To Editor and NH Governor Lynch
Silence the disabled US Marine for the claim that this person is a danger to the public seems to work. This special class of citizen’s club you all belong to claims that my letters are repetitive to justify the keeping them silent. My VA Red Flag has been lifted but the care does not flow to stop my wanting to come home to the USA some day as the place so many other Marine’s described to me. You question my letters to infer looking for sympathy or danger signs to scare the public from seeing the wrongs used by the VA and government to silence my words. My letters are read by the government not for the content but to identify possible criminal ways to again take my freedom in the realm of public safety. The VA uses the Suicide Hotline for harassment as a loophole to justify my suicide to the public as a danger limited and now gone. The ability of the newspapers and government to limit and question my running for NH State Senate by inferring to the public the danger that exists with this US Marine makes coming home a silent dream.
The most powerful country in the world refuses to stop the harm inflicted by the State of NH on this disabled US Marine. Public safety can always be used to quite the citizens outrage. Governor Lynch of the State of NH refused to talk with me, I am sure not on his part but his staff protecting their special empire. It is the perfect case as I am a volunteer to help others no matter what obstacles miss direct me. I refuse to be violent for this Marine wants to come home to the place where the Constitution protects us all equally. NH State Senator Merrill along with all the other elected officials refuse to use my name in public or god forgive in the presents of the governor. The news media censors my words as the public image of freedom of press protects those in public office with good character over the individual. Silence is the place this 100% disabled US Marine must stay if medical care or the ability to keep my freedom here in the USA is to be. The Most powerful country in the world has come to believe protecting the wrongs of the NH Supreme Court is more important then the rights of the individual. Silence the disabled for they draw on the budget.
The NH SC refused to hear a case presented to them of Judge Peter Fauver criminally violating the constitution for his own or his special class of society’s profit. What more compelling sign than the NH SC committing the act of discrimination in public and our government protecting this wrong. The newspapers censor the facts even though they exist in NH SC files as the case was presented and rejected by the NH SC to protect one of their own. It is easier to silence one disabled US Marine than expose the wrongs of such a respected and powerful government department as the NH SC.
Silence was almost I, as to the NH Government’s miss fortune just before completion I came back to this world yesterday. The VA will once again not have to justify why the Red Flag was used for government retribution to silence this 100% disabled US Marine. News Media censorship is the only weapon needed to protect these wrongs and harm those that dare speak freely. To the USA, it is ours.

Veterans Administration Registered Mail
Registered Mail
The VA Red Flag is lifted and the VA notified me by registered mail. No wonder the VA budget is so high. Wasteful spending for when they took my medical care away with the Red Flag my notification was when the armed police escorted me from the hospital. Does this mean that the government, VA and the newspapers will stop telling the public the danger to society people like me is? Does this mean that my opinion letters of government wrongs are now going to be published in the newspapers for the public to be informed of the government wrongs as our forefathers intended with the freedom of the press part of the Constitution? The Red Flag is a dangerous weapon that the government use camouflaging it with the public safety phrase to in able a loophole in the law for retribution against those that served in our military and now need help. The newspapers censoring the words of US Military Veterans telling of government wrongs is as bad as a Red Flag.
Money is always the issue but to waste postage on registered mail for such a wrong as Red Flagging a 100% disabled Veteran to teach not to write opinion letters of government wrongs. The newspapers silencing the words of US Military Veterans with the act of censor to enable such a wrong goes beyond belief. I served the United States of America as a US Marine to be put in jail for telling of the NH Supreme Court refusing to hear a case presented to them of Judge Peter Fauver using the law for the sole purpose of discrimination with intent to harm citizens of the USA. People are honoring our dead Military on this Memorial Day but the newspapers do not even have enough respect to publish our opinion letters. WE must ask why NH Senators Sheehan and Ayotte will not help a disabled Veteran. The NH governor brags about how he talks with the people. The NH governor Lynch refuses to speak with this disabled US Marine. Now that the VA has lifted the Red Flag does that mean public support is making more and more people aware of what our trusted government officials are doing to not just me but thousands of disabled US Military Veterans every day with out care. Many of the US Military Veterans are lost in Red Tape or just get so discouraged homeless on the street is the better option. Only when an elected official can benefit for helping the disabled will they come forward. The public learning of such wrongs is kept censored by the news media for they see nothing to gain by exposing such wrongs for it cost to treat the disabled that were unlucky enough to come back alive. I was Red Flagged for telling the truth in opinion letters with out fear of the retribution from our trusted government officials. The one surprise was that the newspaper used the trust of the people to censor the truth. To label a citizen with a Red Flag is as bad as a witch in Salem having a letter branded on the forehead to alert the people of the danger. The act to harm any citizen’s character by our government for retribution is against the law and is so stated in the guaranteed rights of our Constitution.
This Memorial Day any person that reads this letter tell the news and politicians that you read it and ask why it is censored. Ask NH governor Lynch why he will not talk to a 100% disabled US Marine on this Memorial Day.

