendos to harm my character through newspapers and law enforcement to favor government dominance. Eric K Shinseki VA secretary in DC does not even notice my complaint letters for leaving one individual behind has always been the VA norm to favorable publicity as that increases the budget. Eric violates the law that requires with in 24 hours he answer all veteran complaints. The newspapers with intent to harm the public censor my opinion of government wrongs to favor a special class of society that is starting to emerge in defiance of our Constitution. Our civilized government refuses to speak with me leaving abolishment, as the highest Law requires.
Remember a mental case that suffers from PTSD, TBI, broken back and loss of hearing in both ears received during my tour in the MC serving the USA. The newspapers project the danger as a means to reinforce harmful characters assignation as trusted leaders that once served the people now master. The government placed armed guards in my doctor’s office as the VA doctor examines me. The Red Flag makes the phone staff calls for armed guards if I ask for help in a distraught voice. NH puts me in jail as a terrorist under the “Patriot Act” to teach me not to write opinion letters that the government orders the people not to. Six months loss of freedom and the charges are dropped four days before trial. The NH Supreme Court refuses to hear a case of judicial miss conduct and the judicial conduct committee will not accept the case. Judge Peter Fauver with intent to harm the citizens of the state of NH and the USA criminally uses the law to enable the Madbury selectmen to steel from local residents. Communication to the public is censored as our government uses the disabilities received defending the constitution from foreign enemies and newspapers to claim this mental case cannot be trusted. NH as a guaranteed right of our constitution requires our government to publicly hear a citizen Redress of Grievance is ignored by this government in violation of our highest law.
Vice President Biden is coming to NH to speak at a First Amendment Convention. Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Press does not exist where the news media censors the public’s opinion of government wrongs. Talking to a 100% disabled US Marine whose mind will never leave where he has been has to be the day the earth ended. Freedom of the Press is a vehicle for the people’s freedom of speech to travel. A civilized society must communicate to survive. Can some one tell me if abolishment in our Constitution is a civilized societies way of saying to kill?

Secretary Shinseki, Veterans Administration NH Governor Lynch, and editors

Secretary Eric K. Shinseki Veterans Administration, NH Governor Lynch, and editors
My name is Peter Macdonald and you have taken my Constitutional rights by making the public believe my military connected disabilities have made me a danger to be free. I have no idea what my military records contain. I do know that many parts of my tour did not get into my records as my TAD’s and transfers made it impossible for many entries to be placed in it. My disabilities are TBI, PTSD, broken back and loss of hearing in both ears from being blown off a runway. The VA by law has 24 hrs to answer my complaints that I place in writing, yet you never do. You stopped my medical care until I stop writing opinion letters of government wrongs. What type of people are you?
My letters are sent to hundreds of newspapers that censor them as if a 100% disabled US Marine is a not worthy individual. The VA restarted my medical care under a Red Flag to cover up the wrongs from public awareness. A Red Flag makes the staff fearful so legally they can deny or give limited care always with an armed guard next to them. A veteran’s privacy does not matter. The Red Flag was lifted after a few years only to be replaced with unasked for or needed medical care, yet no medical care for my disabilities. The VA and government through the news media tell the public the danger that I am but you refuse me medical care until I stop writing opinion of government wrongs. The record of my letters is so well documented on the World Wide Web telling the newspapers, VA and NH government that the truth is a powerful weapon that some day will be revealed.
The hardest part was when the NH DMV used my medical service connected disabilities to have the VA to do tests at taxpayers expense to attempt to take my drivers license as retribution for my opinion letters of government wrongs. My being placed in a NH jail as a terrorist under the “Patriot Act” was a miss use of the law under public safety cover up. Locked in a cage brought back being taken by gooks in Cambodia while American Advisor on foreign convoys to deliver surplus supplies to friendly camps deep in the bush. My daily reliving my tour, as a US Marine never stops from the year that I came back as I live with it and have made a good life helping others US citizens as a volunteer. My escape and killing a gook is a good part of me only to be denied as public comments by innuendos of cruel military acts attempt to being guilt and shame. My only thoughts of ending it all came while laying in a ditch as a gook patrol passed with in inches for it would have been easy to jump up with my M-16 and just light up the area. Under orders as American Advisor I could not lock and load until eminent danger of death which made it hard not to jump up and end the putrid conditions of daily life over there right then.
A US Military Veteran’s medical care cannot be taken just because the citizen tells publicly how the NH Supreme Court criminally violated the Constitution by refusing to hear a case where a NH judge illegally use the law to protect the Madbury NH selectmen stealing from local residents. Public awareness of government wrongs is a Constitutional right even the newspapers cannot stop.

