Serious criminal acts by high-ranking government officials and there is no policy to protect the individual. NH State Rep Tim Horigan informs me my complaint is moot. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case where Judge Peter Fauver used the trusted power of the people through the courts to allow the Madbury NH selectmen to take from local residents for the selectmen’s own profit and gain. The news media claims that I am so dangerous they refuse to print my opinion letters of government wrongs. Our elected officials, courts and newspapers are all well informed for these criminal acts because I send them all a letter every day. This is not the first time that I have been led to believe help was on the way only to be missed led. Our government stops my medical care through the VA for combat related disabilities and it is ignored. What is the breaking point and what are the consequences if I reach it. If it were the average citizen on the street that broke even just a little law all efforts to bring justice would be set in motion. Serious crimes by high-ranking government officials to use government power to take from the individual and they ignore it. What does the Bill of Rights even exist for?
The Constitution says there is no statute or limitation or deadline for submitting petitions of criminal acts by government officials against the peace and dignity of the state of NH. The governor made me pay money to speak with him of government wrongs. I have a receipt. Conflict of interest and discrimination by our highest court the NH Supreme court to protect a brother judge intentionally harming the individual with criminal acts using court powers. The courts and elected government officials put me in jail under the Patriot act to silence my opinion letters of government wrongs. I am a legal, natural born US citizen with four disabilities connected to my military service to protect and defend our Constitution.
I have followed every legal means to properly correct wrongs in our government to be mentally and physically harmed by retribution by law enforcement and government officials. Our government informs me that government authority ruins over us and there is no way to protect the individual from government atrocities. The news media believes so truly that I present a danger they refuse to inform the public. I never came back to the real world “USA”. I am still fighting gooks in some god-forgotten place for eternity, as it seems. It once dawned on me that there is no way back from the Conflict. Who would ever believe serious criminal act by high-ranking NH government officials to intentionally harm individuals of the USA. Who would ever believe the news media would not pick up on such a true story. You back there are so blind to question why suicide before coming home is not an option.

Another Week
Another week of life gone and still no one in this civilized society government will speak to me of government wrongs. They keep saying violence is the wrong way to solve problems to what degree. The news media feels so intent in protecting the public from someone such as the 100% disabled US Military Veteran allowing trusted government officials to violate the law and Constitution has become common practice. “A dead gook is the only gook you can trust” is a saying heard every day over there. I have sworn that back here in the real world violence will not be a part of my life. You people are too precious to consider such an act. My mind is not the same as anyone else from the Traumatic Brain Injury, PTSD, Broken back, and loss dramatically reduced hearing in both ears. I do not want pity from anyone but does that give the news media the right to censor my words and the government the right to take what Part First of the NH Constitution guarantees every single citizen of the USA. I am a combat related disabled US Marine having mental and physical challenges every day to the extent I need help. I have asked to speak with the NH Redress of Grievances only to be shunned and ignored causing my mental and physical disabilities received from fighting for freedom to need the medical care stopped by the VA and NH government to stop my guaranteed right to freedom of speech and opinion letters of government wrongs.
You let the NH governor Lynch force me to pay money if I wanted to speak with him of these criminal government wrongs by the NH Supreme Court, Judge Peter Favuer, State and local police and many more. My disability pension is limited but I paid and only to have my money wasted for the governor did not speak to me. Charging a voter to speak to elected government officials about government wrongs is a crime of the highest magnitude so stated in our highest law the Constitution. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case where Judge Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to enable the Madbury NH selectmen take from local residents for the selectmen’s own personal gains. The criminal government wrongs continue every day to stop my efforts to help the citizens of the USA. The news media does not believe it is the right of the people to hear of such criminal wrongs. Another week in the life of a 100% disabled US Marine as the Gooks appear more and more every single day. Where do we go from here, as this next week will end soon?
The news media is blocking the guaranteed rights of every individual to stop government wrongs. Another week and who’s responsible for the Consequences of a 100% disabled Veteran if the Gooks appear at the wrong time. Government retribution to stop free speech cannot be tolerated. The government stopping any person’s medical care for any reason is just wrong.

Will you inform me if you receive my petition from NH Rep Phil Ginsburg as he has informed me that he did summit it to the committee? I guess my question is directed to Paul Ingbretson the chairman. I realize that the reason for your ignoring my R of G’s for the past eleven years is because of the danger you perceive my existence as a combat US Marine to be. AS I have explained numerous times I came back from the Vietnam Conflict 100% disabled from four separate disabilities three being combat related. I did a thirty-one month tour over seas as a US Marine. I would also like the people mentioned in my petition notified also just incase they decide to communicate is the way to solve these problems. Veterans Administration, Governor Lynch, the NH Supreme Court justices, the Madbury NH selectmen along with the State and Local police and do not forget the local sheriff for his detaining me to integrate me illegally because communication is the civilized manner we should solve our differences. Oh and don’t forget Judge Fauver.
The news media should also be notified as they see that it is their job to censor certain US citizens from the public. We live in a nation where the freedom of the individual is the primary and most important aspect of the USA. Any citizen that can publicly name high-ranking government officials for intentional criminal acts against and in defiance of our constitution to harm US citizens it is the news media’s obligation to inform their readers. If not legally, morally and ethically as so defined in our Constitution It is the R of G C obligation by law.

We the child that went off to foreign soil to fight for people that we did not and will not ever know. We that child comes back changed in ways treatment from doctors and clinics have no way of seeing what is in our head. Many are rejected or just prefer to stay away from the Veterans Administration for the treadmill requires to many guilt driven paths. Our elected government officials make asking any one of them for help beyond the character of we that return. The VA red Flag one of the most harmful weapons against a disabled US Military Veteran ever imposed under the term safety. The Red Flag is as bad as the NH government putting a 100%combat related disabled US Military Veteran in jail as a terrorist under the Patriot Act to stop opinion letters of government wrongs. I got a response from Mr. Ginsburg yesterday that my Redress of Grievance has been submitted to the Committee. WE must ask why no newspaper or media has let the public know true facts of government wrongs to hurt the citizens of the USA.
The Redress of Grievance committee will only pick up on these wrongs written by a 100% disabled US Marine if some form of publicity is generated for our government officials only work for recognition in the voters eye. It has been over ten years and eleven times rejected for safety reasons from the committee. The government and newspapers have gone so far as to publicly harm my character in retribution to stop opinion letters. The government claims mental issues make me a danger to the public, as they stop my VA medical care as a weapon to stop my words from becoming public. What is the purpose of a Redress of Grievance committee if only cases a government official submits is heard. What good is our Constitution if the government can diminish the law in allowing Redress of Grievances but limit it to only complaints our government believes are worth hearing. What is the purpose of the news media if they only inform the public of facts they believe will not hurt that special class of citizens with power over us?

