Hopeless The End
People read my letters everyday. People encourage me to keep writing for my letters tell the truth of the wrongs happening to the people. No one will go any further to ask, why do the news media censor my words. The truth even if it hurts people with good reputation must be spoken openly and honestly is that not what freedom of speech was intended for? My words are not repetitive. My words tell of government wrongs against US Military Veterans in the USA. My words tell of the VA stopping the medical care for combat related disabilities to stop the opinion of those disabled keeping your freedom secure. People that I bump into hear or learn who I am and will walk up to me to praise me for my letters and what my actions are doing for US Military Veterans and the public. I attended a picture perfect wedding last night to have a stranger from some other state tell me the honor it is to meet someone that will go out so far to make the USA better. My letters are broadcast every day across the world on the web for the people to read. The people do not understand it is the news media not the web that the politicians listen to. Politicians will not help anyone citizen unless it will benefit their character in the voters eye. All the people are the reason the Constitution was written so many years ago.
I had minor trips back into my other world last night during the reception and no one new the difference. I did not want to harm the brides day so it was a must fighting off the demons in my head made for periods of silence as others at the tabled spoke in a strange language that I did not understand. A nod of the head or quick smile as if involved in what they were saying kept the situation clean. I had not one drop of alcohol for I could not take the chance to let down my defenses. Everything just seems so hopeless the end must come quick. My death cannot look like a suicide for the harm it will cause the ones that love me. The people in charge of the VA do not care about the disabled or any veteran for that matter. It is the budget and pleasing the politicians that approve more money for the VA that matters to the one’s in charge of taking our lives.
New Hampshire is doing this because judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal land from local residents. The NH SC covered up the case by refusing to hear the facts presented to them when the case came before the NH SC. The hopelessness of coming back to a world that just does not want to see the truth. People encourage my words because what our trusted leaders are doing to this Madbury family and me is so common. People are afraid to speak freely for the hammer will fall on those that dare question the actions of those with power. My head this very moment is pounding so viscously as the words on this screen dance as my eyes try to control the daisy spells.
The person that spoke to me at the wedding read my letters on the NH underground web site first but then saw how many other sites around the world also carry them. The people are what count; remember it is for the USA. Newspapers censoring my words hurt every one of you.

The VA monitors all my letters for the discipline committee “for safety” to look for reasons to stop my medical care. VA head Dr. advisors me to proof read all my letters before sending them. A danger sign is symbolically erected over my head as retribution from the NH government for the sole purpose to stop my opinion letters of government wrongs. The VA after a long process restarts my medical care for combat related disabilities theoretically for the sole purpose to camouflage wrongs from public knowledge. Newspapers label this 100% disabled Veteran a mental case and refuses to print my opinion for their readers to be well informed voters. Complaints to the VA for abuse, neglect, harassment and many more serious charges are filed and ignored as if I do not exist. Every elected official in NH including the governor gets a copy of my letters every day but all refuse to speak with me to keep the public ignorant. The NH attorney General’s office refers all my letters to the State Police to use harassment to scare me. Judge Peter Fauver it appears uses the local sheriff’s office for intimidation to arrest (oh sorry they call it detain” me to make the public repel my presents. The public is under the belief that things like this just cannot happen in the USA. They call me a mental case. The VA monitors my letters but refuses to treat my disabilities only bring forward the question “Is the VA forcing a mental reaction or looking for my suicide”? There are laws and a Constitution that classifieds every one of these acts criminal and cannot be tolerated against any individual even a US Marine.
The power of the NH Supreme Court can never be above that of the citizens it is here to protect from totalitarianism. The NH SC refused to hear a case of a brother judge Peter Fauver criminally violating the Constitution to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal land from local residents. The court many times has said that it “must be above even the appearance of wrongs in their decisions” to hold the public’s confidence. The act of discrimination and the Conflict of interest by the NH SC refusing to hear a case of criminal wrongs by one of the court’s own is far reaching and explains why one US Marine’s life is not worth exposing such wrongs. The political system in place believes the harm to government by making the public aware of such wrongs is worth the cost of losing one individual life because a US Marine takes an oath to give his life for the USA.
If this letter is true then every newspaper in the USA should print this for even one individual’s life cannot be taken to protect the wrongs in government. If I am a mental case then why has the VA monitoring this, my letters not given me the treatment for my disabilities that every day I ask for? Help is not asking for harm.
I send Judge Fauver and all the law enforcement my letters but the truth is a powerful weapon (can you just imagine these words coming from Daniel Webster’s mouth so many years ago). It is a disgrace that the Union Leader newspaper uses those words every day on the front page but censor the public from the truth. Judge Fauver and the NH SC cannot use the law to stop me for then it would be public knowledge and the newspapers would have to print it then. Live Free or Die

