The VA, government leaders, Police, newspapers and a lot of other people get and read my letters everyday. My letters talk about many different subjects but the theme is always the same. My background is that of a 100% disabled service connected combat related US Marine. My lack of memory and mental state is only one of my four disabilities all received on different mission. Three of those missions are during the Vietnam Conflict and are related. The VA stops my medical care to stop me from writing opinion letters of government wrongs. This is against the law. The VA restarts my VA medical but with a Red Flag. The Red Flag makes medical care providers scared for their own safety so substandard or limited medical care is provided to the disabled US Marine. To use the health care of a disabled person for leverage to control opinion letters of government wrongs is government retribution and is against the law. My only concern and theme is the people of the United States of America. The leaders we trust that ignore my letters but also violate the law to stop my publicly writing opinion of government wrongs is what I write about.
Another one of my disabilities is Flashbacks to my time in the MC. The NH DMV attempted to use my medical condition to take my drivers license unless I stopped writing opinion letters. At great expense DMV used the VA for medical tests to attempt to justify taking my license. The tests came back the same as all the others taken over thirty years by the VA that I am disabled but safe to drive. All these trusted people know the facts but continue to violate the law to stop my speaking of government wrongs. Trusted officials violate the law to stop me.
The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case of Judge Peter Fauver violating the Constitution to knowingly harm local residents. The NH Supreme Court cannot violate the Constitution to protect their-own special class of society. The newspapers cannot censor opinion letters of their readers exposing government wrongs because that is a privilege of a private business. The newspapers cannot be allowed to ensure the public of the danger to their safety that I pose as a means to justify censoring opinion of government wrongs. The NH SC exists to protect the citizens of NH from government abuse from violations of the Constitution. The NH Supreme Court must at all times be subject to the opinion of the people to correct wrongs that complacency allows to grow.
I announced my candidacy for NH State Senate. The Newspapers refuse to print my opinion letters for fear the voters may use their freedom to learn of the wrongs being dominated over them. When all of these trusted leaders could be aware of such criminal acts to harm the individual by our government, yet even the newspapers cover it up something is wrong. This 100% combat related disabled US Military Veteran may be considered a danger to intimidate the public but a government that allows such harm to exist is a greater danger to the entire USA than this US Marine could ever be. The newspapers may believe it is a private business’s rights to keep the readers ignorant of candidates the editors classify as a danger making some day totalitarianism a danger those mentioned in my first sentence now dictate. Even the NH Supreme Court cannot be a special class of society.
