Union Leader Veterans Page
All Veterans Are Heroes is the front-page title to the UL story. The untold opinion words of far too many US Military Veterans many disabled are censored for they do not conform to what civilized society can accept. The silent demons rage in our heads to make our families leave, jobs gone and many to be homeless just to honor our oath to protect and serve. Most veterans adjust after years of returning learning from losing their first wife or most friends society back here cannot see that what we define as done for them. My words are mixed and my letters seem to be repetitive. Learning to control my bursts of outrage or commanding that others conform to the right way was the start of coming home. We cannot go to the VA for they will take what we did out of context to take our freedom for medical reasons or the uncivilized acts we perpetrated on the humanity of the enemy. Safety of the public is the key used to over look the wrongs of the VA to protect this civilized society from what we are. The untold story is what you do to these “All Veterans are Heroes” as even this letter will be censored.
I got a letter from Janet Wall yesterday telling me all representatives have been notified of my letter. She started her letter “As soon as I received you letter” makes me wonder did she not receive a letter every day for the past ten years asking for a Redress of Grievance. The letter then states nothing can be done until after the next election. To me every newspaper in NH should ask Rep Wall for a copy of this letter and why delay the truth. It is not just Wall. I have received communication from most of the other Reps and they all say the same. All Veterans are Heroes but government officials that never served diminish US Military Veterans constitutional rights to document that you believe we should never have come home alive. My thing is if elected officials confirm my letters are received in Concord why has the newspapers censored the facts from the readers. The public has a right to know is words editors praise as the reason Freedom of the Press exists. A factual letter telling the other side of the Veterans Page (contained in many newspapers across the USA) is a response of one of many US Military Veterans you talk about but censor. My letters are documented facts our elected officials put off claiming that I am a danger to the public. The US Military Veterans Hero’s right is expendable.
The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case where judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to intentionally harm US Citizens. Fauver knowingly allowed the Madbury NH selectmen to use the trusted power of government to take from local residents for the selectmen’s own self gain. These are words if not true would legally take my freedom in a second.
If all US Military Veterans are Heroes the right to have wrongs inflicted at and upon us by trusted government officials would be printed in every newspapers without hesitation. You (meaning the USA) allowed them to stop my medical care for combat related disabilities under the reason of safety. I am not a hero just a legal born US citizen that served as a US Marine during the Vietnam Conflict.

Bruce Cilley the next NH governors husband called me

I have to complement that Bruce Cilley called me in response to my letter. We had a good conversation about many subjects after coming back to the world from the hated conflict. I am not a nut or a danger as the newspapers and government officials want the public to believe. I have disabilities received during my tour in the USMC. I hope Bruce got that from our talk. The restaurant in Durham lets me make my own coffee when they are not open. Stores that I buy my newspaper or other things tells me if I forgot my wallet or have no cash in it: to if I think of it pay next time that I am in. It just amazes me that every day I volunteer to help people just to make life better for and they respond as they realize whom I am that they had the wrong impression of me. Some members of the public actually fear me from what the newspapers tell them or manipulate the truth to imply. A Mr. Reese wants to help me get my VA medical back. My VA medical has been restored to make the file in case of investigation show it. To get help for my service-connected disabilities is the joke. This entire world is a joke. I never fought in Vietnam. I was TAD there several times on missions. My one confirmed kill was while American Advisor on convoys across Thailand, Laos and Cambodia. The kill was just outside a friendly village we stopped for the night at deep in the “bush” of Cambodia. The joke is my kill was only a child guarding the campsite with my M-16. I killed him to get it back and escape. Most of my time was spent behind the perimeter wire safe just waiting for anything to happen. I was so scared while on the eight convoys because no one spoke American and I had no memory from the TBI. What a strange world advisory to armed men driving loaded trucks through hostile territory that did not speak the same language and I had no memory at all of the USA my own nation. The VA suicide hotline calls me almost daily to check on me but when I ask for help the say that is not there job. I asked the VA doctor for a new back brace for my broken back but that will never come. I write complaint letters to the VA higher ups and by law they must respond but they never do. NH Governor Lynch charged me money to tell him of government wrongs and I paid but never talked with him. PTSD and TBI are the world that I live in from my time in the USMC defending a nation that I do not remember. The broken back and limited hearing in both ears come from defending the USA from the enemy.
People will say this letter is repetitive but let me tell you. Mr. Reese wants to help me. No one can for I am not doing this for me. The VA will tell you the wrongs they inflicted on Veterans in the past has been corrected. It has not. Years from now the VA will once again tell you the same thing. The NH government uses retribution against citizens that do not obey the politician’s commands.
My point is I cannot escape from the convoys because you are correct what is happening to me does not happen to anyone in the real world. Bruce Cilley the husband of the next governor of NH called me at home to just talk. I want to say thank you but for what? Who can I be?

The Chosen One
Why would someone with a military background remove comments from his articles in the Veterans Today web site? Freedom of speech and freedom of press is exactly what I got from your article. In a round about way rationalizing why the chosen voice for press time on Iranian issues. This is a point of view, which some may say is wrong. The other side is what freedom is all about. The willingness of people like you telling a different side of what other’s is afraid to say. My point exactly to all the newspapers in the USA that censor my opinion letters because they believe they are rambling or repeat the same. Some even write to tell me my opinion does not belong attached to other articles when they make no since. I am a 100% disabled US Marine service connected, combat related. I dropped out of school at 17 to be a US Marine and defend our Constitution. My VA medical for service-connected disabilities has been stopped until I stop writing letters of government wrongs. To Have TBI (Bruised Brain) sparks mental and memory situations everyday of my life. My PTSD mixed with TBI is like shifting memories no one should have down roads in my head that are blocked by damage. My broken back from one Vietnam offensive and my limited hearing from another Vietnam offensive are just other obstacles with pain to be used as a weapon of control for the VA and NH government to stop my opinion letters of government wrongs. Government retribution to limit or stop free speech kind of correlates with the Iranian press issues: Maybe?
I get great care from the VA on non-service connected medical issues. I visit the civilian emergency room for all service connected at government expense. The US government even has to pay for the ambulance ride. US citizens telling my words are repetitive or make no since or even stopping them from being attached so interested parties can read them is the government wrong enablers. I have the though of suicide raging in my head every single day. I re-live being there even when driving a car. It is like I am on a rope ready to fall off at any moment. There is no one I can talk to. My VA doctor uses what I say in his office to take my Handicapped pass or inflict harm. If I say the wrong thing to the doctor he can take my freedom on safety issues. The Doctors push for me to take mind-altering medication to limit or take away what little mind left? I try to understand but with no memory of growing up finding why they let me come back alive when you cannot even accept what we did just was wrong. I can speak in letters but not to the VA doctors because they see danger in what we did and now are, as they do not understand something so unconceivable of in human acts of a conflict. This is why the silent demons are US Military combat veterans best allied.
The NH Union Leader and the Fosters Daily Democrat censor my letters to protect the public from such a danger as my self. The preferred chosen one such as you is all of us and has to understand it is not suicide but what they want. Tell the VA suicide hotline and the NH Law enforcement to stop the harassment I am safe. They are just looking for ways to turn my words against me.

