My letters make no since. My letters jump around trying to cover to many bad things happening to me at once. I am a clear and present danger to the public, as clearly as a new day will come. I am running for elected office again should the state and local government have the right to censor the public from my information under the heading safety. Such a danger must get medical help for the conditions that make this person such a danger. The state and federal government stop my medical care under the heading safety of the providers. The public safety comes second to the safety of a special class of society. Newspaper profits as they are a private business clearly give them the right to stop opinion letters of government wrongs even if the safety of the citizens of the USA are at stake. I am a 100% service connected, with combat disabilities that the newspapers refuse to inform the public from the danger they tell gives them the right. The pain in my back and head is so great at this very moment death has to be better as nothing makes since back here in the world (USA).
This danger is a volunteer that presented a case to the NH Supreme court documenting Judge Peter Fauver using court powers to let the Madbury NH selectmen take from local residents for the selectmen’s own profits. The NH SC refused to hear the case in complete defiance of our Constitution. NH declared me a terrorist under the Patriot Act putting me in jail to attempt to cover up the government wrongs. Lost m y freedom for six months before the bogus charges were dropped. Six months after release from jail the VA stops my medical care for USMC disabilities. The cover up is the public being denied information to stop a free election under the public safety comes first. Our present governor made me pay to speak with him of these wrongs. He took my money and gave me a receipt but never talked. Everyone that reads this letter should wonder why any newspaper would not print such damming facts. Some how the Stone Church in Newmarket got my letter and gave it to a State Rep whom in returned called me. Only part of his number recorded on my phone but this is an example of people helping people correct government wrongs. They tell you I am such a danger as another letter is registered in the State House documenting the Mockery of Justice the silence of the newspapers to censor creates. I Thank the Stone Church. Any US citizen can write opinion letters to inform others of government wrongs in a non-violent manner. It is the proper way in a civilized society to keep our government in check. If the news media and government officials can use character assignation to stop individuals and then refuse to print response or opinion letters to such Constitutional crimes where does a 100% disabled US Veteran go?

Newspapers deprive the voters of information to favor certain candidates to win elected positions and there is nothing we the people can do. Well maybe we can do as our ancestors did and take up arms to abolish the leaders diminishing our Constitution to a worthless piece of paper. I may be totally wrong to win an elected position as NH State Senator or Oyster River School Board member. It must always be the informed voters choice in a free and fair election. The State and Federal Attorney Generals refuse to acknowledge my letters informing them of criminal wrongs during and as part of our NH elected process. The Attorney General’s office is a part of the judicial branch of government that is trying to honor their oath to be a member of the Barr Association in good standing. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case presented to them of a brother Judge/Attorney that criminally violated the Constitution and trust of the people to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to take from local residents for the Selectmen’s personal gain. It is as if the English Lords taking from the Colonist’s back in the start of the USA. Interference by newspapers or government officials to rig any election is a criminal offense. Recently the newspapers mock the ORSB’s performance in picking a new Superintendent. Depriving the Voters information of candidates running for school board positions stops the best possible candidate from being elected.
This corruption happens in all NH towns and with our State leaders also. Look at the Newmarket schools being shut down for unsafe conditions. These conditions did not just appear. The corrupt people sitting on the present School board are forcing the voters to build a new school, which they have voted down for many, many years. The voters are uninformed as biased news media coverage favors taxpayer’s loss. It is just like the news media refusing to inform the people NH and the VA stop my medical care to stop my opinion letters of government wrongs. Madbury is a perfect example of what Newmarket and all the other towns in the State of NH will be if we continue on the doctoral path they are leading us down. Fixing elections is wrong Oyster River and Newmarket will in the near future be just like Madbury NH where the selectmen use the NH legal branch of government to take for their own profit from the average citizen.
It is happening right here in NH as this 100% combat related, disabled US Marine with out medical care asks the people of this sovereign state of New Hampshire to realize the harm the news media is doing to the average US citizen.

Voting responsibility
We in this civilized society have responsibility to other people. We the innocent child that joins our US Military at such a young immature age learns the cruelty of growing up quickly. One of my pet peeves is a wife or anyone back here that never serves in our military talk about how they understand what it is like. NH congresswoman Shea-Porter is a person just like that. I read an article in Veterans Today about a Minnesota combat veteran that the courts are trying to siphon from his disability check for alimony to his wife. This is a common criminal manipulation of the law by the courts. If a judge does not like the law there are proper ways to change it legally. People that never have any intention of serving in our US Military believe they know what it is like. One day survival is how complacent you become with the fact this is the last day of life every second of ever day. You on a daily routine do missions or events people back here cannot even conceive as humanly possible. The short calendar is dreams of some day making it back alive from where to trust too much is a sure death. The confusion of killing with out emotion becomes the cold hard determent to any civilized society accepting us home. The law ignores the truth of what we have become to strip us of our Constitutional rights forcing homelessness or incarnation. We take an oath to this civilized society that back here in the “world” USA complications make readjustment difficult.
To get all this out of an article on divorce as my personal treatment for PTSD and TBI is volunteering to help others every day just to live. The Veterans Administration stops my medical care for combat related disabilities evading the law by using the term Safety of the Providers. The State of NH takes my freedom claiming under the Patriot Act that I am a terrorist. I lose my freedom of six months before the bogus charges are dropped. All to protect the NH Supreme Court from my using freedom of speech to show NH SC discrimination and conflict of interest in their refusal to hear a case presented to them of a brother Judge/ attorney Peter Fauver criminally using the law to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to take from local residents for the selectmen’s personal gains. The Constitutional rights of US Military Veterans are denied as a routine, unchecked retribution by the US government to what end N.H.? An editorial in the Foster’s NH newspaper today asks this question of the voting in NH can voter fraud affect the elections right here? Unchecked voter, fraud by the Democratic and Republican parties is all across the USA just by the requirements these and our existing government makes people meet before the voters get the choice. In the last general election for NH State Senate, interference by newspapers and government personal to create character assignation by biased news reporting and censorship of response letters curtailed the informed voter from making the best choice. I like and consider NH State Senator Amanda Merrill my friend but she has done nothing since taking office to make NH better. I am running for ORSB and the news media believes it is their duty to protect the public from a dangerous person such as this 100% combat related, service connected disabled US Military Veteran.
Does a disabled US Marine have fewer rights here in NH because of what we did to survive and comeback alive? The NH government and VA stop this veteran’s medical care for service-connected disabilities to stop me. They tell the public that I am mentally dangerous but refuse to treat my PTSD and TBI never mind my broken back and hampered hearing in both ears from being blown off the runway during a Vietnam offensive. They will treat me for unneeded tests to fluff my medical records to convince the public my medical care continues. Yesterday I went to a funeral in Portland Me. My flashback to death and curtailing human life in uncivilized acts of destruction over whelmed me as sharp head pain entered my body. NH attempted to use my disabilities to take my drivers license through the VA with unneeded and unasked for medical procedures deter mental to my well being in the name of safety of the general public. NH put me in jail under the Patriot Act to stop my opinion letters of government wrongs. Six months of loss of freedom before the bogus charges were dropped. Conflict of interest and discrimination keep the NH judicial branch from stopping such wrongs. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case presented to them of Criminal acts in determent to our Constitution by Judge Peter Fauver. ORSD Right to Know or VA Harm
Which do I write about the Oyster River School District or the Veterans Administration using Disabled Veterans Health for government retribution? Captain Eric May Of the Veterans Today Web paper wrote articles critical of the VA and its questionable medical care to harm some disabled. A doctor admits to ordering ridicules tests to harm the patient. No one believes me as I explain the same thing is happening to me. It happens to many disabled that served our nation and no one wants to see for we came back to a nation that no longer wants us. NH and the VA conspired to take my health to stop my opinion letters of government wrongs. I get ridicules tests to fluff my medical records in case of inspection but as to my combat related, service connected disabilities the VA and NH government are using to force my suicide or violation of the law so they can incrassate me. The VA suicide hotline continuously harasses my phone number and sends law enforcement to harass my family and friends but tells me they can not do anything about no medical assistance for my service connected disabilities. It is just not part of their protocol. The newspapers censor my letters so what right does anyone has to know anything they do not want us to. It is the same thing with the ORSD. I am running for school board does the citizens have a right to know my background and what I will do. The truth has nothing to do with the news media anymore. Biased reporting is when government retribution and censor the facts to protect government officials with good reputations if only a few citizens are being harmed.
All I have to do is stop telling everyone that the NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case where Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated our highest law the Constitution. The Madbury NH selectmen use the trusted power of the people to take for their own personal profits from local residents. Fauver used the NH Judicial branch to cover it up. The NH SC refused to hear the case. I went public and NH took my freedom with jail for six months as retribution to teach me to obey government authority. The charges were dropped four days before trial to keep the public ignorant to the facts. What right does anyone have to know the truth?

