US Military Veteran Help
Violence is the only thing that you people see as the way to solve problems in this civilized society. Violence only lasts a few seconds and it can be from killing as many innocent people as possible to one’s own suicide. Suicide can also be having the police kill you, as the safety of the public is their concern. A man in Arab Tunisia kills himself on the steps of the government building to make his society aware of what the dictators over there are doing. A US Military Veteran commits suicide on the VA steps down south of here a few years back to highlight what US Military Veterans are put through when we ask for help. The Veterans Administration is out of control and each year they tell the public those mistakes were in the past we now have policies to make the Veterans our first priority. In a few more years they will use the same line and get away with it again. Our government is out of control with a select few using power and intimidation to destroy any one that wants change for the better of the citizens. The Jack Kimball GOP chairman in NH wants change for the average citizen to make the party stronger taken power away from the well established want a bee. The News Media believes to censor the opinion of the public prevents danger from people like me. The NH Underground is just such people that the news media and the powerful elite of our government destroy until the citizen had enough and violence happens again.
What is wrong in this situation that just keeps repeating it self? Correcting the wrongs equally for all citizens, following the rules, that ask for help has to be a must. Everyone has to be equally bound to obey the same laws and rules as the next person. Supreme Court Justices as well as their brother judges and attorneys from their club must obey and be bound by the same laws and rules as the rest of us. The news media cannot discriminate against citizens’ that are willing to speak openly and freely of the wrongs even committed by NH SC justices. The NH SC refused to hear a case presented to them of Judge Peter Fauver criminally violating the law to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal from local residents. The news media tells the public what a danger that I am to induce fear. The NH government and VA stop my medical care for combat related disabilities until I stop my freedom of speech. Two wrongs do not make a right but violence seems like a good way to go.
The mighty arm of government refuses to speak with a disabled US Military Veteran. The numbers of letters that I have written and published on the web speak. The facts have been stated but the news media believes they can control public knowledge to ensure a dominant government rules us. We in the USA should not have to use death and suicide to make the government aware of wrongs. The mighty arm of freedom must stop government dominance at all costs.
You (meaning the government and police) can arrest me or detain me for I believe in the USA. My letters over the year’s talks about my PTSD, Amnesia, flashbacks and untreated head and back injuries related to combat and my time in the Marine Corps. This is a powerful letter, so how will you explain this for the edge in my broken mind is so close. IS violence unnecessary in a civilized society? Can the VA and government explain why someone in need of medical care can’t get it? Stopping anyone’s medical care for any reason is wrong and cannot happen.