Blinded by the light that no one sees. My own government refuses to even acknowledge that I exist. Trapped with the miss understanding if I ever did come home or is this just the consequences of being a US Marine. Deprived medical care for combat related disabilities when all others tell me things like this do not happen in the USA. We are a civilized society where everyone as equal access to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness for this is the USA. No one in government will speak or listen to me as everyone tells me communication is a civilized society’s manner to solve problems with out violence. The NH Governor charges me money to speak with him of government wrongs, takes my money but never speaks. The NH Constitution our highest law makes this a crime but it is done publicly and no one cares. The Constitution guarantees everyone the right to Redress of Grievances to inform the full legislative body of the wrongs committed by government officials against the peace and dignity of the State. The NH government changes the Constitution without the knowledge of the people to diminish the guaranteed rights of the individual making the Constitution to a worthless piece of paper. The NH Supreme Court protects brother judges by refusing to hear cases such as Judge Peter Fauver criminally violating the Constitution to position the Madbury selectmen to take from local residents for the selectmen’s own person gains. The newspapers censor the public communicating the government wrongs for the safety of the public from the danger of a US Marine free in civilized society. My Traumatic Brain Injury crippled by PTSD lets society see a mentally deranged person creating a danger to the public. This justifies the courts and government for the safety of the community to take my rights away. Talking Violence
We live in a civilized society where to solve problems we need to talk but what does one do if no one will talk. You do not have to like what the other person is saying. Using character assignation or publicly taking ones credibility as a means to keep others from hearing what one individual is saying is what our government officials have become. Redress of Grievance was placed in our Constitution to make sure the people had a way to communicate with elected official to keep them informed of wrongs in government. They tell you that I am a danger, as they take words out of context to inflame the public. They refuse to tell you that our government stops my medical care for combat related disabilities. The list of government wrongs to stop me goes on with no solution. My letters spell out criminal wrongs from the NH Supreme Court justices to the pettily cop on the street. My medical conditions are the reason our government gives to scare the public to hate and condemn me. The newspapers contribute to this mob rule by printing articles to support government wrongs to harm me but fail to print response letters telling the public the other side. Another Redress of Grievance letter was submitted to our government officials, as the news media refuses to inform the public. I am such a mentally deranged person it is because I gave for the freedom you our government are taking from me. I refuse to use violence, which just does not fit into the response our government officials are trying to draw out.
I spelled out wrongs from the NH SC justices, Governor Lynch, all the way down. PTSD rages in my head but as thousands of other US Military Veterans I live with the consequences to peacefully fit into this civilized society I once dreamed of coming home too. I have a Traumatic Brain Injury that permanently injured my brain and the VA tells me medical tests show only minor effects. My broken back that shows up, on x-ray does not deserve treatment because I refused an operation to correct it. The doctors at the time told me there was a 50/50 chance of not walking after the operation. My loss of hearing in both ears from explosions, being blown off the runway and rifle fire continuously so close to the ear cannot be corrected even by the best. Yet I am forced to pay money to our elected governor to speak with him on government wrongs. My money is taken but we never speak but in my possession is a receipt to document the event happen. Spelling out the wrongs with out using violence has to work to live in a civilized society.
I had a deep PTSD episode the other night and my wife lived through it. I do not remember it but from the distance my wife stays from me it is clear. Was I suicidal is hard for me to judge. It appears civilized society is a place we (not all Veterans) do not belong. Our government has evolved to realize certain individuals for the safety of the public must be driven out. This civilized society clearly wants to solve this problem no matter what laws are broken. What has the “real world” USA evolved too?

