Yesterday we closed on the eleven-acre piece of property to build the Veteran Chapel on. The chances and ways to bring this about is enormous by using the one goal of have in some way help US Military Veterans come home mentally and physically at no cost. If any one has any ideas of how to bring this about speak up. I find every idea worth listening too. I may not use every idea but with the people making suggestions and using the best ideas or parts of all ideas makes for the best. It is eleven-acres of woods with some wet areas. There are five hundred feet of water frontage on Wheelwright pond in Lee NH. The first year I would like to put a road in and may be a few campsites where Veterans and/or their families can go for a week of free camping. Buying the property took a lot of our money but it will be worth it if we can help US Military Veterans come home. I also want to put in a spiritual area where ones religious freedoms can be practiced alone or with others.
I know there will be people questioning why I would do such a thing. It is the reason that I volunteer. Volunteering is a way to help others with no strings attached so that person can have a better life. This is why every newspaper in NH that censors my opinion letters of government wrongs is hurting every citizen. We must reach out with our thoughts and ideas to make NH and the USA a better place for all. It is like that Madbury NH family that I volunteer my time to help. The Madbury NH selectmen took land from this family for the selectmen’s own profit and personal gains. Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution though the power of the courts to cover it up. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear the case to protect Judge Fauver and the monopoly of power in the justice branch of government. The newspapers censor the facts to protect those in government that the editor’s claims have good reputations. They censor my letters but they cannot stop me from writing these criminal acts for public consumption. Government officials and judges have violated the law using government retribution to stop me but I just keep on writing no matter what the consequences.
They stop my medical care for combat related service-connected disabilities and the newspapers believe these facts must be censored. Not only do they stop medical care but also they use my US Military disabilities to claim that I am a danger. No one wants to hear what the US Military veteran is saying for fear we are a danger to you all. This is why the US Military Veteran Chapel is needed in the state of New Hampshire.
If you want to help, give me your ideas and lets make this work. There should never be a homeless US Military Veteran or any US Military Veteran deprived of medical care because of ignorant government officials. This is why I believe spending my wife and my money is a positive step. I came home alive where far better men and women gave their lives for our freedom. We owe the respect for what they gave to help all US Military Veterans so what they gave will never be in VAIN.

Freedom is what our military fight in a war or conflict to defend and protect it in the USA for future generations. My letters irate some people and some say they are repetitive. The criminal acts of retribution by government officials continues each day to stop my letters and a good example is my medical care for combat related disabilities from my tour in the USMC was stopped. Things like this just do not happen in the USA so some people have told me. The NH Supreme Court REFUSED to hear a case where Judge Peter Favuer criminally violated the Constitution to cover up the Madbury selectmen taken from local residents for the selectmen’s own profit. If communication is the means for a civilized society to avoid violence then why not talk openly with me to solve the problem. I am from Lee NH and volunteer to help Madbury residents that I do not even know because that is what our military fight on foreign soil to stop from happening in the USA. Freedom is not repetitive or controlled by a statute of limitation. The NH Supreme court violated the Constitution and it every citizen’s obligation to stop it from ever happening again.
The news media is so biased that they refuse to inform the citizens of NH about my starting a Veteran Chapel to help returning US military veterans come home mentally and physically. The government and news media cannot stop me by censoring my opinion letters of government wrongs because I am using money that we saved over the years. It is the disabled and those like me that came back from a conflict or war unable to accept coming home was the right thing to do that are harmed. Yesterday on Criminal Minds a CBS TV show about a PTSD Veteran untreated that relives his experiences. It was about the soldier killing a 10 or 11 year-old child carrying a rifle trying to kill him. The flashback of my killing as I tried to escape the gook camp someplace in Cambodia while American Advisor on convoy was so similar. Where does it all end and how may more US Military will be hurt before the news media stops censoring the opinion of the people.
The NH Underground I thank for printing my letters on their web site daily. A discussion on the merits of war and my letters started. I love to see citizens talking for it mean maybe the light will shine and the USA will become a better place. What I went through in my lifetime I am proud of. I would never wish it on another person but also I would not change a thing. The US Military is children taken from a safe environment to give the ultimate for the ninety percent that will never fight or serve in the military. The US Military coming back to NH deserve an eleven-acre retreat where they can go to try to come home mentally and physically.
Freedom is the right for any individual to build a Veteran Chapel or anything that they want with out some of the ninety percent stopping it with the fear of danger because we did something you will never understand. Fosters’ Daily Democrat ethics
A newspapers exist to print the unbiased news for it readers to learn and be well informed. A newspaper exists to print both sides of the story even if the response by the damaged party questions the character of the editor’s choice. The Fosters once gave me an award for my relentless volunteering to help other citizens in the community even at an expense to my own family. In the twenty or more years since Foster’s said thank you in that way I have not changed. Today even more do I find the need and do daily help other citizens in the community and state of NH. I refuse to accept any form of payment for helping other than a thank you. That is why so many years ago I appreciated the Thank You from Fosters. Things changed directly after that award. The Fosters stopped printing my opinion letters because one letter criticized Rod Dougherty and the Fosters for something they wrote. This newspaper is hurting the community by not printing all the facts good or bad. To censor the community from the unbiased news makes the Fosters a rag. I am running for NH State Senate District 21 do the citizens of that community deserve to hear the facts or is it Rod Dougherty’s right to censor for the safety in his eyes of the public. The Portsmouth herald does the same to censor for whatever reason. District 21 is also Portsmouth and this newspaper tells all kinds of facts about my Democrat opponent Fuller-Clark. Lets not leave the Union Leader out for they claim to be the state’s largest but they censor my campaign also. Can protecting the people be so important than the unbiased facts of both sides of the story?
The main theme of my campaign is that the NH Supreme Court covered up the Madbury NH selectmen taking through the trusted power of the people from local resident for the selectmen’s own self profit. The NH SC refused to hear the case because it was Judge Peter Fauver with uncontested documented facts presented to the SC that criminally violated the Constitution to allow the Madbury NH selectmen to continue this dangerous criminal activity. The newspapers in the State of New Hampshire believe it is their duty to protect the citizens of NH from a danger such as me. I do not care if the editor’s like me or not it is their obligation to inform their readers of the unbiased facts. This is my campaign to help the state of NH.