News Media Policy
My introduction and my efforts to run for any political position in NH is controlled by news media policy to protect the public from someone like me that a special class in this civilized society of NH tells the public that I am a danger. It is the peoples Constitutional right to decide the uncensored truth from what the individual candidate has to say. To have a news media that blocks the citizens of NH from being informed voters freely and with out editorial control is the basic foundation of what our forefathers built the USA on. I am a 100% disabled US Marine with four service connected disabilities. I may not be the best choice to be on the Oyster River School board but that should be a majority of the voters that decide. The News Media can claim my letters are libelous but they are read world wide on the web every day because they are factual and the truth. I volunteered several times a week in schools around NH for twenty years until NH declared me a terrorist and took my freedom for six months under the Patriot Act. The bogus charges were dropped but I could no longer volunteer to help our children. The news media and NH government block the public from my opinion letters to protect public officials with good reputations that have committed criminal acts.
As a volunteer helping a Madbury NH family, we took a case of criminal wrongs to the NH Supreme Court. Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to take from local residents for the selectmen’s own personal gain using the trusted power of government . The NH SC refused to hear the case. Governor Lynch made me pay money to speak with him of these government wrongs. I have the receipt but the governor refuses to speak with this voter. The Constitutional crimes and cover-ups by NH trusted government officials from the NH Supreme Court down are sanctioned by the news media to protect that special class of citizens. I ran for NH State Senate last election but the voters were censored to protect the public from a danger being elected. The truth is a powerful weapon as long as Hitler like media control is not implemented to rain power to dominate the uninformed voter.
I have attempted suicide as recently as the other day while in a flashback of my USMC tour. PTSD combined with TBI along with my broken back injury from during a Vietnam Offensive and my loss of hearing from another offensive go untreated as our government stopped my VA medical care to stop my free speech. This is the exact reason the news media was given Constitutional protection as our forefathers saw the need for Freedom of the Press. Using any individual’s health to control is a criminal act that a civilized society cannot tolerate.

As a volunteer almost every day since living in the Oyster River community, I have gone out of my way to help others. It never mattered Black, White, Rich, Poor, even people that hate and were mean to me I help. Many years as a volunteer in every OR school I have volunteered many times each year until NH declared me a terrorist under the Patriot Act and took my freedom for six months before dropping the bogus charges. I today still volunteer because I came back from the Vietnam Conflict alive and many better US Military men and women lost their lives for what the USA stands for. I volunteer, as respect to those heroes so what they gave will not be in VAiN.
I speak openly and honestly about how elected government officials use their trusted positions for personal gain wasting tax dollars. Residents of the OR district have asked me to run for ORSB. My belief is the public has a right to know every aspect of what any elected official does in their capacity representing the public. The public will not have to use the courts to learn what their elected officials are doing. I will do my best to listen to everyone and make decision to lower tax dollars and improve our children’s education. I have been to jail for my volunteering to help a Madbury NH family harmed by the Madbury NH selectmen. The Madbury Town attorney and judge Peter Fauver conspired to use the NH courts to enable the crimes to go on: The NH Supreme Court to protect a brother Judge/Attorneys’ refused to hear the case when it was presented to them. Freedom of Speech is a guaranteed Constitutional right that the news media will use censoring to keep this letter from their listeners and readers. The law
The purpose of the law is to protect good citizens from criminal wrongs. To write ambiguous laws making criminals out of good citizens is wrong but commonplace for the sole purpose of government dominance. NY C arresting Ryan Jerome a US Marine that checked his own legally registered pistol into the security of the Empire State Building before entering is now facing jail. Sean Day a Navy Seal is placed in the funny farm under the term he is incoherent for traveling through NY with a registered, unloaded pistol in his vehicle. A 100% combat related, service connected disabled US Marine is put in jail in NH as a terrorist for writing opinion letters of government wrongs. Granted if you take words out of context to make the meaning to what the law enforcement wants and forget the rest of the letter the government is correct. A letter that clearly tells of criminal wrongs by the NH Supreme Court, government officials and law enforcement is of public importance for every person in the USA to read and learn about. News media and government officials using character assignation in the form of retribution to gain public support is a criminal wrong noted in our Constitution. Reporters, journalist and columnist believe the public mockery of my character and censor my response while supporting with silence or innuendos these government wrongs. The primary purpose of the highest law in the USA is to protect the citizens against government wrongs. This highest law is the Constitution.
We serve the USA in the military and live in situations day after day that when people back here learn does not believe it is the truth. Inhuman acts that are commonplace during our tours in the US Military completed not to be heroes but just to survive are mocked or criminalized by citizens that do not even understand for they never served in the US Military. Government officials back here that make laws that do not recognize our medical disabilities put us in jail rather than treat us as human beings. NH took a US Marine, forgetting his four disabilities and took his freedom for six months before dropping the bogus charges. PTSD and TBI two of the four medical conditions after inflaming by lock down stop VA medical care under the term safety of providers. The public is kept in the dark as the news media refuse to print this US Marine’s opinion letters of government wrongs. Suicide becomes more real as the flashbacks become dominate as the reality of did I ever leave that enemy campsite while American Advisor on convoy across Cambodia that mission. May be suicide is not the only avenue the trusted government officials are looking for. It could be just violating a law that can be played up in the news media to incarcerate me to satisfy the public safety. I served honorably as a US Marine.
The loneliness and separation, laws to protect good citizens, (even when surrounded by loving family and friends) makes the silent demons of being here question reality. Laws to protect good citizens are wrong because the highest law guarantees us we will all be protected equally. We the US Military Veterans are good citizens also; life is just different if we were unlucky enough to come back alive. A Columnist writing for the people of the world to hopefully read blocks what others say with the reason stalker. The State of NH classified this now stalker as a Terrorist to stop my freedom of speech a few years back. I lost my freedom for six months before the bogus charges were dropped. Would this limited columnist from Veterans Today go to jail as a volunteer trying to help US citizens that he never met in his life because it is his obligation to do so under the Constitution of the USA. This same columnist tells me to get help from the VA, as this makes me suspicious that this columnist does not have a clue what facts mean. The VA stopped my medical care for service connected; combat related disabilities to help the NH government stop my opinion letters of government wrongs. My question has to be is this columnist a US Military Veteran that has had medical dealings with the VA maze of disappointments. I continue to volunteer helping this family as the government wrongs continue along with the obstacles of the news media censorship of opinion letters of government wrongs protecting the high and mighty from US.
A columnist must be willing to take on the NH Supreme Court if their actions constitute diminishing our guaranteed rights under the law. The NH SC refused to take a case where Judge Peter Fauver used the law to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to take from local residents for the selectmen’s own profit. I still volunteer my time to help this family because this is what we the US military give our lives to stop from ever happening in the USA. The motivating fact of US Military personal is we every day willingly give our lives to protect and defend our Constitution for the continued existence of the USA and all it’s citizens. The most meaning full part of the USA is the freedom of speech every citizen is granted just for living here. The gripping effects of PTSD combined with TBI make me question the reality of ever being here, back state side. Doing things for others is my belief in making the USA better in tribute for my coming back alive. The effects everyday my mind dreams up of my actions that killed or caused serious injury or death to others has to be my reliving what is past. Newspapers censor my words under the reasoning that “I am a danger to the public”. Freedom of the press has to be to eliminate government wrongs by the very people (US citizens) being harmed by way of communicating with others through opinion letters. Where has it all gone if I am really here? To allow our government to stop any persons medical care to stop that person’s free speech has to send alarms to the editors. To stop a 100% combat related disabled US Military veteran’s medical care brings silence or character assignation to eliminate the news media’s responsibility to inform the public of these wrongs. My letters are categorized as making no since as this disabled citizens tries to communicate through the head injuries and other disabilities received fighting for the freedom your actions tell me do not exist. There is no time limit (statute of limitations) on criminal acts by the NH Supreme Court willingness to openly violate our Constitution. The most meaningful part of our Constitution is how it protects all the individuals against government wrongs with out time constraints.

