You Want Answers
The VA, government leaders, Police, newspapers and a lot of other people get and read my letters everyday. My letters talk about many different subjects but the theme is always the same. My background is that of a 100% disabled service connected combat related US Marine. My lack of memory and mental state is only one of my four disabilities all received on different mission. Three of those missions are during the Vietnam Conflict and are related. The VA stops my medical care to stop me from writing opinion letters of government wrongs. This is against the law. The VA restarts my VA medical but with a Red Flag. The Red Flag makes medical care providers scared for their own safety so substandard or limited medical care is provided to the disabled US Marine. To use the health care of a disabled person for leverage to control opinion letters of government wrongs is government retribution and is against the law. My only concern and theme is the people of the United States of America. The leaders we trust that ignore my letters but also violate the law to stop my publicly writing opinion of government wrongs is what I write about.
Another one of my disabilities is Flashbacks to my time in the MC. The NH DMV attempted to use my medical condition to take my drivers license unless I stopped writing opinion letters. At great expense DMV used the VA for medical tests to attempt to justify taking my license. The tests came back the same as all the others taken over thirty years by the VA that I am disabled but safe to drive. All these trusted people know the facts but continue to violate the law to stop my speaking of government wrongs. Trusted officials violate the law to stop me.
The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case of Judge Peter Fauver violating the Constitution to knowingly harm local residents. The NH Supreme Court cannot violate the Constitution to protect their-own special class of society. The newspapers cannot censor opinion letters of their readers exposing government wrongs because that is a privilege of a private business. The newspapers cannot be allowed to ensure the public of the danger to their safety that I pose as a means to justify censoring opinion of government wrongs. The NH SC exists to protect the citizens of NH from government abuse from violations of the Constitution. The NH Supreme Court must at all times be subject to the opinion of the people to correct wrongs that complacency allows to grow.
I announced my candidacy for NH State Senate. The Newspapers refuse to print my opinion letters for fear the voters may use their freedom to learn of the wrongs being dominated over them. When all of these trusted leaders could be aware of such criminal acts to harm the individual by our government, yet even the newspapers cover it up something is wrong. This 100% combat related disabled US Military Veteran may be considered a danger to intimidate the public but a government that allows such harm to exist is a greater danger to the entire USA than this US Marine could ever be. The newspapers may believe it is a private business’s rights to keep the readers ignorant of candidates the editors classify as a danger making some day totalitarianism a danger those mentioned in my first sentence now dictate. Even the NH Supreme Court cannot be a special class of society.