Discussing Response to AP Chief Medical writer
Something this writer has never done is fight in defense of the USA in the US Military. To imply Veterans coming back from today’s wars and conflicts “its unclear how much worse off these new veterans are than their predecessors” are mooching off the taxpayers for disabilities that do not exist. “Many factors are driving the dramatic increase in clams-the weak economy” to make a statement like this against the citizens willing to give their lives for the USA is beyond tolerance. On Memorial Day to have a writer insult disabled US Military Veterans by outraging the public opinion to see us as freeloaders goes beyond approach. Do you know what the hardest part of coming back is (to remember the waiting) seconds seemed like hours and hours were just eternity and many times the gooks never showed. The loud backfire from a motorcycle even today (thirty years later) set me off in a restaurant to duck for the “in coming” as I at lunch with my family. It never goes away we just learn to live with it or it destroys us.
It has not changed. When I came back from the Vietnam Conflict the VA did everything it could to not recognized disabilities. Politicians every war claim that the process has changed so the disgraceful rejection of disabled veterans of the past will never happen again. The rejection and maze of endless pause for the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans is as bad or worse than their predecessors. When I came back the VA said my broken back and loss of most hearing in both ears did not happen in the military. I had a copy of my medical record documenting I broke my back during one Vietnam Offensive and lost my hearing during another one. The VA claimed my TBI bruised brain was not a disability recognized by the VA. My PTSD did not exist or show up for years later. The newspapers made the public hate what we did in Vietnam so well the US citizens today still degrade our actions. Now the newspapers enrage the public opinion to hate the disabled living off the tax money. Change can only come if you understand what it is we live with.
The NH citizens hate me for the Union Leader and Fosters article claiming the danger that I am to the public. These very newspapers refuse to print my responses to their articles. My VA medical for combat related disabilities has been stopped until I stop writing opinion letters of government wrongs. The very disabilities the editors use to enrage the public I got protecting the USA. Nothing has changed as Ms Marchione of the AP writes to enrage the public one more time against the US Military. The next wars of conflicts US Military Veterans will get the same.
Medical care for all US Military Veterans should be free of charge with out the maze of degrading by VA personal that never served. This letter will I-rate a lot of people and in government retaliation the VA suicide hotline, local and state law enforcement and maybe the secret service as in the constant past will harass my family, friends and I through the day to teach me freedom of speech is limited to only those with government permission. The AP will censor this letter as a danger to the public so what makes this AP writer Marilynn Marchione believe Freedom of the Press has the right to harm US Military Veterans on such a day as today.

The Other Side
NH Union Leader Pride is what I give every day when I read the obituaries that contain a flag first. These are the men and women that gave their lives for the freedom enjoyed by the USA. It makes me want to salute every one because the flag stands for these are US Military Veterans on that final journey. I hope it is to a place that no memory of what we have done is remembered. The UL along with all the other newspapers refuse to print articles about me unless the article diminishes my character in the public eye. Every day when I read these obituaries my mind questions if my death will rate a US Flag implying my status as a US Military Veteran deceased. The shame is that even this opinion letter written by a 100% combat related disabled US Marine will be censored as a danger to the citizens that we did it for. My VA medical for combat disabilities has been stopped until I stop writing these opinion letters our trusted government officials do not like. Our NH government refuses me “Redress of Grievance” as guaranteed by our highest law the Constitution. Criminal wrongs by government officials and NH Supreme Court justices warrant as written into our Constitution with out delay to be brought worth to the full legislature. Judge Peter Fauver used the court to cover up the Madbury NH selectmen using the “trusted power of the people” to take for self gain from local residents. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear the case of criminal wrongs by a NH judge. The other side is this Memorial Day you salute the dead US Military but do it in VAIN for you do not respect what they gave their lives for.
I understand the UL and other newspapers censoring my letters for the truth is a hard pill to swallow when it exposés your wrongs. The editors have lost sight that the news must be reported no matter whom it may hurt. Daniel Webster ones said, “Truth is a powerful weapon”. The UL prints this quote every day front page on their newspaper. Freedom of Speech is never the governments right to control and censor. Freedom of the Press must always be the voice of the citizens of the world speaking the truth for this is to honor what so many US Military Veterans gave their life’s for from that first day our Constitution was signed. Take one disabled US Military Veteran or any individual and let government retribution be inflicted is a wrong that cannot be accepted at any time. To censor one individuals freedom of speech when speaking of government wrongs goes against everything the USA stands for.
The other side is the Union Leader will not print this letter for the truth may be a powerful weapon but a response that questions their integrity demonstrates what we as a nation have lost. Ethics and Moral responsibility has a different definition now. The truth is what Judge Fauver and the NH Supreme Court has done and this is why no legal action can be taken to stop my words exposing their criminal acts
I guess Daniel Webster was correct in that the Truth is a powerful weapon.

First let me talk about US Senator Ayotte’s Day of Honor for Afghanistan Veterans. This would come from a person that never served that does not under stand we are one. All service men and women no matter what War or Conflict cannot be separated by a special day for today’s war. You forget about all in the past and how about those children of the future. Veterans Day and Memorial Day are days to honor all not single out and honor one. Bruce Chilley’s Foxhole story reminded me not because I ever fought from a Foxhole but the trust in others for it is your life. A politician exists because good men and women give their livers for your freedom. Vietnam and the men and women that were there are rejected even today by this civilized society. I did thirty-one months over there from 70-74 base camp U-born Thailand. I was TAD to Vietnam twice and was American Advisor on eight convoys across Thailand, Laos and Cambodia. The only American-speaking leader of truck convoys deep into the “Bush” to bring surplus supplies to friendly camps. I was taken from a friendly village in Cambodia one night and with a bayonet during hand-to-hand combat killed a child to get my M-16 back and escape. I laid still in a Benjo ditch on another convoy as the enemy passed because under orders my M-16 could not be locked and loaded until eminent danger of death. I have four life changing disabilities from my tour. Three of my injuries came at separate times during two separate Vietnam offensives I participated in. One night I was taken from my bunk at MCAS Iwakuni Japan to some MABS post in Vietnam to repair absorbers used to stop fighter jets with a tail hook for landing on a short runway. The perimeter wire was assaulted as stray bullets zinged past during that entire mission. Enemy mortar fire destroyed the pisser that I left seconds earlier. The blast slammed me to the mat with out mercy. I have said it a million times and it is true. I came back alive while many better than I died that would have fit far better into your civilized world than I. This is not right just as opinion letters from US Military Veterans being censored. The reason does not matter. How will the public ever understand if the horrors and difficulties of what we are will never told.
The VA and NH government stopped my VA medical care until I stop writing letters of government wrongs. Will Jackie Cilley be the same as the past governors and send the State Police after me. Jackie is an elected NH government official that so far has refused to cover my back as I have notified her of the situations. Will Jackie some how get newspapers to stop censoring US Military Veterans letters? NH has refused me a “Redress of Grievance” it is the Constitution does Jackie care.