Editors, reporters and columnists
Which is more important flooding the Internet with the same message trying to stop wrongs against US Military Veterans (disabled or not disabled) or conceding to the few that have no respect or care for other US citizens. I love it when editors, reporters and columnists ask not to get my opinion letters anymore. I tell these US citizens to contact the police or government officials and show them the harm my letters are doing to the people with good reputations. We have rules and laws in the USA and these are the people we trust with power to protect all US citizens equally against wrongs. The unbiased facts are what the news media gets the trust of the people for reporting. Today these people we trust in the news media no longer have moral or ethical beliefs in what they report. My words would be libelous if not for the fact that they are documented truth. With all the government and judicial harm inflicted on me to stop the message of government wrongs I continue. I volunteered for the USMC and while I was there learned to use every means possible to survive the enemy. I came home to find judges and government officials doing to other US citizens that what we on foreign soil are trying to stop.
A civilized society communicates to solve problems to avoid violence. Our fore fathers saw that this may not always be possible. So they wrote when all means of redress fail abolish those that violate the Constriction. Whether you call this spam or not these are facts every US citizen should be informed about.
All means of redress have failed when even the editors, reporters and columnists fail to observe the truth in what they inform the people of.
It is the obligation of the news media to make the truth available in opinion letters from the public of government wrongs. To allow government wrongs to harm a disabled US military veteran, as retribution for opinion letters exposing such criminal wrongs cannot be tolerated. Flooding the Internet with spam, documents just how truthful my facts are for the truth is a powerful weapon even these criminal government officials cannot stop.

Veterans Today questions my reality

Confused to what point?
Every person that joins the US Military takes an oath to protect and defend the US Constitution always, even to our death. There is no statute of limitation on crimes against our Constitution even if it is the New Hampshire Supreme Court committing such despicable criminal acts. My country the USA is everything to me. My mental state and my other three service connected disabilities give our elected officials and law enforcement ammunition to harm my character in the public eye. I never saw it coming from the Veterans Today web site. A veteran writer telling me to give up stopping the NH SC from criminal acts that diminish our Constitution to a worthless piece of paper. I can remember a convoy with me as American advisor in Cambodia where the enemy took me from a friendly village. Many clicks into the bush we settled for the night at a campsite. Tied up near a campfire I was punched, burned and pissed on until the two there were unconscious from what they were drinking. The odds were insurmountable tied up next to two enemies sleeping and another walking guard just out of site. I freed my hands and did the uncivilized act of sneaking up on the child standing guard killing him with my bayonet to get my M-16 back and escape. Almost every person that serves in the US Military can tell you a story of insurmountable odds where they did not give up for they took and oath to defend and protect our Constitution against all odds even death.
The name Veterans Today implies to me that this web site is to promote and recognized the character that our US Military stands for. To accuse a 100% combat related disabled US Marine of abuse and abusing the system because too much time passes as this veteran continues to correct the criminal wrongs of the NH SC. It has to be called abuse if, as the US Government has done (allow the Veterans Administration to stop medical care for a 100% disabled veteran) to stop this veteran from writing opinion letters of government wrongs. Government retribution is as criminally wrong as the news media refusing to inform the public by way of to censor. Confused to the point where I pray that law enforcement will come and cause my death just to prove to the public they were right. Wasting my time and my life trying to stand for the oath that I took implies that every person that fought for the USA to exist was wrong.
The odds of coming back from a mission alive are always against us. Every person that joins the US military soon learns death is ours. Never did I expect back here that our Constitution would not protect every citizen equally against government wrongs. Never did I expect Freedom of the Press to use manipulating the truth to protect biased news reporting to the public. The odds that the Veterans Administration has and still does these wrongs to other US Military Veterans everyday is as good as a Veterans Today web site telling me that time makes the criminal wrongs against our Constitution by the NH SC ok.

I volunteer almost every day helping others not in writing but in real person with the needy on the street or the homeless veterans in the park. I have done this since coming back from the Vietnam Conflict in 74. I strongly believe that my volunteering is my obligation to pay for coming back alive. Life to me is a waste of time if we allow what others gave their lives for to be in VAIN. We the US Military Veterans learn in a different way the haves and haves not to what the true meaning of freedom in a civilized society are. Many people (including Veterans) have problems far worse than I. My answer to that has to be “anyone right or anyone individual can not be diminished at no time by our government”. I talk about the wrongs the VA, NH and federal government is doing to me in retribution to stop my freedom of speech but they do this same thing to far too many US Military Veterans silenced by circumstances. Freedom of speech has to be one of the best ways to maintain a government of we the people. My volunteering to help others or my writing to correct the wrongs in government may not mean as much to those that did not serve in our military but I will never believe it is a waste of time.
The statement that “I do not care about anyone but myself” could be a very hurtful statement. Maybe that is the way people perceive me. Freedom is a great avenue for it gives everyone the right to his or her own opinion. The VA is a government department established to help all US Military veterans. We as a civilized society can never leave one behind to satisfy the editors of Veterans Today. To accuse me of abusing the writers of VT is a very powerful statement in that my letters are truthful and accurate. Government retribution against any citizen cannot be tolerated no matter even if some in this civilized society believe time eventually means we accept one individual is a lost victim. Government retribution against a 100% disabled US military Veteran by stopping medical care for even one day is a inhuman act that time cannot be the reason to justify the illegal accomplishment. My four service connected disabilities may limit my abilities to help others as much as is needed but at no time does it establish that “I do not care”.
This letter to you Jim Dean of the Veterans Today editor’s staff may mean that you silence my words. My continuous volunteering to help all others even the ones that have in the past harmed me allows me to learn from the hurtful acts of others. To scoop a dead guy story is your view of my finding an avenue to extend the knowledge of other citizens in this civilized society. It is like when I was a US Marine Sgt finding a way to complete the mission learning from the obstacles the enemy so careless inflicted.
Veterans Today just in the name are a means of communication for US military veterans to tell others good and bad. No matter how many times the same wrongful act is repeated until every citizen in the USA believes in correcting it shows the abuser is not the veteran but the system. My opinion may be that Veterans Today is losing the reason it was started. It can be compared to the Veterans Administration harming veterans that it is obligated to care for because over time the public has learned to accept some US Military veterans are not worth civilized societies time. Justification cannot be forgetting as time expires.