What a title! Unique is the fact that I can attempt to talk to this civilized society yet no response. The Veterans Administration totally rejects my case as a mentally disturbed person that for the safety of others must be kept at arms length. My head injury and PTSD came from my tour in the USMC. I have three more combat related disabilities and my medical care has been stopped for all intents and purposes other than token visits to fluff my record for investigating purposes. There is most likely no record of my eight or more convoys across Thailand, Laos and Cambodia as American Advisor delivering surplus supplies to friendly camps deep in the bush for we were never there. I was TAD to Vietnam twice to repair gear during offensives because a special Tec could not be flown in from the world fast enough. I came back to the world (USA) with no memory of ever being here before from my head trauma. The MC dropped me into a world with no support or medical care that I had no idea even existed other than in conversations with other US Marines. The news media has made the public aware of the danger from such a person as me being allowed to freely roam the streets by harming my character to the public. The VA in Manchester NH has a special committee that reads all my letters not to treat me but to find reasons to take my freedom for the safety of the public. The NH government refuses to speak with me of government wrongs but reads my letters as a defense against a US Military Veteran representing the people’s rights. The local and state police harass my family and friends to isolate me to invoke mental issues to take my freedom. The local sheriff detains (arrests) me to provoke suicide. The VA suicide hotline calls and calls to harass me, even after I have told the to leave me alone. The newspapers refuse to print my opinion letters for the safety of the public from such a danger. The title is unique.
No, judge Peter Fauver and the NH Supreme Court are not so powerful that the people cannot speak freely of their criminal acts diminishing our Constitution. The NH SC refused to hear a case of brother judge Fauver using the justice branch of government to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal land from local residents. I have never asked for your sympathy. The VA announces 60 million to homeless veterans. Newspapers refuse to print the opinion of so many US citizens and US military Veterans. A US Military Veteran is forced to conform to the political and personal demands of elected officials and VA official’s with medical care denied as a tool to leverage or co worse. The newspapers will censor the US Military Veteran’s opinion as a danger to the public. The VA and government officials will use safety of the public to manipulate the system to gain public support. The VA and government officials will cover up or stretch laws and rules to enforce illegal tactic for personal or political reasons. Newspapers censoring the opinion of US Military Veterans handicap the word of the public by ignorance. I do not need your sympathy in a time of national finical collapse as our elected officials waste 60 million more to look good in the public eye.
The VA refuses to investigate wrongs at the NH VA that stops medical care for a 100% disabled US Military Veteran. To expose the NH Supreme Court with criminal wrongs against the peace and dignity of the State and USA is not a wise move for a 100% disabled US Marine. I am declared a Terrorist and lose my freedom for six months before the bogus charges are dropped. Local and State police harass my family and friends to isolate me. The local Sheriff uses the loophole of to detain (arrest) to disrupt my mental state of combat induced actions to force illegal acts or suicide. A VA covers up to ensure political gain for future favors leaves a nation in turmoil. The NH Supreme Court is not so powerful that a normal citizen cannot expose wrongs by the SC against the peace and dignity of the USA. The VA spends tens of thousands of dollars at the request of the NH DMV for safety reasons to do tests for the sole act of retribution to take my drivers license. 60 million wasted is nothing compared to the harm US Military Veterans receive, as the public is kept ignorant by newspaper censorship. The danger the government wants you to believe for safety reasons that I am is the danger my exposing the wrongs of the powerful entity of the NH SC for diminishing the Constitution and the newspaper support of such an act. “What are we fighting for, next stop is Vietnam”? The “Institution of insanity” and the ability to come home to a different place that no one can see what you see. It is, not the insanity of war but the moments, days, years of the constant death (yours and others) with the ability to do things not humanly possible during this insanity. Would you stand in front of a fighter jet landing at 600 knots as you signal the pilot what to do next? How insane is it to watch a 500 lb bomb skip down the runway at you and because it is a regular event moving to one side or the other as not to get out of position for the next fighter. Reality is going night after night, one convoy after another into the bush as the only American and person that speak a language you understand. Can anyone grasp the ability to hold your hand over a child’s mouth as you plunge a bayonet into his gut as the only means to escape and get back to the convoy? Would you let a member of your unit, a friend die next to you with no emotion because the situation comes first at any cost even your own life? This institution of insanity brings us back to a world that no one can feel or see the atrocities that were the norm of our daily lives, for we lived what those that never served can conceive as possible.
I am considered a danger for I write about my reality that does not exist. The newspapers censor my words for I dare speak of government wrongs. Reality is I am a 100% combat related disabled US Marine from the Vietnam Conflict. “What are we fighting for, next stop is Vietnam” rings loudly in the background of my mind every time I flashback to there. I ask, to censor the opinion of the people that write of government wrongs because as the UL tells me “your letters hurt people with good reputation” tells me it makes no sense why we are there. It is like coming home to a strange place that cannot accept me. My belief is that we are there so even the lowest person in our society has the equal rights and protection of our Constitution. It is the duty and right for even that lowest person to be able to expose even the mighty NH Supreme Court for constitutional wrongs against the people with out the fear of government retribution. The NH SC refuse to hear a case that this high school drop out and US Marine presented to them documenting Judge Peter Fauver’s criminal acts against the Constitution to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal land from local residents. For this, government retribution is to make the public believe that I am a danger by harming my Character.

