Ohio and the Consequences in NH

Fosters and NH Union Leader newspapers
A student in Ohio writes a letter and posts it on the web, seen by many in authority but ignored. I am running for Oyster River School Board even though a court order stopped me from entering schools for the danger signs NH used to harm my character in retribution a few years back. Letters for and about other candidates are published every day. My letters are ignored, as it is clear the consequences of the harm past school boards in OR have done with freedom of press censoring opinion letters of government wrongs. How many good people are passed because editors like Rod Dougherty curtail the people’s right to know. My letters every day are published on the web but the newspapers refuse for the danger they are trying to impress on the public that I am. I am a 100% combat related disabled US Marine from the Vietnam Conflict. NH declared me a terrorist under the Patriot Act and took my freedom for 6-months before dropping the bogus charges. NH and the VA stop my medical care to impress upon me the power of government officials on citizens that do not obey. I volunteered every week in schools around the state before the court order listening and helping students just like this in Ohio. The schools have never invited me back since for the danger signs will always be there.
The NH Supreme Court violated the Constitution to protect a brother Judge Peter Fauver. The NH SC refused to hear a case where judge Fauver used the power of the courts to let the Madbury NH selectmen use the trusted power of the people to take for the selectmen’s own profit from the local residents. This family asked me some one they had never met for help after reading a letter in the paper that I wrote. I have been told by many in law enforcement up to governor Shaheen not to write opinion letters telling of the NH SC violating the law. Hence this is why I was put in jail because I kept writing of the criminal acts of the NH SC. All undisputed documented facts presented to the NH SC by a natural born US citizen.
I wrote a letter yesterday about the effects of expired VA medicine has on my PTSD and TBI disabilities. The psychological and embarrassment from my not being able to hear complete sentences of what others say from my loss of hearing from being blown up and blown off the runway or the unbearable pain from my broken back from another Vietnam offensive are taken there toll. Where do I go? The NH governor Lynch made me pay money to tell him of these government wrongs but we never did talk. He did take my money and give me a receipt, which I still have. I am a US Marine that came back to a society that will not accept us for what they believe we did. The smart ones commit suicide before coming back to the world that we love because they see the consequences of life back here in a civilized society we once belonged.
A seventeen year-old student the same age as when I went off to a conflict as a US Marine writes but is ignored. Think what the citizens of NH are going to think when it comes out the Union Leader and Fosters daily democrat ignored and censored the words of a Oyster River School Board member when I am elected. The Consequences of a Ohio School should never happen if we just learn to listen.

wikileaks must be informed

Suicide-medication-ORSB elected
Two pills left of a four or five year-old VA prescription. I have noticed like today the day after taking a pill to knock me out because my back and head pain is just too much to take, hope is no longer an option. No one can ever say that my words did not flow truly about my medical care was stopped to stop my letters of government wrongs but I am sure politicians will try. I refuse to take medication unless the pain is impossible. My wife tells me what happen in the USMC was so long ago it is time for me to be over it. The flashbacks and constant pain has always made me be alone as not to make others see a weak Marine or take away from their life because I cannot take it. I am rated 100% medically in need of help but I did not obey orders from NH government officials so my punishment is stopping my VA medical until I do what the government tells me, as an obedient follower must. Is it the age of the pills that are causing my deep tunnel to form? Drugs, alcohol and medication cannot be what I came back to the world for can it?
I read about the lonely Ohio boy that shot up the school yesterday. A lonely child in need of help was pushed away. Society and the school pushed this child away but no one will know because the child did not write opinion letters to make a record of what they did to him. The shadow of a US Marine lingers in the mist with the primary purpose drilled into our heads every day “KILL” as the naive voters are kept in the dark subject to the will of the elite society. What right does the US citizen have over the privileges of a private business such as the newspaper to inform them of the true facts? The Union Leader and the Fosters newspapers will not print my opinion letters of government wrongs. I am running for elected SB position on the ORSB. The safety of the children (it is apparent) does not matter unless these private businesses can make a profit from it. A child at 17 becomes a US Marine to protect and defend our Constitution and legally re-enters the School as a school board member years later. I refuse to be violent against other US citizens so what options may have helped this lonely Ohio high school student have a future life. A civilized society communicates. These are the words preached into my head by the very Judges, law enforcement and government officials violating the Constitution.
The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case of clear facts were judge Peter Fauver ignored the law to intentionally harm US citizens to protect a brother member of the attorneys bar association club. They take an oath as Fauver clearly told me in court to do so. Fauver let the Madbury NH selectmen take from local residents for the selectmen’s own self gain using the trusted power of government. Redress of grievances have totally failed is it time to abolish. I am running for ORSB do the voters have any rights that the elite society believes the informed voter should be granted. They stopped my medical care and the newspapers censor my opinion letters of government wrongs. Do you see the irony of speaking about the Ohio child and the silence of the lamb? I am running for ORSB so vote for me and I will listen to what every child says as their future is in our hands. Two pills left!

Union Leader New Hampshire

Union Leader
Safety of the children the UL ignores as if the editors opinion is the only thing that matters. The NH citizens have a Right To Know about candidates running for elected positions in the State of NH. It is as if Rod Dougherty editor of the Fosters newspaper control the words of all the other papers. The backbone of the newspaper has weltered down to a spineless creep that will not even print response to its own biased article’s. I am running for Oyster River School Board yet the editor sees no reason to print my opinion of exactly whom I am and what I will do. NH Declared me a terrorist under the Patriot Act and took my freedom for six months before dropping the bogus charges. A court order for years kept me from entering schools as the state labeled my character dangerous in retribution for opinion letters of government wrongs.
Attorney Chris Whyskiel represented the town of Madbury NH and used the courts to take from local resident for the selectmen’s own gain. Peter Favuer criminally used his trusted position as Judge to enable the Madbury selectmen to steal from local residents. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear the case because it factually exposed Favuer and the Madbury selectmen as criminals by just an average citizen. These facts were broadcast over and over on TV last week at the Candidate forums. The courts and NH government are trying to cover this public’s right to know facts up to protect their superior, elite club. Communication has stopped in defiance of it being the primary reason of a civilized society to exist. I volunteered to help a Madbury family so desperate they called some one they did not even know for help. I volunteered and look at the Character assignation from our trusted government officials.
Foster’s and UL told the public of the danger my existence could be to people around me. Fosters even put a warning poster at their front door as if to grant a bounty if people saw me. These newspapers believe so much that I am a danger they refuse to inform the voters of a candidate for elected position. The Safety of the children is only worth if the Fosters and Union Leader can make a profit off their lives it appears.
I am a 100% combat related disabled US Veteran. NH and the VA stop my medical care to stop my opinion letters but I continue because the USA is worth my life for you to exist. Many web sites reprint my letters over and over. My letters go out to thousands of newspapers, government officials, Judges and just other citizens every day. They are the true facts of criminal wrongs yet these award-winning newspapers refuse to print the truth.
Do the Oyster River Voters and the citizens of the State of NH have a Right to Know the danger a person running for school board could be to your children’s Safety?
Ask the Union Leader and the Fosters about the safety of our children?