These very same newspapers believe it is their duty to not inform the people of my willingness with my own money saved over years to start a Veteran Chapel where disabled and combat veterans disabled or not can go to try to come home mentally and physically at no cost to them. I just bought eleven acres of land on a pond in Lee NH to do just so. Volunteering to help other citizens is my way of showing gratitude for coming home alive when so many better than I will never get to. Think of the damage these very newspapers we trust is doing to the citizens that believe so much in a better USA. What about the US Military Veteran left out because of editors like Rod Dougherty that will never come home completely.

A US Marine asking why is violence necessary? Every one acts so sad when something of mass killings happens but no one will see that it is not necessary. We need to put our hand out and help other people. We not only need to listen but hear what other people are saying. I am honest enough to tell the voters that I have disabilities. It only takes one person to make the majority fear or see danger because of the mental state of the individual’s of these massacres in Colorado and other states. The newspapers believe to censor my telling the voters of NH what is happening is for the voter’s safety. I have four disabilities from my time in the MC. Three are combat related from separate missions during my tour. One is Traumatic Brain Injury where I lost my complete memory forever of growing up in NH. PTSD from my life as American Advisor on convoys across Thailand, Laos and Cambodia along with other events of my 31 months over seas in and out of combat zones effects my daily life and in a flashback attempts at suicide are common. To stop my opinion letters of government wrongs my medical care for combat related disabilities has been stopped. I get free medical care at the VA for any other condition or injury but not my military disabilities. Ironic we understand mass killings are the result of some form of mental problem but no one asks why violence is necessary?
I am running for NH State Senate District 21 but the newspapers believe to censor my opinion letters and campaign is for the public safety. To use any persons medical condition as retribution for government control is just plan wrong. To have the newspapers stop my telling the residents and voters of NH of these wrongs cannot be qualified. NH Governor Lynch made me pay him money to tell him of government wrongs. I have the receipt to prove the criminal act. The news refuses to inform the voters. The New Hampshire Supreme Court covered up criminal wrongs by a judge by refusing to hear a case presented to them because it was just a commoner that presented the undisputed facts. The undisputed truths were documented in the case so clear the SC had to stop it from going public. The news refuses to tell the public using fear as a catalyst to claim safety always comes first. This civilized society refuses to listen for fear of mental conditions but allows through government retribution stopping a 100% disabled US Military person’s medical care for just such disabilities.
The newspapers no longer see the opinion of the people of government wrongs as important information. To not inform the public of government wrongs allows these people with good reputations to harm more and more US Citizens while this civilized society is diminished. Ironic a US Marine would think that violence is not necessary in a civilized society.

What is left?
A candidate for NH State Senate District 21 that so few do not want can decide for the so many that might like the choice. A NH resident and natural born US citizen that with money my family saved is willing to start a Veteran Chapel to help disabled US Military Veterans or any US Military that needs a place to go in their attempts to come home mentally and physically at no charge (Free). A 100% combat related disabled US Military Veteran that NH and the VA have stopped medical care for combat related disabilities to stop this US citizen’s Free Speech. The news media believes to censor is for the safety of the residents of the USA against this US Military Veteran. I can go on and on but it comes down to what is the point? Traumatic Brain Injury, PTSD, broken back and limited hearing in both ears from all the dangers of being there is my received at separate missions Marine Corps lasting history. I look back and wonder why such a wonderful woman stayed with me for over thirty years if I am so bad. I wonder why I have three beautiful girls all with college degrees that bought their own houses and work for a living. I should never have come back alive.
A common ranting theme that I just keep writing about over and over. There is no cure. There is no help. No one wants or can see the anguish and confused thoughts engulfing my life as I try to do the right thing to fit into this civilized society that I came home to. So many years, so many paths with the only thought of volunteering to help others to give for the memory of so many better than I that gave their (US Military) lives for this day. A candidate for NH State Senate District 21 that the editors know is a danger to the public. A volunteer, a 100% disabled US Military Veteran that our government has stopped medical care for to silence the voice of Freedom. What an oxymoron!
The right of the NH Supreme Court to diminish our Constitution at their own discursion to harm US citizens to protect their monopoly of power is not the right of a commoner to question. This is what the actions of our trusted leaders demonstrate. There is no hope as everyone looks but refuses to say it is wrong for fear it will happen to them next. Governor Lynch violated the Constitution when he made me pay money to speak with him on government wrongs. We never talked but I still have the receipt for the money it cost me. No one cares as long as the finger of safety is pointed. What is the difference if that day lying in the benjo ditch was wrong? Was I wrong to kill that child to get my M-16 back and escape? There is no record for an American advisor is alone as he travels with foreigners deep into the bush on missions of national importance. Deep with in my head the pounding thought of “how do I get out of this place” to come back to this?
You stop my medical care, yet you tell others of the danger that I am. I volunteer every day to help others that see no danger only a hand. I am a candidate for NH District 21 State Senate. Tell New Hampshire that freedom of speech is also a part of those that defended and protected our Constitution on foreign soil has to be did I really ever get out of this place. Candidate must be silent
I refuse to be silent about what I will do if elected. The news media takes the opposite road as they censor my every word. What type of country do we live in where the opinion of the people is censored: especially when it is a candidate for NH State Senate District 21? NH and the Veterans Administration stop my medical care for combat related disabilities and there is no road to take. The thousands of civilized citizens that read my letter every day but the newspapers refuse to let the local residents of NH and District 21 understand! The civilized citizen does not want violence to solve problems but how far does a 100% disabled US Military Veteran with Traumatic Brain injury and PTSD along with the pain of my broken back and confusion daily from my lack of hearing from my USMC tour go before the mind breaks? To selectively pick who will and who will not be protected by our Constitution is discrimination. The newspapers are a private business but the ethical and moral responsibility is greater than their ability to censor the words of a candidate for NH State Senate District 21.
I told the world in my last few letters about buying eleven acres of land to build a place for yesterdays, today and future US Military disabled or just needing to go in their attempts to come home mentally as well as physically. To censor any opinion letter of government wrongs is inconceivable. To harm US Military Veterans by the newspaper censoring opinion letters to protect criminal wrongs by the NH Supreme Court cannot be tolerated. The ten or so elected officials; government workers and their staff that contacted me about my letter on the Veteran chapel impressed me. My thing is if my letters are so widely read by judges, government officials and workers why can the wrongs continue. Can be correcting the wrongs of the NH Supreme Court by a commoner be so wrong?
I love the people that tell me I need medical care for my mental state. My head injury and PTSD are service connected and the VA refuses treatment for them until I stop writing opinion letters of government wrongs. I can get all the medical care in the world for any other illness or injury that is not service connected. The lack of medical care for my service-connected disabilities, related to the harassing from the VA suicide Hotline and now the Easter Seals suicide hotline is to encourage my Suicide to get out of this place during a PTSD incident. Suicide is the answer they keep telling me by to infer.