“Change is not the enemy”, from a newspaper that censors it’s own readers opinion letters if they do not say the paper’s view. Honey Puterbaugh is change that will make a difference for it is an independent view of how to make the USA better for all. No one says it is the best change for the USA but it is an individuals view and will bring difference into a stagnant government. For years Free Stater’s have been given a bad name for they brought change from the two party systems to one where the people let the individual come alive. The compromise to one party giving a few pet projects at great government expense to the other party for some of their political comrades pet projects is coming to an end. We have citizens taken government positions that do not look up to the old boy system. Political power is starting to revert back to the individual with out compromise on the citizen’s rights and pocketbook. Change is coming to the newspaper for with the web they can no longer control the public being informed of the truth. People like those in the Free State movement gave up things in their own lives to make a difference to end newspapers making change the enemy.
I ran for NH State Senate last election to be harmed by character assignation by newspapers and censorship. I am an individual that many have been made to think is a danger to the public. The perception of mental illness and safety issues have been insinuated for years by the news media to sell more and make a bigger profit. The thousands of people that I over the years have volunteered to help never reject me for the danger the NH government and newspapers have created about my character. People accept my help for it is the individual that suffers from government wrongs as a volunteer gives without self-gain. I stand alone to volunteer my help to a Madbury NH family to expose judge Peter Fauver for his acts to criminally harm our Constitution. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear the case of a brother judge criminally violating our Constitution to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal land from local residents. We as a nation do not allow such wrongs but in NH one political party watching the back of the other is diminishing our Constitution into a worthless piece of paper. The Free State movement was a start that the newspapers have for years insinuated were criminals and a safety issue. These people are the start of bringing the USA back to the individual not the political party. Change is not the enemy. The enemy is people being abscessed with the total belief that it is the political party’s belief and power that will govern.
I am not a Free State Movement member. I believe in the individual. I believe in the USA. My beliefs are a lot like the Free Staters or any other individual that freely gives to make the USA better for every individual equally with out the need for self-gain. I am a 100% combat related disabled US Marine that NH put in jail as a terrorist for six months before the bogus charges were dropped because I represent the individual with out compromise of our Constitutional rights. Change is not the enemy. The enemy is allowing others of one political party or the other to diminish any one constitutional right at any time. The enemy is allowing any newspaper or news media to censor the words of the individual at any time. WE are the people lets take the USA back from the political dominant party.