A US Marine

A US Marine
I came home after my four-year tour in the Marine Corps doing thirty-one month overseas in and out of the Vietnam Conflict. It was November in NH at the time hunting season. My love for weapons and shooting made that great to be home to a place I had no idea in my memory that this existed. It felt comfortable with my weapon at my side off into the (it was no longer the bush) woods hunting that poor harmless deer. Five or six hours out sitting under a pine tree on the side of a hill looking over the distance with out a house in site as all the way to the horizon. The thoughts of being home, back in the world safe and secure from all the experiences of what I had done. I had no intention of even firing my weapon even if I saw a prize deer to take back. The silence of Mother Nature was broken as the loud crack of sniper fire and the whizzing of the bullet pass by my head. I was back there for even just a second as I aimed my weapon at the gook to realize it was a hunter about twenty-five yards away. Now in shooting position laying on the ground a second bullet hit the tree next to me. I rapidly fired two shoots placing one on each side of the hunter. He dropped his rifle, flaring his hands in the air yelling I not a deer don’t shoot me. I walked up to the man with my weapon locked and loaded and told him to walk away leaving his rifle on the ground. The hunter was only a few feet away as I broke his rifle on the side of a tree. I departed the woods that day and gave all my weapons away and to this day refuse to handle one or allow others to bring one in my house.
I saw that day my ability to kill with out even thinking about not being in combat any more. I saw the reality of being someplace else while back here in the civilized society. I had no idea survival back here in the real world would be the hardest part of life. The MC dumped me into a society that from my undiagnosed disabilities there was no memory in my head of ever being here before. My TBI years earlier resulted with total amnesia. It was like each mission in the MC, to assess and concur. Years later after producing a copy of my medical records because the US military could not find them my broken back and loss of hearing plus my TBI was recognized as service connected disabilities. I had learned to keep silent about my mental travels back to the other place as the people back here just hated what we had done to, as they would say innocent people. PTSD would years later be another disability as the flashbacks grow stronger each day even today some thirty-years after.
The Veterans Administration stops my medical care for combat related disabilities to help the State of New Hampshire in their quest to stop my opinion letters of government wrongs. This civilized society refuses to talk with me like begging me to do something wrong so they can say, “I told you he was bad”. The struggle since falling the other day has gotten to the point of intolerable. It is so clear that we should never come back to a society that just does not want us after servicing in the United States Marine Corps.

What MLK did for the USA is one of the most remarkable pieces of history since our forefathers created a nation of we the people. A letter that I wrote questioning the integrity of the NH Supreme Court got it’s own web page in record time because people not editors understand we are losing what MLK and our forefathers created for US. “New Hampshire Supreme Court Libeled” is a letter that the news media refuses to inform the public about. The world along with attorneys and judges has the ability to understand our forefathers created a Constitution to protect the people’s guaranteed rights with out the need for violence. Although civilized society requires violence in every case where greed and power attempted to take such rights from the individual, as our history will show. I refuse to use violence or violate the law as our government officials and NH SC does to stop my freedom of speech. Government officials inflict cruel and inhuman punishment on me because the News Media refuses to use freedom of the press for the freedom of speech of those individuals being harmed by government officials.
A 100% combat related, service connected disabled veteran has his medical care stopped under the headlines public safety to stop this veteran’s opinion letters of government wrongs and the news media refuses to inform their paying customers (The citizens of the USA). I fell a couple days ago because my broken back sent a muscle spasm deep into my spine. I hit my head and lay on the cold snow covered ground unable to get up. I lost consciousness for I do not know how long until a friend on the other side of the tree line heard my noises. I tell you this to make a written record so the web makes a history of how low the USA has become since our forefathers and MLK gave everything so that we could become so complacent with the individual’s guaranteed rights. Retribution by VA officials is commonplace against US Military Veterans they reject for god knows what ever.
The truth is hard to believe but look at what our US Military are fighting on foreign soil to stop and may be you will see what we have to lose. Ultimate Sacrifice
Newspapers believe for public safety it is their jobs to censor my words as the truth in the news media no longer matters. Bar Association ethics and moral beliefs are diminished to profits over Constitution. The VA stops my medical care for service connected, combat related disabilities as government retribution to control my freedom of speech. Combat rages in my head to be ignored by a civilized society that puts US Military Veterans that use PTSD as an excuse for unsocial actions in public. Take my freedom again to highlight the memory of those minutes spent in enemy hands that taught me how to kill. Freedom of speech and opinion letters back here in the world (USA) is only for those approved by the system. A world we cannot answer the question if I ever came back too, or why they reject those that went to protect and defend the USA. The truth is so inconceivable that for the safety of the public why inform them of something that cannot be true?
This does not happen back here in the USA that law enforcement is used to intimidate citizens for government retribution. Taking my freedom for six months on bogus charges dropped four days before the trial to stop my opinion letters will never happen back here in the USA. Stopping a 100% disabled US Military Veteran’s (or any persons) medical care to teach that person to obey authorized orders of trusted leaders is just inconceivable back here in the USA. US Congress woman Shea-Porter having a citizen arrested by Dover NH police to stop critical opinion of her performance is true but not believable. The NH Supreme Court refusing to hear a case of documented facts because it is a brother Attorney/Judge that has criminally violated our highest law the Constitution. The NH Governor Lynch charging 100% disabled US Military Veteran money to speak with him on government wrongs defies the very words in our Constitution but I still have the receipt to prove lynch did do it. He never did speak to me.
The effects of PTSD and TBI cripple my ability to conceive that I am even alive. The VA will medicate me as they do thousands of other US Military Veterans with medication that has no medical benefit except to take the mind. A civilized society that takes my freedom, takes my medical care, refused my freedom of speech makes it inconceivable that I ever did get out of the benjo ditch. Suicide to avoid coming back to a society that just does not want us has to be the solution to getting out of this place. The short calendar as each day passes grows longer with isolation on different convoys stretches my imagination of reality back in the world.
The need for the newspapers to put public safety above the words of a dangerous disabled US Military Veteran takes presidencies. My time in jail here in NH was a pleasure compared to the few hour held near the campfire punished by gooks. The danger exists with a civilized society that diminishes the rights of others.