NH Governor Lynch now declares a state of emergency a day before the emergency exists. Safety is the issue. The news reports flooding is accruing in low-lying areas in Keene as paddling on some roads is starting. A NH judge makes rulings on a case she was recued from because of a conflict of interest diminishing the defendants guaranteed constitutional rights. The Bar Association board of ethic ruled this was not ok (in violation of the law) but only gave a warning. What is going on in our society, as the people are afraid to speak up? News media fluffs the news to make situations seem to be worth the public to take notice only in stories to aid the special class of society. Manipulating the truth to make the facts fit the story the news media wants to portray to sway public opinion for the special class of society’s benefit. Safety of the public is camouflage for police and government officials to diminish our Constitution. Fear of the public to be harmed by the mighty arm of government keeps the public at bay. Freedom satisfies the public as the meaning of said word is controlled by fear and loss of nest egg by the strong arm of those in power. Censoring the public opinion of government wrongs is the news media destroying the USA.
Jack Kimball is being destroyed by those that say if you want to stay in the position we grant you then one must follow what (we) the elite say is going to be right. No matter what, there will always be citizens like me that at all costs will not diminish our Constitution or let others diminish it in any way. The news media tells the public the danger citizens like I am to make fear for one’s safety to determine the actions others will take to stop the wrongs. I documented and presented just such a case to the NH SC and they refused to hear it. Judge Peter Fauver used the power trusted in our government and the secrecy of the SC to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal land from local residents for their, the selectmen’s personal gain. The US Government stops my VA medical for service connected disabilities, put me in jail, harasses my family and friends to isolate me and much more but I have not stopped for it is every citizens obligation to stop government wrongs at total cost. The People's Voice
The People’s Voice
The most important part of the USA is the people’s voice being free and unrestricted by any government or newspaper authority. Good or bad it is the voice of the individual that the foundation and continued strength allows we as a nation to stay alive. Wrongs against anyone individual by government authority constitutes a crime, to censor or restrict any individual from informing other citizens through opinion letters or any other source of communication is wrong. No one in authority is above the scrutiny of the individual. The NH Supreme Court must at all times be at the will of the people to assure proper protection of the guaranteed rights of the individual are not diminished against anyone individual at anyone time. The NH SC criminally violated the Constitution by refusing to hear a case where a brother judge (Peter Fauver) use the law and court power to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal land from local residents. The people not government authority come first and fore most. There is nothing more important than the rights of the individual.
Retribution by government authority to stop the voice of the individual from speaking of government wrongs can never be allowed to exist. Government retribution under the label safety of the public is no more than dominantation, totalitarianism and control. The court being biased and putting a individual in jail for opinion of government wrongs under the term Terrorist diminishes our constitution to a worthless piece of paper. To take the individuals freedom for six months before dropping the charges is illegal acts by the court. The government created the Patriot Act as a law that remove Article 14 Part First of the Bill of Rights from the NH Constitution. Legal remedies must exist for the individual to stop acts against our constitution by even the NH SC. The most important part of being a Free Nation is the rights of the individual over government authority.
For the newspapers to censor the individual from informing the public that as retribution the government stops a 100% service connected disabled US Marine Veteran’s medical care until the individual stops writing opinion letters of government wrongs is a immoral, unethical and crimes against the USA. For the newspapers to harm the individual’s character to influence the public from voting for: challenges the reason the USA exists. The rights of the free press can never be allowed to diminish the most important part of the USA the voice of the people.
To stop me from telling the truth will some day harm the very people that want control and influence on this very day diminishing our Constitution because some one will use what they took from others to control them. Jack Kimball
I Feel Alone
I am not being singled out. I know what is happening to me happens to other good citizens of the USA every day. Look at Jack Kimball the Chairman of the NH Republican party. Some of the elite special class of the party wanted someone else to be chairman so finding ways to destroy this man so their own special groupie member can replace him. Ranking NH elected officials like Republican senator will stick with the powerful to keep their position over the good of the USA. Republican and democrat alike do not work for the good of the USA they work for the good of the elite few that support the party. Tea Party members are considered out casts and the elite do not like what they bring forth. The Tea Party is members that put the good of the nation first and fore most only to be harassed and ridiculed to the point people like NH R- senator will not extend a helping hand for fear of reprisal. Switching parties each election is my way of showing the voters my preference is to make NH and the USA better for the citizens. In each election that I have run, both parties along with current elected officials harm my character in defiance of our Constitution to outrage the public someone like me would run. On the other hand people like Jack Kimball give their life to the party but place preference on the USA first and the powerful elite destroy him just as freely with equal contempt for the good of the USA as a no-body such as me.
The newspapers are so biased refusing to print opinion letters of the readers that benefit the good citizens being singled out by the powerful has eroded any ethic the editors once had. The most important fact of my campaign was that the NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case where a brother judge (Peter Fauver) used the law and power of the court to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal land from local residents. Talking about our problems in the NH government is not allowed if the average citizen brings facts of contemptible criminal discrimination and conflict of interest to harm the NH State and USA by the NH SC justices to the pubic eye. A citizen stating such facts publicly with out legal opposition from anyone that if not true facts could claim libel illustrates why newspapers censoring the true harms us all equally.
Jack Kimball is a great citizen that gives it all to make life better for every person equally. Destroying a citizen such as Jack demonstrates retribution in the Republican Party is strong and well.