Embarassing Violence
Embarrassing violence
New Hampshire Constitution Part 1 Bill of Rights Article 10 Right to Revolution and the creation of the USA tells us that Violence is necessary as a last resort. Communication is the civilized manner in which a civilized society such as the USA solves problems. When anyone individual is set aside by the trusted members of government diminishing the guaranteed rights for the sole purpose to protect the special interests of a special class of citizens peace and tranquility no longer exist. NH took a 100% combat related disabled US Marine Veteran and through the Veterans Administration stops my medical care for the safety of the community until I stop writing opinion of government wrongs. My mind this morning slipped into danger all around me. I felt comfortable and safe for I knew what to do. The enemy exists and you trust no one unless it is another Marine or US Military for all others are the enemy, maybe. NH DMV can at a moments notice get the VA to do expensive tests for the safety of the community to attempt to take my drivers license until I stop writing opinion letters. We have a Constitution but maybe the enemy has come home here back in the “world” USA.
The NH Supreme Court is a highly respected part of government but it must at all times be at the right of the people to expose wrongs. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case where Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution by using the law to discriminate against US citizens not a member of his special class of society. The enemy is all around me as I lay here in this benjo ditch waiting for them to pass. Deep in the Bush as America Advisor I should have stayed in the friendly village. It is my obligation to kill the enemy but how do you know. Silence must be the way for my weapon under orders was never locked and loaded for eminent danger of death is a myth. Did the enemy come home and all the people do not have equal treatment for our government is only accepts those that conform. I am a Sgt in the Marine Corps and the reality of freedom makes no since to me. A US Marine has no right to tell the NH SC that they are violating what we are fighting for on foreign soil to defend and protect. Its Memorial Day.
The newspapers will censor my words for they say I am a danger to the public. The unbiased news is when both sides are given to the people and the people decide. On this weekend we honor those that gave their lives for they are the ones that protected and defended our Constitution. I became this way from my disabilities received as a US Marine. The mind is a funny place and allows me to never leave that where I feel safe. I live in two worlds and as such my rights under the NH Constitution may be denied. I refuse to use violence against another US citizen even though all means of “Redress of Grievances” has been denied and/or violated by our trusted government officials as they protect the NH Supreme Court from the likes of a mental US Marine. Newspapers censoring the opinion of the people allowing government harm to be inflicted on a US Marine should be embarrassing because it justifies violence here in the USA.
Have a great Memorial Day but please understand what it is first. The NH Constitution must protect all individuals equally even our disabled US Military. Ask why our NH governor refuses to communicate with the disabled.

Trust
Trust
My trust in the VA does not exist. How can a patient not be able to tell the doctor or the hospital staff medical conditions pertinent to the combat related service connected 100% disabilities with out fear of losing freedom or being medicated against one’s will and it be called treatment? Yesterday my mind was different every step of the way. I was here, but not all the way. Sitting waiting for appointments at the VA Hospital for appointments that had nothing to do with my disabilities my mind just kept flashing. My expressions and actions most likely seemed as a lot of other veteran’s daily. These other veterans were and are most likely afraid or understand not to let the VA know too much for it will be the end of our freedom and ability to live a life. The VA under the call “Safety” will Red Flag a person that gave everything to keep the USA free. Security can be called and the patient medicated. Under the rule safety the patient has no rights to privacy. It does not matter if the patient did or did not do anything. The government has control of all service available and makes the rules. Disabled Veteran’s have limited care, limited income and limited medical to live so what is our options. The VA can loose a file, diagnose wrong to disqualify a veteran, and make the doctor give different than called for medication and much worse with no one knowing about these wrongs. I cannot get treated for my service connected disabilities but to fluff my medical file I get appointments for other things. This is all hard to believe but many, many veterans go through this and newspapers refuse to inform the readers for fear of government retaliation or harming public officials with good reputation as one editor told me. Trust in who, can be a question?
No one noticed or cared about the problems while at the VA Hospital in Manchester NH that disrupted my life yesterday. I could not tell any one and had to fight from entering my other world at all cost while at the VA yesterday. I do have to thank the Suicide Hotline for all the calls to my answering machine yesterday. It is hard to say with the number of calls if it was caring or harassment, but I will think it was for the better.
How do US Military Veterans inform the public if we are considered a danger and the newspapers for the safety of the community censor our opinion of government wrongs? There can be no trust when the VA will do tests on a US Military Veteran for NH DMV retaliation at a moments notice but refuses to treat the disabilities received defending this great nation USA.
Until the people learn of the harm newspapers censoring the opinion of the people is having trust will never be. Harming US Military Veterans is more common that the public believes. This letter will be termed written by a mentally unstable person with issues and disqualified for public reading. It is called censor.