A civilized Society that allows by silence government wrongs to medically harm a 100% Disabled US Military Veteran or any citizen is wrong. I want so much to help all US Military Veterans that I bought with my family’s own money eleven acres to make this possible. NH ignores US Military Veterans
To have a US citizen buy eleven acres of land with their own money to make something, a place for disabled and needing US Military Veterans to go: to me at least does not warrant degrading comments and isolation. The US Military is only about eleven percent of the US citizens. Volunteering my time and money to help other US citizens, I have done every day since coming back in seventy-four. I ask nothing from those that I help. Many time people that I help offer me things including money, as each time I tell the person only a thank you will be accepted. To volunteer is a suggestion every person should try. The eleven acres is to start a Veterans Chapel where the homeless, or those needing a quite place to go, or some place to live just to get back on your feet or a spiritual place of any religion or not free to help those that protected and defended us without hesitation.
I was amassed at the ten or so politicians or staff from our NH Government after my first letter got in touch with me. It is protocol that they will never unless it is a chance for them to be publicly noticed help with the Veterans Chapel. We do not owe the US Military Veteran anything. I am sure almost every US Military Veteran would tell you that. To give them a chance when coming back from something any that have never seen combat can grasp is my goal. Something so simple as a place to relearn what a civilized society has to offer is a simple way to help those in need reconnect. The amazing thing since that first day and the first ten is now some have started inferring that this is a get rich scheme. I can reassure you that to volunteer for over thirty years is not a rich scheme other than to help the USA be a better place. I am a 100% combat related disabled US Military Veteran.
With all that NH has done to me: putting me in jail as a terrorist, arresting me to stop my free speech, and much worse my volunteering to help others will never stop. The news media believe to censor my words are protecting the public from a danger only freedom of the press can qualify. To take away from the public the words of a candidate for NH State Senate District 21 is to harm the public not me. I am only on this earth for such a short time but no one will ever be able to say a single act of volunteering by me was not from my heart for the USA.
The news media and NH government want the public to believe to censor my words is for your safety. The NH Supreme Court criminally violated the Constitution. I have no hesitation in bringing this forward to the public no matter what illegal acts NH politicians do to stop my words. One has nothing to do with the other in the idea that helping US Military Veterans with a place to go so may be they can truly come home in mind as well as person is the editors proper gander to control public opinion. Suicide Prevention the goal
Listen and actually hear what the person is saying has to be the start of preventing suicide. The Veterans Administration and NH government to stop my writing opinion letters just like this one has stopped my medical care for Combat related disabilities. I came back from my 31 months over seas during the Vietnam Conflict in 74 with four serious injuries from my tour. I was in and out of combat and did eight convoys as American Advisor deep into the bush of Thailand, Laos and Cambodia. I was dropped into a society back here that I had no memory of from my TBI. The VA for years rejected me or made me wait in long lines just to be seen by a doctor. A few years later my mind started in real life went back to the killing and hopeless continuous days and nights. Protesters were trying to inflict shame for what we did as pride was learned to be silent if coming home was true. To tell the VA the full facts could and many times brought over medication or for the safety of the community a cot in the psycho-ward. Many times since 74 I have attempted suicide not from the pressures of today or mental issues, or stress issues. The actual events take place when I am deep into a flashback, as the reality of it never goes away because you can never get out of this place. Several times over the years I should have died but for some reason I did not. Many times coming back just before made me realize and remember the entire journey and ask if I did come home! Carol Shea-Porter once used my medical conditions to have me chained and shackled in front of my wife and children to stop my writing opinion letters. The VA for Shea-Porter sent the police for the safety of the community to use my TBI and PTSD to take my freedom until I learn not to write opinion letters.
The newspapers even though this is a response letter to the Portsmouth discussion on suicide will censor it. To listen and actually hear what is said has to be the formula to prevent or learn about preventing suicide. I am running for NH State Senate District 21. The newspapers prevent, as I understand for the safety of the community do not inform the voters of my campaign and issues. The newspapers and NH government censor the truth to cover up the NH Supreme Court criminally violating the Constitution to harm the citizens of the USA for their own greed. The cover up is Judge Peter Fauver using the law to enable the Madbury selectmen to take from local residents for the selectmen’s own profit.
I am a 100% service-connect disabled US Military Veteran, as I am ignored and encouraged by the VA and NH government’s to commit suicide. To listen and actually hear what a person is saying is a start that the citizens of the USA have to be informed about. The NH government and VA through the newspapers for the safety of the community have prevented the voters from being informed about all the candidates. Things like this do not happen in the USA, as this is the hardest justification of if I really did come home or is I still in that benjo ditch waiting for the gook patrol to pass thinking of suicide to end the short calendar. I do not want the VA suicide hotline to harass me with phone calls anymore for now the Easter Seals hotline has started harassment with phone calls.

I am amazed at the number of high-ranking NH government officials that contacted me about my Veterans Chapel. Ten or more from a NH State Police to elected officials or their staff talked to me about how good of a thing my buying eleven acres of land to start a Veterans Chapel to help homeless and other US Military Veterans yesterday, today and in the future try to come home mentally as well as physically. I was astonished at one asking “why if all the wrongs NH is doing to you would you and your family want to help others with your own money and land”? It is what I have done even when serving in the USMC volunteering to help others. Military service is a child having all the values and goals of childhood wiped out in boot camp and the responsibility to protect and defend our USA at all cost instilled for a lifetime. The act of actually serving in hostile territory in constant (life and death all around you and with in) bestows the responsibility to the USA we all should have. A US Military Veteran is a special person that the USA should have and continently remember by all those that never serve. For my family to put their hand out to help others is nothing amazing to me it is our responsibility.
I asked each of these that talked to me for their advice of ways to make my dream of helping other US Military Veterans have a better life. I asked if in talking to other power people in the Concord NH elite club if any one has an idea tell them to contact me. I have mental and physical disabilities so any advice to make this happen is always welcome. I am not looking for hand out or donation but one suggested that selling my artwork might be a way. It was a good idea and it is in my mind but my art is twenty years of memory of volunteering in the community and schools around the state teaching children transformation art. How to make usable daily items out of stuff other people through away. It was when NH declared me a terrorist under the Patriot Act to stop my writing letters of government wrongs I was barred from entering schools. The suggestion was a good one and maybe I will put my NH Stage coach up for sale. I carved and built a coach pulled by four draft horses in full harness with a driver and four people inside the coach. The entire art piece is six inches wide one foot tall and two feet long. It was and idea and maybe as things progress one that may come in handy.