Suicide of US Military Veteran in USA.

Communication civilized way
Our government does not want to listen to what the individual is saying unless the politician is receiving some self-gain. The newspapers now censor opinion letters of government if they hurt an elite person with power. The truth takes second place to the control of the powerful to dominate the average citizen. I collapsed twice so far today and it is not even 8:50 AM yet. My total back gave out when I went for coffee this morning. I mean complete laying on the ground muscle spasm and pain (out of this world). I lay for a while until the pain was manageable and then got up and went to have my coffee. The second time was a few minutes ago. I woke up on the floor and the only thing I remember is about to sit down and write this letter today. I must have been out for close to an hour or so. The left side of my face feels funny and my left eyeball is pulsating to the beat of my heart. A sharp pain like a knife is drilling down the left side of the top of my head. I am OK it is my disabilities from serving in the Marine Corps. Sorry about changing subjects but it just happen and couldn’t think of anything else to say, but the real live truth.
How do I talk about government wrongs when our VA and NH Government have stopped my medical care for service-connected disabilities? The newspapers seem to take pride in their control to stop the public from learning the truth about what our government does to disabled US Military Veterans that speak out about abuse and neglect from the VA and NH elected officials. I get fantastic care for other medical. I have tried communication but that is a wrong belief as violence is what they are clearly forcing as they protect their own wealth at the cost of the public.
My head is spinning and I do not have much time so lets talk about the nice people of the world. I wrote WMUR Kevin Skarupa yesterday to thank him for going to my daughter’s school in Dover yesterday. This busy man was nice enough to send me an email telling me how much WMUR enjoys talking to the kids as much as possible. I hope WMUR realizes how much the children in my daughter’s class enjoyed and loved having a TV star come to their school. People like Kevin and businesses like WMUR are what the USA is all about. This letter is being sent to Kevin’s boss because they need to realize the people that are working for WMUR make a great impression on the young free of charge.

One Bad Apple-Memorial Day
No memory, am I looking for pity? PTSD the unwanted never ends memory conflicting with the pride in what we did with civilized society’s condemnation for doing it. TBI damaged my brain and PTSD cannot find the correct avenues to travel in my head to fit the Dr’s protocol to understand. I have no child hood memory at all until waking up in the Marine Corps as a killing machine. To use the word kill in a civilized society alarms people in conflict as our government in the MC called us killing Machines. The Pain in my body from the broken back incurred during one Vietnam Offensive. My hearing problem from jet blast, explosions and yes the continues effects from my M-16 firing so close to my ear from the next Vietnam offensive are my service-connected disabilities. The US government has stopped my medical care for these but does care for any other medical need to fluff my medical file incase of investigation. The newspapers refuse to inform NH Residents of these government wrongs as one bad apple on Memorial Day tries to understand why?
My attempts at suicide many times since coming back to the world from the Vietnam offensive are all related to flashbacks. Now my dream of killing my self is to protect the USA from citizens like me that should never have been allowed back for what we did. You honor and praise the Military just like Memorial Day but you censor our opinion letters because you do not want to hear what we have to say. Freedom of Speech and Freedom of the Press how ironic the disabled US Military Veterans has been stopped. I speak up as I can documents everything I say in my letters but the number of US Military Veterans ignored or dammed by this nation is pathetic. Ignored or lost in the system, maybe jailed or left to die homeless on the street as the ninety percent of you that never served walk over without even seeing us. My complaint letters going to the VA everyday are ignored as if the laws do not pertain to disabled veterans in trouble. My complaint letters every day go to over five thousand email addresses so they must be the complete truth or libel suits would rain down on me.
The Truth is a no-body like me is not allowed to speak publicly of criminal wrongs by the NH Supreme Court. The NH SC refused to hear a case presented to them of Judge Peter Fauver criminally harming our Constitution to let the Madbury selectmen use the trusted power of the people to take from residents they do not want living in their town for the selectmen’s own personal gains.
The VA Dr takes my handicapped-parking pass as further mental anguish to force my suicide. The question is am I really here? Can this be a dream of what I hoped back in the real world would be? The joke is on me for following the orders while American Advisor on convoy not to lock and load until eminent danger of death. I killed a child to escape the enemy and now I lay in a benjo ditch as the enemy patrol passes. I have no real way to tell if I ever got out of there. We the US Military do not want pity the only thing we wish for is your respect for what we do.

I am a 100% disabled US Military Veteran. The VA rejects me every day but the one thing that I cannot get is an answer. The officials of the VA honestly believe that they can get away with the cruel treatment to some disabled veterans because of the political cover up. Depression has nothing to do with it. I want to tell you how low; deep in a dark tunnel my mind is at this very moment. The VA and the VA doctors are here to help returning US Military after honorable discharge. A VA doctor takes my walking disability pass, as he must know of my disabilities for he treats me. I guess my medical records are all false and I must be a fraud. No one wants to see the criminal wrongs of the VA and the NH government because I am a mental case from the Vietnam Conflict. No one wants to believe treatment by the VA medical for my combat related disabilities has been stopped because of the treatment for excess other medical care to fluff my medical record in case of IG inspection. My disabilities do not fit any protocol as my TBI and my PTSD make my mind remember and forget. I endure pain to accept the reality of being back here in the real world in what ever my natural state of mind takes me. I do not want to see through a medicated mind the life of what I came back too. The VA solution is to medicate Veteran’s to cover up to make the patient believe. The law requires the VA to answer with in 24 hours. The VA has never answered any complaint from me.
A 100% disabled Veteran volunteers to help a Madbury NH family. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case where Judge Peter Favuer criminally violated the Constitution to let the Madbury selectmen take from local residents for the selectmen’s personal gains. The VA and a lot of other people are reading this letter even though it will be censored by all newspapers across the USA> As I write this letter the constant struggle to get out of this benjo ditch in Cambodia as the Gook Patrol passes looking up through that dark tunnel. The mind of a disabled trying to understand if anything is real. Medical protocol tells the doctors the mind cannot function as this. A 100% disabled Veteran cannot bring a case of government wrongs to the NH SC it just is not possible. A true newspaper would have a field day with telling the government wrongs inflicted on a 100% disabled US Military veteran if anything was real. I believe I am running for NH State Senate one more time but the newspapers announce every other candidate but my name is censored can I really have come back to the real world “USA”.
I lost my complete memory forever before being deployed the first time. I did thirty-one months over seas during the Vietnam Conflict in and out of “country”. I received two more permanent disabilities during two separate Vietnam Offensives as I served the USA. My freedom of Speech is taken for I cannot really be here. Suicide by enemy fire cannot be real.