I feel alone as if there is no hope. The people just do not get it. Maybe it is I that is wrong as unable to see the light. A friend tells me that my wife said, “She and my daughters are reaching the limit on my recent episodes”. I stayed silent and hide for over thirty years my action during my tour. I learned the warning signs of when my mind was about to leave for the other world. A false face for over thirty years to attempt to join this civilized society in a peace full way. No memory at all of ever being here in the USA before this US Marine one day is dropped back here in the world. I learn in defiance of the protesters that it is volunteering silently will give me the peace to honor those better than I that will never come home at all or alive. Volunteering to help people in need allows me to learn how freedom works and social interactions without offending others. I just cannot go on today. This letter has to end for to rescue the USA there has to be communication. Tomorrow is another day for others to learn hearing is part of communicating.

My letter to VA and Editor
My Letter to VA and Editor
I want the public to see the truth. This letter is to the Veterans Affairs office but also to the public for communication is the way to avoid violence. Last weekend I had another public episode. During Saturday I had two episodes but decided drinking was the medicine that I had not tried to use to stop or pass through one of my flashbacks. The first two episodes were while I was alone so no ambulance was called. The one that night was in Newport Mass but I do not know too much because I do not remember it. The law says that with in twenty-four hours the veteran must call Fee services at the VA hospital so they pay the civilian care. On Monday I called several times and left messages. On Tuesday I called several times and left messages. Never has anyone called me back. I do understand that my VA medical has been stopped until I stop writing opinion of government wrongs. The VA did for legal purposes restart my medical but using a Red Flag as camouflage to for safety reasons give substandard and limited medical care for my combat related disabilities. NH DMV got me a test at the VAH at tens of thousands of dollars with in a day as they used safety issues to attempt to take my license. While in the VA Hospital the doctor witnessed my episodes. The test results for the NH DMV test came out the same as all the other over the thirty years since I came back that the VA has done. Never has the VA offered me help. Now since my medical care has been Red Flagged I can get token visits for useless care unneeded but the VA doctors witnessed my disability and is doing nothing until I stop writing opinion of government wrongs. My word is kept silent as the newspapers refuse to publish my letters for the reason our government and editors tell, “I am a danger to the Public”.
Communication is the way to avoid violence. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case of criminal violations of the Constitution by judge Peter Fauver when I presented it to them. The NH government and VA are using my Military medical care to silence my free speech. If the NH Supreme Court is so powerful that the public cannot publicly communicate the SC wrongs why do we even have a Constitution?
How many US Military Veterans are lost for if we communicate our medical care will be stopped? Should the newspapers legally be allowed to silence free speech of government wrongs just because it is the NH Supreme Court? Can the public being made aware of such government wrongs be such a bad thing for the rest of the public? If my US Medical disabilities make me a danger to the public then stopping my medical care (as stopping my free speech) has to be the right thing to do if the government wants danger. Can this be the civilized way to think of as the truth?
Censoring the word of the people is the danger of unethical newspapers.