What really amazed me was that each of these reads my letters almost every day in their own words. If they read my letters and high ranking government officials are aware of the government wrongs why does not one take any action to correct the government wrongs. It just amazes me that high ranking government officials and law enforcement are willing to do nothing to protect an individual against government wrongs if they are senior in rank to them.
To accept the news media ignoring the facts to distort the truth questions why such a private business is allowed to exist. The opinion of the people is what the US Military give their lives for.

I see Danger
There can be no more of a dangerous situation than not to hear what the other person is saying. That is the case here. A 100% disabled combat related service-connected US Military Veteran that is stuck in a time whap where no one hears the voices of a US Marine stuck in a benjo ditch as the gook patrol passes. It has been so long it can have no more effect on a person. What if you never left? How can you tell? What if what you did it for the politicians have taken away to suggest not fighting by the rules they dreamed up to make the conflict fair for both the enemy and us. Danger just sings out, as not one person will hear that NH and the Veterans Administration have stopped my medical care to stop my freedom of speech. This does not happen in the USA as thousands of US Military Veterans are left homeless or neglected by the VA not being able to meet the criteria of those politicians and VA officials seeking public notoriety.
A candidate for NH State Senate District 21 and life passes the test of silence for the people cannot be afforded the chance to hear someone so dangerous. I have stayed silent for over thirty years of my mental and medical conditions for to let the public see would dismantle any chance of living life back here in the real world. Silent demons, battle fatigue or whatever name they classify it as PTSD enhanced with TBI cripple my every day but no matter what I volunteer to help other citizens for that is my obligation for coming back alive. Newspapers silence the public from hearing a US Military Veterans situation as we try to come home. The broken Back from one Vietnam Offensive or maybe the limited hearing in both ears from others missions justifies to censor my existence for the safety of the public always comes before the life of a disabled US Military Veteran. Look at the homeless, neglected or divorced that family and friends have cast aside as those trying to understand has no comprehension of what life over there really is.
The case is the NH Supreme court violated the Constitution by refusing to hear a case where Judge Peter Fauver criminally used the law to intentionally harm US citizens. The NH SC nullifies any rulings or law by their actions to cover up Peter Fauver’s criminal wrongs. A 100% disabled US Military Veteran presents a case of criminal wrongs by a judge and under the Americans with Disabilities Act alone never mind the Part First of the NH Constitution require the Justices of the NH Supreme Court to hear the case.
The citizens back here just do not get it as more money is given to NH for homeless Veterans. The social stigma from your not seeing the pride we have even though what we did never will meet the criteria of a civilized society’s rules dreamed up for us to follow in combat spurs the danger justifying to neglect and/or reject for the safety of the public our presents. There can be only one United State of America so some day our danger is that you hear and listen, as we are the same person that left just with more experience you cannot see.

I just bought eleven acres of land waterfront on one of NH’s cleanest and best fishing ponds. I am going to open up a Veterans Chapel with free or reduced housing cost and other amenities to help US Military Veterans in need. I hope to take part in some grant programs to help us get started. It will be a non-profit where any money goes to help the US Military Veteran, disabled or not. I am not looking for handouts. What NH and the VA have put this US Marine and my family through to teach me free speech is only when you say what controlling government officials tell you is right is my way of giving back for coming home alive. The NH Supreme Court violated the Constitution by refusing to hear a case where with undisputed proof in the SC records judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to intentionally harm NH and US citizens. I am nobody so they thought they could put me in jail to stop me. When that did not work they stopped my medical care for service-connected disabilities. I am running for NH State Senate District 21 but the newspapers refuse to inform the voters of my words. I refuse to be violent; this enables the government officials to abuse the law to cause hard times on my family and friends. It does not matter for what is right cannot be changed and that is why I keep giving to help others.
In a civilized society I have been told many times Communication is the proper way to solve problem to avoid violence. The NH Supreme Court and government officials have refused to speak. The danger I propose is if elected to the NH State Senate District 21 will be heard around the world what the NH Supreme court and NH government have done in the past to 100% disabled US Military veteran. It is not just I. The Veterans Administration is out of control along with our NH government. To intentionally harm any citizen by abusing the law and Constitution cannot be tolerated at all.

There is no answer that I can give you. Winning could be my Suicide to get out of this place. To tell the USA of government wrongs and have no one listen makes me feel like reality does not exist. This letter will most likely get a phone call from the VA Suicide hotline but for what? Suicide cannot be stopped. IF and when I do commit suicide there is nothing any person can do. It is like a US Military Veteran trying to tell people that never served to protect and defend the USA compares to trying to tell a politician what is best for the USA not their own pockets. No body cares to hear and understand what it is. I am writing like this today because of the pain from my head. It is like deep pressure with inconsistent sharp darting knife pain from deep with in. It is just the kind of symptoms indicating blood will at some point today gush out my nose. The VA suicide hotline calls for harassment but when you tell them the wrongs they quickly inform the needy US Military Veteran that is not their department so call the VA office and they will connect you. It has been well over seven years since the NH Government and the Veterans Administration stop my VA medical for Combat related disabilities and no one hears the disabled US Military Veteran.
I am running for NH State Senate District 21. The newspapers censor my words because as the editors say “my words hurt people with good reputations”. I served as a US Marine did they with good reputations serve? I volunteer help a Madbury NH family take a case to the NH SC where the selectmen use government powers to take for the selectmen’s own profit from local residents. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear the case, as it would have exposed Judge Peter Fauver criminally violating the Constitution to intentionally harm US citizens. It is like the VA and editors are telling me that my mistake was coming back alive from the Vietnam conflict. I am a danger but I have violated no laws and every day volunteer to help other US citizens have a better life. The continued pressure and government abuse over the years is as if they want me to be violent to allow them to tell the people the danger signs are real. Communication does not exist in NH for US Military Veterans that the politicians do not want living.