What happen?
I have no idea how to get through to government officials. I keep telling every one that I will not be violent. Violence can have no place in my world. It is a strange thing that a civilized society would call me paranoid and a danger for I have hurt no one. I volunteer to help others, as my need to make sure what so many over the history of the USA that fought for our freedom is not in Vain. I have four life changing disabilities from my tour in the USMC. I am not looking for pity or any other sorrow. Newspapers feel it is their privilege as a private business to stop my communication with others through the news media. I feel so strange at this very moment. It is like I have nothing to say. NH State Rep Paul Ingbretson gave me some names and address of State Rep’s that are supposed to represent me. Over the years I have been in contact with them so my delivering personally a copy of my letter yesterday will be another useless form of government non-action. No one can explain why I came back alive. Rambling letters of no solution is what I have. It is just like talking to our government. My Regress of Grievance letter went to the newspapers yesterday and just from the content should have been front page in every newspaper across the USA. My personal signed letter went to the NH governor and seven NH State Reps plus emails went to all NH reps and senators. My emails go out to well over 5 thousand emails every day. I became disabled fighting for a nation where government served the people not mastered them. The newspapers even refuse to inform the public that my medical care was stopped for combat disabilities to stop my freedom of speech. A country built on ideas and no freedom to express them is granted.
My disabilities rage in my head as they call it PTSD a label for public awareness to bring fear to those around us. TBI destroyed parts of my brain to have the VA say nothing is wrong. A nation to this day I have no memory of before joining the MC tells me that I am welcome but strips me of my rights. I broke my back during one Vietnam offensive to have the VA rate it as a minor injury. Seeing and hearing the mortars, jet blast and rifle fire that took most of my hearing in both ears is all around me yet back here no one else sees or hears what I do. Medication to suppress any form of life is the VA solution to all US Military Veterans not just my situation. We are the ones that fought for the existence of the USA for the people, as those that return are placed out of sight for what we represent. My words are just like the Constitution worthless if government officials control ideas of the public to what the government wants to be expressed.
Danger signs continue from the silent arm of government retribution to make the public paranoid that I am allowed to be free. NH State Rep. Janet Wall, Judith Spang, Jenna Roberts, Naida Kaen, Tim Horrigan, Philip Ginsburg I ask you to present this petition to the committee?
The chairman of the Redress of Grievance Committee wants me to ask each of my NH State representatives to present my petition. Write a simple letter explaining the wrongs. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case where Judge Peter Favuer criminally used the law to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to take from local residents for personal gain. NH SC Docket N 2003-0477 clearly lays out the fact and the NHSC refused to hear the case. NH under the Patriot act to stop my opinion letters of government wrongs put me in jail taking my freedom for six months for government retribution. NH Governor John Lynch made me pay money to speak to him of government wrongs. I have the receipt and we still have not talked. The list just continues as NH and the Veterans Administration stop my medical care for combat related disabilities and you do nothing. Every citizen is granted the right to a Redress of Grievance with out obstacles or any interference from any elected or government official what so ever. The Constitution grants we the people this right. The State and local police make routine visits to my home to intimidate my family and friends. The local sheriff detains me with several hours of interrogation to create a reason to arrest me all because I tell the world in my opinion letters of judge Peter Favuer’s criminal acts to harm the people of NH and the USA. I have run for elected position in the NH State Government only to have the newspapers refuse to print my opinion letters telling the voters who I am.
Conflict of interest and Discrimination by the NH Supreme Court is a wrong that clearly merits the full Legislative body to hear my case. Police harassment, Government officials making me pay to speak to them, judges taking my freedom to stop my opinion letters, stopping my medical care, telling the public of the danger my character is. Harassment by the VA suicide hotline daily, add up to the determent of this 100% combat related disabled US Marine. I have heard many times how a civilized society communicates to solve problems. NH had in every possible way used intimidation and retribution to inspire a violent act to justify taking my freedom. I did eight convoys across Thailand, Laos and Cambodia delivering surplus supplies to friendly camps deep in the bush. On one convoy during a night stop at a friendly village the enemy took me. While two fell asleep from to much rice wine I killed the third with a bayonet and escaped. The confines of jail by a judge to teach me who has power brought my PTSD and TBI to new heights of reality. With my bare hands I have earned the right to present my Redress of Grievance in the State of New Hampshire. Veterans Administation Care Giver

VA care giver
Mental health issues, PTSD, Traumatic Brain Injury, and physical disabilities such as broken back and loss of hearing are some of the problems affecting US Military Veterans coming home today. These are also the disabilities many Veterans came home from the Vietnam Conflict with. These four are the ones that affect my life every day. I must give Paul Ingbretson NH State Rep credit he has contacted me again and seems as though he wants to help. In his words “get the ball rolling”. I bring Paul into this paragraph as I read the article in Veterans Today about caregivers paid by the VA to help disabled veterans. Also in the article it tells how government officials hamper US Military Veterans. “VA bureaucracy is “so frustrating” such a run around” are the words to describe how a VA official sees the VA. VA staff notes, “Veterans don’t know where to go”, think how a disabled person is mentally and physically cut off by political maneuvering. I have had many politicians say that they want to help only to be used as a proper gander to in rich the voter’s eyes during election time. The VA stops my medical care for combat related disabilities to stop my freedom of speech and there is no one to help not even the VFW or the American Legion. One of the key things we that return see in the USA is how what we learned over there cannot come home. We see in our selves that you do not understand the effects of PTSD. The VT article put it perfectly such as the outbursts of rage; anxiety around people; nightmares; flashbacks, the jitters from constantly being on the look out for danger and just the fact the veteran is not their old self describes the obstacles no one hears us describe. This is why US Military Veterans refuse to use violence. This is why I will not be violent. Out bursts and rage sometimes escapes but readily taken under control. The Constitution gives every citizen the Redress of Grievance to publicly tell the government of wrongs committed by other government officials. Political games have made it so that a reprehensive has to present a complaint if they choose. To diminish any one right of any one individual cannot be tolerated, that is what our highest law reads. The people at all times must be legally allowed to present their case of government wrongs at a grievance hearing of the full legislative body. Civilized society pushes veterans into violent acts of origin from combat disabilities and then put us in jail. As in my case if you cannot get me to have a violent act you declare under the patriot act and jail me as a terrorist.
I have in-depth described criminal wrongs by the NH Supreme court, Judge Peter Fauver, the Madbury NH selectmen and many more to have my constitutional rights completely diminished to protect the wrongs of government. Mental health issues
People are complaining of who we elect not doing what is good for the people or even what they promised when being elected. Newspapers censor the facts to enable. How do we make it so that opinion letters, editors deem destructive or dangerous are citizen’s point of view get printed? My letters hurt people according to the editors but they are the truth and if what I say hurts then elected officials like Carol Shea-Porter should not have done the wrongs. I have mental health issues and the government has stopped my Veterans Medical for combat related disabilities. The newspapers will not print my letters on government wrongs. Some times I feel as if I have lost it. What if something goes wrong, as it will be my fault for jail will become my home. Our government has gone to far as to take away the Constitutional provision of the Redress of Grievance. The elected official has to present it to the Redress Committee. What if no elected official will do that what is the solution then? It cannot be the courts for it is the NH Supreme Court that violated the Constitution to protect a brother judge. The NH SC refused to hear a case of Judge Peter Favuer using the law to let the Madbury NH selectmen take from local resident for the selectmen’s own self gains and profit. I have four disabilities from my tour in the USMC. State Senator Amanda Merrill who represents my district will not help. It is not just her all the State and Federal Senator and Representatives refuse to help or even recognize my existence. Shea-Porter once had me arrested and attempted to take my freedom to stop my freedom of speech.
Newspapers and news media censor but are the first to make a fuss if their rights are diminished. Whom do we complain to before the public safety becomes an issue? The enemy once took me while American Advisor on convoy and NH put me in jail under the Patriot Act to intimidate to stop my free speech I wish death before dishonor so I will never be taken alive again. NH State Rep Paul Ingbretson We listen but never hear.
My answer from the head of the NH Redress of Grievance committee came with in a day. “Protocol is to get a NH State rep to sponsor your petition,” signed Paul Ingbretson NH State Rep. The Constitution gives every citizen the right to Redress of Grievance but even more important the NH government is aware of the wrongs at the NH Supreme Court and governor Lynch yet even a state rep does nothing. The newspapers feel my existence is a joke so protocol is to ignore and censor to protect the public. My phone rang off the hook yesterday from the VA wanting to help me. Yes the Suicide hotline wanted to talk me out of suicide. The VA staff wanted to talk to me to ask if I felt OK. I was dropped into a US Marine Uniform at seventeen with no memory of life before from TBI. Duty and effort developed my mind to kill and complete the mission at any cost. One day with only the memory of a conflict I was dropped back into the real world “USA” to start a new life. The limitation of no memory and having so many round-eyed girls available started a five-year adjustment just to exist in the real world. Civilized society is one of the cruelest places to live if the people hate the conflict you came from. The Pain of my broken back from one Vietnam offensive and the limited hearing in both ears from another Vietnam Offensive I accepted as normal in every citizen. The flashbacks and nightmares were of a place that if to exist here never telling anyone was the only way. The VA in the 70’s refused to help me unless I could prove my injuries were from my time in a conflict. Soon the VA decided my disabilities were real and wanted to medicate me into a world of my own. I survived eight truck convoys deep into the bush to deliver surplus supplies to friendly camps. I lived a life like most US Marines at the time where maggots had better food and living conditions. I hold some of the highest pride for what we did to protect and defend the nation that spit on me when I got off the plane that day so long ago. I would not wish on any person what we went through but I also would not trade a minute of it for I have achieved and done many things citizens back here in the real world cannot accept as humanly possible.
My answer has to be if in writing I tell of criminal acts by the NH Supreme Court and Judge Peter Favuer of the Madbury NH selectmen using the trusted power of government to take from local residents Why? My NH State Senator Amanda Merrill does nothing even though I have talked to her. My local State Reps I have written too and they do nothing. US Rep Carol Shea-Porter calls the police as do other government officials and VA to stop my putting the government wrongs in opinion letters. Every one of you refuses to help just like Paul Ingbertson.
The VA red Flagg’s me, stops my medical care, rejects me, and much worse yet harassment on the phone must prove to themselves that they are trying to help a US Marine and Military disabled Veteran to camouflage the criminal wrongs.