VA doctors and trust
I went against every US Military Veterans Policy of not telling the government or VA more than they need to know. I trusted my now VA doctor and it is as if I shot myself in the foot. My VA medical has been stopped for service-connected until I stop writing letters of government wrongs. I do get any other medical carefree. I have praised the VA doctors and the medical staff for the enormous and caring job that they do to take care of US Military Veterans that returned. Ten % of any crop is bad. That is the same with VA doctors and this one I got now is for the system not the patient. I told the Dr that I walk three to four miles a day to control the pain and get exercise. The Dr took it upon himself to delete my complete medical file (metaphorically) and stop my handicap-walking pass. It does not matter that I have four service-connected disabilities and three are combat rated and affect my movement at any time for the worse. I can walk but many times not be able to carry anything and if I can carry something it is not for any distance. I park, as close to where I enter a building because I forget and some times if my car is not visible when I come out I have been know to just walk off. I refuse to take medication for the pain and disabilities, so under this VA Dr my medical file must be completely wrong. The VA will give the patient drugs for any reason and it is up to the disabled US Military Veteran to see the wrong. There is no doubt that my medical condition from the USMC warrants for no other reason a disability walking pass because I need it. I admit it I help other people as a volunteer all the time. Many times I do things far above my medical ability. Each time I pay in pain and mental discomfort for days or weeks after. I am a US Military Veteran that came back alive and I owe it to all those that gave their lives since the start of the USA to make this nation betters so what they gave is not in vain no matter how hard it is to achieve this goal. Helping others is the proper way back here in the real world to give your life and not be called suicide. It does not always work, as the pain is great and unbearable as I live on against the right to do so.
The VA had a Dr. McCollum (he left) that I trusted for he was a great doctor and person. You could talk to him. The second is Donna at the VA clinic in Somersworth neither is there any more but she was great. Both cared about the person not the system and did what was best for the person even if it affected their job. I do not know where these individuals are or if they even work for the VA any more. They are a credit to the USA. This is the reason my trust in the VA started to grow. Now as all US Military Veterans must be made aware of trusting where wrongs are not corrected is at your own risk. The newspapers will censor this opinion letter, which goes against the reason Freedom of the Press was established in the first place. I do not belong back here in the real world and you clearly establish this fact.

Newspapers refuse to print my letters. The government refuses to speak with me of government wrongs. Law enforcement harasses my family and friends to isolate me to provoke illegal action. The VA suicide Hotline continuously calls to intimidate into Killing my self. A VA doctor stops my disability-walking pass because I walk three to four miles a day. What is the limit? How far must I go before my kettle breaks? Ethical, Moral, legal where, what, when, and why seems to be out of reach to reality. I have four service-connected disabilities. Three being combat related from the missions I served. Some times my disabilities do not even show and I am just like any other person. Many times my disabilities make me a pain ridden, person that cannot even pick up a pencil and walk. It is as if I am in a strange world that made a mistake accepting me back. It is not just I! In Texas the all white jury found a white cop innocent of beating an unarmed black child lying on the ground with his hands over his head. Six or more Police officers kicked and beat a child lying hopelessly on the ground because they suspected him of committing a robbery and running. Cops are to enforce the law. A Judge and Jury decide if the savagely beaten black child committed a crime and should be punished not the white cops. I have volunteered for over thirty years every day helping people on the street that I do not even know have a better life. I do it because I came back alive when so many better than I died in combat just so things like this do not happen here in the USA. If wrongs like this do happen in the USA correcting government wrongs is the protocol as defined by our Constitution? I have attempted suicide many times over the thirty plus years since I have been back. Never successful as if it is like the eternal benjo ditch in Cambodia, as the gooks pass is the opposite place of heaven where all US Marines are destined for what we did. It makes no since.
Newspapers the guardian of the truth to inform the public has not and will not print articles or opinion letters of me unless they harm my character. Letters of criminal government wrongs are ignored and censored by the news. Law enforcement harassment and intimidation has become common. The NH Supreme Court has grown so powerful they can diminish the Constitution at will if it is to protect a brother judge. Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the constitution and the case was presented with documented facts to the NHSC. They refused to hear the case. My VA medical care for combat disabilities is stopped until I stop writing opinion letters of government wrongs. The newspapers imply that I am a mental case but ignore the fact the VA has stopped my Medical Care for combat PTSD and TBI to insure criminal wrongs are done by me to incrassate or cause my suicide.
My medical records document that I warrant a disability-walking pass as I have four US Military disabilities that impair my movement. Do you get it? There has to be some way out of this eternal benjo ditch. Who will know or care I took my own life, it is not like anyone back in the world will ever find me. “Older readers well understand the umbrage taken earlier this week by fellow House members when State Rep. Steve Vaillancourt offered NH House
Speaker-O’Brien: a Sieg heil”. It is like the editors calling the Kettle Black. Freedom of Speech cannot be diminished in any manner especially on the house floor where open debate is the key. The newspapers are trying to make a public villain to invoke hatred to sell more papers. The newspapers them self use Hitler like tactics when they announce other candidates for NH State Senate but refuse to even print my opinion letters announcing my Candidacy for the NH State Senate. The newspapers are so hypocritical that they refuse to print opinion letters of criminal government wrongs because the editors do not believe they are appropriate. The editors own words “your letters harm people with good reputations”. My letters are the truth and are well documented in NH Supreme Court case files. The VA and NH government stop my VA medical care for combat related disabilities and the newspapers do not believe this should be told to the public. “Sieg heil” are to words describing in a free debate how one person feels. Freedom just because a superior feels insulted cannot use the mighty arm of the dominant party to limit free speech.

To be a NH State Senator must be the well-informed voters choice not the newspapers censoring candidates they believe are a danger “but to talk of those 6 million dead is to leave out the many Christians, Gypsies and others considered by Hitler to be of inferior races and who also died horrid deaths”. Is comparable to the newspapers censoring the opinion of the people believed to be inferior such as this candidate for NH State Senate. Ironic how to stop a disabled US Marines medical care dose not warrant public disclosure when it is someone the editors consider inferior.
I am running for NH State Senate as a non-violent manner to correct the NH Supreme Court diminishing our Constitution to protect Judge Peter Fauver’s criminal wrongs. Faurver with intent to harm citizens of the USA used the trusted power of the people to approve the Madbury NH selectmen taken from local Madbury NH residents for the Selectmen’s personal financial and economic gains. The NH SC refused to hear the case when it was present in written form with all the monitory requirements paid in full. The government and newspaper retribution to stop public being informed of these criminal wrongs were then started to stop my exposing criminal government wrongs.
“Sieg heil” is exactly the words to describe when government authority no longer is in the best interest of the citizens of the USA.
Those who fought for the freedom to stop Hitler and other powers just like him deserve much more. The editors need “to have the Third Reich etched into the minds of coming generations, never to be repeated-never again” as the black kettle looks at it self. The editors censoring this letter establish what Hitler dreamed of as he killed the inferior citizens. Freedom of speech is only for those with superior controlled minds that the government gives permission to speak. The older readers will understand and the younger readers will learn from the dominant.