write no more
I do not want to write
My mind tells me not to write anymore. It has to be my obligation to write of the wrongs in government is it not? Just as the newspaper is obligated to print the reader’s opinion of government wrongs it is every citizens responsibility and obligation to inform all citizens of such wrongs. There were times in the Marine Corps that I just did not want to do what I was ordered to do for it put my men’s lives in danger and made no since. I followed orders because I took and oath and as a citizen of the USA that oath obligated me to use the lives of my men and me to protect and defend our Constitution at all cost. The newspapers have decided that I pose a danger to the public so my letters are censored. Our NH government has decided my rights guaranteed by the NH Constitution no longer exist. The federal government has decided my VA medical must be stopped until I obey the NH elected officials and stop writing opinion letters just like this one. PTSD affects my mind, as this civilized society is kept ignorant by the elite part of our government with good reputations.
The NH elected officials believe it is not the right of the average citizen to bring a case to the NH Supreme Court of judicial miss conduct. The NH SC refused to hear a case of Judge Peter Fauver (a brother Judge) criminally using the law to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal land from local residents for personal self-gain. In my mind there is no more important information for the newspapers to print in the opinion page. To allow the NH Supreme Court and NH elected officials to diminish our NH and Federal Constitutions is just wrong.
If my words were not the total truth the NH SC and Fauver would use the law to silence me. As long as newspapers censor the truth our elected officials will take from society until there is no more. My mind tells me what our children give their lives for as US Military cannot be in VAIN.

Reaching for the Veterans Administration
Reaching for the Veterans Administration
There is no help. Survival is all on your own needs, wants and abilities. The only part that requires thought is that I volunteer since coming back in seventy-four so that what the men and women servicing in our military to protect and defend our Constitution with their lives is not in VAIN. I was at the VA Hospital the other day unable to walk in a straight line for I was so dizzy. A nurse asked me so I told her how dizzy my head was. She offered me a wheel chair and I said No and that ended the conversation. I had a skin Dr. appointment with a Doctor that is caring about the patients. I only moved when he was not looking so that the VA would not take my freedom. A disabled US Military Veteran unable to get medical care until I stop writing opinion letters of government wrongs. I can see skin Doctors or any other doctor as long as it is not treating my service connected disabilities. The VA is fluffing my medical records for public satisfaction that medical care is given. I have a dream life in all people’s eyes. My kids are grown and my wife is at work. I am alone in this place as my head is spinning so fast. I try lying down but the convoy, as American advisor where I took the boys life to escape won’t leave my mind. I only speak of this in my opinion letters for no one needs to know what wrongs I did while servicing in the MC. Does it come down to as the Arab boy committed suicide on the government steps a while back to get help for the Arab nations a US Marine must commit suicide at the Veteran Administration to get help for US veterans?
My object is only one letter a day but with my head spinning and unable to lye down my solution to enduring the day is writing. I wrote earlier about Raymond Brunelle from Rollinsford NH that served in the Korean War. The newspapers censor my letters for this US Marine is not welcome back here in the world so ask why do I write. I write to produce a record that the VA will have an impossible time disputing. Communication is the way a civilized society solves problems with out violence. The VA believes that they control US Military veteran’s lives if we want medical care for our disabilities. The newspapers believe it is not their responsibility to inform the public of government wrongs about criminal government matters if it is a veteran depleting the budget. Even in this state of mind being careful of what I say is a must to keep the State and Local Police from harming my family and friends lives with harassment to isolate me more.
There is no help for people like me. The VA looks for ways to take my drivers license and my freedom for medical reasons to aid the NH government trying to stop my opinion letters of government wrongs. The newspapers refuse to publish my opinion, as they want the public to believe the danger to the public that they tell you I am. A mental case, amnesia, PTSD, head pain and many more obstacles that (me) volunteers every day to help other US citizens. Censor my letters to keep the public ignorant for we can only dream of what actions may come in the future. A civilized society communicates to solve problems avoiding violence. There is no help when no one will talk and medical care becomes the government weapon to stopping those that use freedom of speech at their own free will.

The newspapers believe it is not their responsibility to inform the public of government wrongs about criminal government matters if it is a veteran depleting the budget. Even in this state of mind being careful of what I say is a must to keep the State and Local Police from harming my family and friends lives with harassment to isolate me more.
There is no help for people like me. The VA looks for ways to take my drivers license and my freedom for medical reasons to aid the NH government trying to stop my opinion letters of government wrongs. The newspapers refuse to publish my opinion, as they want the public to believe the danger to the public that they tell you I am. A mental case, amnesia, PTSD, head pain and many more obstacles that (me) volunteers every day to help other US citizens. Censor my letters to keep the public ignorant for we can only dream of what actions may come in the future. A civilized society communicates to solve problems avoiding violence. There is no help when no one will talk and medical care becomes the government weapon to stopping those that use freedom of speech at their own free will.