My letter yesterday clearly spelled out ethical and legal violations by the NH Supreme court and judges and attorneys. It is not like thousands of judges and attorneys did not read this letters. It is posted thousands of places on the web for the world to read. The American Bar Association in NH must be pulling it’s teeth out trying to use the law to stop my opinion letters of wrongs and Constitutional crimes by the very trusted citizens of this civilized society. The newspapers refuse to inform their readers of the unbiased truth so where do we go? Just type in “NH Supreme Court Libeled” and read the letter. No citizen can be put through the ridicule and harm because attorneys through the NH SC have figured out a way to manipulate the law to control and harm US Citizens for their own self gain. There is no question of libelous response to my letters for the truth is a powerful weapon. To stop my medical care for combat related disabilities received defending the USA goes far beyond any ethical code it is criminally wrong. My letter today will go out to thousands of law firms across the USA to see what ethical responsibility they feel to the USA and 100% combat related disabled US military veterans.
The responsibility of the USA Today newspaper to print this letter front page is a solution that just might open eyes. The responsibility of any newspaper to print this letter front page is unquestionably the ethical responsibility that our civilized society seems to have lost. There is no liability as everyone in the world has easy access to my letters of government wrongs. I as any individual process the power to question the wrongful actions of even the NH SC. Government retribution to stop the free speech of a 100% disabled US Marine cannot be tolerated. I fell yesterday in my yard and lay helpless until a friend heard my voice. The body pain was so unreal and the delusional thoughts from the bump on my head made flashes of the enemy campsite that I was taken. My friend took me to the house and there I lay on the couch so my wife would not find out. My friend wanted to call the ambulance. I saw no need for another fight with my wife as the VA sends the bills to us again. Under the Americans with disabilities act should the judges and government officials have the right to do this to a 100% disabled US Marine?
My thoughts of suicide are real as the enemy that I killed to escape. Reality of ever coming home is lost in the mind of that US Marine in the bush of Cambodia trying to do as his country orders him. The USA should be proud of pride we the US Military give to keep the USA strong and free. Why do you treat us like second-class citizens when we come back a different person than left? Pissing on the enemy is minor compared to the horrors of life waiting to kill them before they kill us. What do you think they did to me at that campsite before I left? Before you take our rights and judge us try living as we did for the freedom and security of the United States of America.

No citizen can ever have the right to publicly speak libelous words and actuation against the NH Supreme Court and get away with it. What if government retribution and illegal acts against US citizens plague any one individual as a cover up. My words are the truth and this civilized society refuses to speak with me. No member of the NH SC is above the law. There are no special government officials above the rights of the people to question their actions if such actions are against the peace and dignity of the state. My letters are read by people around the world publicly in writing stating criminal acts against our Constitution by the NHSC. The question of integrity in the NH SC no longer exists. They refuse to hear a case where Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the trusted power of the people to enable the Madbury NH Selectmen to take for the selectmen’s own personal gain from local residents. If these words were not the truth they would be libelous.
Government retribution of the VA stopping a 100% disabled combat veterans medical care for service related disabilities is against the law. NH taking a 100% disabled US Marine’s freedom for six months on bogus charges to intimidate to stop the letters harming government officials with good reputations constitutes government retribution and is against the law. Coercion between the three branches of government to harm any individual can never be tolerated. The NH Supreme Court is created to protect the people’s rights against government wrongs. The actions of the NH SC can never be to diminish the Constitution for their own protection or the protection of people like Peter Fauver miss using in a criminal manner the power of the courts.
A letter clearly stating government wrongs must at all times no matter what the opinion of the editors is be printed for all to freely read. Freedom of speech is more important than freedom of the press. Can any one individual’s rights be less important than keeping the public integrity of the NH SC in tack no matter what wrongs they commit.? The truth is the most powerful weapon.

Murder Suicide is apparently the only way a civilized society will allow those in need to communicate: time. Desperation or depression our government and news media will play the best card to benefit themselves. PTSD by many different names for each conflict or war receives a different solution to publicly dispose of disabled Veterans with silence for majority satisfaction. The VA knows medicine that they distribute for such disabilities does not work. They still prescribe it to take the mind of the individual veteran away for silence is the VA’s success. The VA through red tape can discourage US Military veterans in need of care to just give up. Lost records or undiagnosed injuries not claimed at discharge are refused medical care for budget reasons. Red Flags under the safety proper gander innuendo allows the VA to insult and embarrass Veterans in desperate need of medical care for the very medical issues causing the unacceptable responses to leave and become homeless for it just is not worth harming the nation we did it for.
Government Retribution is a criminal violation of our Constitution as the VA stops my medical care to stop my opinion letters of government wrongs. A change in the brain is now the new route cause of PTSD. MY TBI and PTSD change my mind and thought patterns every day. No one can accept that my travel back to the death of lying so still in a benjo ditch for the gooks to pass as my M-16 under orders from back here in the world cannot be locked and loaded until “eminent danger of death”. The realities of being taken on one convoy across Cambodia by three gooks until I could kill one in hand to hand combat and escape is with me all the time. Losing my freedom for six months back here in NH to stop my words of the NH Supreme Court discrimination by refusing to hear a case of Judge Peter Fauver using the trusted power of the courts to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to take from local residents for personal self gain is highlighted by the civilized societies refusal to communicate with me. Civilized society uses the phrase Communication to solve problems avoids the need for violence. Do you think if someone talked more to that thirty-seven year old woman that shot her husband in the Castle parking lot yesterday may be the solution. It has gotten so bad back here that the NH governor made me pay to speak with him of government wrongs. This is a criminal violation of our Constitution by the governor making a voter pay to communicate. He took my money and we still have not talked.
What danger is my coming back alive? Freedom and the guaranteed rights of our Constitution have to be equal for all US citizens. The question has to be is Greg the person writing the Veterans page articles each week in the Union Leader a US Military veteran himself. One of my best pet peeves is people talking like NH ex-congress woman Shea-Porter about knowing how it is to be a veteran when the only experience is a family member being one. I have the greatest respect for any person that serves in the US Military. My greatest thanks goes to all those that served in combat. I skated as my thirty-one months overseas in the USMC was never at a base camp in the zone. I did eight convoys across Thailand, Laos and Cambodia as American Advisor. I was TAD to Vietnam several times during offensives to repair absorbers so tack birds could hook on short runways. I came back with four disabilities, three being combat related. I am no hero for I did not even deserve to come back alive. Many better than I that could have benefited the USA died for the rights and freedom this nation enjoys ever-single day. You had to be there to understand.
“Sharing a few more stories” is the caption on the veteran’s page that got my eye. Talking about thinks that happen from word of mouth of people that never were there just does not get it with me. The thousands of homeless veterans on the street disabled is a voice that must be heard. The voice of the disabled hampered by VA regulations causing frustration and loses of family, friends and life in the wind to never be heard! We do not share the silent demons openly for the persecution and condemnation our wanting to survive was our only out. PTSD that does not show up for years after discharge not recognized by the US for we cannot prove it is related to what we did. Wives and friends insinuating our actions are uncivilized and cruel or downright criminal. Memories ignited by a common situation at a restaurant that makes all others that see the response question your sanity. We that were there do not sensationalize, as the truth is too gruesome when told by those that lived it. Even the most successful family US Military veteran that was there never forgets the dyeing every second of ever day. We learn not to talk about it and be alone as a means to protect those around us for what we did. Greg’s sharing stories questions why leave those that were there separated from society as the truth is the catalyst you refuse to understand while we are alive.
My VA medical was stopped for writing opinion letters of government wrongs. Even the Veterans pages of every newspaper declares me mentally ill and for the safety of civilized society refuses to hear my words. I lost my freedom for six months under the patriot act until the bogus charges were dropped. Compared to the six hours in Cambodia the gooks took me brought back the memory of killing about a twelve year old guarding the campsite that night. The pride and joy is not accepted back here in the world. Every newspaper should have a veteran’s page and not one story from any US Military Veteran should be censored no matter how real and truthful it is. How to make people see
There is nothing one can do to make US citizens see the truth. The USA has become so big that it has lost sight of it’s own people. If one speaks up: his character is marked as looking for fifteen minutes of fame, looking to make money or just a criminal trying to distort the truth for self-gain. The NH Supreme Court now protects brother Judge/Attorneys by diminishing our guaranteed rights as citizens of the USA. Everyone has learned to conform or compromise to keep from being marked as a troublemaker. Freedom of speech has become speak nice so your message does not harm the powerful. The truth is so distorted by the news media no one can understand life is just passing you by. US military Veterans coming home even today find help is hard to get for the simple reason we as a nation have become so big it has lost sight of is own citizens.
A 100% disabled US Military Veteran (Me) with PTSD, TBI, broken back and loss of hearing writes letters everyday. So few pick apart my letters as gibberish, rambling, a mental case that no one hears my words for fear of their own character. The VA calls me a mental case unable to make since so I am cast aside as a stray dog left like the homeless on the street. The NH government calls me a danger to public safety for the sole purpose to take my freedom with public gratification. My medical care is stopped to teach me to obey government authority. No one hears my words for I am a mental case from what I did to keep you the citizens of the USA free under the control of your own government.
I volunteer my time to help a Madbury NH family that I did not even know that called to ask for help. The NH Supreme Court refuses to hear a case clearly documented of judge Peter Fauver criminally violating the Constitution to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to take from local residents with the trusted power of government for personal self gain. Law enforcement harassment and judicial miss conduct put me in jail as a terrorist under the patriot act.
Publicly my letters are read around the world but nothing can be done. The VA ignores with their finger on the death button in hope of suicide. The elected officials use law enforcement intimidation to cause acts to take my freedom to satisfy public inquires. Hopeless, lost and nothing can be done as the words of US Military Veterans no one hears as you tell us that you are listening.
The number of times prominent citizens have told me in a civilized society we talk that violence is not necessary. US Military Veterans coming home even today are lost in a system that just is too big to see us. No one sees my disabilities as to believe veterans take advantage of government handouts.
I am classified as so big of a danger my words are censored by the news media to protect the public. Can the USA be so big that the individual no longer matters? You have no idea what the life of a US Military Combat Veteran is until you have been in our shoes. To make people see must be to stop the news media from censoring a disabled veterans words of the VA stopping medical care for the sole purpose of government retribution.