Redress of Grievance NH- Madbury NH

Redress of Grievance
“The one provision of our Constitution designed to protect our citizens from government abuse”. These are the words of members of our Redress of Grievance Committee and they refuse to respond to my letters and complaints. A 100% combat related disabled US Military Veteran harmed by intentional government abuse and the committee ignores me. There is no Statute of Limitations on criminal acts by the NH Supreme Court Justices violating the Constitution to protect one of their own brother judges by intentional harm to the citizens of the USA. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case where Judge Peter Fauver ignored the facts in the case to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to take from local residents for the selectmen’s own personal profit and gains. The Documented facts were presented to the NH SC and they refused to hear the case. Over the year the Redress of Grievance Committee has refused to even acknowledge my existence never mind respond to my letters and officials complaints. Judge Fauver had the local sheriff come to my home to threaten me. They only detained me for several hours of integration (not arrest me) so that made it legal. I was put in jail as a terrorist under the patriot act, losing my freedom for six months to attempt to scare me to stop writing opinion letters of government wrongs. The government wrongs just keep increasing every day and constitutes a form of bulling and harassment by government officials including Law enforcement and Judges. I am a 100% combat rated disabled US Military Veteran and my medical care is stopped by NH and the VA to teach me to obey government authority. They claim that I am a mental case as my military disabilities include head trauma and PTSD did occur fighting for the very Constitution referred to by our Redress of Grievance committee.
Newspapers do not feel it is appropriate to print my opinion letters for the mental state and danger to society our government officials want the public to see. Government retribution is against the law. I have run for elected state office and the Newspapers favor others and censor my exposure that constitutes a clear interference with an election. Our government uses every possible means to inflict harm and isolation on this 100% disabled US Marine but refuses to correct the wrongs inflicted by the very people trusted by the voters to represent every citizen equally without diminishing any one right of any one individual never.
It is shown illegal immigrants have more effort put forward for them than the NH government will put forward for a disabled US Military Veteran. I am sure this letter will have the NH State Police at my door again. Government retribution is clear and present in NH as my case proves it.