American Dream
American Dream
As a reader of several newspapers I wrote an opinion letter in response to the papers actions and articles about government wrongs. My letters are censored for the danger the papers are illustrating to the USA that this US Marine is. My hope and dream of one day coming back to the nation (one of my four disabilities from serving in the Marine Corps) no memory left me to believe in from other Marine’s talk. Fighting for the freedom and safety of all other US citizens left me 100% disabled three of my four disabilities are combat related. Ethical, or legal, what does it matter, when what you believed in and fought for does not exist in the real world. To allow the NH Supreme Court to single out one individual and make rulings in complete contradiction to our Constitution by refusing to hear the case if real must send alarms to the world. Discrimination even by the members of the NH SC is against the law. I proved it is happening. The NH SC refused to hear a case that documented and clearly in the eyes of any reasonable person proved Judge Peter Fauver used the law for profit for himself and/or members of his special class of society. Communication over violence so many times has been told to me as the way a civilized society solves problems. The way to solve problems in a civilized society when no one will communicate must scare the hell out of the (you guess). The newspapers refuse to print my opinion for it may harm “people with good reputations” as their reason for censoring me.
The New Hampshire Supreme Court is not above the law and the ethical code newspapers take pride in is in the same class as the NH SC.
To censor the opinion of the people telling of criminal acts by the NH Supreme Court demonstrates how much civilized society has lost. I need to be incarcerated for my mind thinks as a US Marine. We should never be allowed to come home to the real world. This civilized society is correct that (for my actions as a US Marine) it would have been better if I had never come home alive. I wish that I could be violent but violence against US citizens is against the code I honor>

Hopelessness
Hopelessness
Silence the individual readers opinion of Gov. wrongs for they do not support the editors view. Can any insult to the US Citizen’s way of life and origin of our nation be truer? Taken the life support away from a deathbed patient that does not want to die can be recognized as the same. A newspaper that is not willing to inform the voters of all the candidates and their platforms directly interferes with freedom of voter’s choice. Publicly harming a US citizen’s character by newspapers and Gov. official’s diminishes our Constitution. To stop a 100% disabled Veteran’s medical care to stop the veteran from writing opinion letters even for one second is a criminal violation of our Constitution. To Red Flag a US Military Veteran’s medical file to use a loophole in the law in order to cause substandard or limited health care can never be tolerated at any time. Yet every one of these and many more criminal violations of the US Constitution and law are happening every day to this one veteran but I am sure many more silent one’s also. Think of the homeless veteran!
The response of the public to articles written by a newspaper must at all cost be printed in the next edition and on the same page. Newspapers and Gov. officials can never be allowed to destroy US citizen’s lives because they want the public to believe the danger to public safety is at cost. DMV can never be allowed to use a US Military veteran’s combat disabilities to control that veteran’s free speech.
I feel so hopeless as if my world has left me. I do not want sympathy from anyone for I joined the MC to stop foreign enemies from harming our Constitution. It is my fault that I am in this ditch never lock and loading my M-16. The real world back in the US might not exist and this is it. Silence is the individual’s choice. No one will know that a scared US Marine stayed silent in this ditch until the enemy passed. My mission is American Advisor to Thai drivers deep in the bush. No one will ever know this ditch where eternity began for this Marine is even here in this nation of Cambodia.
My mind is jumping which justifies the editors saving the public from someone so dangerous as this US Marine. Silence the individual to save a nation called the United States of America. Ironic isn’t it? Freedom of the Press does exist.

Medal of Freedom
Medal of Freedom
I wish that I could be angry and violent. The blood gushing from my nose as the beating in my head increases as my heart rate does. My mind is spinning. I came so close to just dropping on the Durham sidewalk. There was nothing there. It became as if I was floating in space unable to see or touch anything. Now the waitress says something and my body is in a chair having coffee at the local place. There is no explanation of how I got here. The blank space just fills the air. The VA calls it PTSD and wants to try medication on me. No one will identify what is wrong. NH DMV can get the VA to do tests to take my drivers license but the disabled veteran cannot get help. My opinion letters of government wrongs are censored to protect the public from the danger the NH government and newspapers claim that I am. The VA uses medication to stop my freedom of speech sounds right.
The VA stops my medical care until I stop writing letters of government wrongs. The newspapers refuse to print my letters telling of these wrongs. The VA restarts my medical but with a Red Flag to (for safety reasons) allow the medical providers to give substandard or limited care with in the law. I ran last election for NH State Senate and the newspapers refused to print my letters explaining my platform to the voters. I am running again for NH State senate and the same is going on. This is the United States of America as the world turns. Anger and Violence is a person driven to accept all civilized means of correcting the wrongs will not work.
A high school drop out joins the Marine Corps at seventeen. I stand as a volunteer helping people have a better life. A drop out presents a case to the NH Supreme Court of criminal wrongs committed by Judge Fauver to intentionally harm US citizens. The NH SC refuses to hear the case to protect a brother judge. The newspapers refuse to print my letter of government wrongs. NH government puts me in jail as a terrorist. State and local police harass my family and friends to isolate me. I wish that I could be angry and violent to please our trusted government leaders. We need to give Medal of Freedom to Bush, Miller and Lieberman to recognize these men for the imaginary great that they have accomplished. Anger and violence is the wrong way to get out of this benjo ditch. Just do as trained and wait for the mission is more important. I wish that I could accept that which I do not understand. The Marine Corps tells me to Kill, yet a civilized society tells me that Killing is wrong. The conflict of a 100% disabled US Marine we got to get out of this place next stop is Vietnam. It was just playing on the Thai Drivers radio.

