NH Governor Lynch now declares a state of emergency a day before the emergency exists. Safety is the issue. The news reports flooding is accruing in low-lying areas in Keene as paddling on some roads is starting. A NH judge makes rulings on a case she was recued from because of a conflict of interest diminishing the defendants guaranteed constitutional rights. The Bar Association board of ethic ruled this was not ok (in violation of the law) but only gave a warning. What is going on in our society, as the people are afraid to speak up? News media fluffs the news to make situations seem to be worth the public to take notice only in stories to aid the special class of society. Manipulating the truth to make the facts fit the story the news media wants to portray to sway public opinion for the special class of society’s benefit. Safety of the public is camouflage for police and government officials to diminish our Constitution. Fear of the public to be harmed by the mighty arm of government keeps the public at bay. Freedom satisfies the public as the meaning of said word is controlled by fear and loss of nest egg by the strong arm of those in power. Censoring the public opinion of government wrongs is the news media destroying the USA.
Jack Kimball is being destroyed by those that say if you want to stay in the position we grant you then one must follow what (we) the elite say is going to be right. No matter what, there will always be citizens like me that at all costs will not diminish our Constitution or let others diminish it in any way. The news media tells the public the danger citizens like I am to make fear for one’s safety to determine the actions others will take to stop the wrongs. It must be made a law that any news media that does not tell the public of NH Supreme Court criminal wrongs will lose their rights to communicate with the public permanently.
The three thousand news media and elected officials that receive my letters daily tell me that I write the same old thing. There is no statute of limitation on the NH Supreme Court Justices criminal violations of the constitution to protect one of their brother judges by diminishing the rights of the individual. I documented and presented just such a case to the NH SC and they refused to hear it. Judge Peter Fauver used the power trusted in our government and the secrecy of the SC to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal land from local residents for their, the selectmen’s personal gain. The US Government stops my VA medical for service connected disabilities, put me in jail, harasses my family and friends to isolate me and much more but I have not stopped for it is every citizens obligation to stop government wrongs at total cost. Suicide on the VA steps is a good start, right?
The cost of what we let a select few do to our society (as the Jack Kimball case) is destroying a nation.
The people’s trust is being circumvented by the use of the word safety. The wasting of tax dollars is so easy as no one sees the safety of the Constitution being diminished before your very eyes. The opinion of the people can never be censored by any form of public communication for the danger such an act is to our safety. NH Governor Lynch believes my existence is a danger to the public, yet stops my medical as PTSD tells me to “get out of this place” death by enemy fire is it.