Tell me the truth has you ever heard of a candidate for elected office being ignored by the news media? Suicide by state law is a crime but it will be one that they cannot punish me for. One or two emails ask me to take them of my list because what is happening to me has nothing to do with them. You are wrong. It is your obligation to correct the wrongs done to our Constitution by our government. Newspapers and News Media can never have the right to decide which candidate they will inform the voters about to sway an election. Never can we let the Madbury NH selectmen take from local resident that the selectmen do not like. NH town governments can never evict residents that the selectmen do not want living in their town. The most grievous act of all against the peace and dignity of the State of NH is when town selectmen take for their own profit from local residents as the Madbury NH selectmen do. The NH Supreme Court was established to stop government wrongs and abuse that violate the Constitution. Criminally violating our Constitution is the NH SC by refusing to hear a case presented to them of Judge Peter Fauver using the trusted power of the courts to help the Madbury selectmen take from local residents for the selectmen’s own profit. I volunteer to help this family and my medical care for combat related disabilities is stopped as government retribution. The criminal wrongs by the NH SC are of national importance and I am a candidate for NH State Senate District 21 telling the voters my platform. What kind of nation is the USA if we let our children die protecting that what no one back here cares about?
Newspapers even if a private business cannot be allowed to censor or refuse to publish the words of candidates unless they refuse the same to all candidates. Freedom is not government officials dictating in a discriminating manner to different groups or individuals what rights our constitution guarantees to each individual. What all they gave is in Vain. The respect do every person not just US Military Veterans that gave to make the USA what it is must have what they did it for Respected. To have open elections where every candidate has the same rights and opportunity to be elected without intentional interference from newspapers or other government officials is the law. I am not saying it is wrong for a newspaper to endorse one candidate over another. It is wrong to solely give free articles and opinion letters of one over all the other candidates. Newspapers censoring the opinion letters of candidates the editors do not want elected are discrimination. It is not the candidate the discrimination is against but the harm done to all US citizens for the right to be an informed voter and that voter choose the best person to place the Trusted Power of the People with is what the USA is all about.

So few cripple my life by commenting negatively about my PTSD and TBI USMC disabilities from serving the USA. To publicly denounce someone using the words mentally unstable or a dangerous nut is the only words people hear and understand forgetting all the rest. So few with the biggest mouths say there is not proof of my comments about criminal acts by Judge Peter Fauver, Governor Lynch, the NH Supreme Court and many more prominent person in our government. The newspapers refusing to print my opinion letters because they hurt people with good reputation just does not make since. I have done a lot of cruel and uncivilized acts that make me feel proud to have served as a US Marine. I have done daily acts most of you civilized citizens cannot even conceive as humanely possible. I wake up every day and say how lucky I am to have come back alive. The thing is this is not just I. Thousands and Thousand of US Military Veterans come back and it is the same of worse for them living back here in the real world “USA”. The VA ridicules disabled Veterans by using a Red Flag to cause others to believe a danger exists. The VA uses the word safety as a catchall public answer to questions of why. When it is allowed for the VA and the NH government to harm disabled US Military Veterans to stop freedom of speech something is wrong. When the VA and NH government can use a disabled US Military Veteran’s medical care as a weapon for leverage to stop freedom of speech something is wrong. When the VA and NH government can use a 100% disabled US Military Veterans freedom through the courts under the term Patriot Act to stop freedom of speech about criminal wrongs by the NH Supreme Court something is wrong. When the words of a candidate can be censored by the news media for the safety of the public something is wrong. My cruel and uncivilized acts are the daily acts done by US Military personal every day for the safety of you the USA.
I broke my back during one Vietnam offensive, have had enemy fire pass with in inches of my helmet. I have had enemy mortars go off to close to my position, been blown off many runways by jet blast, I was taken while American Advisor on friendly convoys in Cambodia by gooks and killed in hand to hand combat to escape for what? I am running for NH State Senate District 21 and the shame the USA puts on me for coming back alive is clear by the ability of so few jerks to censor my existence of ever being here. There is no safety in the United States of America if even the US Military Veterans returning today are put through the same neglect and ridicule by the Veterans Administration and government officials and the public is denied right to witness the truth.
IF this were a true civilized society to speak about the wrongs of the NH SC to harm the people would not be denied. Reflection
Some thing is wrong as I reflect back (or is it now) to the many times that I should have lost my life in the USMC. I learned the one document that protected all citizens against government abuse and torture is the Constitution. The government of NH violates and diminishes our Constitution daily to harm US Citizens and no one speaks up. I am running for NH State Senate District 21 and the newspapers refuse to print my opinion letters of my campaign. These same newspapers print even today letters from other candidates and these candidate’s supporters but refuse to print mine. These same newspapers write articles daily about these other candidates but refuse to print any facts that may inform the voters of my candidacy unless they are harmful. NH and the VA stop my medical care for combat related service-connected disabilities and the editors censor my opinion letters of government wrongs.
What more important fact to inform the voters about is the NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case where Judge Peter Favuer through miss use of the courts helped the Madbury NH selectmen take from local residents for the selectmen’s own profit. Never mind they stop my medical care as government retribution to shut me up makes this difficult to believe it could happen in the USA>
I am disabled with four service-connected disabilities and these criminal acts by government officials are justified. I have a Traumatic Brain injury further hampered with PTSD, as this is the main fact our government and police use to harm my character in the public eye. To have the editors believe censoring my opinion letters of government wrongs shows just what NH does to disabled US Military veterans. I have endless pain daily in my head and back that the VA stops my medical care for to shut me up. The anguish of not being able to hear as all around me for the explosions, rifle fire so close to my ears and the jet blast during Vietnam offensives destroyed most of my hearing in both ears. To knowingly allow our government and editors to inflict harm on any citizen is wrong.
NH put me in jail as a terrorist under the Patriot Act and the newspapers were quick to inform all. Six months loss of freedom and the bogus charges are dropped but the newspapers ignore the truth. These criminal government actions are done to many US Military veterans in need of help and this civilized society just cannot see or hear us.
This letter is not only from a Candidate for NH State Senate District 21 but a 100% service-connected disabled US Marine. The rights of all citizens of the USA depend on every citizen having the equal rights guaranteed by our Constitution. The Constitution is the highest law of the USA and cannot be diminished by government officials ever.
My reflection shows no sign that I was ever here. Is it in my mind that I am in the benjo ditch some where in Cambodia silently waiting for the gook patrol to pass or did I actually never leave there. My Dream
The dream of being a NH State Senator District 21 from the child that dropped out of high school at 17 to become a US Marine. Governor Lynch forces this 100% combat related disabled US Military Veteran to pay to tell him of government wrongs. I have the receipt but we never did talk. To stop me they meaning NH and the Veterans Administration stop my medical care for combat disabilities. The news Media does not believe the words of a 100% disabled US Military Veteran should be printed on the Opinion Page. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case where Judge Peter Fauver covered up the Madbury NH selectmen using the trusted power of the people to take from local residents for their the selectmen’s own profit. I graduated from Alton NH high school through the mail while American Advisor deep in the Bush of Cambodia on convoy with men that did not speak English.