The DAV, VFW, American Legion and the Elk’s do not stand for veterans in need. I am a Member of each club. These clubs will only speak against political foes if it is to the clubs advantage. I have four service-connected disabilities. Three of my disabilities are combat related. These clubs do not even speak up when the foster’s, UL, C-monitor and all the other newspapers censor my opinion letters of government wrongs. These clubs did not speak up when NH declared me a terrorist under the Patriot Act to stop my opinion letters of government wrongs. These clubs did not speak up when my VA medical care is stopped to stop my writing of government wrongs. Not one member of these clubs put a hand out to help my family when NH took my freedom to stop my opinion letters. I can write such harsh words because “There is nothing so powerful as truth” Quote from the front page of the UL.
Our disabled children coming back from today’s wars just do not relate to sitting around drinking. Today’s US Military want to look at the future with hopes of rejoining civilized society. They have not seen the rejection and ridicule to teach them to keep the demons silent. When society informs them that they are not eligible for help because of budget reasons the status of the hero returning US Military Veteran faded to loser status of one that wasted such good potential. Our disabled child that returned a veteran gets the first taste of the cruel future of life back here in the real world. Homelessness, drinking, drugs and isolation is the only way left to protect and defend our Constitution from the citizens the USA classifies us as becoming. We were once this today US Military dreaming of the future.
The members of these clubs are lucky to have made it. A life of sitting around drinking and having a lost future. My thoughts are with the ones left behind. It compares to the individual who opinion is censored because a special class of society does not believe the constitutions should protect the writer. It compares to a 100% permanent and total combat related disabled US Military Veteran going with a letter to DMV to replace the blue Handicap pass for his car. DMV says no you need a form filled out by a VA doctor. The VA says the letter is the way we do this. The 100% disabled US Military Veteran is stuck traveling between the VA clinic in Somersworth, DMV in Portsmouth and the Veterans Administration in Manchester. Time, Fuel and frustration caused by a government that does not talk to it self. The DAV, VFW, American Legion and the Elk’s are the maze of help. To get my handicapped Veterans license plate I had to do the same, why again?

You can have all the fundraisers but the fact is if you do not listen and hear what the Wounded Warrior is saying nothing will help. Each individual US Military Veteran is different. Different in personality, in experiences, in type of wounds and most of all the protocol of how all this will affect the individual later in life. PTSD the deep recurring thoughts crippled by our pride and civilized society’s hate of the actions taken to defend and protect our Constitution against the enemy. TBI-traumatic brain injury is a common every day occurrence in military life, especially in country, where the brain is damaged. I never thought of suicide during my tour because it was more than likely the Conflict would take my life anyway. I had no memory of life back state side from TBI and my hope was to live long enough to see her just once. We lived like pigs and graduated into cruel animals to win so innocent children would not have to follow as we did. After the TBI my tour took me into two Vietnam Offensives where the first one I broke my back and in the second one lost most of my hearing in both ears from the enormous noises. I am One Hundred Percent disabled with four received at separate times disabilities and the government stops my VA medical care to stop my opinion letters of government wrongs and no one hears my words. I am vocal but there are thousands affected in worse way that their disabilities prevent them from speaking out.
The Boston Red Sox kept me alive even though there was no memory of them in my head. I am sure that is so even for the thousands of other NE neglect disabled veterans. It was my team to listen to on armed services network every chance that I got. It was the same for all other teams as their hometown military were routing for them. It was a friendly tap of the one beer a day can jester after the game no matter which team one. It gave us a chance to listen to home for such a short time and dream of being back in the real world. We lived in a world of HE-double-L and inflicted that on the enemy as they did us. I only mention the Boston Red Sox’s because of the Wounded Warrior Article in today’s paper. It reminded me of how important as all Baseball teams are to those in country giving their lives for you. Fundraisers are great but if you never learn to listen and hear we will never find our way home.

My Redress of Grievance has been submitted every year for eleven years not only with Democrats but Republicans. My only response was from Tim Horrigan that it would be at least a year before it could be submitted. I am combat related 100% disabled US Military Veteran. My complaints are of high ranking elected government officials and the NH Supreme Court violating the Constitution. I have submitted the documented facts. The newspapers censor the opinion letters of government wrongs that I write. The newspapers prevent me from running for elected state office as they announce other candidates but refuse to even print my opinion letters announcing my candidacy for NH State Senate. Just as this letter will be censored for the danger they want you to see in my character. Suicidal, a danger or may be a mental case could be said to be true descriptions of my life. I have TBI, PTSD, and Broken Back from one Vietnam offensive and limited hearing in both ears from another Vietnam offensive. My mind when in a state of flashback can become so depressed but there is no way out. Government officials to stop my opinion letters just like this one of government wrongs stopped my VA medical. The newspapers refuse to inform their readers claiming that they are a private business and can do as they wish no matter whom it may harm. The people must with out delay have abusive government actions in determent to our Constitution by government officials brought before the Redress of Grievance board.
We must create a law to prevent newspapers from censoring opinion letters of government wrongs. The people have rights and when a 100% disabled US Marine can have his medical care stopped for writing opinion letters of government wrongs nothing is safe. Silent demons eat my brain as the TBI bruises block the brain waves from free travel. I collapsed yesterday in my yard unnoticed for several hours as the pain in my back exceeded my head pain. I want to die because NH makes it so clear US Marines are not allowed to come back alive if we do not stay silent. Do you know what it is like to see the face of the child you killed every day and feel pride as this civilized society detests the acts freely done in a conflict declared by the very government officials that refuse to serve in our US Military.
Republican or Democrat they all reject this US Marine for the newspapers are believe to tell the truth as they publicly harm my character to benefit that special class of society. Bullied “US Military Veteran Speaks”
One of the smallest groups in the USA gives all for the freedom everyone else enjoys and lives by. Do US citizens even realize that about only ten percent of the US population ever serve in our US Military? It is repetitive to even speak for everyone listens the same thing over and over but the bulling of US Military Veterans continues because they listen but do not hear The thing is most veterans say nothing for getting over being a member of the US Military teaches us that we owe the US everything and do not want to bring the wrongs you classified what we did as home. What a strange thing to think and write of where no one cares or hears what we are! The newspapers refuse to print our letters of government wrongs. How much bulling can be called too much? The smallest group keeps the demons silent for we came home alive to a civilized society that will never be able to grasp the reality of. A joyous home coming turns to a harsh reality of civilized society bulling into submission of one of the smallest groups as the years pass.
Military moms should realize if their child comes back alive you would do this bulling to him or her and not even know. You see a change and one day forget he or she served and label loser to their resume. In school they showed so much potential to have a successful life and make you happy. The reality is even the newspapers classify us as a danger and refuse to print our letters. Maybe our letters to you do not make since. May be it is because you have never been there and cannot understand where we are. In a way I am lucky because from a TBI my complete memory of any memory of life before the MC is gone. My PTSD combined with the TBI makes my situation not fit any medical protocol but I am aware enough to speak out about the wrongs.
I filled out a survey for the NH government on VA medical care for NH US Military Veterans. The medical care is fantastic from the Medical staff, doctors and nurses. It is the maze of government regulation and rejection that is the problem. The survey did not ask about that. How do you tell the USA that we are people also? Stop the bulling and not only listen but hear what we are saying.
My letters make no since and skip around as many of you tell me all the time. Think what it is like being in my head and the VA stops my medical care for combat related disabilities. I have been there which makes me a proud member of one of the smallest groups in the USA.