NH calls for suicide of this dead US Marine

ORSD-Madbury USA
The trouble with being a school board member is they tell you that you have to follow the protocol of the established way. The Voters have a right to understand Anti-Iranian Sanctions backfired and so will sanctions against this 100% disabled US Marine. I got a call from St. Louis yesterday about attaching my letters to an article by Mr. Blakeney in the Veterans Today Web. NH put me in jail as a terrorist to stop my opinion of government wrongs. The VA stops my medical care for combat related disabilities. Law enforcement harasses my family and friends to isolate me and force my suicide or give them public reason to incrassate me. The best thing anyone could do for me is to shoot me for the pain from my disabilities is to the point of being unbearable. Our NH government has labeled me a danger to society as retribution to stop any public support for my life. The Veterans Today web site is the only support from anything with the word veteran in it that I get. It is totally a surprise web sites like Liberty NH underground and a lot of other sites will help me. My belief in the USA and the US Military over the history of the USA that gave their lives is what makes me live to make her future better for all. I thank the VT and NH Underground along with all the others people and sites that see my cause. My path for a better USA will be more difficult as anti-American sections continue to impede but as a school board member a whole new wave begins.
My letters have been going out for years telling the truth. No one wants to believe a PTSD-TBI, broken back, loss of hearing US military veteran that dropped out of school at 17 to join the USMC. What right does a drop out have to say the NH Supreme Court criminally violated the Constitution to protect one of their own? The documented facts presented to the NH SC give every citizen that right. It does not matter if the established protocol tells you different. Judge Fauver criminally, with intent to harm US citizens used the power of the judicial branch of government to give the Madbury NH selectmen the ability to take for their (the selectmen’s) own gain from local residents. The unquestioned, documented facts the NH SC refused to hear the case as a clear case of discrimination to protect one of the Supreme Court’s own being Judge Peter Fauver. “Shatter the Silence” article in VT inspired this letter do the people reading this article have a right to hear different views.
Do you know what makes a US Marine? It is the tenacity to give even your life for the protection and defense of the United States Constitution. Protocol to follow the established way is not a part of our Constitution. Shatter the silence of the newspapers censoring my opinion of government wrongs for the silent demons are just around the connor, then what? Silence through censorship maybe Shattered by placing some one that had court orders to not enter a school having authority over our children. Does the public have a Right to Know the truth.

Madbury Town Hall corrupt

Madbury town hall corrupt
I am running for Oyster River School Board. The newspaper is obligated to inform its readers of the truth. I will have the email addresses of every person in three towns at my fingertips if elected. For one year I will hold the future education of children at my will. If that is not enough to make a civilized society communicate the facts what is? It is not like every day my letters describing corruption in the Madbury town hall is not published on the web thousands of times. Facts of the truth cannot be covered up for much longer. On TV many times each day on the local channel my words are ringing loudly. The newspapers refuse to inform the public of the truth. What will the town of Madbury do when I get elected this time? A candidate that will use the Right To Know law to inform the public of all the wrongs done by our elected officials can happen. The ORSB will change how elected officials use taxpayer’s money to pad their own agendas. Newspapers covering up the truth to protect their biased attitudes and articles will sing loudly in the public awareness. I am running for ORSB and the news media believes that the public should not be informed of my character.
The State of New Hampshire declared me a terrorist under the patriot act and took my freedom for six months. Does the public have a right to know a jailbird is going to make decisions on their children’s future! The NH government and VA stopped my medical care for combat related disabilities. It might be nice if the public is informed medical emergencies may interfere with public meetings. How will the children react to a disabled US Marine collapsing or maybe dying in their presents because medical aid is denied? Wyskiel’s law firm represented the town of Madbury to help the selectmen take from local residents using the trusted power of government in an illegal manner. Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the constitution to enable Wyskiel and the Madbury selectmen to take for their own self-gains from local Madbury residents. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case because the facts presented to them were to clear and would have put a brother judge/attorney in the criminal wrongs. They declared me a terrorist to stop my writing opinion letters just like this one of government wrongs. I can document that the NH Supreme Court is corrupt by violating our Constitution to protect one of their own.
The Union Leader, Fosters, Concord Monitor refuse to inform their readers of the truth. What more important information to inform the voters about than an opinion letter of a candidate that is going to be on the School Board effecting the future of children in the State of New Hampshire.
Safety is not a laughing matter. A civilized society must learn how to communicate by telling the editors to print the unbiased truth.

NH Supreme Court worried

Madbury Selectmen worried
Televised over and over for the next week are the two forums for the OYSB candidates. A US citizen-A 100% service connected-combat related disabled US Military Veteran tells of government wrongs to harm the people and the news media refuses to speak about it. This is fact not fiction, censored by the news media for what god-forsaken reason? Letters just like this one kept secret to protect politicians with good reputations. The Madbury NH selectmen use the trusted power of government to take from local residents for the selectmen’s own personal gains. It is a storybook tale of Colonial Days back when the Lord’s of England mastered the subjects. Judge Peter Fauver used the power of the courts to protect and enable criminal activity against the peace and dignity of the State of NH for the selectmen to harm local residents they the selectmen did not like living in their town. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear the case of a brother Judge/attorney committing the most horrendous crimes against the people of the USA possible. What right does the news media have to not inform the public?
Libelous-it is like a joke only it is so serious our government and the VA are using a 100% disabled US Marine’s medical care to stop freedom of speech. NH put me in jail as a terrorist. They took my freedom for six months under the patriot act to stop my freedom of speech. Four days before the trial the bogus charges were dropped. The news media wants freedom of the press but are keeping the public ignorant to protect as they tell me “People with good reputation”. Children at the HS candidate’s forum heard what the news media refuses to publicly in a non-biased manner report the truth. That night at the adult forum they heard me repeat the same facts. These two public candidate forums are repeated every day for the OR residents over and over on the television.
The publics right to know is being denied by the very people we granted freedom of the press to ensure this did not happen. At the HS forum I guaranteed the students I would inform the public of every actions of the ORSB. It did not matter if ordered not to; I would guarantee the public would hear the facts. The public has a right to know across the state of NH exactly the facts from the opinion of the people letters. Libel cannot be considered for the televised criminal events of the NH SC, Judge Peter Fauver, VA and the Madbury NH selectmen was and is televised every day four times.
The news media interfered with the NH State Senate race last year. Today again the news media is interfering with the ORSB voters but the televised facts are out there. People must be asking why the news media is covering for corrupt judges like Peter Fauver and the New Hampshire Supreme Court. Communication is a civilized society’s manner to solve problems to avoid violence, it just seems the news media forgot what communication was. Yesterday my medical condition got so serious death would have been a blessing. The VA still refuses treatment for combat related disabilities until I stop writing opinion of government wrongs. Government retribution is against the law. Lets teach our children right from wrong through the Right to Know Law. Contact your local news media and ask why?