Ten Hours

Lt Col Spencer of Concord NH writes in response to children being in our military. I (Peter Macdonald) would not wish on anyone my time in the Marine Corps but I would not trade a second of that time. I was seventeen when I joined and saw and have done many things people back here cannot even conceive as humanly possible. The most important lesson learned as a US Marine is the love and meaning of being a US citizen and the responsibility to all the people. I came back at twenty-one to a world, unaccepted from my first step off the plane in SF. I came back to the USA with no memory of ever being here before. Thirty-one months I spent overseas in and out of combat situations with a dream of meeting the lady called mom that wrote me every week. PTSD and the effects of TBI left the people around me to reject and push away the uncivilized human being they labeled me back here. Medical care was limited or unheard of from the VA because I accepted my honorable discharge with out my four disabilities being stated in the discharge papers. The child enters the military to learn responsibility through a way of life-death inconceivable to the people safely protected back here. Children enter our military but the Lt Col should talk about the homelessness and rejection of the one’s that come back alive that do not belong.
The other side of how it is to come back and not know or have any idea that civilian life really exists. Ten hours I spent on the couch yesterday from pain in my back and flashbacks to a time unacceptable even to the VA medical care. Combat related disabilities my wife spent the day worrying and caring for, as I was afraid the VA would send armed law enforcement under the Red Flag public safety policy if called. The VA stops my medical care until I stop writing opinion letters of government wrongs under our guaranteed free speech in our Constitution. It is not just me that the VA and our Government does this to. Hundreds if not thousands of US Military Veterans are rejected every day to become homeless or estranged from their family and friends because of untreated disabilities. The newspapers refuse to print my opinion letters for the safety of the public. I wish the Lt Col would tell me where it all ends.
The newspapers will infer what a danger this US Marine is to the public but refuses to print my response to them. Public safety allows government personal to diminish even a US Marine’s guaranteed Constitutional rights. I write in response to Lt Col Spencer’s letter only to be censored for I am that child that came back to a world that I do not belong. I am not looking for your sympathy or anything else. My response letter is for all the US Military Veterans coming home today that this civilized society will do the same or worse to. To censor is the most harmful act this civilized society can do to another individual. Tell all sides of every article.

Trying is not enough
Second place is only the first loser. I shook NH Governor John Lynch’s hand at the Fenway Park UNH-Maine hockey game this past weekend. I was so proud because my twin daughters shook his hand and got their picture taken with him. The NH State Trooper with the governor shook my hand and had a short friendly conversation with me. It is hard to believe in such a civil manner they converse with me but fail to hear what this 100% disabled veterans says. In public they treat me as if I mean something and all other times my place is a second-class citizen. I had to pay money to speak with the governor one on one about government wrongs, he took my money but we never talked. Not only is it a crime to take money and never do the job paid for, it is against our Constitution to make any citizen pay to speak with a public official on government wrongs. It does not seem to matter, as this is what my coming back alive from the Vietnam conflict has been since that girl at the SF airport spit on me and yelled “Baby Killer”.
The newspapers around the USA, including NH rank me as second class as my mental condition allows the stereotype “DANGER” to justify it. My opinion letters are censored for to be second in anything means that you are a nothing. A person saying such statements has to be paranoid or schizophrenic. My TBI and PTSD clearly make me different than anyone else. People around me shy away or be-little me once they find out that disabilities exist. It is not that these people are bad; it is the social correctness to make such people in public more comfortable as they pretend to hear your words. Four disabilities all service connected, three being combat related from my tour fighting for our Nation the USA. I earned to at least be a second-class citizen in such a beautiful place as the United States of America.
The VFW, American Legion and even the Veterans Today web site consider me second-class as no hand dares reach out to such a danger. Alone with no help as all around me are offering but refuse to hear as they listen for my social classification dedicates second place is a loser. My VA medical cares for the disabilities incurred for you are stopped until my obedience of no more opinion letters of government wrongs happens. They took my freedom for six months to satisfy the social call freedom of speech does not belong to a second-class citizen.
The NH Supreme Court hears all cases of documented wrongs against US citizens presented to them unless you are second-class as me. The NH SC refused to hear a case where Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to enable the Madbury NH selectmen for personal gain take from local residents. This clearly documents second place is the first loser. My mental and physical disabilities from servicing the USA justifies for public safety my rights as a US citizen are taken.
Cleary second-place meant that I did not try hard enough to justify my coming back alive.