Newspapers keep the voters ignorant from my running for NH State Senator District 21 in defiance of our Constitution. Every day the editors receive the same letter going to the VA telling of my real life reminders of never being able to get out of this benjo ditch as the gook patrol passes deep in the bush. The torment of seeing the girl at SF airport spitting on me as she yelled baby killer has pride fills the mind of a US Marine removing the bayonet from the gook way younger than me to escape and continue the convoy. Ignorance is the root of why the voters will not make an informed choice this next election.
WMUR, Union Leader, C-Monitor and even the Fosters are all private businesses but the responsibility to the citizens is precedence way above the law that only ethics and moral value will govern. Do you know what fills my mind as Freedom of the Press pushes me down? Suicide as a USMC Sgt. talking my men out of it as the long days and short nights mounted to the torment of the never reaching short calendar. The reality of just laying there in the benjo ditch hearing the voice of my men telling me we can never go back to the world for what we have become this ignorant Sgt just did not understand. Protesting the Vietnam Conflict filled the Armed Services network over there. College campuses tried to educate me through demonstration and with shame to make coming back difficult. Traumatic Brain Injury took my child hood memory forever so my dream of one day seeing the USA was an ignorant child that became a man through the USMC.

What right does the any person; business or government officials have to deprive the voters of information on a candidate for the sole purpose to keep the voter ignorant? I read articles everyday by reporters in the paper of other candidates running for elected state office. I read opinion letters of other candidates running for elected state office every day. The voters have a right to be informed of every candidate no matter what the feelings and thoughts of the editors are! The Foster’s, Union Leader and many other papers do not believe in what I say or will do if elected to the NH State Senate District 21. I served as a US Marine during the Vietnam Conflict. I came back with four disabilities three being combat related. I am a 100% disabled US Marine that NH does not want to be here. To stop me NH and the Veterans Administration stop my medical care for combat related disabilities and the newspapers censor my opinion letters of government wrongs. Not only do they stop my medical care but then use my combat disabilities to scare the public to harm my character as lack of medical care harms my body more and more. NH put me in jail as a terrorist. I lost my freedom for six months before the bogus charges are dropped. Lack of medical care causes me to attempt suicide more frequently as my flashback grows more intense each day, can NH be responsible?
NH and the editors are covering up the NH Supreme Court refusing to hear a case presented to them of Judge Peter Favuer committing criminal acts to intentionally harm Legally Born NH Taxpayers. Fauver used the trusted power of the people to legally justify the Madbury NH selectmen to take from local residents for the self-gain of the selectmen. The NH SC is biased and that is what NH government officials and the editors are scared will come out if elected to the NH State Senate District 21. PTSD, TBI, Broken Back, Loss of Most Hearing in both ears is against the Americans with Disabilities act to single out and use my combat medical condition to discriminate against as a tool to create ignorant Voters.
What right did I have to come back from the Vietnam Conflict alive when so many better than I did not? Nothing changes as today disabled veteran’s come back from today’s deployments to have their medical care and readjustment delayed or stopped because this civilized society just does not believe we are worth the money. The rights any person; business or government official have is because we the US Military gave and you feel justified to deprive we the US Military Disabled Veterans that were unlucky enough to come back alive.
Government retribution to stop a USMC disabled veteran is against the law. To censor the opinion of any U. S. citizen on government wrongs is an ethical and moral crime no newspaper that commits it should be allowed to exist. To censor a candidate
Two newspaper reporters have asked me to take them off my email list of daily letters. The answer is no. I tell that to most of the very few people that want to be taken off my list that work in fields of communication to their readers and public to report me to law enforcement, our government or the courts. They will not because no one wants what I am telling to go public. The NH insider will do in depth discussions mocking and degrading me but never ask publicly me to speak of my letters on government wrongs. A political items such as the NH Insider and they refuse to even recognize a candidate for the NH State Senate District 21. Thousands of pages on the web are filled with my letters and discussions from different groups and news media. They all do the one practice of telling what a danger that I am and the need for medical care for my mental state to avoid the truth. No one will talk about how the Veterans Administration and NH conspired to stop my medical care for combat related disabilities. Newspaper reporters refusing to report the facts is as ironic as a political enterprise such as NH Insider refusing to speak with a Candidate for NH State Senate District 21.
PTSD complemented by TBI is the two disabilities that I came back from my MC tour with. Life since coming back to the world “USA” in 74 with no memory and constant flashbacks to a life no one recognizes of accepts is spent volunteering to help other citizens have a better life. I have been blown up, shot at and taken other human life to defend a nation that I have no memory of from my brain injury. To top it off I broke my back during one Vietnam offensive and lost most of my hearing in both ears from another Vietnam offensive making four service-connected disabilities. To the reporters and big political power people what have you done to save a nation from hostile enemy take over?
The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case where Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to let the Madbury NH selectmen get away with taken from local residents for the selectmen’s own profit. I volunteer my time to help this family from a different town than I live in and when they asked me for help I had never met them yet. The NH Insider blog, web paper or what ever you want to call it did an in-depth discussion about me. It seems the hard liners like Carol Shea-Porter are getting their point across that I am a mentally ill danger to society. The one fact everyone leaves out is that I refuse to use violence in any fashion. The NH Insider refuses to print my letters as they call them repetitive and threatening. How do you get it across to these well educated men and women that make up this special class of society the USA is of the people for the people and is the people. Every one must have the right to speak to correct the wrongs in our government freely and with out government retribution to silence us. The ethical, moral code of the news media including the NH Insider is the unbiased facts. You can assume (the key is assume) from every letter that I write danger is there. It does not make it so but that is the right of every citizen to see and do freely as long as they do it with in the law. To allow government officials or special groups of citizens to change the laws or knowingly harm another individual’s character to justify that what they want others to see for the purpose of causing hate cannot be tolerated. If you read my letters everyone tells that Violence will never be a part of my life again. I came back to the world as a US Marine but because of what I saw and did my realizing there is no place for violence back here became my life. The NH insider talks about the danger that I am but what about the danger the NH Supreme Court are if we the people cannot correct their wrongs.