Suicide is not an option
I want so much at this very moment to die. My head is spinning at the rate of light and my need just keeps growing. I see as driving to get out of my truck and run full speed at on coming eighteen-wheeler and use my body to end the insulation that the Marine Corps instilled in me. I by no way belong here. People today came up to me as they passed by and used my name Mr. Macdonald to say, “How’s it going Mr. Macdonald. I have no idea. My belief in fighting for a government that is for the people, not power just do not exist. Where am I and how did I get here? I came back to a society that will not accept me and I have no way out. Amnesia or just plain ignorant it does not matter. Every one respects me and wants me to volunteer to help them or acknowledges my helping as a volunteer someone they know or /and love me. Should newspapers or any one person have the right to stop public awareness of any person running for public elected office? If voters could chose for themselves who is the better candidate maybe this would be a better nation. The editor believes that I am such a danger my words and life must be censored from public information. The voters must be kept in the dark about my plans if I won the NH State Senate seat. I do not believe in Dem or Rep parties. It is the people that are my only concern. The people have a right to know all about every candidate running for public office. The people have a right to know every little detail of every action while in office. The people have a right to know every detail they want to on every bill and hidden cost our elected officials are doing. The people should have a right to know the crimes and wrong doings of every person holding a trusted public position in the state of NH and the USA. I ran for Oyster River School Board this past month and my words were censored. The new school board in their first action went back to the old way of non-public sessions to hide facts from the public. This would not happen if I was elected for it is the public’s right to know all of what our government is doing no matter what. If elected as a NH State Senator that is what I would guarantee every citizen the right to know all that they want too.
The Veterans Administration with the help of the State of NH have stopped my medical care for combat related disabilities until I stop writing opinion letters just like this one. The editors believe this is correct and support such criminal acts by censoring my words of government wrongs from the public. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case that I presented to them of Judge Peter Favuer criminally violating the Constitution to cover up government wrongs. Innocent people die in war to stop dominating government action to control the public or self gain against the peace and dignity of the State. My disabilities come from just such actions on foreign soil. The public has been made so afraid of me that citizen’s flinch when they hear I am present. How do you know when it starts? People get mad at what I say and think because they just do not have the guts to say what is on their minds. Helping other people, volunteering to give to make the community and USA better for all. Self-pain, anguish even hardship makes it all worth it if future generations can live to be free and prosper better than we. Today is Patriots Day a holiday in some states to mark the 1775 battle of Lexington. People, US citizens willing to give their lives to make life better here for future generation. Death happens all around us every day of people we like and ones we hate. A pillar of the community dies as a hero saving a brother in the line of duty even though it maybe was the chief’s own selfish view and goal to rid the community of unwanted US citizen before he retired. The maybe other view of the unwanted citizen maybe a pillar that went astray and was finding his way back when evil acts of people in power destroyed his achievements. US Military men and women over the history of the USA give their lives every day for what to come home to a society that decides who can live in a community and whom cannot. The primary goal has to be that every citizen has the right to speak freely and with out government authority telling us what is right and wrong with our words.
To protect and serve cannot be at the law enforcement evil empire goal of a special class and all others can be evicted from their town. Freedom of speech cannot be the news media’s choice to only inform others of what they believe is correct and non-dangerous to the community. I volunteer not for your love or hate but because I came back alive when many better than I gave to stop just this type of wrongs against our Constitution. I actually in my own demented mind earned my right to be here by killing other human beings for your freedom. Does this make it right for law enforcement and government officials to decide which communities are the right place for me to live? Does this justify law enforcement and government officials using harassment and terror to seek retribution as a means to make me obey their authority? If I kill these pillars of the community the news media and civilized society will praise law enforcement and government officials and ignore the root cause of the reason it happen. What have I become? Riding down to coffee this morning a new dark SUV pulled out from a side street just after I left my driveway. I could see it hanging back so as not to let me identify it as a cop. The State and local police harassment may take it toll and what is the consequence for theirs or my actions taken? Do law enforcement protect and serve the public as originally designed or has their position taken to enforce the strong arm of government to eliminate those that openly speak of wrongs. I go to bed at night waiting for that after hours knock on my door, as Law enforcement is there to take me away. It has happen several times over the years to attempt to silence my free speech. I refuse to be violent disrupting their attempts to make me to break the law to give just cause for public support to accept the consequence they want to be the outcome. I have no idea if the SUV was a cop or just innocent people going for a newspaper to read the unbiased facts of yesterday.
I am a 100% disabled US Marine with Combat support injuries that effect my ever day back here in the real world (USA). My medical care has been stopped except for useless appointment to fluff my record file. I went to the VA Hospital yesterday and the doctors and people working there are friendly, helpful and the best anyone could ask for. They treat only what the Veterans Administration tells them that they can. I live every day with the fact I still have no memory of life growing up before the MC. I remember and forget things at random. PTSD is a daily diagnosis that disrupts my day at any unknown moment and people around me will not even know except my character changes. I endure the pain of my broken back from one Vietnam offensive to volunteer to help others for that is what we are fighting for. My serious loss of hearing in both ears affects my interpretation of what others are saying at times as back ground noise is deadly to my abilities from being blown up and off runways during another Vietnam offensive.
Newspapers do not believe the public can be made aware of my life. The danger and fear that the NH Government and VA officials want instilled in the public perception of my character is clear government retribution. What causes a US citizen to snap? Could it be one last thing to do before retiring from law enforcement to miss use the law to harass and destroy a person believed is not good enough to live in your town? Could it be an illegally obtained search warrant that the NH Attorney General will not release to the public for the truth of law enforcement wrongs is covered up by the Blue Wall shield of protection.
My opinion letters do not say the right thing so that is a great reason not to inform the public of the other side. They will tell you my medical care being stopped is all in my head. They will tell you the record is sealed for the public’s safety.
What have I become? Now I understand why many in country commit suicide rather than come back and expose our loved ones to the reality of what the USA is becoming. Paranoid or a mental treatment for combat related disabilities has been stopped until I relinquish my freedom of speech of government wrongs. What are the Consequences and who is responsible. That rogue cop that is the pride of the community or the struggling citizen not welcome is something to think of. Do not take this letter wrong. Never trust a cop
Sad thing to say, we should never trust a cop. The truth is for your own safety and freedom that is the case. They are not like the rest of us. Cops can lie if in the effort to get a citizen to say something to hang him or herself. Each individual hears what others say in their own way so cops change what you meant to meet what they want to hear to hang you. A NH State Trooper calls me to ask my location so that he can speak to me. I ask him what about. The Trooper informs me a Mass State Trooper contacted him about one of my letters and for safety reasons asked this NH cop to talk with me. We the innocent US Citizen must always tell the truth or they can arrest us for telling a lie. I honestly believe it is a friend playing a joke over the phone but how do I know? I told the Trooper I would be home by three but that was not good enough. Several times my cell phone got disconnected from the Trooper but he just kept calling back. Soon I shut my phone off for the harassment was out of line. Oh that is right Cops do not harass it is for our safety they can harass and take out of context what we say and do.
My letters are clear and tell of criminal acts by judger Peter Fauver and the NH Supreme Court. Sorry these are all member of the Blue Wall type of club that covers each other’s back against justice for the citizen. If they read my letters to attempt to interpret them to hang me then why not solve the crimes by trusted Blue Wall members of the Justice Department. I have not been violent and will not be violent for that is not what coming back to the real world (USA) was all about. They stop my medical care for combat related disabilities and no one cares that I put this in my letters. Debacle in NH