Feelings
Feelings
My medical condition and my pain and suffering do not matter for I must pay for what I did. There is no way I can communicate my situation to doctors describing my symptoms for I cannot remember them and everyone describes things in their own way so other people interrupt meanings differently. VA doctors have no idea treatment of service-connected injuries other than trying different ways and medication and hope for the best out come with in the budget. Words of US Military Veterans are silenced until we communicate what our government wants us to in our government’s way. Newspapers no longer print the truth they interrupt the voice of the people and only tell what will support the system and control public outrage. The sharp pain in my head and the tingling of my left face today seems different. It does not matter if it was there yesterday for I do not remember yesterday. My VA complaints are not even worthy of the newspapers telling the public how the system harms individuals that do not tow the line as our government tells us. Think of a medical condition brought on by servicing the United States of America then put me in jail for that is where people like me belong according to the newspapers and our elected officials like John Lynch. A US Military Veteran, 100% combat related, service connected, disabled writes of VA crimes and neglect only to be ignored until death is apparent. The words violence can never be a part of solving problems in a civilized society, ring so empty. I cannot ask what you want for no one hears my words or responds, in a fill the protocol of a civilized society way. VA doctors do their best to treat all veterans with access to the best of their ability as the administration directs. Medicate those that you do not understand the medical or mental needs. Test medicines on those that have no idea (other than the trust conceived in a nation that they gave it all for to keep free and safe) to see if they work for future knowledge. Protected by newspapers that refuse to print the US Military Veterans words for the graphic nature and eminent danger to the public is called censor. Peaceful resolutions are ignored to provoke violence from those you trained so well to protect and defend our Constitution from being diminished.
The permanent record of facts placed each day by this one US Military veteran on the web will some day haunt those trying to cover up what is going on. The VA refusing to treat or even listen to disabled US Military Veterans has become the protocol by the VA Red Flag as justified (by the phrase) it is in the safety of the public we neglect some. No one wants to talk
Violence only comes when a civilized society refuses to communicate to solve problems. The Veterans Administration has come up with E-consult program to help disabled veterans with their health care. The VA refuses to speak with those service connected disabled Veterans as a means to live with in the VA budget. Starting new programs if you are not talking to the US military veterans that complain of poor service or no care what is the point. We do not exist for the newspapers censor our opinion of government wrongs and the elected officials only speak for those that can benefit their reelection campaign. Violence comes from PTSD and the memory of trying to survive while fighting for the freedom and safety that constitution guarantees all citizens of the USA except the ones you choose to leave behind. The VA has the unwritten policy of medicate those that treating will cost too much and the ones that we cannot identify the medical cause. Take the veteran’s ability to think clearly with medication and may be it will help. Red Flag is a policy used to strike down US Military Veterans in need of medical care under the all purpose reason of safety leaving another that gave for your freedom wondering “what are we fighting for, next stop is Vietnam”.

Lets be real the USA wastes so much money, wasting it for US Military Veterans disabled trying to protect and defend our Constitution just comes natural to the US Taxpayers. The VA should be stopped in its tracks for the abortion that it has become. I just came from another fluff meeting with a VA specialist Neurology doctor that was more interested in talking about my drivers license than my medical needs of my combat related disabilities. I personally feel every time the VA doctor does not believe my medical history and thinks my entire situation is made up. I do not remember, then I remember things, I cannot describe my symptoms, then events flash in my mind of situations that I needed medical help appear in my thoughts how can anyone believe a bizarre, disoriented whack job. How does a USA individual expose government wrongs when it is the news media protecting people they believe have good reputation? Can the US Military Veterans words be non-acceptable as freedom of speech back here in the civilized world? Lets be real and let the disabled veteran that it is happening to tell the USA the truth.
My VA medical was stopped until I stop writing opinion of government wrongs to the newspapers. My VA medical was restarted as long as an armed guard was with me at all times even in the exam. My medical is Red Flagged. The Red Flag is lifted but only fluff appointments are given to make it appear to the public that medical care is happening. The VA does expensive medical tests to aid the NH DMV as they attempt to use my 100% combat related disabilities to take my NH Drivers License. The public is kept in the dark for the newspapers are using the public information line to instill fear by means of harming my character as a danger sign for safety of the people of the USA. Lets be real using any citizen’s medical care for political or government retribution can never be tolerated. Telling the public it is for safety reasons justifies taking medical help away to induce death of the disturbed. News media censorship is wrong as they call me a danger to the public.