Veterans Page Union Leader

I appoligize I was having a flashback and put the same letter in

Veterans Page Union Leader
I feel suicidal today. Don’t worry I will not do it and if I do I will not tell you about it myself. It is just a feeling in my body today as last night was a rough one of constantly being a US Marine with no end. The constant pounding head pain today feels as if my nose will burst again with blood. Already I can see this letter too graphic to inform the public. It is like “Honoring the Stars and Stripes” on the Veterans page is written to comfort non-veterans by praising those that were willing to go. Words of US Military veterans in trouble means nothing to the public or politicians unless it is personally connected or will benefit them. I feel suicidal and would see calling the VA suicide hotline but they harass me so much how can I let them win? NH government officials and the Veterans Administration emphasize how much of a danger to the public that I am. They stop my medical care for combat related disabilities ignored by the veteran’s page. My opinion letters of government wrongs describing the harsh cruel effects of being a US Military veteran back here in a world that cannot accept us are censored. Praising a person like UL Veterans editor for telling stories about veterans is not like a real US Military Veteran 100% disabled from combat missions being helped. I wish you could feel the glory and at the same time the shame at the edge of every thought laying in a benjo ditch waiting for the “Gooks” to pass for under orders from command my M-16 was not locked and loaded before the eminent danger of death happen. 17 year-old US Marine with TBI is given the power of American Advisor on convoys delivering surplus supplies to friendly camps deep in the bush. Having no memory of any part of life this danger was my belief to be the normal progression of each day. I am a US Marine and Kill is the first word in a Marine’s vocabulary.
Elections to the Oyster River School Board are coming up and my chances of winning grow positive every day. Do the children in our schools have the right to learn what military service will entail? A woman asked if the candidates if elected would approve councilors for elementary students move into middle school. These children are only a few years younger than my age killing other human beings. You as a society enabled by newspapers stories on Veterans pages don’t even have a clue to real life. The 19 year-old soldier from NH that died yesterday in his barracks after returning from Iraq war zone. The harsh reality of the ignorant civilized society will not allow graphic letters like this so to see the silent demons are never allowed for us to say. At the Candidates student forum I told the children how the Madbury NH selectmen use the trusted power of the people to take from local resident for their own personal gain. I told the children of the NH Supreme Court refusing to hear a case of criminal acts by judge Peter Fauver to intentionally harm the public. These forums will be televised to the public so why does the editors censor the facts. I told the student to always be willing to speaking openly of government wrongs even if they put you in jail as they did me. The opinion of the people is the most important part of what we the US Military give our lives for.
Does the Oyster River community have the right to hear my words? The shame of coming back alive must be made a part of the Veterans page of the UL. My feelings go untreated as they stop my medical care to stop my freedom of speech.

Veteran Page Union leader

Victim surprises news media
What the Fosters and Union leader has done to the citizens of NH and to me over the past years is about to be exposed. The Madbury selectmen taking from local residents for their own personal gains is about to come out as for years the news media has censored this story from the public. I spoke at two televised Candidate’s forums yesterday. People and children were surprised to hear how cruel our government is to disabled US Military Veterans to stop freedom of speech. I am sure citizens are going to start asking why the news media did not inform their readers on the truth. Response articles by the victim and opinion letters of government wrongs have been censored by the news media to, as they would say, “protect people with good reputation”. The news media covered up Governor Lynch making me pay money to speak with him on government wrongs. Took my money and never did speak. I have the written receipt. True facts kept from the public as NH took my freedom for six months under charges of being a terrorist under the Patriot Act. Four days before the trial the charges were dropped. To further damage my mental and physical disabilities some being Combat related they stopped my medical care. Yes the VA and NH government conspired to stop a 100% disabled service connected US Military Veterans medical care. I believe it was assumed my PTSD and TBI would cause suicide or violations of the law for justifiable incrassation. Can these two newspapers be so afraid of printing the truth such as a response letter just like this one? May be they should grant themselves another journalism award!
I am running for OYSB for the children to make a difference. I told the student forum that the present ORSB is made up of mostly biased individuals for their own self-agendas. I believe it is important and unbiased newspapers should inform the voters my goal would be to work with the students, faculty and voters to keep or exceed the present performance but lower the taxes spent from over 38 million to at or below 24 million dollars. I would like to teach the students speaking out as in freedom of speech is an important part of life. A woman last night at the adult forum wanted to help student’s transition from elementary to middle school. I told her it was not the taxpayer’s responsibility to do the parents job. The school board is to represent the taxpayers as well as the students. Letters just like this one is censored from the voters every day by the award winning news media at the determent of the USA.
Right to know all the facts would be first on my agenda. No secrets by SB members if I am elected. Every fact figure and act of the SB would be available even if the board tells me not to. The voters have a right to know and even a newspaper cannot stop the truth from some day coming out.
The Fosters and Union Leader seem to be biased newspapers that defiantly need to give themselves the censorship awards, First Place. Will either of these newspapers inform their readers of a letter that will probably be read by more people than both of them together have? “Truth is a powerful weapon” are words maybe they should print on their front page.

Chaos-mayhem, ORSB, Durham, Madbury, Lee, New Hampshire

Chaos-Mayhem
What right does any news media have to hold the truth from the public? What is the root cause of chaos-mayhem entering a persons mind when “all means of redress of grievances” fail? Feb 21 at 8:30 am the high school students are holding a forum for the School Board candidates. I am a candidate that the news media believe is a danger to the public. The editors will not print my opinion letters to reinforce the editor’s wrongful character assignation the editors want you to see. Does the public in the USA have a right to know the truth about all the candidates not just the candidates the editors believe are good enough? ORSB has shown in the past that the Right to know law is not binding on them. The ORSB believes they are the elite part of our society above the law. The news media separates all citizens into stereotype groups (the haves and have not’s) as to how their biased articles are published. Educators should know what the term “Abolish” in our Constitution means as a public forum by the students take place for a free election. Does the news media have a right to censor response opinion letters of government wrongs and articles they publish harming through character assignation?
The Right to know law pertains to the NH Supreme Court criminally violating our Constitution to protect judge Peter Fauver’s criminal acts. Libelous is the reason the editors will not print my opinion. My opinion is public information published around the world except in NH. Check the web pages with my name. Fauver with intent to harm the public knowing accepted and reinforced the Madbury NH selectmen to take at their will from local residents for the selectmen’s own personal gains. The only criminal or libelous acts are the editors censoring public information from NH residents and the NH SC conflict of interest and discrimination to force chaos-mayhem in a civilized society. These criminal acts by trusted government officials are documented in the case presented to the NH Supreme Court. The NH SC refused to hear the case. The news media holds the truth from the public under the “right to know law”.
I am a 100% combat related disabled US Marine. NH and the VA stop my medical care until I stop writing opinion letters of government wrongs. If the public has a Right to Know chaos-mayhem I caused on human life in Vietnam is apart of my disabilities through PTSD confused and enraged by TBI. Public safety means stopping medical care for only one US Marine is ok if the results are the chaos-mayhem government officials and the VA look for to incrassate to stop the public’s Right To Know.
Does the Oyster River Community and the people of the State of NH along with all the people of the USA have a right to know NH took my freedom under the Patriot Act for six months and four days before the trial the charges are dropped.
What has Freedom of the Press come to as the Union Leader and Fosters present themselves with more prestigious journalism awards? The Right to know the truth is not facts that can be censored to protect wrongs in government. I am a candidate for the Oyster River School Board what are the rights of the Voters?