Shooting the judges, government officials and maybe the editors cannot be the solution to stopping government wrongs when all other means of redress of grievance is complete. There has to be in a civilized society a means to communicate when the dominant party feels they are in total control. Freedom of Speech the precious gold that make the USA what it is for nothing can have any more value in a nation where the individual rights always comes first and foremost. Freedom of Press where newspapers were seen as important was for the people to understand the facts of government wrongs and rights by making laws to protect just such communication avenues. I as many US Military Veterans have physical and mental disabilities received in the line of duty of protecting and defending these rights documented in our Constitution. Editors and government officials cannot be allowed to use these US Military disabilities as retribution to seek and obtain total control of any individual’s life. Knowingly stopping medical care to induce suicide or violent criminal acts is not a solution we should take lightly.
This opinion letter clearly states criminal wrongs by judges, government officials and editors and will be censored in defiance to support the diminishing of our Constitution. The people have the right to learn that the NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case of government officials using the trusted power of government to take from local residents for the elected officials personal gains. Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution using the law to let the Madbury selectmen take for revenge and personal gain from local residents. It is the individual’s responsibility no matter what government retribution is used to stop me to fight against such wrongs to my death. It is the newspapers responsibility and legal obligation to print just such opinion letters of the individual of these government wrongs. Judges, Government officials and editors are using criminal acts to keep the public ignorant by silencing freedom of speech. They have pushed this 100% mental and physical combat related disabled US Military Veteran far beyond any humane limit and I still refuse to be violent. Our government flatly refuses the Constitutional requirement to” Redress of Grievance” when government wrongs becomes so common by high ranking officials abolishing all that violate the original constitution to stop them from diminishing it is justifiable. Shooting first is the solution to some harmed by these wrongs but that makes the public feel sorry for the dead government officials as the editors keep the public ignorant of the truth for it is going to happen again to more innocent individuals through greed of our leaders. If this is the USA then why not talk publicly of these government wrongs once and for all.
Redress of Grievance is the publics guaranteed right and government officials cannot diminish that right in any manner.

Manchester NH VA Hospital Eye floor

My apology
Yesterday I wrote a thank you letter to the eye floor of the Manchester VA Hospital. My letter got to the point but it gave the appearance of written by an ignorant person. I do want to thank TJ Bronco for commenting on my letter. It is always nice to hear that some one read it. I always get great service and help from the staff and doctors of the VA Hospital. When I am there they go out of their way to give me the best even if I do not ask for it. I could never say a bad thing about the Doctors and staff. It is the VA administration that is the problem and it is not only me that they do it to. To Red Flag a US Military veteran seeking medical care from the very disabilities they are limiting or stopping caused by the US Military Veterans service to the USA must never happen again. To have our government use medical care, as a weapon to teach US Military Veterans freedom of speech is limited to what the government allows goes against our Constitution. Retribution by government officials is against the law but that is exactly what the VA is doing to disabled veterans behind closed doors. It may have just been a coincident that a police guard was near or at the places including the entrance as my wife and I moved through the hospital so I just ignored it.
Yesterday I wanted to get a thank you letter off to the staff on the Eye floor even though my disabilities were acting up. I did not realize it was so sloppy. I wish the newspapers had printed it because these people should hear it from the US Military disabled Veterans that we appreciate what they do for us even against the administration’s wishes. Newspapers censor letters that not only hurts the writer but the people that it thanks and that is why censoring is wrong. I have to tell the VAH Manchester NH how great they are. I had an appointment yesterday and they took an old man not welcome by the VA to feel at home. My appointment was canceled at the last moment but they shuffled their patients around to make room so that I did not have to come back. Helpful friendly and going out of their way to help my wife and I get checked out. My wife comes because I forget some times because of my PTSD and TBI. US Military Veterans that go to the Manchester NH VA should and must be proud to have such people do so much. My medical care for my combat disabilities is still stopped but for other care it is free and abundant. I do want to apologize to the intern for the episode that I had while doing one of the tests. The lights were flashing and my finger just kept pushing the button to inform her when. I was in Cambodia again on convoy as American Advisor. Deep in the bush riding on the wooden bench seat of the lead truck as the night sky over the horizon lit up in bright orange flashes from the bombers pounding the enemy. Sharp deep pain kept entering my head as I pulled away from the machine not knowing where I was. I scared the lady just three days from her graduation from a Boston College Medical school. It is strange how great my physical condition is except for my four service-connected disabilities.
Great caring people that staff the Manchester VA Hospital are why the USA is so great. So I would like all of them to know how grateful this US Marine is for what they do.