Tak notice
Take Notice
The fear of the next mission or traveling to the next base in a different country for not knowing what it will be or am I able to handle the obstacles that may challenge my right to be here. This fear filled with the need to see and learn over whelmed my mind for I had no memory from my TBI. Complete amnesia from an accident right out of Parris Island boot camp made the smallest event (such as using a fork to eat) a learning experience. Even today no one can conceive not having a memory. The Marine Corps took me with no memory and sent me back to active duty right out of the hospital. VA doctors today rather than treat me attempt to disprove my lack of any memory even after thirty years. My broken back from a Vietnam offensive is clearly identified on x-rays but the VA still questions if there is pain or any need to treat it. My loss of hearing the VA doctors lower their voices in an attempt to challenge if my hearing loss from being blown off a runway during another Vietnam Offensive is real. The VA recently claimed that I suffer from PTSD but they want me to prove with records that I was even there. I did thirty-one months overseas. I was TAD many times with no notice for days or weeks. I survived eight convoys (the only US speaking personal) as American Advisor across Thailand, Laos and Cambodia delivering surplus supplies to friendly camps deep in the bush. The only records that I kept are my medical records. The same fear and need was there when I stepped of the plane coming back from there and when the jail door latched shut as NH locked me up claiming that I am a terrorist under the Patriot Act under the condition my release is contingent on my stop writing opinion letters of government wrongs. The fear of the next mission or base now persists today as my need to leave this world for the next grows for no one can tell me if I am here or still in the benjo ditch dreaming of the world back here.
I am considered a danger for being a US Marine back here where civilized society evades the truth. I dare tell the world that the NH Supreme Court violated intentionally to harm individuals, the Constitution to protect their special class. This is discrimination by our highest courts. Our government violates the law to silence a natural born US citizen freely speaking of government wrongs. You stop my medical care until I stop speaking freely of government wrongs. NH government officials and VA personal violate the law to protect the NH Supreme Court from being corrected for intentionally harming US citizens. The newspapers believe telling the readers of the danger my existences is protects the people. I silently listen as they pass not out of fear but my duty is to get the convoy to the friendly camp waiting for supplies. My weapon is not locked or loaded so to move is sure death. Did I die this day and this is a dream or life in the next world. It is not fear it is the excitement to see the next world. When the selfish rights of the member of the NH SC come before the individual it is time. I need to take notice to understand how to more into the next world for the sanity of this place no longer exists. Talking may be a civilized society’s manner to correct wrongs but discrimination is when the NH SC has a special set of laws to protect their own and the people are not allowed to correct the wrongs of a special class of society. We need to take notice.

NH Union Leader Biased
“To the Point” Response
“One of the reasons this newspaper loves letters to the editor is because the letter writers often say things better than the editor ever could”. When newspapers decide the better way to present facts to the readers that is biased news. If only letters that the editors think says their point is better on issues the editors believe in and only print letters of this character that is in complete opposition of the ethical code. The readers write opinion on facts and issues affecting them. The writer has knowledge of the situation that the reporters don’t know or does not believe it is relevant to the articles they are writing. The reader is just an ordinary citizen willing to express what they believe is a wrong in government. For the news to censor or edit what a reader needs other citizens to understand if it is not in the newspapers point is biased news. Response of the readers to the newspaper is a second point of view and should take priority to be included in the next issue. To the point will show my point, as this response will be censored for contradicting the editor’s belief. One of the reason today’s public is so ignorant is because the readers never know who’s point was censored. To the point is when people we trust limit the facts they telling us to only their view.
I have written letters of the NH Supreme Court using discrimination to protect one of their own. The news does not believe this is a point the citizens of the USA need to know. Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to benefit people that he wanted to win intentionally harming local residents of NH and the USA. If what I am saying is not the truth then Fauver and the SC have legal recourse to stop me. “There is nothing so powerful as truth” words of Daniel Webster printed on the front page of the newspaper. To the point just does not get it.