ORSB censored letter

ORSB censored letter
Disabled US Military Veteran in New Hampshire
Suicidal what is the point? This is a good subject to bring up with the children as I am running for Oyster River School Board. The children have set a candidate forum at the high school on Tues the twenty-first. Teaching children that if they join the US Military suicide will be a good choice to avoid coming home to a civilized society that can but will not accept what we have become. The long continues nights and days of waiting to die from every interaction each second of each day while on tour in the US Military. Society will see the inhuman acts to survive the enemy actions that you willingly and with a destructive attitude used that learned in basic training to kill or harm the enemy. The unacceptable social injustice these inhuman acts of violence innuendo and hidden comments from the society we did it for never stop if ever you return back to the real world “USA”. The unknown consensuses if the enemy realizes you lay silently in the ditch a few feet away as their patrol pass haunt you. The noise to lock and load will take vital seconds away make the command orders seem stupid to wait until eminent danger of death before doing so. My planed forum talk is a good thing for the local and state newspapers to convey to the residents. “Communication is a civilized manner to stop violence” or at least let the community and state residents know the platform of what the candidates believe their children should and must learn in school.
The State of NH and the VA have stopped my medical care for combat related disabilities to stop my opinion letters. Fair and just is not the point. Children must be taught what this US society will do if they return. Children must be taught the harsh reality of leaving a member in your squad injured or dead until the firefight is over or the mission complete. Reality back here is the NH Supreme Court refuses to hear a case where Judge Peter Fauver criminally used the trusted power of the courts to harm local Madbury residents for the personal gain of the local selectmen. IF this civilized society can put a innocent 100% disabled US Marine in jail, taking freedom for six months before the bogus charges are dropped and the newspapers can censor the facts to protect politicians with good reputations “What is the point”.
My point exactly is what have we walked into. The injustice of US Military killing foreign people on their own soil to protect and defend a document that does not matter when we come back to the real world. The Constitution is a worth less piece of paper and may be that is what we need to teach our children.
The tenacity of a person running for ORSB that the paper believes censor the truth from the public is the proper thing to do. Communication fails when a private business (such as a newspaper) defies the public trust can hide the truth. This letter will be talked about as the number of resident of the State of New Hampshire learns that all the newspapers were aware but failed to inform the public. The paper will harm my character by inferring the danger that I am to you but the “Truth is a powerful Weapon”. Maybe some one should see my point.

Tiger Woods and the editors

To Tiger Woods and the editors.
Print my letters. Do not print my letters. R.L. Rosebrock of the Veterans today web site wrote the article that just will not leave my mind. To illustrate with words the second place US Military Veterans take from the people we do it all for is just beyond belief. The Article talks about LA and the VA miss use of land meant to help veterans but the truth is it is life in the USA. The PGA and for that matter all the rich and poor clubs and citizens place veterans as second class unless they meet a standard that entitles them to privilege. Tiger Woods I have the greatest respect for, as my words may not visibly say. Rosebrock’s article resonates in my mind as with out saying it, both sides come out. VA harm to US Military veterans and the social injustice civilized society does to US Military Veterans without realizing it. Tiger fits without intent or knowledge that he does ignores and does not see the dismantling of US Military Veterans that just could not make it back here in the world “USA”. My life with my four service connected disabilities hidden from the ones I love and the government erodes my mind as the silent demons concur. Society even here in NH accepts the VA stopping my medical care to stop my opinion letters. Elected officials refuse to help for fear of public awareness affecting the next election. Newspapers censor my opinion as if 100% disabled US Military Veterans have no Constitutional rights. To print or to not print my letters is the exact point of the value of US Military Veterans this civilized society should read from Rosebrock’s VT article.
Everyone talks about suicide and the ever-ending conquest of US Military Veterans travel this avenue just to get out of this place. You all think this place is here but it is the journey we took for the USA. I write letters that people claim skip around and cover to many topics, as my TBI and PTSD are not an excuse but the illustration Rosebrock’s article I relate to in. To fight every day to be accepted by a society, which refuses to see the non-visible US Military Veterans disabilities. The rejection or red flag from the very medical care where the doctors that have never been there suppress the mind with medication rather than treat something they do not see. I have a beautiful wife and three great daughters but my struggle to separate my two worlds is evolving publicly. NH government puts me in jail and helps the VA stop my medical care and there is no place to stop it. I run for public elected government office only to be held to a different set of rules than the others. I take a case of criminal wrongs diminishing our Constitution by the NH Supreme Court public only to be publicly humiliated by government retribution.
I bring this out but Tiger playing golf and not seeing the homeless and disabled US Military Veterans displaced by his very joy humbles me. My case illustrates in the same manner R.L Rosebrock Veterans Today article “How the VA Put jinx on Tiger Woods”. The both sides this civilized society refuse to see.

Oyster River School Board-Pain or deception

ORSB-Pain or deception
The people will learn of the newspapers deception not only in this local election but the past NH State election also. Newspapers refuse to run my opinion letters of what my actions will be if elected to represent the trusted power of the people. We in the USA hold a special place in our hearts for the individuals that fought and gave their lives just to protect and defend the document that guarantees us the individual the rights of any civilized society should hold. It does not matter what the editor believes is in the best interest of its readers. The news media is a public entity that is given Constitutional protection to communicate the unbiased facts to the people. What right does a newspaper have to claim that they are a private business with the right to cause pain and deception on the voters of their community? That is what the Fosters newspaper is doing to the ORSD. The Union Leader is doing the same thing to the voters of the State of New Hampshire. Are we the people so naive to allow them to pick the voters off one at a time to not provoke awareness?
It is the people’s right to question and expose wrongs by the NH Supreme Court. Even a person like me that quit high school at 17 to become a US Marine has the right to bring a case of a judge violating the Constitution to harm local resident in the town of Madbury NH. Judge Peter Fauver used the judicial branch of government to help the Madbury selectmen take from local residents for the selectmen’s own personal gains. These are facts documented in concrete facts place in front of the NH-SC and they refused to hear the case. The conflict of interest or discrimination, which ever it constitutes a crime of the highest magnitude by the NH SC and must be communicated to the people through the news media freely, openly and in an unbiased manner. A civilized society where the government must serve the people not master them dedicates the people be informed at every opportunity.
I did my tour in the USMC during the Vietnam Conflict. I did thirty-one months over seas in and out of combat situations. I came back with four separate, receive on separate missions disabilities. NH and the VA stop my medical care to stop my opinion letters of government wrongs. These are documented facts the newspapers are hiding from the readers and the people. The job of the newspaper is to inform the voters of the unbiased facts. It does not matter whom they hurt even if it is politicians with good reputation.
In the words of our founding fathers “There is nothing so powerful as truth”. Daniel Webster stated these words along time ago. May be newspapers like the Union Leader and the Fosters should learn what the meaning is?
I am running for Oyster River School Board and the voters have a right to learn who I am and what I stand for.
Think about what newspaper has the BALLS to run a response that tells the people of the pain and deception their editors are inflicting on the voters and their own readers.

US citizens don't care,

US Citizens don’t care
I read a commentary in the Union Leader this morning of the SSgt in the National Guard on US attitude to those serving. Only ten percent of the citizens ever serve in our military leaving ninety-percent enjoying the benefits of freedom. Today’s returning veterans will receive the same if not harsher, more ignorant attitudes with the political jester of change to make it better for future returning US Military. Each war or conflict has veterans returning to a society that just does not care for they (society) are to busy living their own lives. Children join the US Military for many reasons other than patriotism. Many if not all learn and become grateful for what the USA has and gives it citizens. We learn teamwork for not only our US Military but with the citizens of the USA. Respect and honor is burned into our heads as we survive the enemy to return different individuals than you saw leave. We ask to be treated equally as that is the message I learned from the SSgt’s article. Equal means understanding, which cannot be done if censoring the words of US Military Veterans is the protocol of the news media.
The same political attitude of we will correct the wrongs happening to our returning US Military so future generations do not return to the same as today’s is. Each generation hears the same rhetoric. When citizens that fought for freedom are forced to stay silent for the demons we hold scare the public the answer can never be lock them up for the safety of the public as is today’s policy. The government Red Flag on US Military Veterans is the perfect example of the rhetoric. The same attitude of every US Military Veteran I have heard is we will serve again if our country calls regardless. These are the men and women that protect and defend our Constitution and they deserve more than rhetoric congress pays them as the news media slams them with silence through censorship.
I am a 100% disabled US Marine from the Vietnam Conflict. God it just does not make since.