Nellie Bly no message

Nellie Bly, No Message
My final chopper ride after my last convoy as American Advisor, as the song with the words “got to get out of this place” kept playing over and over in my head. Enemy fire ripped through leaving holes as if drains to make us lighter to get out as I braced my foot against the side to keep from falling out as the chopper leaned so far the exit hole became the floor. There can be no purpose to were my mind goes for the Marine Corps brain washed it and the TBI took my memory of civilized society away for good. The weekly story of Nellie Bly in the Union Leader reminds me of the cruel attitude to stop from making this world a better place the people in charge can have. Power does something to our normal citizens once they reach a position that allows dominance over others. The individual means nothing unless power can be retrieved or personal gain can be made. I had been in and out of similar situations that the enjoyment of death seemed better than going home to a place that I had no memory of. My short calendar was almost complete as my final chopper ride made me think was it like this back in the world (USA)?
People back here in the world are the same, new bee leaders “in country” barking out orders and doing things that they have no idea of the consequences. More seasoned want dominance, command and never go past the safety of the perimeter wire. Our elected officials back here are the same? New bees just elected are controlled by the more seasoned ones and soon become patsies until one day they give up their ethics that made them run to become the seasoned. Newspapers lost their moral and ethical code to profits and protecting their sources even at the cost of the individual’s rights. Once thought as our highest law (the Constitution) makes it illegal a special class of society will never be. Law enforcement has become the bully for the powerful. Prosecutors find innocent people guilty by manipulating the facts and emotions of the jury to keep their resumes perfect at the cost of justice. Judges are so biased that as in Portsmouth they tell prosecutors what evidence to present and what not to so they can give the guilty verdict desired by the law enforcement. In formed voters are denied the truth as communication benefited from the trust the public have in the unbiased news media. The NH Supreme Court dominates as they refuse to hear a case where Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the constitution to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal from local residents for personal gain. The other two branches of government cover up the Conflict of interest and Discrimination by the NH SC for the consequences of the truth could affect their own profits and control. The newspapers and goverenment officials use this 100% disabled US Marine’s combat medical conditions to harm my character by inferring to the public the danger that exists being near me. Newspapers censor my responses to keep the public ignorant. Nellie Bly is the reason that we the US Military defend and protect our Constitution.
I so desire to be on that final chopper ride for I have to get out of this place. The pain from my disabilities and mental state is complete so stopping my medical care did work. Just like other returning US Military, we just do not belong.
Newspapers censoring the opinion of the people reinforce dominance.

Puppy Rescue

Puppy rescue
The importance of opinion letters from the readers can never be expressed enough in a nation where the government serves the people. Seeing what some people will think is the most useless subjects are important to someone. Each individual thinks, breaths as freely as their freedom of speech must at all times be expressed without being censored. A person being denied medical care as government retribution to stop this disabled person from stating criminal wrongs committed by our NH Supreme Court must be allowed to inform all the citizens of the USA through all the newspapers. To allow newspapers and government personal to tag a disabled US Marine as a danger to justify stopping this veteran medical care for combat related disabilities cannot be tolerated with out allowing the individual to respond to the same public as they did. Censoring the opinion of the public for any reason is wrong even if the newspaper is a private business for the informed voter is important to all.
We as the USA can never allow any branch of government to be so powerful or demanding that the individual is not allowed to publicly express the wrongs committed by government. The NH SC refused to hear a case of Judge Peter Fauver criminally violating the Constitution with intent to harm other US citizens. Peter ruled it was proper for the Madbury NH selectmen to use government powers to harm local residents for their own (the selectmen’s) personal gain. This 100% combat related disabled US Military Veteran volunteers to help this family because they called me to ask for help. Stranger to me at the time needed help correcting government wrongs. The government told me the NH SC is above someone like me exposing these wrongs, to stop it. They could not shut me up so they stop my medical care as leverage to control my free speech.
The importance of an opinion letter even when it is the NH SC being exposed is the guaranteed right of any individual in the USA to inform the public of with out government retribution to stop you.
I am a 100% combat related disabled US Marine and my opinion is just as important as a puppy recue. The public has to be informed of all the illegal acts committed by our government to stop my freedom of speech. This is the importance of opinion letters.