World Revolt
I read two newspapers a day. I volunteer to help family, friends and strangers every day of the year. I do not feel good today. My head and body hurt to extreme measures. My mind is floating between confusion, and my responsibility to the USA. My wife is mad for my being taken to the hospital in Newbury Mass a few weeks ago. I had what the VA likes to call a seizure but it is my PTSD when my mind takes me back to my Marine Corps Tour. Even the Ambulance personal reported my speaking a foreign langue and repeating Macdonald, Sgt, 2689375 over and over. My wife believes as most others that my tour was so long ago the effects of the Vietnam Conflict should be gone by now. She is mad though because the VA refuses to pay for emergency medical care for this 100% disabled US Marine. The VA will do thousands of dollars of tests for the NH DMV to attempt to take my drivers license. I tell my wife that the VA does this to most US Veterans to attempt to get out of paying. It is just the Veterans Administration on how to mess with those that they believe are leaching off society. My wife is mad because on top of this, two nights ago she found me sitting on our back porch in the state of mind the VA calls seizure unable to function. She did not call an Ambulance because the VA does not treat me they embellish the record to show treatment is given when it is not needed medical care they do. The public sees millions going into political pet projects for elected officials to look good but what about those that served getting help. The newspapers refuse to print letters of this caliber from US Military Veterans.
My disabilities are becoming a nightmare for those that love me. I always said when my medical conditions get to the point of destroying my family and friends lives it is over. I have always been able to hide my disabilities even though people knew I had them I did not embellish the needs. A few years ago I volunteered to help a Madbury NH family with a zoning issue. I revealed my conditions to the courts and in the newspapers. Judge Fauver made me an Attorney to represent this family in court. The case of Judge Fauver using court power to enable the Madbury selectmen to steal from local residents went to the NH Supreme Court. The New Hampshire Supreme Court refused to hear a case of a brother judge criminally violating the NH Constitution for self-gain presented by a high school drop out. The case was written out and properly documented of criminal wrongs. Discrimination and Conflict of interest is censored by the newspapers because a 100% disabled US Marine is not qualified to expose such damaging to the United States of America criminal acts by Judges and the NH SC.
The funny thing is the VA is aware many times in one of my seizures I have attempted suicide. They refuse treatment telling people I am just a mental case. Now for the first time in my normal state I have thought of suicide. I will not do it so do not arrest me but I have thought of it. Most likely the VA to lock me up at great expense will call the police but they will not treat my military service connected combat related disabilities. The Ambulance would be much cheaper. The newspapers are entertainment but little news it is funny why anyone would read them. Documented facts do exist to prove everything that I write.

The Other Side

The other side
Newspapers censoring opinion that tell the other side must at all cost be published for the readers to be informed. Oyster River held a meeting on the fate of Jim Kach the Madbury SB reprehensive. The hate full and miss-spoken words of the public against Jim were an embarrassment to this well educated community. So few want to control by using the loudest voices and scaring others from speaking as the others try not to get on the well-educated community’s wrong list. Newspapers refuse to publish letters telling the other side so biased miss informed citizens learn to hate. Hate as the news did in the Casey Anthony Florida case even if the person is innocent brews violence. A person is innocent until proven guilty. Jim has violated no law but so few want him off the SB with the aid of a biased news media brew hate through miss information. Free Speech can never be based on only what the well educated want to hear. The New Hampshire news media is so biased they should give themselves an award for harming the public by not printing the other side of the opinion to create a well-informed reader to make NH and the USA better. Censoring the other side, as this letter will be creates danger and chaos.
The news media does not want the public to know that the NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case of a brother judge criminally violating the Constitution to harm intentionally citizens of the USA. Judge Peter Fauver used the judicial branch of government to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal land from local residents for personal gain. If these words are not true you can be sure the NH court system would have my head. The NH State assistant District Attorney that lives in Alton is miss using the power of government to get rid of her boy friend. Our laws and trusted power of government is not for the personal use of a special class of citizens. If what I say about Judge Fauver and the Madbury NH selectmen were not true then let them use the law to stop me. News media censorship only allows citizens to be harmed by these same trusted public officials. A SB member such as Jim stands up against what the well-educated community’s wants so they destroy this citizen’s character in the public eye to keep the status quo.
The other side is you and me that hope and pray some day harmony will win over the well educated community for the better of all not just themselves. The newspaper has to learn the other side has a voice and opinion also.