I want, I need, Kill
I want, I need, kill
I want, I need is the common theme of society today. People that do not like other people’s responses will use the selfish always asking for your own needs as a way to sway opinion against you. My first thought since my 17-year-old mind as a US Marine started to develop after wakening up in the Military Hospital is to help others. My men hated me as a Marine Sergeant. My men also respected and wanted to be in my squad for I made sure any help I could do for them was free and always there if possible. This was my solution of how to deal with being a Marine “Sgt with no memory of life prior to the MC from my accident right out of boot camp. Learning from others even as I commanded them taught me survival listening skills to help make the USA a better place for all. The world “USA” a place that I came back to was my dream to see the land where the government worked for the people and the law protected the citizens against abusive government acts. Newspapers censoring my words while harming my character with what they print allow the selfish act syndrome to create fear and public hatred in a society where neighbor helping neighbor once existed. It is not what people want or need but what we as individuals can do to make life better for others that counts.

Response to Guard Suicide
Battle Fatigue, PTSD or what ever you want to label it US Military that are lucky enough to return react to it each in their own way. US Military that were never in country or if they were never got out side the perimeter wire or ran from incoming justify home in their own way. The entire point is everyone reacts and accepts what we did in the individual’s own mind. US Citizens that never served in our military have any idea what it is like to know this is the last second of your life while waiting for the mission to begin and forget any safety or reason not to give your life to complete the mission once it begins. My hardest part was coming back to the world 31 months later with no memory of ever being here before from my TBI before I left on my tour. I came back later to a world that called me a baby killer as I learned from other Veterans silence of our life over there must be kept to rejoin this civilized society. To hear a citizen see news reports comment on the cruel actions of our military was a daily start to my constant reminder of events triggered questioning why it had to be me, not someone with more to give back here that lived. My cruel actions of survival against an enemy with out civil limitation trying to kill or capture me were justified in my mind by the pride of being a US Marine that gave to keep the USA free. Re living that some call flashbacks happen as if they are events of today happening at this very moment that US citizens cannot even conceive as possible human events. VA doctors and even family member over time classify us as losers that wasted good potential as we revert back to survival reactions in this civilized society that believes with time we should grow out of it. Jail or homelessness will be the civilized societies eventual sentence for not letting go of the cruel and in human events we caused for safety of others trumps all. VA doctors will use medication to take our minds away as their solution to keep with in the budget set to treat us. Each war or conflict has it’s own classification for those US Military unwilling to come back to the real world “USA” but the root of the situation is civilized society just does not want to understand the real life reality that there is no safety in war.

Where does a 100% disabled US Marine go when his entire life is taken for doing what the civilized society rules and laws obligates us to do? For the United States of America to allow what the VA and NH government is doing each of us must react in our own way.