Susan B: I have been talking about the past couple of letters. She asked to be taken off my list. Susan works for a newspaper in Conway NH. She wrote a response to my taking her off my mailing list that in the mildest terms harms my character. Her position gives her the credibility to make people believe her even if she is manipulating the truth. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case where a fellow judge (Peter Fauver) criminally violated the Constitution to let the Madbury NH selectmen take from local residents for the selectmen’s personal gains. It is people like Susan B and NH Insider that refuse to believe a common citizen has the right to call the NH SC when they violate our highest law the Constitution.
No one cares about the government retribution of stopping a 100% disabled US Marine’s medical care for combat related disabilities. People like the NH Insider and Susan B will use my disabilities received defending your butts to harm my character in the public eye. It is not just they. NH’s largest newspaper the Union Leader and littler ones such as Foster’s and the C-monitor are just the same not speaking for the average citizen but protection the character of well established individuals in their special class of society. I went so far as to pay a bribe to NH governor Lynch to speak with him on these government wrongs be cause he required the bribe. We never did speak but I still have the receipt to prove it. You civilized people back here keep telling me the way to solve problems in this real world to void violence is communication. You harm my character but refuse to openly talk about these wrongs.

What a line to try to tell the readers of your newspaper about my editor’s censored campaign for NH State Senate District 21. Susan B I love writing about her because of her words “The US has not fought in a war since WWII that meant any thing to the American people”. This is just how: way to many US citizens feels about our Military Personal. It is not whether I win or lose the vote. It is the fact that a well-educated voter must decide. I was a good US Marine following orders no matter how stupid they appeared. To survive the Vietnam experience you were a Jesus Free, Alcoholic or abused drugs. I did none because of a TBI disability that took my entire memory of life back here in the USA for good. To use anything that altered my mind would deplete my short-term memory so I survived to exist. I came back to have some girl at the SF airport spit on me as a welcome home. This is exactly what it feels like to have the newspapers censor my words as if the attitude of the US people has not changed about the Vietnam Experience and US Military that were unlucky enough to come back to the world alive. This is what and how the thoughts of people like Susan B effects the Brave men and women that fight to protect and defend the USA>
The experience of a US Marine or any US Military that were there can never be understood or treated unless the citizens of the USA accept us back unconditionally for what we did. Susan B is just one, Carol Shea-Porter or Martha Fuller Clark is some of the same but they never gave as a US Military personal fighting for the USA. People tell me that I should pay to have my letters or my direction told in the newspaper to inform the voters. The NH State Senator gets $100.00 dollars a year. My name by law should appear in the newspaper as many times as my opponent. It is against the law for newspapers to favor one candidate over another to sway the vote. I cannot take it to court because the NH Supreme Court is biased because I can document they violated the Constitution to protect their special class of society. To fix an election to silence a US citizen’s Freedom of Speech is why my line to try to inform the reading voters of your newspaper will never appear, as you are kept ignorant by the editor’s choice.
People like Susan B and your editors believe that it is OK to stop my medical care for Combat related disabilities for we that came back alive are scum in your eyes. NH government and SC took my freedom for six month to silence me. Four days before the bogus trial the charges were dropped. Law enforcement harasses my family and friends and the VA has the Suicide hotline call my house continuously to isolate me even after telling them to stop many times.
My four received in separate missions life changing disabilities from my tour as a US Marine are used by our government as retribution to stop my freedom of speech and the majority of you U.S. citizens are as I described Susan B! According to

I get and occasional person: (example) Susan B that does not want to receive my letters every day. I can understand because she is the type that likes to use what others have sacrificed for the freedom and safety of the USA. The part that gets me is the editors censoring my opinion letters of government wrongs. I am a candidate for NH State Senate and the editors want to keep the voters of New Hampshire ignorant to what my views and action will be. How many of the editors are just like Susan B that never saw combat. I have the greatest respect for editors that did time in the US Military like Rod Dougherty of the Fosters newspaper of Dover. The mind never lets go of the experience of being there. Combat the act of life and death on you and the enemy with out emotion or feeling for life it self. People like Rod and Susan just have no idea what it is like to be the only US Military English speaking person on a Convoy in hostile territory. The image of being hundreds even thousands of clicks out in the bush as the enemy take you to there camp to torture and kill you. To escape and kill the enemy several years younger than this at the time seventeen year-old US Marine leaves no one to talk to then or now. How can Susan or Rod want to keep the voters of NH from seeing both sides of the story?
Do the editor have the right to protect the NH Supreme Court from the voters learning from a candidate the justices criminal wrongs to harm the public. The NH SC refused to hear a case where Judge Peter Fauver used the courts to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to take from local residents through their government position for the selectmen’s personal gain. I am a candidate for NH State Senate and these are my words. They cannot stop my words because the truth cannot be legally stopped. NH and the Veterans Administration do stop my VA medical for combat related disabilities. Law enforcement harassment continues as if Hitler was their leader. They took my freedom for 6 months to teach me our government officials dictate what we can say and do. Legally there was no ground for taken my freedom so 4 days before the trial the charges are dropped. Illegally actions to seek and obtain government retribution on a 100% disabled US Marine should make people like Rod and Susan B think of what may be next.
I have sympathy for citizens like Rod and Susan B for to let our government to harm a 100% disabled US Marine describes a depleted mind. I as the next NH State Senator District 21 will represent to the fullest of my ability every citizen and also try to help US citizens such as Rod and Susan B see just what the US Military do to Protect and Defend the Constitution of the USA and NH.

People have told me that I could advertize in any newspaper about my running for NH State Senate District 21. This is true but my complaint is that the editors write and talk about other candidates with out charging them. The editors print opinion letters by and about the other candidates but censor every one of my opinion letters of government wrongs. Just think about how a Constitutional provision was given the newspapers as Freedom of the Press to allow readers to tell other US citizens of government wrongs as a form of public communication. The Constitution protects every citizen against abusive government actions. It is our obligation to publicly talk about and correct any government wrongs especially wrongs by government officials seeking Retribution against any individual. The NH Supreme Court violated the Constitution by refusing to hear a case where Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the law to help the Madbury NH selectmen take from local residents using the trusted power granted by the people for the selectmen’s self gain. The newspapers believe censoring public knowledge that the NH government and VA conspired to stop medical care for service-connected combat related disabilities to stop the public from learning through opinion letters of the NH SC refusing to hear a case is legal. If the facts were not so well documented and undisputed proof of these criminal wrongs they would have legally stopped me years ago. There is nothing so powerful as truth other than keeping the public and voters ignorant.