I have no answer
The newspapers refuse to print an opinion letter by a disabled US Marine asking for help. Can there be a justifiable reason?
Peaceful means, communication, talk out the problems to avoid violence in a civilized society. Ignored, rejected, a worthless piece of garbage to be sent out with the trash. No wonder why the human mind breaks down and the violent actions take place even when the person does not want to do the uncivilized actions to stop government wrongs when no one else hears you. People look at me and actually tell me that I am not disabled. People give me a disgusting look and many times loudly send derogatory remarks at me if I use a Handicapped spot so everyone in the parking lot takes notice. My medical care from the Veterans Administration has been stopped until I stop writing opinion letters of government wrongs. Granted I can go to the VA Hospital for care just not for my medical disabilities three of the four from Combat related actions. Our government refers about a danger, and me, as mentally unstable to society but will not listen to my complaints. A dumb US Marine can never correct wrongs by the Justices of the NH Supreme Court. I volunteer to help other people how can I be violent in the very nation my disabilities came from defending and protecting.
Judge Peter Favuer criminally violated the Constitution to harm US citizens. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear the case presented to them for it was of a brother judge committing criminal wrongs. NH took my freedom for six months under the Patriot Act declaring that I was a terrorist. Four days before trial the charges are dropped. State and local police harass my family and friends and the county sheriff intimidates me to invoke violent actions to once again take my freedom. I cannot build a violent rage for with my mental state telling me to belong back here in the world “USA” following the rules is a must. I have to be garbage a social out cast that will never be allowed to find home. No one has the ability to see what traumatic Brain injury does to the memory. I do not fit the norms to what someone with my disabilities being what I am. You back here call it PTSD as the pride in my memory of my actions to kill and destroy brings a character no one back in the real world will hear as they try to listen.
Confusing, sentences that make no since, Depression, as the Department of Veterans Affairs pushes for my suicide to complete the cover up of government wrongs. I think of suicide every single day and have tried it many times while reliving my actions as a US Marine. I do not want your sympathy. I want you to see the thousands of US Military Veterans wronged by the Department of Veterans Affairs for stupid reason then lost in the wind as a cover up.
The Documented paper work exists in my case for I established a paper trail from the NH Supreme Courts criminal act to the VA intentional acts to harm US Military Veterans asking for help.

Homeless Woman Veterans
Tired of hearing it over and over the same old thing. It’s as if the word Veteran makes someone or something successful and then is left in the wake of others success. It is like the Veterans Today web magazine started as if it was going to be the solution to US military Veterans being heard and recognized. The format has changed to mostly now talking in articles about foreign nations in need of help as political rivals devise up schemes to shame each other. The word veteran is left as the catalyst to interest others in reading the article but does little to benefit those veterans left alone or with out schooling or a job. Political contest for elected positions uses the shame and sorrow of what the US Military Veteran is left with when we come home until the election is complete as is the promises made to the disabled, homeless or just US Military Veteran trying to adjust to a world that no longer accepts what we did for them. The US Military Veteran stories are the same over and over and the civilized society is tired of hearing it again and again but the Veteran telling the story changes to the next generation.
A lot of the military personal is from the poorer side of society as our government uses college and a future to motivate those children with hope does join. Boot Camp drives the patriotism of what we are fighting for to the desire and need to kill as a survival aid to come home. The battles and environment while in country reduces or eliminates the civilized society rules that were instilled during our early years in life to what we return as. We come back with the promises made that got us to join turn to unemployment and rejection, as the college promise does not cover our ability to live and attend at the same time. The ability to rejoin society comes at the cost of time and lost friends and family, as they no longer see the innocent person with such great potential that left if we make it back.
Newspapers refuse to express our opinion letters as they claim we are just repeating the same old story. It is not the civilized societies fault for what they have never lived can never be conceived by their innocent minds as humanly possible. It is not the Veterans Today web as much as it is just the way society uses the will and effort of children creating US Military Veterans never seeing each one lived and endured different circumstances coming back to a world we do not belong.
Homeless Woman Veterans are now just learning the effects of a political society that helps us only when the politician can benefit. The Female Veteran’s stories are the same over and over as the ones from each war or conflict of the past history of the USA. Newspapers will censor your freedom of speech for the same repeated reason as your male counter part from the past.
Look around and learn what the to censor our freedom of speech is doing to the ones that gave everything for your freedom.

I do not want to say it does not work the different attempts to treat PTSD in our US Military Veterans that come home from “In Country”. The belief “Deepest with in the heart letting it out will heal the heart” may be true in its own way. How can giving up feelings and emotions to survive the conquest of defying every civilized part instilled by society ever be restored? To openly talk to people those were not there or ever could imagine living it to gain their approval is like cutting off your finger to shorten the fingernail. Talking to other US Military that were there is the same as going to the VFW bar and telling war stories. PTSD is not the inability to give or receive love: it is the ability to control ones emotions to the point others feel uncomfortable being with you. The inadvertent act of control over others as if in charge in life or death situations of enemy movement. Speaking loud and clear today brings attention where learning to do it defeated the enemy is a habit people back here cannot accept even though it is a part of our character. Our ability to give and feel love never left us. Our character does not give and feel love that way you expect us too. The reoccurring feelings that an every day situation or a word innocent people around in every day life back here ignite in our mind. The habit to drop to the ground in reaction to sudden loud noise over the years reduces to a quick flinch but society still cannot accept it. To always take the seat with a wall to your back never can people back here understand. Habits over the years we can learn to suppress but the mind never completely lets go. The habit will just by reaction come out at the most inappropriate times. Doctors and people back here in the “Real world” USA want to make us that same innocent child with great future potential back. That innocent child was taut by this civilized society to be a killing machine and over time we can learn to control it (some better than others) but it can never be taken back. I am proud that the Marine Corps taught and allowed me to do many things people back here cannot conceive as humanly possible. You back here want to put us in jail because we cannot always conform to civilized society or drug us because we learned too well how to survive protecting and defending our Constitution on foreign soil.
Some see the harm our character is doing to the ones we love and leave. Others are rejected and have to leave. Family and friends see a lazy lost soul that wasted such good potential as they reject us. The Veterans Administration Red Flags us or drugs us to demonstrate civilized society has no place for us.
Newspapers and other forms of communication will censor opinion letters just like this one as the safety of the public comes before we that gave everything to protect and defend our constitution are heard. Different attempts to treat PTSD have to start with your ability to understand we give and receive love just not the way you can accept.