Battle Fatigue, PTSD or what ever you want to label it US Military that are lucky enough to return react to it each in their own way. US Military that were never in country or if they were never got out side the perimeter wire or ran from incoming justify home in their own way. The entire point is everyone reacts and accepts what we did in the individual’s own mind. US Citizens that never served in our military have any idea what it is like to know this is the last second of your life while waiting for the mission to begin and forget any safety or reason not to give your life to complete the mission once it begins. My hardest part was coming back to the world 31 months later with no memory of ever being here before from my TBI before I left on my tour. I came back later to a world that called me a baby killer as I learned from other Veterans silence of our life over there must be kept to rejoin this civilized society. To hear a citizen see news reports comment on the cruel actions of our military was a daily start to my constant reminder of events triggered questioning why it had to be me, not someone with more to give back here that lived. My cruel actions of survival against an enemy with out civil limitation trying to kill or capture me were justified in my mind by the pride of being a US Marine that gave to keep the USA free. Re living that some call flashbacks happen as if they are events of today happening at this very moment that US citizens cannot even conceive as possible human events. VA doctors and even family member over time classify us as losers that wasted good potential as we revert back to survival reactions in this civilized society that believes with time we should grow out of it. Jail or homelessness will be the civilized societies eventual sentence for not letting go of the cruel and in human events we caused for safety of others trumps all. VA doctors will use medication to take our minds away as their solution to keep with in the budget set to treat us. ask for help US Marine
Asking for Help
We have to be pretty desperate to ask for help. Hopelessness rings so loudly in the air that a solution cannot be found. Given, Volunteering to help other people freely and with out the need for compensation of any kind is the neighborly thing to do rather than make a person ask: whether that person needs help or not. Friend or foe to give helping people in the USA is what it has to be about. The person that you help does not even have to know who is helping for making life better for others even a person that you dislike is the catalyst for harmony to start. Volunteering to help others to get on God’s good side or the need for a thank you from the people in need constitutes compensation not worthy of a true volunteer. This is my belief that has driven me from the day that girl spit on me when I first stepped back in the world ”USA” yelling baby killer at the top of her lungs. NH and the VA want you to believe a danger exists by letting me live freely in the State of New Hampshire.
I volunteer to help a family in a different town that I had never met until after they asked for help on the phone. The NH court made me an attorney to represent this family and I brought the case to the NH Supreme Court. The NH SC refused to hear the case where Judge Peter Fauver used the judicial branch of government to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal land from local resident for personal gain. Fauver made me an attorney to harm this family but to his surprise a high school drop out, 100% disabled US Marine legally and in proper form proved beyond any doubt a biased judge and criminal violations of our Constitution by Fauver and the Madbury selectmen. The courts declared me a terrorist to stop me from exposing a brother Judge to the NH SC as a way to stop public opinion from forming. Where does a US citizen go when it is the NH SC using character assignation to protect a brother judge and there dominate special place in society. Justice has to be equal for all even the member of the NH SC. To further stop me my medical care for combat related disabilities was stopped. I have mounting bills from emergency medical care by civilian hospitals that the VA is forcing my wife to pay out of our limited budget.
This letter is of government wrongs against a 100% disabled US Military Veteran that the newspapers will censor. The facts exist and the truth will always be the most powerful weapon when freedom of speech becomes the goal of the free press. I will never be desperate for I came back alive and so many better than I will never get to enjoy this freedom for their lives ended defending it. Volunteering is my way of saying thank you to those US Military heroes for they deserved to live far more than I. There is no Statute of Limitation on crimes by the NH Supreme Court. I volunteer to pay a thank you to lives lost that we forgot.

Harmony over Conflict
A civilized society that will not speak to a 100% disabled US Military Veteran because our trusted government leaders and newspapers have the public convinced of the danger associating with me, will be. Does the public realize my words are what the Constitution tells us to do? Abolish (to totally destroy) those trusted leaders that violate the Constitution when all other means of redress fails. I have killed for the shear pleasure to defend and protect our nation the USA for you the citizens of the USA. I have no emotion doing it for that is what the MC trained me for. Harsh truthful words are not always the correct thing to say. My biggest mistake I will not be violent or violate the law for to live in the greatest nation in the world, harmony over conflict must always be the way. On three of my missions during my tour permanent disabilities were inflicted on me. My fourth came during my leave in an accident before being shipped overseas for my 31-month tour. To stay silent as the newspapers refuse to print my opinion of government wrongs is conceding freedom of speech for people like me does not exist.
To censor the facts of the NH Supreme Court refusing to hear a case presented to them of Judge Peter Fauver miss using the judicial branch of government to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal land from local resident for the selectmen’s personal gain constitutes the most outrageous violation of the constitution. A judge must have “impartial interpretation of the laws” and be as “impartial as the lot of humanity will admit” or the public’s confidence in the justice will erode. The NH SC just cleared Judge Lynn in a child custody case in which in the SC decision they state judge Lynn was wrong. Biased decisions of the NH SC are clearly to protect one of their own even when it diminishes the Constitution. The newspapers use biased reporting to protect government officials with good reputations. Where other than violence does a citizen go?
The government stops my medical care to stop my opinion and the biased news refuses to inform the public. The state and local police harass my family and friends and the biased news refuses to inform the public. During many emergencies the ambulance takes me to a civilian hospital and the VA sends my wife the bills. My medical conditions are all from defending the USA. The local sheriff arrest me to tell me that judge Fauver does not want me writing about him any more. The opinion letters of the newspapers are just for the fact to allow the public to inform others of government wrongs. To take this case to the biased court that has a Blue Wall (of their own) makes our Constitution a worth less piece of paper.
Pain and mind eroding memory fog my days yet my ability to live in NH is diminished by our very own NH Supreme Court. If communication is the civilized societies means to resolve problems why does the news media censor my words. My words are the truth as the Veterans Administration is telling the public Marines like this one for safety reasons must be abolished, as the VA actions demonstrate.