How can any program established work if no one wants to hear the US Military Veterans words until it is to late? NH elected officials, law enforcement, the courts, and the Veterans Administration day after day refuse to listen to the words of this 100% disabled US Marine. They go so far as to stop my medical care for combat related disabilities and put me in jail on bogus charges. The bogus charges are dropped after losing my freedom for six months. The VA, government, and law enforcement tell the public my mental issues make me a danger to society but no one will hear my words. Think of the thousands and thousands of US Military veterans homeless or other turmoil dealing with the silent demons or other effects of our tours suffering because no one will listen to what we are saying. VA medical is a political tool rationed out to establish civilized society cares. Many will tell the world just how great the VA is. Only silence is heard from the Veterans that do not benefit politician’s bequest for more votes, not because we do not speak.
The newspapers re-enforce the danger my mental state poses to society but they refuse to inform the public my medical care is contingent on my stop writing opinion letters of government wrongs. My case from my letters is the perfect case to demonstrate that the veteran is not heard until it is to late. People that have never been there cannot create programs for veterans if no one wants to hear what we are saying. These programs may work for those that attend but listening is to reach all no only the ones that say and do to conform to authority. The manner and affect of PTSD and TBI is/may not be the same as any other in each of us. Newspapers once the voice of the people now mock and destroy citizens not conforming with biased slanted half-truths to inflame the readers to want more.
The VA sends law enforcement to my home to take me away in handcuffs to a local hospital. The hospital is not for care but to get a civilian doctor to tell the VA that I need to be locked up. No civilian doctor so far has seen the VA wish so after a long night someone has to drive the fifteen miles to pick me up. The VA sends me a bill for thousands of dollars each time. The history of my letters is built on the pain and medical crisis of each of my four US military service connected disabilities. The VA will use my crisis each time to attempt to take my freedom but will not treat my conditions in the hopes they can provoke suicide or acts that law enforcement can take my freedom with public acceptance. How many other veterans go through this or worse because their voice is kept silent by newspapers or government dominance?
Veterans Justice Outreach Program is another good start but it will not work until listening to what the US Military Veteran is saying individually you start to hear. The atrocities the State of New Hampshire is doing to disabled Veterans that the newspapers censor questions the sincerity of any VA program.
How many times does a disabled person have to repeat before civilized society looks at the wrongs.

So much to live for
I read a story about volunteers doing over thirty thousand in repairs to a disabled combat Marine’s home in California. The VA justice out reach program or maybe the VA hiring homeless veterans to give them a start back here in the world after what they did is two other stories I read today. It is not like people do not care and/or are not giving to help where they can. I agree US Military Veterans deserve no more than the average person gets for that is what equal under the law means. Equal justice also means we the US Military Veteran or god forbid the disabled ones are ignored because our situation will not bring headlines to the politician. I publicly state that the VA stops my medical care for combat related disabilities until I stop writing opinion letters of the NH Supreme Courts open defiance of our Constitution. Government policy cannot ever control the health of any citizen until they obey government authority. The newspapers use the line safety of the community not to print my opinion letters of government wrongs.
PTSD sometimes makes US Military Veterans stranded back here in the world with out care to re-enact. The Marine from Maine that killed his wife in NC or the soldier in the park out west that killed a park ranger the news persecutes but fails to realize that we are people also. Some dissociates from the world to protect loves ones from seeing what we are. Others suck it up and participate in civilized society attempting to cover-up the PTSD episodes to live a normal life. The VA uses Red Flags and doctors that have never been there to treat with book knowledge and suspicions of our facts are inconcivable. The VA rejects treating some on technical issues of not showing symptoms until years after discharge. Others are rejected for refusing to be put under medication as a VA tool to silence the voice. The newspapers censor our words, as they believe it is inconceivable to have done the facts we talk about. The uncivilized inhuman acts that we did, we live with!
I have TBI complicated with PTSD, as my first five years out were living chaos trying to see back here was different. The military dropped me into a world that I did not belong. I have a broken back received during one Vietnam offensive and a loss of hearing in both ears from being blown off the runway during another offensive. Things have not changed. The politicians and news talks about changes to help US Military Veterans but the number helped compared to the number lost or jailed far exceeds the credit they take. Headlines blare for the stories of good but to censor the words of those documenting the wrongs encompasses a whole new world.
You know what the amazing part is that sitting here writing this letter my mind is telling me to kill myself to justify how wrong it was for me to come back alive. The newspapers want the public to believe the danger to public safety this disabled US Military Veteran is. Think of how many Wes’s are on the other side of the street where politicians and government see no benefit in helping.

Bad day yesterday, I apologize
Today is a new day; let us hope it is better. There has to be a queue of people waiting. The blinding issue of human rights here in the USA and more to the state of NH, the government stopping medical care and no one will speak. Lawyers violating their ethical commitment to civilized society by not correcting wrongs by the NH Supreme Court hurt us all. The NH SC refusing to hear a case where judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the law to enable Madbury Attorney Chris Wyskiel and the Town of Madbury to take from local residents for the selectmen’s own self gain. Discrimination and conflict of interest by the NH SC completely abolishes our Constitution to establish a special class of society that we are all obligated to obey. To stop a 100% disabled US Military Veteran’s medical care to stop freedom of speech here in the USA is wrong. Yesterday I came back from my flashback around 1300 hrs. I went to a bar and drank to relieve the pain and mental exhaustion from traveling in my mind.
The disarray of the occupy movement as the special class qualifies it to keep power in tack is a majority of US Citizens waiting in line for a better life. The power of government is out of control. The Veterans Administration’s ability to use medical care for combat related disabilities for the benefit of the NH government to stop citizens from freely speaking of criminal acts by Judge Peter Fauver, Chris Wyskiel and the Town of Madbury NH covered up by the NH SC cannot ever be tolerated. Where does a US citizen go in a non-violent way to correct the wrongs other than the streets for public acknowledgement? The authority plays the safety of the public card to authorize human brutality to stop the movement. The biased news media is using public airways to influence conformity to keep the status quo and allow the status quo to become more powerful. My letter yesterday was a 100% disabled US Military veteran in medical crisis from combat related disabilities and the VA still refused medical care to this veteran.
The Newspapers refuse to print my opinion letters of government wrongs as if implying my returning from the Vietnam Conflict was wrong. We the US Military did not send us over there. We did not make up the rules on how to live through it. We the unlucky ones came back to a civilized society that persecuted us to keep the silent demons with in our heads for the safety of the civilized society out there. If civilized society communities to avoid violence but refuses to talk what better deterrent to safety can there be?
My letters are true documentable facts. If civilized society does not stand for human rights to all safety of the public is no longer the issue. The newspapers stopping my freedom of speech and the VA stopping my medical care goes far beyond the USA having a civilized society. Suicide is becoming the only salvageable manner to get out of this place in a dignified manner. I apologize for this Vietnam veteran for coming back alive. I want power

I want power
To volunteer gives up the chance for power if one is a true volunteer. To help others is from the heart to give so others can have a better life. Greed and power was our forefather’s biggest fear that would be the end of the USA as a nation of the people for the people. What do we have here in New Hampshire if a 100% disabled US Military Veteran can have his medical care for combat related disabilities stopped by government authority? The NH Bar Association has separated us into a special class and the others. My medical condition today is on the brink of disaster and there is nothing I can do. Chaotic, opinion letter with no direction leads to confusion and my mind just keeps skipping as the letters form words into sentences for what reason. Libelous words created my letters about the NH Supreme Court refusing to hear a case of a brother Judge/attorney criminally violating the Constitution to harm legally born US citizens. I even tell the public the names of Judge Peter Fauver and Madbury town attorney Chris Wyskiel that used the trusted power of government through the courts to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to take from local residents for the selectmen’s own self gain. There is no direction back here in the world. The ability to tell if I am still in the Benjo ditches some place in the “bush” of Cambodia reeks of the reality of just what is! I volunteered to join the US Marine Corps at seventeen so as a true volunteer there is no out.
My letters go to hundreds of lawyers and thousands of government officials, judges, businesses and citizens with no end. The rules of civilized society appear to be just as chaotic as this Vietnam Conflict. There is no understanding of back in the world like other Marine’s have, as I lost my complete memory of there. Deep in the “bush” my mind grows wary as I lay silently in the ditch as the gooks pass. My weapon is empty as the orders for this mission were not to lock and load until eminent danger of death. The fantasy of my mind enables me to lie silently for hours dreaming until the danger clears letting me get back to the convoy to continue my mission as American Advisor. Being the American Advisor on convoy is considered light duty for hurting my back being blown off the runway during the last Vietnam Offensive. There has to be a way to get out of this place even if I volunteered to be here. My mind wants to believe back in the world lawyers abide by the law and the NH Supreme Court represents all the US citizens equally according to the law. I have been here for what seems like eternity as my short calendar is about filled and my volunteer Marine Corps tour will be up.
I do not want power when I get back to the world. Power in the hand of a US Marine with survival skills and the ability to kill with out emotion or fear does not belong back in NH. I want to volunteer to help others as a way to give if I ever get out of this place. The truth as in this letter is a powerful weapon.