censored need for help

Just another censored need for help
So repetitive are the words that no one hears as to censor is the norm. Mock and ridicule fill the minds of the public for that is what our trusted government officials want us to see. Depression is the word that comes from PTSD and the need for more drugs to alter our minds. Respect the View of Others for to not listen limits and cripples your own life never seeing what could have been. Opinion letters once the foundation for the unknown citizen to communicate fall wayside to a special class of society taken over to dominate the ignorant. It has to end. A repetitive theme expressed by a delusional 100% disabled veteran with out medical care for our trusted government officials deem it as a controlling weapon to limit a citizens free speech. So repetitive are the words that no one will hear.
I am a Vietnam Veteran the forgotten Conflict. The Conflict to end all conflicts and brings a lasting peace to the world. NH put me in jail as a terrorist to stop my exposing government wrongs. The VA stops my medical care to stop my exposing government wrongs. The NH government, VA and newspapers intentionally harm my character to the public in direct violation of our highest law the Constitution to stop me. The individual alone volunteers to help a family from a different town that he does not even know because they asked me for help. The NH Supreme Court refuses to hear a case where Judge Peter Fauver criminally violates the Constitution to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal from local residents. A conflict of interest and clear case of discrimination by the NH SC and the only way to stop the public from learning the truth is to harm a US citizen’s character as a form of government retribution. A repetitive theme that will harm all individuals if no one stops to listen to never see what could have been. A civilized society talks out problems in a non-violent way is contradicted by this government retribution to stop this one hundred percent disabled US Marine’s Free Speech.
Many times a civilian hospital treats me as emergency vehicles transport this disabled veteran at great expense to the taxpayers for the VA is using my medical care as a weapon to stop my free speech. So repetitive is the truth does not change. My mind since coming back never stops reliving a place no person should ever go. My PTSD, TBI, loss of hearing in both ears and my broken back are all service connected and three are combat related and USED by our government to get retribution until I stop speaking publicly of the NH SC discrimination and conflict of interest at the expense of the citizens of the USA. No one hears my words as the moral, ethical newspapers deem censoring the words of a danger constitutes the best way to treat such a danger as this disabled US Marine.
I cannot change what I did as a US Marine. I am proud of being one. I wish that I could understand if I came back or eternally reliving as the gook patrol noticed me on the path that one time. We all know what is contained in this letter could never happen in the USA. It just cannot be reality. So repetitive are the words of the eternal fate of a US Marine who’s bones or mind lay lost forever on foreign soil. Do not lock and load until eminent danger of death those are the orders given me.

Police take notice "kill is a word"

Police take notice “Kill is a word”
A suicide bomber is trying to get people to notice a cause. The thought of my opinion being expressed in a newspaper is unrealistic. The Veterans Today web page will let response to articles go empty rather than print the opinion they disagree with. Newspapers across the USA shun and silence US Military Veterans opinion for it is not what the paper believes is in the best interest of their private business profit margin. Freedom of Press is only for those that speak what the select in our society want us to say. No one will believe the local and state police are used as silencers to quiet those that disobey judgers and government official’s orders not to speak freely. Government officials, law enforcement and editors harmed my character so bad that my presence is a threat to other citizens of the USA according to them. I have a head injury TBI from my time in the USMC. It is in simple terms called a bruised brain. The MC gave me PTSD as I served this nation killing others to keep you safe and free. I have a broken back received during a Vietnam offensive in support of our troops. I have a loss of hearing in both ears from being blown off a runway during another Vietnam Offensive. Calling me in public mentally unfit, or a danger to the public ignoring the disabilities are received during my tour as a US Marine; then stopping my medical care for combat related disabilities constitutes cruel and unusual punishment. It is unrealistic anyone will hear my words as the newspapers believe silence the individual is not denying freedom of speech. The NH Underground daily prints my letters in full unedited but the special class of society defames their character to cause public miss trust and hatred for they do not conform to what our leaders tell us to.
My letters are read around the world for the phone calls; emails and other forms of communication are over whelming. These are the silent majority for fear holds them hostage. A small percentage of the responses are negative and they are the most harmful. The newspapers and blogs love to print the negative as to isolate and create conflict of words sells more. I will not hate and I will not be violent so what is left for me. My words are like the silent demons that rage in my head as I kill a gook child to get my M-16 back and escape. The blank thought as the convoy travels down dark paths through the bush as my mind tries to understand if this is real and wonder if back in the world (USA) life is like this. No one hears my words back here it is like when the gooks took me from a friendly village the convoy stops for the night at. It is like a game tied up at a camp fire deep in the bush as my mind tells me this is what being a US Marine is all about. I am the only US Marine in this god-forsaken place and my mission is to get this convoy to the friendly camp. No one speaks English as the convoy is made up of nationals. All this to come home to have my medical care used to silence my free speech. Suicide over there was a good example that I ignored from ignorance. A US government that uses medical care as a weapon to silence the individual and the newspapers refuse to inform their readers is no better than the ones I killed to stop it from coming back here to the USA.