Improve care for NH Veterans is a joke if you do not hear what all the US Military Veterans are saying. Medical care denied for combat related disabilities because the NH government and VA officials want a veteran to stop writing opinion letters of government wrongs. The newspapers are so adamant against freedom of speech that they refuse to inform their readers of the situation. The editors see no harm in deformation of one’s character but refuses to print response letters to their condemning articles. It is not just this Veteran all these wrongs are happening to. The VA over medicates some veterans to cover up the need for medical care. A former VA doctor now at the NH DOC tells how tests do not show damage to the US Military person’s brain from TBI and PTSD but most I denied because the veteran cannot prove the mental and physical conditions crippling civilian life for them. Suicide a clear fact in returning veterans is forced by harassing VA hotline calls and police harassment that this US Marine has asked to stop many times but they continue. They stop my medical care and put me in jail as a terrorist to stop my opinion letters. Six months loss of freedom and they drop the charges and two years later they restart my medical care not for the Combat related disabilities but any other medical care to publicly fluff my record in their cover up of government wrongs.
The VA and NH government have gone so far as to strip me of my Constitutional right to Redress of Grievance in front of the full house to stop government wrongs of prominent high ranking government officials. All this because the newspapers refuse to print that the NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case where Judge Peter Favuer criminally violated the Constitution to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to take for personal gain from the local residents. The documented facts presented to the NH SC and the newspapers refuse to print the opinion letters of government wrongs. It is sad when elections are not open for every citizen to run for state office. My mental and physical disabilities come from my USMC service to this very nation. I as in other elections announced my run for elected state office. The news media prints other candidate’s forums and announcements but refuses to print mine. The editors go so far as to even refuse to print my opinion letters of my forum. They can tell you that I am a danger and that you should be aware of my presence for this is the land of the free. I may be suicidal from my head trauma and my PTSD two of my four Service connected disabilities from the MC. I as all US Military gave for the very freedom being denied in my case. The news media goes so far as to refuse to inform the public that NH and the VA stop my medical care to stop my opinion letters. No medical care for the very disabilities the news media and government are telling you make me a danger and to be aware of my presences.
Freedom of speech is being denied by the news media to protect the public from people like me. I set my pain and disabilities aside every day to help at least just one person have a better day. The hopelessness traveling down the dark tunnel with no way out. The endless hours travel through the bush as American Advisor on convoy to deliver supplies to friendly camps. The VA (this conflict) calls it PTSD but it does not make me an idiot, as they want you to believe. It just makes me have something different to battle than you. You the Voters do not have to elect me for NH State Senate but it must be the voter choice not the editors or government.
The danger if I get elected is that telling the world of the criminal acts of the NH Supreme Court will become public knowledge. The NH SC refuse to hear a case where Judge Peter Fauver used the courts to allow the Madbury NH selectmen to take from local residents for the Selectmen’s personal gain. Fauver knowingly allowed the Madbury selectmen seek and get retribution against Madbury Residents the selectmen did not like.
Should the news media have the right to limit or stop such information from the public? The NH government goes so far as to violate the Constitution by refusing to allow my complaints of criminal government acts to harm the public by high-ranking elected government officials from the Redress of Grievance of the full house. There can be no worse harm to the people of NH and the USA than what the newspapers and NH government are doing to the citizens of the USA.

Suicide or murder
I can write opinion letters of government wrongs giving warning signs of what this civilized society would call a violent crime. Also are the signs of the results of Military connected TBI damaging the brain or may be PTSD changing the flow-Patten of brain waves. The end result is the consequences of no one hearing what my letters are saying even though they say they are listening while they read, some one will have to pay. Eleven calls yesterday to my home from the VA Suicide Hotline, Veterans Administration and others not for what I wrote but just plain harassment for no one heard the wrongs that are the catalyst to the out-come of the situation. The number of police, editors, elected officials, medical staff and many more get and read my letters every day not for the content but to look for reasons to incrassate me. It is like the Supreme Court over turning it’s own ruling on the amount of time it takes for mentally damaged veterans to be recognized if at all by the VA. What the SC said is it is ok for the wrongs to US Military Veterans until the government changes the rules. The government looks for ways to jail or medicate US Military Veterans rather than spend the money to treat. My letters make a permanent record but no one hears.
A broken back, PTSD, TBI and damaged hearing in both ears are my service-connected disabilities. Newspapers reject me as repetitive and crazy. I have no idea when, where or what will trigger my reliving parts of my MC tour. Some times I have a faint memory of my attempts or the evidence that one happen is the damage to my body that is left. It is like a few years back I jumped off a cliff and some how got my pant leg caught on the peak of a tree, which bent until I landed on the ground with only cuts, and bruises. Some things I remember forever to the minor detail, other things never happen in my thoughts. Something has to trigger my mind to work many times. I have scattered thoughts as I write and many call it repetitive or makes no since but no one will ever know because the VA and NH government stop my medical care for combat related disabilities hoping my actions will result in suicide or incrassation to stop the possibility some one will hear what I am saying.
Seau commits suicide and everyone talks about how TBI can result in brain damage. The US Military that come home damaged are ignored, rejected and lost until suicide or incrassation result. I tell the VA suicide hotline and the VA all the time to stop the harassing phone calls but they continue. I tell the police State and Local to stop the harassment but it continues. The news media supports this action for they refuse to print my opinion letters of government wrongs. No one wants to see the warning signs until it is to late.

People hear loud noises
How many people read my letters ever day and agree with the content because something similar happen to them. Abusive government actions by elected officials with good intent but have become greedy or lost their way. Maybe they just think sacrificing a few for the good of the majority is the best. Power grows greed as our forefathers said when drawing up the Constitution. The Veterans Administration uses US Military Veterans as guinea pigs and most believes they are getting the best care available. It is not the staff or the doctors that work at the hospital it is the administration working to stay with in a budget and when ever they see a politician needing press coverage they ask for more money to make it appear to the public we are getting the best care possible. I write about Carol Shea-Porter candidate for NH Congress in DC. The voters believe she is the best thing for US Military Veterans because the newspapers refuse to tell the other side. Censoring opinion letters just like this one has always been common practice of the editors but now slowly the readers are learning for there is slower but gradually growing Internet as more people read. People hear the loud noise of explosions and bullets but in a civilized society we should learn how to communicate first.

Crimes of the highest magnitude by high ranking government officials and this individual is ignored and ostracized. The Redress of Grievance committee for over eleven years has ignored my complaints. The VA stops my medical care for combat related disabilities and no one cares. Law enforcement and government officials publicly refer to me as “danger” “a Person with mental issues” but deny my medical care for what logical reason? PTSD and TBI referred by ex VA doctor Potenza “those injuries don’t show up on standard medical imaging tests”. My tests show according to VA doctors abnormal but inconclusive as they rate me with four service-connected disabilities 100% disabled. I relive with out warning life triggered by daily events a world most of you hopefully will never see. The newspapers want so much to convince the public of the danger that I am refusing to print my opinion letters of government wrongs is a daily event with the editors. The NH governor Lynch made me pay money to speak with him of government wrongs. I have the receipt but in what eight years we have not talked. Crimes of the highest magnitude inflicted intentionally against a 100% combat related disabled US Military Veteran and the USA ridicules my words.
Suicide is the top of my plate. I have no child hood memory from TBI in effect crippled with the PTSD no doctor can identify the affects of the damage to my brain. The pain of my broken back from a Vietnam offensive makes impulsive actions attract unwanted attention. The loss of most hearing in both ears from rifle fire, mortars, Jet blast and much more daily life as a US Military destroys life back here in the real world. Governor Lynch this US Marine with four service connected disabilities and you make me pay to tell you of government wrongs. The news media and elected government officials shun me as if some gook spell has made me contagious. I cannot be violent against other US citizens for I took and oath to protect and defend you at all costs. Reality of being there makes more since than being back here in the real world. Studies do no good if the abuse and neglect continue just under a different camouflage. Each war or conflict it is given a different name “battle fatigue” “PTSD” and many other names for the same old disability. The thing is people treating and dreaming up these commissions that have never been there. Not all veterans have been in a conflict or a war. Don’t get me wrong my belief is that every US Military veteran deserves the greatest respect and honor. Some one that has not lived with death and become so complacent with it becomes a part of your character cannot relate or understand. It is said the innocent child that left came back a monster. We did things people back here in the real world cannot even conceive as humanly possible. You cannot even listen to me for the disgust my feelings and description of events build in your mind. At 17 I joined the Marine Corps. I was shipped off to the Vietnam Conflict shortly after. The pride I felt with my first kill will never leave my mind for that was the second I felt a US Marine was created. I was American Advisor on Thai convoys delivering surplus supplies to friendly camps deep in the bush across Laos and Cambodia. One night we stopped at a friendly village and the enemy took me. I escaped their campsite and watched what looked like a 12 year-old gook about a click away walking guard die as I pulled my bayonet out. I did what many back here call despicable, uncivilized acts during my time in the MC. I have a TBI from the MC, which took my complete memory of any part of my life before the MC. I came back to a world that I knew no one or had ever been here before. I have what they call PTSD for I relive events daily of what I have done. I have attempted suicide many times over the years since I have returned. A veteran has to be careful how much you tell the VA for they will take the veterans freedom under medical reasons or attempt to medicate you to clear the books of your need for help.
Your article describes Dan Potenza from the Manchester VA in your article. Dr Potenza treated me and he has my permission to speak about me to any one he wants. Potenza’s description of the light switch is perfect in what life feels like. The VA and NH government claim that I am a danger so they refuse to treat my combat medical needs. Can you imagine not treating medical needs of any person to stop free speech? It is happening right here in NH to a 100% disabled US Marine.