We all try for peaceful solutions by communication or volunteering to help others no matter what sacrifices to one’s own it takes. I believed that deep down we all want to make life better here in the USA and around the world for everyone to have that equal chance with life, liberty and happiness. We created the American’s with Disabilities Act to benefit those in need with protection from the greed of the well to do want-a-bees. This is what I first saw in the Free Staters or also know as the NH Underground. I see people willing to give to correct the wrongs in government by peaceful means for the good of the USA. We are people in a non-violent manner offering solutions for the good of all. The greed of those in government have mastered so much power crushing those willing to give if it does not benefit political aspirations of money and more power over other citizens life’s by improper legal means are taken to harm good people. The up roar in a non-violent manner of the NH Supreme Court refusing to hear a case where a brother Judge used the trusted power of the people by criminally violating the Constitution to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to take from local resident for personal gain should every day be plaster on front pages of the newspapers. Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal protect by a NH SC cover up. I am a 100% disabled US Marine with combat related disabilities. MY Constitutional rights along with any legal means of protection under the American’s with Disabilities Act have been stripped for I will not stop speaking of criminal wrongs by the NH SC and Judge Peter Fauver. War and the reality of coming home

Veterans Administration Pledges
“VA makes progress on pledge to end veterans homelessness” is missing the key point. Doctors and a civilized society that has no idea what it is like to be there and come back alive when so many better than you do not: happens to be a key ingredient no one considers. When I came back in 74 the VA was a joke that only fools went to for care. Long lines and inept government workers just looking to collect a pay check. Times have changed where the lines no longer exist and the medical staff do care and give 110%. The one fact that has not changed is the pills given to US Military Veterans that dissolve the brain to keep us quite. Veterans are Ginny pigs used to establish pet projects to make politicians that never served look good. No one can see into another person’s mind where the drilled to kill and the actual performance with no feelings or emotions day after day becoming complacent with your own death is a factor in coming home. Civilized society honors and praises us when we first come home but fails to accept the cruel and uncivilized ways that we survived enemy action. Silent Demons is the new term used as it becomes the only way to identify the long term goal of adjusting into a new world back here. The pride I get for sticking a bayonet up under the rib cage of a child to get my M-16 back and escape for that is when I finally felt like a full US Marine. I was only a child as American Advisor on convoy in the bush where no one else spoke American. Talking with family, friends or public on such matters makes people look down where acceptance turns to disgust and hate. VA doctors look for inaccuracies and justifiable statements to make the memory fit into what a civilized society can accept. The harsh, demanding voice and the need for friends and family to follow the chain of command disrupts and destroys life back here in the world. As family and friends reject or you separate from the ones that you love to spare them the suffering for what we have done. The VA uses the Red Flag under the term safety to identify and separate us from you. Even the people meant to treat us see danger in what we have become. Many US Military understand and have the ability to cage the mental anguish so those around do not learn for the judgment is too harsh. Many US Military lose loved ones unable to accept or leave loved ones before they learn what society will never understand about you. Jobs become lost as mental anguish and enemy resurgence in the mind as homelessness becomes home for VA medication only takes away what we dreamed so hard to one day see. It was called the ”world” but in reality it was the USA and all we fought for.
The VA can never make progress until they see that what we did they just can never understand. Each individual US Military Veteran accepts reality that never existed over there in their own mind and VA testing medication to distort the reality of what we came home to is not the solution.
The news media inflames the public on our actions over there but refuses to print our opinion letters for our words are to truthful.

Newspapers, government, VFW, American Legion all refuse to talk in a civil manner to solve problems with this US Military Veteran. It is not just me that they are doing it to. It is a lot of Veterans from all wars and conflicts let homeless or useless toiling with the existence of why we came back alive. How pathetic since the USA was created by citizens willing to give up everything for a nation where everyone had an equal chance. It is not just the homeless or visible struggling veteran but the everyday father or even the successful business person or the one talking in line to you and you have no idea they are US Military Veterans where silent demons exist and this civilized society dams us for them. Stopping my medical care was wrong but I am so vocal may be it will help all the silent lost in the crowd US Military Veterans society is casting away with never seeing what it is that we see.
Newspapers refuse to print my opinion letters for the danger they are trying to instill in the public’s mind about my character. If a US Military Veteran has earned anything in this civilized society is has to be our right to express our freedom of speech of government wrongs at any time we choose. I will go out in society today and no one will see the need my head and body is telling me exist just to get through the pain and anguish with out drawing pity from others disrupting their lives. My service-connected disabilities are not allowed to be a burden on others for they are my fault for volunteering to fight for the USA. A civilized society should never be allowed to stop any person’s medical care to stop freedom of speech. Editors must never be allowed to censor a US Military Veteran telling the world how NH and the VA stop this veteran’s medical care to stop opinion letters of government wrongs. Society does not see that this cruel and pathetic treatment is common to many US Military Veterans across the USA. You classify us as people that wasted a good potential because of being lazy as your eyes look for ways to avoid us as you pass. What right does a newspaper have to tell you I am a danger?
A US Military Veteran has earned the right to stand in front of the NH Supreme Court and tell them of their brother judge criminally violating the Constitution to harm other US citizens. Judge Peter Favuer used the law to let the Madbury NH selectmen to take from local residents for the selectmen’s own self gains. The NH SC refused to hear the case as NH Governor Shaheen at the time told me to stop for I had no right to question people above me.
No matter what NH and the Veterans Administration want society to believe about US Military Veterans they cannot take our Constitutional rights away.
If a US Military Veteran can write a letter like this one with only rejection and ridicule public safety has to be a concern. To harm even one US Military Veteran is a wrong that no one should ever be allowed to forget.