A woman does not like what someone she probably did not want on the school board in the first place writes. The USA is made up of people with different views and the law tells us they are free to express their own views. Mr. Kach should not resign as much as he should stay on the Oyster River School Board to set an example for our children to learn the meaning of our Constitution. I do not know Mr. Kach. I have heard many people tell me about this man being thought full to others and helping make the USA understand how everyone should get involved in making her better. The newspaper supports one lady in her efforts to disgrace this man so any coverage is slanted truth to favor her. To grab a niche and make a controversy to increase news media profits with biased slanted truths in the paper diminishes the freedom guaranteed in our Constitution. The news media cherishes the protection the Constitution provides them but limits or eliminates the people’s rights for news media self gains. Ms. Sample has a right to express her views but not make what others say reinterpreted to her own views to inflame the public to harm the other person’s character.
Newspapers censoring the opinion of the people on government wrongs have become the norm to what the editors call good journalism. People that know me love me for what I am. Others that get their information from the newspapers and readers that the editors support are scared of me. I volunteer everyday to help people have a better life. Even though NH put me in jail as a terrorist, taking my freedom for six months before the bogus charges were dropped I have not violated the law or been violent to anyone. NH and the VA to stop my opinion letters have stopped this 100% disabled US Marine’s medical care for combat related disabilities. Volunteering to help a Madbury NH family is what caused this. Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal land from local residents for self-gain. The NH Supreme Court is so biased they refused to hear a case where a brother judge is clearly guilty by the evidences produced in the eyes of any reasonable person. The newspapers enable people like Ms Sample to harm my character by using my medical conditions to inflame and scare the public just as they will censor this view of Mr. Kach.
For the good of the children and future generation I pray Mr. Kach continues and sets an example to the Newspapers and public just why we have a Constitution. The newspapers censor my letters of government wrongs not for libel reasons (for my letters go to thousands of people across the USA every day on the web) but for their norm of biased news. The newspapers censoring this response letter will be a prime example of who is diminishing our Constitution. We must learn from others that we disagree with without violence or biased news harming someone’s character. Do it for the good of our children to make the United States of America better.

Rejection, VA Hospital and USA
The Veterans Hospital gets my letters every day. They do nothing for political reasons for exposing wrongs in government is not protocol. Helping veterans in need of medical care is not the prime VA objective. The prime objective is public image to make the politicians look good so they get more money to make their workload easier each day. Build bigger and better hospitals with newer and more advanced equipment limiting the veterans in need of care because the budget does not cover them. Cut the politician’s pay and benefits, clear the budget of pet projects and then there will be enough money to pay off the national dept and not cut social security or any other social program. Veterans Hospital uses the scare tactics of Red Flag to harm Veterans in need. Patients’ privacy and public safety are loopholes to cover up ignored veterans in need or government retribution to harm veterans that write opinion letters of government wrongs. The Veterans hospital along with US Rep Frank Guinta”s and every NH politician and judge get my letters every day but the newspapers censor them to protect a special class of society. One only has to ask what is the purpose of the Veterans Hospital.
My Veterans medical care was stopped leaving my combat related disabilities untreated. It was restarted but I was Red Flagged to limit or reject medical care under the premise of safety. After years under this illegal government retribution my medical care was classified as unrestricted for public reasons. My letters everyday tell of needed medical care for my combat related disabilities but never are my letters answered. The VA will see and give me expensive tests at the request of NH DMV to take my drivers license for more government retribution but not my medical needs. No matter what they do to me there is no compromise on the opinion of government wrongs my speaking about publicly must stop for my medical care to be given. The Veterans hospital is a weapon to control free speech.
As a citizen of the USA exposing the NH Supreme Court for a cover up of Judge Peter Fauver’s criminal acts to harm our Constitution against the peace and dignity of the USA is my guaranteed right to speak freely of. The newspaper censoring these facts alone constitutes wrongs that cannot be tolerated. To allow a combat US Military Veterans medical care to be contingent upon stopping every citizen’s obligation to stop government wrongs will not happen in my case.
Yesterday was the worst day of my life. I spent the day in bed suffering with reality and pain. Yesterday the VA notified me emergency medical care done when I collapsed on the street in Newbury Mass my family will have to pay for. I cannot get medical care at the VA and if I collapse on the street from combat related disabilities my family will have to suffer more and more. I have always known Marines like me are not welcome back for what we did, depression, reality, PTSD, there has to be a way out of this place. The Veterans hospital sees the newspaper censoring my letters as a lubricant to harm more veterans so money can be spent on ways to make their jobs easier and more profitable.