I want
I Want
Some people want for themselves, I want for the citizens of the USA. To keep my words from reaching out to inform the voters of government wrongs cannot last for we the people must prevail. How dare any newspaper or public information blog censor any citizen’s words informing others of government wrongs? Sitting typing today is a problem because of the muscles spasms. I went for coffee this morning and had to drive slow coming back for the scenery appeared to be that of the roads deep in the bush of Cambodia. The memory of yesterday of a young US Marine sitting on the side of the dirt path with the perimeter fence just over my shoulder asking myself where am I and what am I doing here. No memory from a TBI back in the world (USA) unable to (under orders) lock and load until eminent danger of death, my M-16 resting on my legs trying to understand is this what the USA is like also? Editors tell me my words ramble on as if writing with out words can inform. To want to help others live in a nation where freedom give equal protection of the law to all has to be the sole reason for enduring government wrongs for the truth will prevail and over come even greedy government officials. The rights of a private business to censor words and opinion letters for whatever reason enabling an ignorant public to exist sings loudly of what some people want.
Unable to understand why the news would not want the people to read about the NH Supreme Court refusing to hear a case presented to them of a brother judge violating the Constitution in such a grievous way that it constitutes possible treason. A judge uses the trusted government power of justice to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal land from local residents for personal profit, as the NH SC looks the other way. A child sits on the perimeter in a US Marine uniform asking is this real? This combat related 100% disabled US Marine has his medical care stopped as a motivator to stop informing the public in opinion letters of government wrongs as trusted government officials use character assignation to gain public support. To file terrorist charges and deprive a US citizen of freedom for six months before the bogus charges are dropped can never happen in the USA to a 100% disabled US Marine and the news censor the facts to protect those with good reputation.

Revenge
Revenge
I want to talk about revenge today. I want to seek punishment on those that do harm to US Military Veterans when we come home. We back here in the USA have the police that “Protect and Serve” guided by the highest law the Constitution to equally bring justice to all. We have a separate branch of government to see that justice is not power in the wrong hands but laws and rules for the common man and women to live by to bring harmony into an other wise unpredictable daily life. In NH a few years back there was the Carl Drega case where this man followed the proper procedures to live a quiet life in Colbrook NH. Judges, Police, selectmen and the town planning board all conspired to harm this man for they did not think he was good enough to live in their town. The town newspaper was so biased that they told the truth in a way that harmed Mr. Drega’s character in the public eye while supporting those with power. Mr. Drega took the ridicule and harm for many years unable to muster any public support for the power of government to harm one’s character is camouflage for government retribution to those that do not tow the line as a follower. No record exists of this case other than the altered police records to protect the state trooper’s character that was killed making Drega the culprit. The word of mouth from those that new the case of Mr. Drega tell a totally different story completely opposite the state’s case. What other avenue than revenge existed when all the proper channels have expired?
The computer is an entire new form of communication and record keeping. My letters go around the world and will forever be a part of history. My letters are a start to the world learning just what the USA does to those that once gave everything to keep you back here safe and free. Revenge is the act of seeking justice for those wrongful acts committed against a person when the police and justice department become corrupt and no longer respect our highest law the Constitution.