NH State Rep is running for NH State senate and the news does a big story on this candidate. The news media refuses to even print my opinion letters and yes I have told them I am running for NH State senate. A 100% disabled, combat related US Military Veteran and my rights are denied. The Oyster River School Board is once again in turmoil as the public sees more deception with the new members. Nothing changes because of biased news media coverage. It is nation wide as the Trayvon Martin case in Florida MSNBC edits the facts to harm one to out rage the public is called biased reporting and is dangerous. They will tell you I am mentally unstable and dangerous and that might be true but it must be the informed voters that decide not the editors. It is like right now the left side of my face is numb and tingling. My eye is watery and the pain in my head is throbbing to the beat of my heart. My medical care has been stopped to stop my letters just like this one. No one is responsible as it will be called a mistake and steps will be taken to see that future disabled US military veterans are not put in the same position. It is the public that will suffer from the failure of the news media to even recognize response letters to articles they write are another side of the stories. I ran for NH State Senate last election and ORSB this past month and both times the newspapers censored my existence in the races.
Repeat facts that the NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case allowing criminal wrongs by a brother judge to be covered up. Government Retribution against a 100% disabled US Marine to stop the public from learning Judge Peter Favuer criminally violated the Constitution to cover up the Madbury NH selectmen using the trusted power of the people to take for the selectmen’s own personal profit from local residents. I volunteer my time to help Madbury NH residents for no government officials can ever be allowed to use their government position to take from local residents for self-gain.
Response and the Public’s right to know. Mentally unstable and dangerous to stop medical care makes no since to allow this disabled US Marine out of the cage that you took my freedom with. The Oyster River School Board does it again is the word in the Fosters newspaper from its readers. The voters deserve it because they let the editors and lawyers control and defeat citizens such as my self-willing to volunteer to help others to make the USA a better nation for all. I volunteer every day not for fun but because other’s need. The editors and government officials tell you of the danger to be around me are but they conspire to cover up their own illegal acts. The NH Supreme court just decided to protect other judge’s pension increases over the people’s right to cut funding. The NH SC refused to hear a case of brother judge criminal acts against our Constitution to intentionally harm other US citizens. Conflict of interest and the people’s right to correct SC wrongs is a part of what the USA is built on. Judge Peter Fauver used the law to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to take from local residents for the selectmen’s personal gain. These are crimes by government officials using the trusted power of the people for self-gains.
I am a medical disaster from my time in the USMC. I have four disabilities three being combat related. NH and the VA stop my medical care to stop my opinion letters of government wrongs. Our government and editors tell you that I am a danger “Mental Case” but they stop my medical care. The public is kept ignorant as the newspapers censor my letters of government wrongs to protect a better special class of society from people like me. Censoring voters from facts and views of candidates running for elected public office defeats the purpose of living in the USA. The OYSB operates against public good because of the editors using to censor as a means to control whom the voters are aware of. Any newspaper to censor the word of any citizen about wrongs by the NH SC cannot be tolerated.
I want so bad to get this letter off, as the pain in my head grows to defeat me as if my coming home is wrong. Ethical and moral questions about judges, elected officials and editors just has no place so this must be a paranoid flashback of what a US Marine sees as there is no way out of this benjo ditch. Editors do not censor the people’s voice for that is why we are over here fighting to stop. You teach me to kill as my primary goal as if not to remember the face of that child that made me feel as a proud US Marine.

Response letters censored for US Marines do not have the right to question such prominent citizens as the justices of the New Hampshire Supreme Court. The prime form of communication for every citizen is the newspaper. To allow newspapers to censor opinion letters of government wrongs just because the wrongs are by the New Hampshire Supreme Court demonstrates the diminishing of our Constitution by the justice department of our government. Placing in writing damming facts of criminal wrongs by NH SC justices protecting a brother judge that criminally violated the Constitution to intentionally inflict harm on other US Citizens and no lawyer can find a legal way to stop my words with out the public becoming aware. The NH SC violated many parts of our Constitution in protecting judge Fauver’s criminal acts. Part one article thirty-five “it is the right of every citizen to be tried by judges as impartial as the lot of humanity will admit” documents a conflict of interest in the NH SC refusing to hear this case. Government retribution to stop my medical care for combat related disabilities goes far beyond any god given rights in a civilized society. Taking my freedom for six months by placing me in jail to stop my opinion letters is a further sign of government retribution. Newspapers censor my words hoping to protect a special class of society from just an average disabled US Military veteran. Freedom of Speech can be limited but the only way to stop a US Marine from protecting and defending our US and NH Constitution is death. Taking my prime form of communication only makes me revert to contacting businesses that pay to advertise with Fosters Daily Democrat and Union Leader. To diminish one’s profit by one US Marine that will not stop until the public is informed and the NH SC hears my case for the Madbury NH family. Equality of justice is just that where every person is treated equally.

No ethical standards seem to be present but not only that illegal acts by our highest court and you want off my list of emails. Lawyers for years have infiltrated our government to gain power and attempt to create a monopoly of power. I will not back down for any petty threats encourage me to continue for we the people must at all times be the one’s that matter first and foremost. They can refuse to hear the case all they want but my freedom of speech is just that. My ability to tell the world the truth will not stop. The Veterans administration and NH government have conspired to stop my VA medical as government retribution to stop my letters and no one in government will communicate. Not only that the newspapers believe and have taken action to censor my opinion letters to protect a certain class of society they believe are better than the majority. The ethical standards of lawyers in the state of NH have dwindled to a new low.
Stopping a US Military Veterans combat related medical care and the newspapers believe and have shown informing their readers can be stopped under the reason public safety. This letter alone exposing the wrongs of our highest court the NH Supreme Court should and must be public information. Our Constitution is based on all having equal rights. That has to mean even a US Marine as stupid as the public might believe we are has a right to question the wrongs of the NH Supreme Court. Lawyers just because you all took and oath to protect each other’s back must place the welfare of the USA first. Look at yourself if someone with more power and greed wants something your life will be as worthless as they tell you mine is.
Right now I am sending these letters out to my normal thousands of email address and they are printed on over eleven blogs but each day add the businesses that advertise in the Fosters and Union Leader. Each day business for profit will be affected starting in a small way but will grow as more and more addresses receive my letters. I hope some day more and more citizens send my letters to their friends and government officials.
Look at your self and tell me is the NH Supreme Court so high and mighty that your law practice will harm the USA to protect the SC constitutional crimes against the citizens of the USA. In a civilized society communication is the proper way to avoid violence. Why does the New Hampshire Supreme Court refuse to hear a case where a brother Attorney/judge criminally violated the law to intentionally harm other US residents? Thank the Fosters Daily Democrat and the NH Union Leader for harming your business by refusing to print the opinion of government wrongs. The US Military fought to stop just such wrongs from our soil.