ORSD Right to know or VA harm, Captain Eric May, Governor NH Lynch, NH State Police, Freedom

America-The cannibal culture
Gordon Duff of Veterans Today said in a more educated manner my thoughts in my letters to a tee. My belief is the injustice is to reel on Veterans. “Perhaps those that can steal the most and stay out of prison” exactly describes our society today. There are good caring citizens but once in government selfishness and greed engulfs them. The first reel against US Military veterans is a civilized society cannot conceive the changes the daily life of war has on the innocent child’s mind. To come home as society, believes you the one that left, to the reality of the uncaring monster they see that you wasted good potential to become. The silent demons eat you away as to tell others of these will destroy any remaining life that only struggle can achieve. Doctors even VA doctors treat but cannot believe the reality of something they cannot see. Faking systems to gain a medical pension is the first thought of those in government more likely provoking rejection. Social rejection, lost family, lost employment; homelessness is this civilized society answer to those that wasted good potential to become leaches, once US Military Personal.
Men like McCain of Arizona and Kerry of Mass try to make changes in government to have those that never served miss interpret military actions to defraud the voters. Most that join the military do it for love of country. If not when we join as our daily life evolves respect for the USA is learned in a special way. This is the second reel that US Military veterans are crippled with as we struggle to survive back here in the real world. In the back of our minds we know what the tyranny of other nations is, for we live it. The equality of the Constitution takes a special place to us displacing greed and selfishness for the good of others first. The commanding voice, the survival moves to loud sudden noise or the cold response to death or pain civilized society reads as having no emotion for others. We isolate our self’s to protect those we love and the nation we gave to protect.
I am running for elected office. The VA and NH government are using my military disabilities to stop me. Society refuses to see as the news media censors my opinion letters of government wrongs. My VA medical care for combat related disabilities has been stopped. Duff stated, “Now they are defining the choices, prison, death or slavery” fits the happening to a tee.
Re-living last night over and over in flashback as a US Marine of the pride I feel for it, to my daily life conflict to silently fit back here in the real world is the forth option Duff missed. “I would rather die at a machine or pulling a plow by man power alone than live under the rule of vipers”. The fourth option is suicide to protect the citizens of the USA from what we have become.

Fosters Daily Democrat, Union Leadeer, Concord Monitor, Biased news reporter, NH governor Lynch,

Fosters’ Daily Democrat
Denying the truth at a cost to its readers. Fewer and fewer pages each week make up the Fosters paper. There is not less news of facts to inform the people about concerning every day life. The economic reasons has to be a no brainer for if you inform the readers of the truth no matter who it hurts more and more people will pay to read it. The more people that buy the paper the more advertisers will want to buy space in this paper. The biggest harm to a newspaper is when the editor lets his personal feeling create biased news. The news becomes the reporter’s own attitude and not the facts. It does not matter if the facts tell of good or bad the readers want to be informed of the truth.
The citizens that make up the Oyster river School District are the same as all the other districts in the state. We the people want to know the truth not only about school matters but all situations happening for this is what we base our vote on. The candidates are citizens willing to give their time to help form the future generation minds to be well educated. A school board member is going to be hated by some and loved by others they have no choice. The question is do the citizens we elected have the character to with stand the wrongs inflicted on them to do what is right. Doing what is right can be a balance of the wants and needs of the schools and the taxpayers all in one. The most important part is the same general rule as the newspapers to tell the truth and hide no facts. There will be no secrets if I am elected to the SB. This should make the reporters happy if they do not have to go to court at great expense to the taxpayers and the newspaper for the Right to know law must be obeyed.
The public should be informed that I have a jail record for Terrorism. NH took this 100% combat related disabled US Marine and under the Patriot Act took my freedom for six months. Four days before the trial the bogus charges were dropped. My volunteer work every day since 74 helping children, adults, families and more had a Madbury NH family call me for help. The Madbury NH selectmen were using the trusted power of their government position to steal land from local residents for personal gain. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear the case because it would criminally bring down Judge Peter Fauver a brother colleague of the SC justices. Now even today law enforcement still harasses my family and friends to stop my opinion letters of trusted government officials doing wrongs to the people.
Any one’s opinion letters of government wrongs can never be the biased editor’s right not to publish. The Union Leader, Concord Monitor and other newspapers have become biased also. It is just now the public has the Internet to see just what facts the editors do not see as relevant to the future of the USA. These facts make me wonder how the UL and Fosters can win so many journalism awards that each paper is bragging about. Denying the truth and failure to tell the response of the readers is costing every citizen of the USA.

Carol Shea-Porter relelection, NH,USA, Home, Her husband was in the service

Response to Carol Shea-Porter’s community commentary
Carol misses the entire point of Thomas Jefferson’s generation was making on responsibility of government in education. Carol’s entire column demonstrates how our leaders have lost track of the founding fathers intent. Carol seems to be the type of spend to make things look better costing the taxpayers to divide society into groups of haves and have not’s. Cutting school budgets is the solution to get rid of the wasteful and bring us back to the basic education our schools were intended to be. The logic Carol talks about “money alone won’t solve our problems” she wants to spend more without realizing waste is what is happening by giving more money. Accountability and responsibility has to be set by example to our next generation or the down turn of the USA will eventually win. Newspapers will print Carol’s words for she fits the editor’s choice. I am running for ORSB and my words are censored as the editor embellishes the point (people like me) are a danger to society. Carol once contacted the VA in Manchester to have my VA medical conditions used to take my freedom to stop my opinion of her job in Congress.
NH and the VA have stopped my medical care for combat related disabilities from my tour as a US Marine during the Vietnam Conflict. The news media will not print my letters containing such information depriving the voters to be informed that such people like Carol are the problem. Carol tried to use my disabilities received defending and protecting our Constitution to advance her position in government at the expense of the taxpayers. There are two sides to every story but our news media has become biased. I may not be the best candidate to be elected but it must be the voter’s choice. I have not hidden the facts from the public my letters every day go out on the web and are read around the world. It is the award winning newspapers that secretly hide the facts to win prizes.
I volunteer every day to help people. I ask and want nothing for such community efforts to make the USA better for all equally. I have volunteered every day since coming back in seventy-four to make life better for people that never served in our military like Carol. I came back from combat a different person and this is what leaders like Carol use to sway voters (citizens like I do not belong in this civilized society) to give more to make her look better. Carol may be the spouse of some one that served but she has no idea of the real world. My PTSD complemented by my second disability TBI go untreated as the newspapers and leaders like Carol stop my medical care to force my suicide or incrassation. Winning an election by biased news media and cover-ups by the well established is the problem.
I am running for elected position in the State of NH my entire point is Foster’s does not deserve the “New England General Excellence Award.
To censor this response letter makes my entire point. Thomas Jefferson generation believed in opinion letters of the people has to be what the USA is. I am a US Marine that came back to a nation that will never accept us back for what we did.