I volunteer every day to help other people strangers and friends alike. Our government and editors want and have made the public believe a danger exists to any person around me. I came back from the Vietnam Conflict with four separate disabilities. You can stay silent of them stopping my medical care but think about when it is you next or maybe a friend or family member. Think about how Martha Fuller Clark has been aware of all these wrongs and because she is a member of the good old boys club in Concord NH she has said or done nothing. Is this what you the Voters of NH want? Maybe a US Marine that fought for your freedom and is not afraid to speak loudly for every NH Resident at all cost would be a better choice for the State of NH and District 21. I could pay to advertize but maybe we should make the newspapers do the right thing and stop ignorant voters. Newspapers censoring the words of any candidate for any reason are just plain wrong.

Front page of NH’s largest newspaper about a game but a candidate for NH State Senate cannot get an opinion letter printed. Impressive to say the least that our nation has become solely a game in life, as the Red Sox nation is more important than what if elected a person will do. Someone on Craig’s list sent me an email asking to document the proof of what NH and the Veterans Administration has done to me. The proof is public records of criminal acts knowingly done with intent to harm to citizens of the USA by Judge Peter Fauver and the NH Supreme Court covered it up. To stop me from speaking publicly of criminal wrongs by the NH SC: government officials criminally violate the law to stop freedom of speech. I mention Craig’s list to show that my letters are public and published around the world on the web. The only people kept ignorant are the NH residents that depend on the newspaper to keep them as well-informed voters.
NH and the VA stop my medical care to stop my freedom of speech. What a time for “Independence Day” to be celebrated as the USA turns a new leaf on life where the individual no longer matters unless Red Sox Nation comes first. Publicly this nation will tell you Communication is civilized society’s way to solve problems with out violence. Freedom of the Press and Freedom of Speech go hand in hand as the silence calls for violence that I will not do. Paranoid: a person with TBI punctuated with PTSD as disabilities from serving in the USMC and the USA stops my medical care until I stop writing opinion letters of government wrongs. The Veterans Administration years of phone harassment from the VA suicide hotline did not work so now the VA sends me wrong medication through the mail. Can the Veterans Administration be trying to kill me and cover it up? I broke my back during one Vietnam Offensive and lost most of my hearing in both ears from another Vietnam offensive. Four service-connected disabilities and the VA believe covering up government wrongs with medical malpractice can be endured. It could have been just a normal error to send a patient the wrong medication but do to the history concerning criminal wrongs by the VA are any US Military Veterans safe from the nation we did it for? Paranoid is a safety issue our editors and government use to sway the public opinion to harm individual’s character for attitude control of the majority minds.
I am running for NH State Senate District 21 and our government officials are scared. To medically harm any US citizen as government retribution is wrong and it may not be happening in this situation but the facts are adding up. Kathy gives seven reasons about America that we all can celebrate forgetting the blind fact that NH and the Veterans Administration stop my medical care for combat related disabilities (Service-connected) to stop me. I am running for NH State Senate and the newspapers; Republican and Democrat Parties all believe it is OK to censor my opinion letters of my reasons for running. Kathy’s first reason “Free and open elections” cannot be so if the parities and newspapers can interfere to stop candidates they do not want elected from the voters knowledge. The editors censoring opinion letters of government wrongs block the second reason “The Right to Free Speech”. How can any newspaper with ethic or moral believe for the USA censor a response letter so clearly stating the other side? I served as a US Marine and came back from combat with four disabilities all receive at separate times. You stop my medical care as government retribution and no one cares.
My words are so true when I state in writing that the NH Supreme Court violated the Constitution in a cover up to protect judge Peter Fauver”s criminal violations of our Constitution. Fauver with intent to harm let the Madbury NH selectmen use the people’s trust of power given to the selectmen to take from local residents for the selectmen’s self profit. US Military Combat Veterans have mental health issues that this civilized society believe are addressed. Some thirty years later after coming back to the real “world” USA the issues still rage in our heads and bodies. The Americans with Disabilities Act protects the non-servers but the Veterans Administration neglects and rejects many returning US Military and the law protects the VA. It is not that civilized society does not recognize the situations but the cost and not being able to comprehend what it is like to have been there isolates us. Politicians see US Military Veterans as a wedge to become popular in the eyes of the voters but have little effort after the elections. The unspoken VA policy is Reject and Neglect and as time passes the veteran will be lost on the street or die by suicide or unnoticed disabilities from fighting for the USA will be labeled natural causes homeless on the street. The possibility of incrassation is law enforcements answer for as criminals the public sees safety over our serving the USA. The VA and society treat and believe we are all the same as no one sees each US Military Veteran served in different situations and escapes in different ways to try and come back to this real world USA. I cannot answer for all Veterans but when a doctor questions my truthfulness because my description is not exactly the same as an answer some other time reassures the need to keep the silent demons away from those that believe the way to cure the mind is to speak openly about it. The article “Mental Health & Aging council meets monthy” inspired this letter for we the aging Vietnam Veteran are US citizens also.
I have a dream of serving in the NH State Senate in District 21. The VA is trying to invoke my suicide by stopping my medical care as a cover up. The NH government is not only aiding the VA but also trying to stop my opinion letters of government wrongs to cover up. The newspapers censor my opinion letters of government wrongs to protect society as a safety issues. The NH Supreme Court violated in the most destructive way our Constitution. The NH SC refused to hear a case where Judge Peter Fauver under the trusted power of the people ruled it was proper for the Madbury NH Selectmen to take from local residents for personal gain. A criminal judge protected by the highest court in NH defies the American Dream of the goal of the NH Supreme Court was to protect the people against government wrongs. A 100% disabled US Marine willing to stand up for the guaranteed Constitutional rights of another US citizen as a volunteer. No monetary or any other type of compensation other than the fact that it is what the USA is all about. Bartlett, Whipple and Thomton are from New Hampshire and signed the Declaration of independence. I bet high-ranking government officials and other colonist ridiculed and tried to use the long arm of government to stop these men from doing what is the right thing. Everyone is not equal but they have to be treated equal under the law and government actions. Every single resident of the USA that meets the qualification for elected government office must under the law have an equal and fair decision of the voter’s choice. When newspapers and government officials seek and obtain retribution to stop a 100% disabled US Marine from the voters deciding the next NH State Senator some thing is wrong. I have not violated the law as NH and the Veterans Administration stop my medical care for combat related service-connected disabilities as retribution.
District 21 NH State Senate seat is as important as any other part of government in representing the people.
