Take Notice
The fear of the next mission or traveling to the next base in a different country for not knowing what it will be or am I able to handle the obstacles that may challenge my right to be here. This fear filled with the need to see and learn over whelmed my mind for I had no memory from my TBI. Complete amnesia from an accident right out of Parris Island boot camp made the smallest event (such as using a fork to eat) a learning experience. Even today no one can conceive not having a memory. The Marine Corps took me with no memory and sent me back to active duty right out of the hospital. VA doctors today rather than treat me attempt to disprove my lack of any memory even after thirty years. My broken back from a Vietnam offensive is clearly identified on x-rays but the VA still questions if there is pain or any need to treat it. My loss of hearing the VA doctors lower their voices in an attempt to challenge if my hearing loss from being blown off a runway during another Vietnam Offensive is real. The VA recently claimed that I suffer from PTSD but they want me to prove with records that I was even there. I did thirty-one months overseas. I was TAD many times with no notice for days or weeks. I survived eight convoys (the only US speaking personal) as American Advisor across Thailand, Laos and Cambodia delivering surplus supplies to friendly camps deep in the bush. The only records that I kept are my medical records. The same fear and need was there when I stepped of the plane coming back from there and when the jail door latched shut as NH locked me up claiming that I am a terrorist under the Patriot Act under the condition my release is contingent on my stop writing opinion letters of government wrongs. The fear of the next mission or base now persists today as my need to leave this world for the next grows for no one can tell me if I am here or still in the benjo ditch dreaming of the world back here.
I am considered a danger for being a US Marine back here where civilized society evades the truth. I dare tell the world that the NH Supreme Court violated intentionally to harm individuals, the Constitution to protect their special class. This is discrimination by our highest courts. Our government violates the law to silence a natural born US citizen freely speaking of government wrongs. You stop my medical care until I stop speaking freely of government wrongs. NH government officials and VA personal violate the law to protect the NH Supreme Court from being corrected for intentionally harming US citizens. The newspapers believe telling the readers of the danger my existences is protects the people. I silently listen as they pass not out of fear but my duty is to get the convoy to the friendly camp waiting for supplies. My weapon is not locked or loaded so to move is sure death. Did I die this day and this is a dream or life in the next world. It is not fear it is the excitement to see the next world. When the selfish rights of the member of the NH SC come before the individual it is time. I need to take notice to understand how to more into the next world for the sanity of this place no longer exists. Talking may be a civilized society’s manner to correct wrongs but discrimination is when the NH SC has a special set of laws to protect their own and the people are not allowed to correct the wrongs of a special class of society. We need to take notice.