A Horse response
Animals get front page in the NH newspapers and opinion letters from NH residents and readers that pay for the newspapers get censored for telling of government wrongs to harm the US residents. Well-respected citizens tell me all the time that violence is not the answer. I am beginning to believe that abolishing those that violate the Constitution our highest law has become the only option. My presents cannot be really here for things like this just do not happen in the USA. That last sentence is another well-rehearsed line of the well respected. My VA medical is stopped to stop me from writing opinion of government crimes. I have four received at separate times service connected disabilities. Three of the four are combat related missions. My memory of being there is so real at the most inopportune times or is here my dream of maybe some day getting out of this place to come home to the land that I am fighting for. “Next stop is Vietnam”. My VA medical is restarted but with a Red Flag to provide substandard or limited medical care for public awareness. The animal gets better care than a US Military Veteran disabled fighting for the USA.
The NH Supreme Court must be the place to start with the abolishing. The justices are the people we entrust to stop government officials from diminishing our Constitution which is our highest laws protecting the people from government abuse. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case presented to them of Judge Peter Fauver criminally violating the Constitution to intentionally harm US citizens. The NH SC said it was ok for this judge to not grant a jury trial when this Madbury family demanded one. NH declared me a terrorist under the Patriot Act to inflame the public against me. NH took my freedom for six months before dropping the bogus charges. The NH SC justifies this in their cover up to protect one of their own. A conflict of interest by the NH SC can never be tolerated. A terrorist has animal like character according to the well respected. Why censor the abuse of this 100% disabled US Military Veteran if the NH government can publicly harm my character by labeling me a terrorist, which makes me an animal.
I refuse at all cost to be violent against other US citizens. I refuse to violate the law on US soil. I am a US Marine killing other human beings to protect and defend our Constitution on foreign soil for the freedom and safety of US Citizens. Does this make me an animal justifying abuse and neglect from government officials for what we do as US Marines for the USA? My term Abolish is to eliminate from public office as our Constitution guarantees the people the right to do. Not that (as the newspapers have demonstrated) the worth less piece of paper our Constitution at the present time is. Death is the sane way to end the suffering of the injured animal; insanity is the keeping a injured US Military Veteran alive with no medical care. Freedom lost
Lost Freedom
Freedom cannot be real if taken for granite. Are the staff writers on the Veterans Today Web Magazine even US Military Veterans? Citizens will support government wrongs even when it is hurting other humans. Newspapers will censor the opinion of readers thought to be a danger so isolation and a scarlet letter fills the minds of the ignorant to harm the veteran. How do you stay silent and inform the world you just got to get me out of this place. I can talk about depression and how useless life is but that is not what is in my head. What is wrong cannot be real for no one else can see it. I am blind with no memory but my eyes can still see. The USA has laws that only apply to those that the government wants them to. No one will believe wrongs if no one want to see. Confusion fills my mind. I am travelling down that deep tunnel. My mind is circulating my actions at a rate so fast my entire life that I can remember passes over and over as the campfire flickers in the dark. A poke here or a jab as the ridicule in a strange language is felt as I question if this is even real. A friendly village seems so far away at this moment. The more rice wine the two drinks the harder each pokes get. I hear the third one walking off in a distance on guard talking out loud to himself. I feel so proud that I finely earned the right to be a US Marine. The night dwindles on as wine induced sleep slowly lets my hands loosen up the rope with out them noticing. Picking up my bayonet slipping past the sleeping two to get my M-16 back from the guard. A child younger than my seventeen walks past me in the dark still talking to him self. Placing my hand over his mouth and slipping the bayonet up under his ribs in a twisting motion brings pride to my life. I am flashing back in a deep tunnel holding the question if freedom is real. I keep repeating the words “next stop is Vietnam.

Under the theory of the newspapers, VA and NH government the average citizen cannot question the actions of the NH Supreme Court on Constitutional actions that harm the individual. The NH Supreme Court covered up Judge Peter Fauver using the law to enable the Madbury selectmen to criminally decide which local residents are allowed to live in their town. This family asked me for help so I volunteer my time.

American Legion, VFW left alone
A word to Veterans Today Web Magazine
Freedom is the individuals right to express one’s own opinion as the person him or her self chooses. The number of people responding to my words in support for the same or worse has happened to them. My own opinion and believes of what the US mean and must maintain is everyone has the equal chance to do as they wish with out government or a special class of society directing. The law can never be a government tool used to control or direct some and allow others to do for this is the definition of discrimination. Discrimination is when the newspapers can inform the public of the candidates they want in government and censor the opinion letters of those the newspapers believe are a danger to society. Freedom is all US Military injured while servicing or in combat is given medical care, as the law directs not as government directs. No one veteran can be singled out at government direction and medical care stopped until the US Military veteran stops writing of government wrongs. Every US Citizen must at all times have the right to tell the NH Supreme Court when it is the SC that is violating the Constitution our Supreme Laws.
Mr. Cortina has become verbally abuse on the Veterans web site. Mr. Campbell believes that I am “getting verbose” on the Veterans web site. I have never expressed anything other than the total truth. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case where Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated with intent to harm US citizens for self-gain of him or his friends the NH Constitution. NH put me in jail as a terrorist under the Patriot Act until I stop writing opinion of government wrongs. My VA medical for combat related disabilities was stopped until I stop writing of government wrongs. My VA medical was restarted about a year later but Red Flagged to scare medical care providers for their own safety leaving substandard or limited medical for combat related disabilities. The NH State and local police harass my family and friends to isolate me. The local sheriff detains me to attempt to scare me to stop writing opinion letters of Judge Peter Fauver’s criminal acts. These are documented facts that the Veterans Today, VFW and American Legion has left a 100% disabled US Marine behind to fend on his own. Pat Tillman seven years
Pat Tillman
This man gave up his football career to fight for the freedom of the United States of America. How does the individual tell the US that they are wrong? Millions of people over the history of the USA since the start fought in one-way or another to see that the proud tradition of the equal justice for all. These men and women gave to protect and defend our Constitution for this is the heart of what we the people stand for. Pat gave his life as all the others for freedom of the press so that all US citizens can be informed voters if they themselves chose to be. Freedom is knowledge of all aspects of what our government officials are doing. Cover-ups or secret actions of any branch of the government can never be allowed. National security is one thing but to use this excuse must be stopped for all that so few want to keep secret. Each individual that works for the US Government must give up their right to privacy when their actions involve the public. If the government wants to harm the average US citizen information is divulged in the name of safety of the general public justifying character assignation in defiance or our constitution. Think of Pat and all the other men and women like Pat looking down and seeing that they gave there lives in VAIN. Government retribution is against the law.
It is not only in the small states like NH but across the USA. NH stops my VA medical and takes my freedom to silence my free speech. The newspapers censor the facts to protect the reputation of political figures. The newspapers in the name of public safety decide my candidacy for NH State Senate is to be kept secret. My announcement and opinion letters of my intent of what I will do if elected every newspaper not only in NH but also across the USA refuse to inform the voters. Our nation is built on the fact that in a civilized society talking over violence is the way to solve disagreements. The NH Supreme Court violated the Constitution knowingly with intend to harm the citizens of the USA. These are facts that the newspapers are obligated to inform the public about. The newspapers tell you that I am a danger to scare the public to ridicule and reject me.