volunteering, people, NH, USA, US Military, Disabled, Help, say good bye

Volunteering to help people
It feels different as one volunteer to help other people. Even citizens that you do not even know it just seems different. Volunteering is the best way to live for to make life better for all even at one’s own expense brings a harmony in not only your own mind but also all around you glows. I volunteered yesterday to help citizens that I knew not well but not friends either. I hope some day maybe they will be friends for friendship is the catalyst to a successful rewarding peace in your own mind. I am talking about how the pain from my disabilities feels different from the daily struggle to accept it. I do not tell people that I am disabled because they would not accept my help. Even people that are struggling and need some assistance in some way will not let a disabled person help. Well most people are like that.
I do many things that because of my broken back from one Vietnam offensive should not be doing. Enduring the pain to make life easier for others also gives me a chance to accept better US Military gave their lives and my volunteering may be makes it not to be in vain. Most of my hearing in both ears has been diminished from another Vietnam offensive causing me to miss interpret what a lot of the conversations around me are about. I find most people get angry when they have to repeat because they believe you do not pay attention. I have to accept that my life is different as my PTSD complemented by my TBI puts me in a position that others cannot accept. It is the old saying people are hesitant to be around disabled people for fear they themselves may catch it. I create my own pain so the VA stopping my medical care is justifiable as they have warned me many times to stop writing opinion letters of government wrongs.
I am running for ORSB and it is important to me that the voters know what I am about and where I came from. I am a 100% disabled US Marine from the Vietnam Conflict era. God the shooting pain and delusional depressed thoughts just make me hesitant to lay down. My physical condition and the pain is not greater or less from volunteering. Volunteering just dignifies to me my coming back alive when so many better than I gave their lives for this freedom. Our country and every citizen in it is allowing government personal to use military disabilities to control freedom of speech to what end. The thousand of disabled US Military Veterans being denied in some way if not completely medical (Physical and mental) with out any one seeing or speaking out about it just does not seem right. Great efforts are put out to quit public outrage about the neglect for today’s veterans and in a few years those will be ignored and forgotten about just as the past are now.
The news media censors my words for the danger they impress on the public this 100% disabled US Marine is. In my eyes the voters should have a right to know what they may have lost by government formed ignorant voters. It just feels different the directions to kill my self before the enemy takes me again. Where am I as there has to be a way to get out of this place? Next stop is Vietnam!

ORSD-USMC, NH,voters, USCL,

USMC-ORSD Losers
The ORSD tells the judge we will make changes so they are let go. The Marines’ actions are understandable. Conflict and confusion are what we the ones that go off to fight for the freedom of the USA get as we return. My right to run for elected position in New Hampshire with out interference from the news media and government officials has to be guaranteed. It is like I read today “Piss on the crucifix, and they’ll call you an artist. Piss on the American Flag and they’ll call you a freedom-of-speech Constitutionalist. Piss on the Taliban POS that just tried to kill you and your fellow Marines, and they’ll call you a villain”. I am a natural born US citizen that came back from the Vietnam Conflict 100% disabled. Government retribution is against the law, yet the NH government officials and news media use this to create danger to the public in my personality to stop my getting elected. The positive changes any person serving the people of NH and the USA can make if elected by law has to be the voter’s freedom to choose.
NH and the VA stop my medical care for combat related disabilities to teach me to obey government authority. The newspapers continue to reinforce the danger my life is to the citizens of NH to justify the criminal actions of Judge Peter Fauver and the NH Supreme Court. Communication by the news media and the manipulated truth to control public opinion is highlighted by our government official’s refusal to speak with me. Communication is the civilized manner to solve problems with out violence. The news media makes the father that blew up his two sons a villain and a bad person. The news media refuse to tell the other side, which is a man, accused by the news media and incompetent law enforcement of killing his wife to build public support for illegal acts to justify their actions. The news media and law enforcement right here in NH are trying to do this to me except from my head injury and PTSD I see the USA as a place (no matter what harm) that we must give to make what so many over the history of the USA gave their lives to protect and defend our Constitution not be in Vain.
Judges in the NH SC refused to hear a case where Judge Peter Fauver in a criminal manner used the trusted power of the courts to enable the Madbury NH selectmen for the selectmen’s personal gain take from local residents. Judges just like this gave the ORSB the right to hide facts under the Right to Know Law from the people as long as they promise not to do it again. NH put me in jail as a terrorist under the Patriot act to stop my opinion letters. Law enforcement comes to my home to harass my family and friends to isolate me to make my combat disabilities inflame my desire to commit suicide. It is working!
The ORSD voters and the State of New Hampshire have a Right to Know the back ground of a person running for elected office no matter how bad a select few want to censor the truth. Denied the right to talk can kill.
Some day some of your and the children of the ORSD will may be join the US Military should they not have a fighting chance if they come back to the USA alive.

Politican wrong, N, Madbury, lynch, NH State Police,Shaheen, Ayotte, NH senaotrs

Political wrong
NH senators Ayotte and Shaheen want to waste money on a new Veterans Hospital or affiliate the one they call inadequate with Darthmouth. The one thing they forgot to do is listening to the voters. This is why opinion letters unedited in the local and state newspapers are a good form of communication. Lets talk tax dollars and the money crisis we are all in. I am a 100% combat related disabled US Marine from the Vietnam Conflict. WE do not need another wasted place for the politicians to hang their hats to empress the voters. Let these same politicians help the 100% disabled Veteran that had his medical care stopped until he stops writing opinion letters of government wrongs that the newspapers censor to deprive the public of communication. These politicians are fighting for equal rights for woman to serve in the front lines of combat. Fighting in combat is not equal rights it is just a stupid thing we do to protect and defend our Constitution. Has our two Senators served in the Military?
Our politicians want equal rights but allow the NH government to take my medical care away because I volunteered my time to help ORSD families stop government wrongs. The Madbury NH selectmen use the trusted power of the people to take from local residents for the selectmen’s own personal gain. Judge Peter Fauver used the people’s trust in the courts to violate our Constitution to cover up and reinforce the Madbury selectmen’s stealing from local residents. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear the case because it was a brother Judge/attorney from the NH Bar association that would go down. Discrimination and conflict of interest are clearly why no one in government or the judicial branch of government will talk about these wrongs and Constitutional crimes. (Censored)
The talk around Oyster River School District is why no newspaper will inform the public of my intent to run for political office. Censoring the opinion of the people is why our government is in such turmoil. We the people suffer when any one opinion no matter how bad the editors believe it is are censored. My platform when I ran for NH State Senate last election was censored, as the editors and NH government want the people to believe that I am a danger. Retribution and character assignation by government officials is a crime against our Constitution.
My letters go out every day to thousands of people. Government officials, judges, newspapers and many more my letters go to. Stopping one individuals medical care our government gets away with but depriving all the voters of facts critical to the future of the USA may haunt Ayotte and Shaheen to waste more tax dollars on a cover up rather than a coat rack.
The odds are against me in the ORSD elections but odds are against a US Marine living through serving the USA so senators that never served can take the glory and enjoy the freedom.