Attorneys willing to diminish our Constitution to cover-up wrongs by the NH Supreme Court just are not right. The NH SC is not the Holy Grail. The NH SC must place the guaranteed rights of the individual first above the oath that they take to join the club for lawyers. My new addresses added to the thousands already getting my opinion letters every day are attorneys. I want these over paid blow hoards called lawyers to know that judge Peter Fauver and attorney Chris Whyskiel violated their oath to the citizens of the USA. You as attorneys may be afraid to speak against our NH SC but US citizens are obligated to expose wrongs in our government at all costs. The newspapers are not willing to print my opinion but my letters are so well copied and published on the web the character and integrity of the NH SC is becoming the joke of NH, the USA and the world.
Chris Wyskiel and Judge Peter Fauver conspired to use the trusted power of the people through the courts authority to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to take from local resident for their (the selectmen’s) own personal gain. The truth is a powerful weapon and it will not go away. I am a 100% disabled US Marine with combat related disabilities, to stop me NH and the Veterans Administration stops my medical care until I stop using my position as a US citizen to correct the criminal acts of the NH SC. If my words were libelous Chris and Peter would use the law to legally stop me. The town of Madbury took from local residents for their own personal gain and that is a wrong the newspapers refuse to inform their readers about. The police harass my family and friends to isolate me and cause my PTSD to invoke suicide or criminal acts to stop me by.
If a civilized society uses communication to correct wrongs to avoid violence then let us talk. In direct violation of our Constitution NH governor Lynch made me pay money to speak with him on government wrongs and we still have not talked. I write about my disabilities and the determinant to my health only to have the VA ignore me. Four times I was injured as a US Marine fighting for the USA. Three are combat related disabilities.
The welfare of the USA comes first and foremost even above the oath that judges and attorneys take to join the Bar Association club. Newspapers may refuse to print my letters as they refuse to accept this is the reason they are as big a joke in this civilized society as the NH Supreme Court is becoming.

Governor Lynch NH and the USA

The people have spoken does the newspaper hear us?
I have talked about suicide because it is a strong part of my daily life. There is no one to talk to as no one can even imagine what not having a memory of your childhood days is like. To wake up one day after an accident and be a US Marine serving the greatest nation in the world in bed next to other US Military at the Naval Hospital. It is inconceivable to believe the US Military would send me on a thirty-one month overseas tour with the mind of an infant. My next three disabilities are combat related from my tour in and out of combat situations. To rise to the rank of e-5 (Sgt) in the short time that I did was not because I was a great Marine. My promotions came because of the situations I survived and the missions without error that I could be depended on to complete. I had no memory so death did not matter only the game. The VA stops my medical care for my four combat related service connected disabilities and the American people are kept ignorant, as the newspapers do not hear us.
US Military Veterans are ignored and wasted every day because the politicians and Veterans Administration use us for their own gain to a better life back here in the world “USA”. Absents of life even if there is no next life has to be better than this. The US government and the VA drop me into society with no support or medical care and tell a combat veteran to survive. I violate no laws and volunteer every day to help others to end up in jail as a terrorist. A loss of freedom for six months before the bogus charges are dropped and turmoil takes over. To use the US and NH Constitutions as guides to correct the wrongs in government must be the right road to take. Elected and career government officials violate our highest law the Constitution in so many ways that it is pantheistic. The newspapers refuse to print the opinion of the people if it exposes government officials with “good reputations”. You and I were far better off if I had stayed in the “BUSH”.
The Town of Madbury NH is so ignorant to their selectmen using the trusted power of government to drive residents they do not like out. A volunteer from another town helps a Madbury family making it ok for that US Military Veterans medical care to be stopped until the disabled veterans stops volunteering in their town. Governor Lynch makes me pay money to speak with him on the wrongs. The NH Supreme Court refuses to hear a case presented to them because it is a brother Judge/Attorney criminally violating the Constitution. Judge Peter Favuer and Attorney Chris Wyskiel in my opinion under the law must be barred from any government work for their criminal violations of the Constitution. It is the Law.
Newspapers censor my words in gratification from the people’s own actions/non-actions demonstrating that I came back as most Veterans to a place we do not belong. The victory of Madbury NH is a detriment to the Constitution of the United States of America. The VA stopping my medical care shows just how ignorant with their own consent the civilized citizens of the USA are? US Military Veterans own words, describing wrong in writing to filter through the check/balances in waste until the balls to commit suicide are documented by the VA branch of our Government. A Madbury NH family
The goal in the USA has to be to protect every family against government wrongs. I volunteer so I get nothing for helping this family as I get nothing for all the other volunteer help I give every day of the year to others. My letters are intended to let the Madbury selectmen know through their local resident that they cannot use the trusted power of government to harm local residents that they do not like. I feel it is my obligation for coming back from the Vietnam Conflict alive. Many better than I gave their lives for the freedom and safety we enjoy so how can we let what they did it for be in VAIN. My volunteer help for this Madbury family got my medical care stopped for combat related disabilities. This civilized society refuses to communicate about these wrongs. The local newspaper believes censoring the opinion of the public on government wrongs is the correct thing. The Madbury selectmen steel from local resident using the trusted power of government and no one says anything. Attorney Chris Wyskiel with the help of Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution against the peace and dignity of the State of NH. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear the case when documented evidence was presented to them because it was a brother Judge/attorney they would have to rule against. The State of NH declared me a terrorist to stop any public awareness through state character assignation of a resident me. If this Letter were not the truth the number of individual’s slandered in this letter would create action against me. The truth is a powerful weapon that even a government cover-up cannot stop. The primary goal of the USA is the individual rights against government suppression. These criminals must be stopped.
A Madbury NH family is just as important as Governor Lynch’s or any other individual. Governor Lynch charged me money to tell him of government wrongs in complete defiance of our Constitution. We never did speak but he kept my money as I still have the receipt. The NH State government refuses to allow a redress of grievance as our Constitution guarantees every individual. Law enforcement harasses my family and friends to isolate me to provoke rage or suicide. Volunteering to help a Madbury family gets me all this yet I continue because that is what so many of our children die on foreign soil to prevent. Newspapers can never censor government wrongs, as the individuals voice is the primary goal of the USA. How do we make others aware that this Madbury family is your family next if criminals like the Madbury selectmen, Fauve, wyskiel are protected by the highest court in NH. The NH Supreme Court is there to protect the people from government wrongs not give them a path to dominate the people.
IF communication is the most important part for a civilized society to avoid violence then why will our government commit crimes to stop my voice from being heard? One Madbury NH family is just as important to me and every other family in the USA>