it is the voters choice
It is your choice
Newspapers write how the public is finally dissatisfied with DC and politicians. Politicians no longer listen to constituents. Politicians promise everything to get elected, take office and do what is good for them until election time comes again. The newspapers are the blame for not printing the opinion of the readers for fear of harming the character of politician with a good reputation. Newspapers will not print the fact that I am running for NH State senate for they want the public to believe the danger that I am. People that I do not even know ask for my help or I just give it to people that I see in need. What danger am I other than to those taken from the citizens of the USA for their own? Newspapers are a form of communication that can do as much harm as good. The newspapers refuse to allow the public to read what I will do if in the NH State Senate. An election at all cost must be the well-informed voters choice.
I volunteered to help a Madbury family that the local selectmen were spot zoning to intentionally harm because these US citizens that I did not know asked for my help. Judge Peter Fauver criminally with intent to harm natural born US citizens violated our highest laws “our Constitution”. The NH Supreme Court refuses to hear the case because it documented criminal wrongs with in the NH justice branch of government. There is no statute of limitations on constitutional crimes by the NH SC or government officials. I refuse to drop the case so NH declares me a terrorist under the patriot act and takes my freedom for six months. The bogus charges are dropped before court to keep the public ignorant. Next NH and the VA stop my medical care for combat related disabilities until I stop writing of government wrongs. My words are the public right to know for it must always at all costs be the voter’s choice.
Newspapers refuse to inform the public of the NH State police and local police harassment to stop my letters. The newspapers refuse to print about the local sheriff arresting me. Sorry they call it detained. The Sheriff is using scare tactics to help judge Fauver keep his crimes silent from public awareness. I am again running for NH state senate as the newspapers refuse to inform the public of my intent and what I will do if elected.
I served as a US Marine during the Vietnam Conflict. I came back with four separate disabilities. All receive at separate times three disabilities being combat related. The newspapers are aiding the NH government and VA using my disabilities to seek and get retribution to silence my words.
It is the people of the USA’s choice but can you see how the newspapers can harm each of us with out our knowledge.