NH Governor Lynch, VFW, American Legion, Madbury NH. ORSD,

Hypocrisy or hippocras
Veterans Today on the web had a great article “there is no limit to hypocrisy”. It was not so much the reading of what it said but the intrigue of being in another person’s thoughts and seeing the same thing differently. “We all know this charade” seems to be the common theme of what the readers remark. How about the actual fact that right here in the USA our government has grown into a hypocrisy Russia and China are probably saying the same about. I thought when the Veterans Today came out on the web it was a great reprehensive of US Military Veterans having a way to express their lost ability to belong here in the USA. This barrage of information expands to include the thoughts and opinions of many veterans and non-veterans writing interesting articles but failing to hear the veteran’s voice that you believe is a public approved attitude. To listen and hear each individual veteran being wronged by our government this article in a state of hypocrisy seems to be the new, mature Veterans Today.
It is not a charade to grow, as even I find reading the different articles each day on many different areas educational as well as entertaining. If I hear every day from Veterans, Disabled and honorably discharged having problems adjusting and getting help others must hear also. The attitude to be nice to the VA and it will come about is as wrong as what happens when a nation forgets. People may complain that I repeat the same thing over and over but the truth does not go away. These US Military Veterans tell me to continue for they wish they had done it just like me. They want me to tell their voice is not silent it is that no one will hear them for the hypocrisy is the public does not want to. The attitude to be nice to politicians to get them to help is a bigger joke no one sees. Politicians are in it to make their life rich on the backs of the Taxpayers. The hypocrisy Russia and China see is the USA has out grown its own people to believe they can make the world better by giving its own riches to other violent nations. We believe that the world accepts us but the charade is they do not.
Right hear in the USA the VA along with the NH government has stopped my VA medical. This same thing happens to other veterans silent for the charade, hypocrisy over the years takes their lives before help arrives. Any citizen having government retribution inflicted on them for freely writing of government wrongs can never be tolerated here in the USA. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case of their brother attorney/judge Peter Fauver criminally violating the Constitution to harm US citizens. A freedom no one hears.
Hypocrisy is you make the public believe my mental stability is a danger to others but you stop my medical care, as the blind eye of the public does not want to see. The Veterans Today putting a small page aside to help the many, many US Military Veterans needing their voice heard. Hypocrisy is everyone believes the public approves but the public is not informed so it cannot possess approval.

Peaceful course, ORSD, ORSB, Madbury NH, State of NH.freedom, war,

Follow the peaceful course
Laws and Regulations approved by the majority of the people must be obeyed to have a civilized society. Do private businesses such as newspapers have the right to deprive or censor the truth from the public? I ran for NH State Senate last election and the voters were deprived of hearing what I am and what my actions to perform my duties to benefit society would be if elected by the voters. I am running for Oyster River School Board this election and the same controlled public awareness is happening as the Newspapers censor my opinion letters. My letters are libelous or hurt people with good reputations are the reason. The safety of the public from a US citizen the NH Government and news media force on public communication to illustrate their point about my character they want you to see. I am a 100% disabled US Marine that our government stops my medical care for combat related disabilities to stop my opinion letters. Just tell me what type of civilized society this USA has become? The Constitution is our highest law to protect the individual from government authority taking our basic human rights ways.
I did the one act authority tells us silently we the public are not allowed to do. I brought a case as a volunteer to the NH Supreme Court where Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to enable the Madbury selectmen to use the trusted power of the people to take from local residents for the selectmen’s personal gain. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear the case. Conflict of interest and Discrimination are clearly demonstrated in the NH SC refusing to hear the case. Even the justices of the NH SC must obey laws and Regulations. The right of every citizen to publicly communicate government wrongs cannot be deprived.
NH took my freedom for six months to stop my opinion letters under the Patriot Act before dropping the bogus charges. Law enforcement comes to my home and harasses my family and friends to isolate me. PTSD highlighted by TBI two of my four MC disabilities rage unknown untreated wars in my head. My broken back from one Vietnam offensive and my diminished hearing in both ears from another Vietnam offensive constantly remind me over and over every single day we exist as a nation called the USA>
The New Hampshire Supreme Court is the People’s right to abolish to stop as the Constitution provides “when they diminish any one right of any one individual at any one time”. The children should at least be entitled to see that one ORSB member that stands with out renovation the United States of America at all costs even death.
What type of civilized society would not publicly communicate government harm inflicted on a 100% disabled US Military Veteran to silence freedom of speech?

NH State Rep Will Smith, Madbury, NH Governor Lynch, ORSD, Lee, Durham, State of NH

Response to NH State Rep Will Smith
A response to the case for public school reform in democratic or republican political system is to blame the other. The classic way our two party societies must look at the root to see electrons must be based on the public opinion being free and openly available to the public. Editors censoring because the truth hurts people with good reputations cannot ever deny public opinion of government wrongs. The Freedom of the press must inform the public of all candidates no matter what the Democratic, republican or people in power believe is in the best interest of the public. I ran last election for NH State Senate against a beautiful, well educated and very nice person. I lost partly because the public was denied my platform by a two party system that believes their way is what the USA stands for. Amanda Merrill is a very fine NH State senator but that is not what elections are all about. The government and newspapers trough character assignation in conflict with our Constitution made the public believe a danger existed with my election. Any election conceives by scaring public opinion to achieve public support is wrong.
I am running for Oyster River School Board the newspapers believe in the best interest and safety of the public my letters must be censored. NH and the VA have so much power they stop my medical care for combat related disabilities from my USMC tour in the Vietnam Conflict. NH Governor Lynch made me pay money to speak with him of government wrongs. I got the receipt but he still refuses to speak with me. It started because I volunteered my time to help ORSD families. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case where Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to take from ORSD residents for the selectmen’s self gains. NH incrassated me for six months until the bogus charges were dropped. My expectation of the Judicial Branch protecting my rights guaranteed by the Constitution were denied by a conflict of interest by the Supreme Court Justices protecting a brother Judge/Attorney at the expense of the American citizens.
I had a continuous flashback last night. My words VC were repeated over and over as the gooks beat and mocked me at the campfire while drinking rice wine. I am left-handed and all I could think of is why would I use my right hand to shove the bayonet up under the ribs and twist of the child standing guard a few click out as I freed my self and escaped. I believed this was standard life of a US Marine as TBI took my complete memory out of Parris Island. I was living in a world where only the daily life of a US Marine was in my head.
You took my medical care with out hesitation to stop my opinion letters. You now take my right to freely run for any election. The question is the case for public school reform has to be based on a free and open election of all the candidates.

Principles of Democracy, Madbury NH, Governor Lynch, Concord Monitor, Union leader, Nashua Telegraph, Fosters daily democrat

Principles of Democracy
New Hampshire refuses to honor or recognize the Constitution. P.J.Balles wrote a great article in the Veterans Today on the Web about Democracy. The article is a masterpiece of education seeing that what the majority see as freedom only until complacency lets it slip away. Franklin Roosevelt once said, “The real safe guard of Democracy is education”. The opinion page once a great educational tool for the public to inform others of government wrongs lays still as editors censor to demonstrate the power of a private business over the people. Politicians have so shaped the power of government they become rich as taxpayers once again struggle to pay. Slowly the wheel turns as if the definition of Communism engulfs one at a time until the majority is owned and a revolution is needed to stop the dictator’s rule as freedom has once again committed suicide by compliancy.
Politicians use words like danger and safety of the public to gain support from the ignorant people. Elections come down to whom the newspapers and government in power believes should run on the ballot for the voters to freely choose from. I ran for NH State Senate this past election to be isolated and character assignation by news media and government authority to silence my campaign. The politician that promises to correct the wrongs if elected quiets the public’s cry for change. Newspapers claim libel to censor opinion letters stating a candidate’s platform if he or she does not fit and compromise to the powerful leaders. I am running for Oyster River School board and the same censorship is used to keep an educated public ignorant for control purposes. The principles of Democracy have slipped away as turmoil grows in other nations trying to emulate the USA.
The American Legion, VFW, ignores a US Marine and yes the Veterans Today on the Web for the danger democracy has placed on my head. Freedom gave the dominant the power to stop my medical care for combat related disabilities. They took my freedom by incarnation for six months until the bogus charges were dropped to intimidate to obey government authority. Law enforcement harasses my family and friends to cause isolation and promote my suicide or unlawful act to justify the danger our trusted leaders are trying to illustrate. No guaranteed Constitutional Right can be denied any one individual at any time is the basic foundation of Democracy. Corruption in the NH Supreme Court has sacrificed the remaining check and balance as the slow suicide of democracy evolves as the ignorant public fails to act. A 100% disabled US Military Veteran is left with out honor as the State of New Hampshire leave all veterans in little more that a dream out of an opiate. Some words from this letter I thank P.J.Balles for.
Does the public have the right in a Democracy to be educated by freedom of speech by a person running in an elected office where the illusion of a free vote from the educated public forms a democratic society?