The NH Union Leader had a front-page column on their practice of reporting the news. One of the most important parts of reporting the news is hearing what the readers have to say. Our founding fathers felt so strongly about unbiased news reporting that they made part of our highest law protecting freedom of the press. The UL does favor certain parties that they figure will benefit them. The words of their own editor Drew “The UL will not print your opinion letters because they hurt powerful people with good reputation”. It is just like this response letter to their front-page article on ethics. Every story has two sides and both sides need to be told. The story of the UL biased reporting to censor opinion letters of government wrongs because they may hurt people with good reputation is facts the UL readers must be informed about. Joseph McQuaid makes a good claim but what do the readers thing. Telling all sides no matter who they hurt even the profits of the UL is the ethical way to report the news.
I as a citizen of NH tell the world of Judge Peter Fauver criminal acts using the trusted power of the people to harm Madbury NH residents to enable the local selectmen to take from taxpaying residents for the selectmen’s own profit or gain. I kiss my wife good-bye and pleasantly tell her I love you and see you tonight as she leave for work today. No one could tell at that very moment suicide is on my mind. The force that a football player is hit in the head to receive millions of dollars to play makes civilized society want to recognize as a cause of suicide. US Military hundreds of times a day have explosions in their ears from rifle fire, enemy mortars going off close enough to ring our bell, Jet blasé with in fifteen feet of an F-4 in after burner as we direct the pilot that he hook skipped. The force of the jet blasé is so powerful it picks up the US Military person and deposits them hundreds of feet away. Enemy bullets ding of ones helmet as the perimeter wire is approached. Laying in a benjo ditch as the enemy patrol passes with in inches for you followed orders not to lock and load until in eminent danger of death while American Advisor on friendly convoys deep into the bush. The ultimate experience of hand-to-hand combat with the enemy deep in the bush to escape the enemy camp and continue as the death of another accelerates you to eternity as the vision of a dead child you killed never leaves. A seventeen-year-old child becomes a US Marine and one day pleasantly kissing his wife good-bye as she leaves for work.
A 100% disabled US Marine is not eligible to be entitled to a Redress of Grievance hearing to tell the full legislative body of the NH government of wrongs. High-ranking government officials and Judges inflict harm through retribution on this disabled US Marine and no one hears as they say they listen. The VA suicide hotline harasses by phone, Law enforcement harasses family and friends to cause isolation, incrassation under the patriot act to teach a natural born citizen to obey government authority, all leads to what the news media wants the public to see. Judge Peter Fauver and the NH Supreme Court criminally violated the NH and US Constitution to allow the Madbury NH selectmen to take from locals for the selectmen’s own profit and gain. This cover-up is based on the Mental and physical disabilities received fighting so people like Junior Seau can get millions.
The news media has shown that a 100% disabled US Marine that fought for our freedom is not worth anything near what Junior Seau and other millionaires are. NH-VA hospital health care Administer testifies to the censored complaints my opinion letters have been stating for years. Newspapers refuse to print my opinion letters for the good people in high places the editors tell me will be hurt by them. US Military Veterans being hurt by wrongful health care for injuries received defending the USA and freedom does not deserve freedom of speech to express what the Veterans Administration is doing to kill us. Documented facts by high-ranking VA official to miss use of drugs to show care is given. Fluffing medical records to document care given when it is not. Blaming the disabled Veteran as “resistant to treatment” to make the patient the one in the wrong not the VA. I have written to Dr Marc Levenson many times only to be rejected and placed with a Red Flag to cause more physical and mental disabilities. Retribution and harm to Veteran’s health is common practice at the Manchester VA Hospital. The Doctors and Staff give 110% to every patient but are limited by the illegal and improper directions of people like Marc Levenson.

Death and destruction it appears this civilized society wants over talking to solve problems. Elected government officials answer my letters telling of criminal violations of our Constitution by high-ranking government officials and the charges are put off and not improved. NH Bill of Rights article ten-a “if government does not provide for and protect the whole community and does not improve when shown its errors, the people must either reform the old or establish a new government”, b “not changing the government when it is oppressive, is slavish or just plainly ridiculous”. Elected government officials to protect the character of judges that violate the Constitution are ignoring our highest laws. It is not like these charges are not true. The facts are documented in the government’s own records. I refuse to be violent so my constitutional rights are diminished. Our government stops my medical care for combat related disabilities and no one cares. How far will our government push in their attempt to cause my (PTSD, TBI) combat related disabilities make me do something for them to take my freedom or kill me? The Constitution no longer regulates the cruel and retaliatory harm inflicted by government officials on US Military Veterans that came back disabled. I took an oath as a US Marine to protect and defend our Constitution to my death. I honestly feel lost and hopeless as the pain in my head and body is out of control.
Our government officials do not want to talk about the truth of violation of the Constitution by their fellow club members against the individual of the state of NH. You have no idea what it is like to come back to the world “USA” with no memory of ever being here before. I live in a world pressured to kill the enemy over and over then all of a sudden I live in a world where people tell me they are my family and friends growing up. Danger for the safety of others is how to cripple and alienate those not wanted back here. There is no rational way to justify what the NH government is doing to protect criminal wrongs of our Constitution against the peace and dignity of the State of NH.
When a citizen can put in writing Crimes of the highest magnitude by high ranking government officials and judges all checks and balances to stop such wrongs must be taken without delay. The Redress of Grievance committee must call the entire house to order and let that citizen bring the criminal wrongs of government to the floor of the legislative body with no delay.