The newspapers are the blame for not printing the opinion of the readers for fear of harming the character of politician with a good reputation. Newspapers will not print the fact that I am running for NH State senate for they want the public to believe the danger that I am. People that I do not even know ask for my help or I just give it to people that I see in need. What danger am I other than to those taken from the citizens of the USA for their own? Newspapers are a form of communication that can do as much harm as good. The newspapers refuse to allow the public to read what I will do if in the NH State Senate. An election at all cost must be the well-informed voters choice.
I volunteered to help a Madbury family that the local selectmen were spot zoning to intentionally harm because these US citizens that I did not know asked for my help. Judge Peter Fauver criminally with intent to harm natural born US citizens violated our highest laws “our Constitution”. The NH Supreme Court refuses to hear the case because it documented criminal wrongs with in the NH justice branch of government. There is no statute of limitations on constitutional crimes by the NH SC or government officials. I refuse to drop the case so NH declares me a terrorist under the patriot act and takes my freedom for six months. The bogus charges are dropped before court to keep the public ignorant. Next NH and the VA stop my medical care for combat related disabilities until I stop writing of government wrongs. My words are the public right to know for it must always at all costs be the voter’s choice.

USA to the editor
Front page a story about a 250lb Pig. Newspapers censor the letters from veterans of the US Military but do an in depth story of a Pig front page. Letters that would be on the opinion page of government wrongs and intentional harm to US Military veterans and the public does not even care. Politicians like Sheehan will fight all out for a journalist from Rochester but turn her back on US Military Veterans unless the editors rate the veteran news. The NH Supreme Court commits discrimination with intent to harm legal residents of the USA and the newspapers censor the truth to protect a special class of society. Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution with intent to harm others and the NH SC refused to hear the case because it involved the illegal activities by one of their own.
Two days ago I unknowingly tried to kill my self by hanging I assume. I came out of a flashback with a rope tied in a lose slipknot believing it was my M-16. NH and the VA as government retribution to teach me to stop writing opinion letters of government wrongs stopped my VA medical. My medical for my four, three being combat related disabilities were restarted but with a Red Flag on my file. The Red Flag is to intimidate the medical care providers to promote substandard or limited medical care for safety reasons. The newspapers refuse to print my letters of government wrongs for fear of harming politicians with good reputations.
Front page of a pig but my announcement of my running for NH State senate the newspapers refuse to even print. Other such as Shea-Porter has the newspaper write their announcement. The system is so bad that the NH DMV is using my combat medical to attempt to take my drivers license to isolate me and force my flashbacks to take my life. No one in our government is breaking the law because they are all just trying to protect their own little nest egg. When the nest egg is the NH Supreme Court intentionally committing discrimination to protect one of their own and our government officials support this for personal gain the individual citizens is in trouble. When government authority to protect suppresses the voice of the individual freedom no longer exists. When the newspapers believe a pig is more news worthy than US Military Veterans being harmed some thing is wrong.
If what I am saying is not the complete truth those harmed have legal remedies to stop the wrongs. Where does the average citizen go when it is our government protecting the Supreme Courts acts of discrimination for personal gain? A system of checks and balances no longer works if the three branches of government protect each other over the rights of the individual. When a newspaper believes the opinion of any one individual can no longer be freely expressed about government wrongs the news of pigs should be front page.

Thanks VA SHL
A warm Thank you to the VA Suicide Hot Line for the call to my home yesterday. I assume that the call was just a continuation of the harassment to stop my writing opinion letters of government wrongs. I was deep in one of my flashbacks waiting silently in a ditch as the enemy passed. Some place in the bush of Laos or Cambodia as American Advisor on convoy. I was alone heading back to the friendly village where my drivers were spending the night. It is different because I was in both worlds at the same time. Realizing that I was here and there death was the only way to make since. Jumping out of the benjo ditch firing my M-16 and killing as many as I could. It would be my death and my existence assumed MIA but it would be over and the future would have to be better than this place. My clip still in the pouch under orders not to lock and load until eminent danger of death would take to long to consider. The phone rang with the sweetest voice talking to me. Who ever she was, her voice and attitude on the phone brought me back to yesterday. I hung up the phone to find a rope with a loose fitting slipknot in the other hand for which I though was my M-16. I saw beautiful round-eyed girls as this VA lady brought me back with a voice only heaven could create. Her voice and attitude deserve a thank you even if she is a VA employee.

A sweet voice with a positive attitude brought me back will the VA and our government go after her for preventing my death. Talking is a civilized society’s manner to solve problems I have been told.

I hope the newspaper will at least let this lady and all the others with a positive attitude have a thank you from this one US Marine Veteran that is classified as a danger.