Madbury NH, Newmarket NH,Lee, Lynch, crime, medical care, freedom, life, death,

Importance of Opinion Letters
The unforeseen dreams of the unborn child are the foundation of each opinion letter of government wrongs to make a better USA. The truth of what a nation is made of comes from the voice of the people. Private businesses or government authority can never censor communication and ones equal ability to express personal opinion of wrongs. To silence even one individual completely diminishes our highest law the Constitution. Silent demons rage in my head of time spent in and out of enemy hands for the sole purpose of the continued existence of our Constitution. I have asked nothing except to make any action I take to make the future of the USA stronger and a better place for all equally. You the citizens of New Hampshire and the USA allow the NH government and Veterans Administration to stop my medical care for combat related disabilities as leverage to stop my voice. The unforeseen dreams of a seventeen-year-old US Marine wishing to stay alive long enough to come home to this.
Danger signs by government authority harm my character in retribution for public safety reasons. The mental anguish imposed by government authority on a 100% disabled US Marine to induce suicide or criminal acts constitute abuse of the trusted power of the people. The unseen side of people in power to control and dictate controlled influence over the voters is the foundation of the two party systems of elections. I ran for NH State Senate last election to be denied my voice by NH news media for the danger they want the public to believe this 100% disabled US Marine is to the safety of the public. The danger is to allow certain people in government to stop medical care for anyone. To claim danger of a mentally ill person caused by the very stopping of medical care is like an oxymoron.
I dropped out of high school as 17 to join the USMC. Volunteering my time taking a case of government abuse to the NH Supreme Court for a Madbury NH family in trouble. The NH SC refused to hear a case of a brother Judge/Attorney criminally violating the NH Constitution to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to take from local resident thought the trusted power of the people. These are government wrongs no newspapers should have the ability to censor from the public. NH put me in jail through the corrupt courts to stop my opinion letters of government wrongs. State and local law enforcement harass my family and friends to isolate me to medically harm my mental and physical health. The local sheriff sends patrol cars to my home to take me in as intimidation to stop my telling the world that Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the law and Constitution.
I am running this election for Oyster River School board. The voters and citizens of the State of New Hampshire have the God given right to hear my words no matter what the news media or government authority dictates.
The freedom of this US Marine is in your hand United State of America.

Newspapers have rights. NH, governor Lynch, ehtics, hositilly, honest

Newspapers have rights
Should the newspaper have the right to decide which candidate a voter can choose? Corrupt government actions is running rampart even in the Oyster River School District. Editors censoring the truth from the US citizens deny the well-informed voter and the people’s right to know. The unedited opinion letter of the average citizen was so important to the foundation of the USA it was given protection in our highest Law the Constitution. To allow a 100% disabled US Marine’s Combat related disabilities to be used (from the NH governor lynch down to the bottom a newspaper editor) to deny the voters the well informed choice of who to vote for is wrong. I may not be the right choice. It has to be the voters that decide. The Veterans Administration and the NH governor stopping my medical care for combat related disabilities goes far beyond any reasonable exception in a civilized society set of rules. In the town of Lee a special class of society is attempting to take the vote away by repealing SB-22. I tell you this to show that it is not just me that this civilized society is doing it to. A special class of citizen’s is denying our rights that believe they are elite. Communication has to be unbiased truth on both sides. A newspapers failure to print responses to articles harming individuals to establish the editor or government official’s perceived danger is character assignation and prohibited by our original and highest law the Constitution. Should the rights of a private business such as a newspaper have the right to interfere with any election?
A high school drop out that came back alive does not have the right to publicly speak of wrongs by the NH Supreme Court. The NH SC refused to hear a case where a brother Judge/Attorney criminally violate our Constitution. Our courts put me in jail as a terrorist under the Patriot Act to stop my opinion letters. I lost six months out of my life for government retribution to teach me government authority cannot be questioned. Last election I ran for NH State Senate only to have the News Media and government officials establish a danger in my character to justify censoring my letters. The Voters were denied the right to be well informed about all the candidates. Should the news media have this right?
I have been honest with the voters. Many times I have spoken of my PTSD. I relive the pride and horror of being a US Marine complacent with life and death every day and night. The reality of breaking my back during one Vietnam offensive and my limited hearing in both ears from another Vietnam offensive make the flashback of being there so real. The fact TBI took all my memory of life before entering the Marine Corps makes me question every aspect of life back here in the real world “USA”. Should the newspaper have the right to decide if my character meets the requirements to be a candidate for any election in NH?
A letter questioning the ethics of the NH government and News Media should not be censored but this one will. I am a candidate for elected position but they are telling you I do not meet the standards of this civilized society.

VA, Madbury nh, ORSB, durham, lee, governor Lynch, fire department

4TH of July Killer runs for school board
The local newspaper was full of opinion letters from the community about the Oyster River School Board. My letter announcing my run for SB has been censored to protect the public from someone the editors believe is a danger waiting to happen. Your letters gripping and complaining about the performance and wrongful acts of the past SB fill the paper. Letters from people paying the taxes the SB wastes, as the citizens want to elect new members that will protect their rights. The well-informed voter comes from freedom of speech and freedom of the Press. What right does any private business such as a newspaper have to deprive the voters of the right to elected some one that will protect their rights at all cost. What right does the newspaper have in covering up that Governor Lynch made me pay to speak with him on government wrongs, took my money and never talked. This is a criminal act in direct defiance of our Constitution.
NH and the VA stops this 100% service connected disabled US Military Veteran’s medical care until I stop writing opinion letters. Ignorant citizens are created by the news media deciding what facts you the public is in titled to hear. Our government is now made up of greedy citizens with good intentions that use the trusted power of government for their own self-gain. The Madbury NH selectmen are the perfect example of government wrong. The Madbury NH selectmen use the trusted power of government to take from local residents for the selectmen’s personal gains. NH superior court justice Peter Fauver used the power of the Judicial Branch of government to violate our Constitution to cover up the crimes against the peace and dignity of the State of NH harming the citizen by the Madbury NH selectmen. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear the case, as it was a brother Judge/Attorney they would have to take down. The newspapers refuse to inform the public to “protect people with good reputation” as they continue to print bias news articles and refuse to print the response of the citizen’s they harm. Stopping my medical care was only the beginning of what this state of New Hampshire will do to protect their special class of society.
I served in the USMC in and out of the Vietnam Conflict many times. My medical conditions are PTSD with TBI along with a broken back from one Vietnam offensive and reduced hearing in both ears from another offensive. A community member yesterday referred to me as a 4th of July killer in telling others why not to vote for this candidate. The news media coverage is the reasons the citizens are miss informed of the facts in the case. The unbiased truth is something the news media has lost. I am running for ORSB what right does any business or person have to deprive the voters of the facts.