There must be something wrong. No one wants to hear of the wrongs that NH and the VA is doing to harm the public. A free society where it is every citizens right to ignore or classify as a mental case a 100% disabled military veteran disabled for fighting for your freedom. The VA just denied payment at the VA Boston Hospital for treatment of Combat related disabilities as they do to many veterans to increase pressure to cause suicide or medical death to avoid payment to help budget questions. Is this a free society worth living in? I was out with friends when I collapsed on the sidewalk. My friends called an ambulance and they took me to the local Newbury Mass hospital. According to the report my mind was in a flashback to Vietnam and reality did not exist. I was treated and released into my wife’s care. The VA stops my medical care until I stop writing letters of government wrongs but if I am in public there is no way to stop someone else from calling for help. The newspapers do not want the public to see what the VA does to US Military Veterans so they censor opinion letters. There must be something wrong for what I did.
A disabled veteran volunteers to help fellow citizens bring a case to the NH Supreme Court of Judge Peter Fauver’s crimes against the Constitution. Fauver enabled the Madbury NH selectmen to use government powers to take land from local residents for personal gain. The documented evidence was presented to the NH Supreme Court and they refuse to hear the case of a brother judge. This case reeks of discrimination and conflict of interest. The newspapers censor the story to protect a very special class of society from people like me. There must be some thing wrong when the newspapers refuse to print the truth because it is a disabled veteran that is classified as a mental case brings the truth forward.
I cannot get medical help and the VA refuses to pay when it is the public that calls for an ambulance because I collapse on the street from my combat related disabilities. There is something wrong when a free society rejects those that give to keep the USA free and safe.

How do we all United and have a better world? It has to start right here in the USA. We are a nation that is an example to other nations around the world. How can we as a nation not solve our problems in a civilized manner and expect the rest of the world to do so. We have congress fighting over a budget not for the good of the USA but for their own profit. Elected officials and government workers should cut their own pay and benefit to that of what the average US citizen gets. They are no better than us. Elected officials if not receiving great pay and benefits would start working for the good of the USA and leave office instead of making it a life career on the public back. Government is here to serve the people not them selves. In June (I) a 100% combat related disabled US Marine was taken to the Newbury Mass hospital in a flashback. The VA just refused to pay the bill. The VA gives my wife a hassle every time by refusing to pay. I cannot get medical service at the VA unless the NH DMV or some other government agency in NH wants to use my disabilities to harm me. I write opinion letters just like this one and NH and the VA are using my medical care as retribution to stop me. May be our history and the revolutionary war set a norm that taken up arms and harming those that violate our Constitution is the only way a civilized society will correct the wrongs of government and start government serving the people instead of themselves.

No body wants to see
The opinion letter of a 100% disabled veteran to NH Governor Lynch is censored to protect the public from someone like me. The Nay Sayers can describe my letters as hostile, repetitive or any other way but they tell of government wrongs and they are my explanation of why the government is doing these wrongs to the public. The newspapers seem to believe censoring my words is the right thing to do in a free nation where the people come first at all costs. I volunteer to help others for over thirty years since coming back in 74. I ran for NH State senate and the newspapers believe harming my character in the public eye is the right thing to do to protect the public from danger like me. NH and the VA stop my medical care for combat related disabilities to stop my opinion letters and no one cares. I have four separate disabilities from four separate times during my MC tour. I freely help others with out violating the law and this is what NH does to a disables US Marine.
The NH Supreme Court has to allow the public to correct wrongs committed by the SC violating the Constitution. To protect one of their (SC) own they refused to hear a case of criminal wrongs by Judge Peter Fauver. Fauver knowingly with intent to harm enabled the Madbury NH selectmen to take land for the selectmen’s personal gain from local residents. The Documented facts were presented to the NH SC and they refused to hear the case to protect one of their own. Government officials and court personal violate the law to impede my exposing these wrongs to the public. Government and newspapers create the illusion of the danger to the public that I am to convince no one to care of the harm being inflicted on my family, friends and me. Can this be what disabled US Marines get as retaliation for coming back alive?

Veterans hurt by VA
It does not matter that the men and women that went off to fight for the freedom and future of the USA lose everything. It does not happen to every person that serves in the US Military. It is a common ignored situation that no one wants to look at for we have become losers that just could not make it in a civilized society. Our freedom of speech is censored and our voice is the silent demons a civilized society has no way to see. We protect the USA from the enemy and we come back to protect you by staying silent for to tell would cause negative reactions from people unwilling to give their own life for our Constitution. Years pass and our family, friends and society start to reject us for no one can grasp the awakened silent demons returning to hold us responsible for our actions against other human beings called the enemy so long ago.
The Veterans Administration uses our lives as toys to fit into their budget as if wasting money on loser would matter. Newspapers do not print our words for they ramble on or are questioned as if they make no since to those that never served. Angry sounding tones and commanding unforgiving orders erupt from our mouths, scaring those we love and alienating us from all others. A young combat veteran gets years older as people’s comments and actions seem to be the catalyst to with out warning disrupt our lives reliving what civilized society tells us happen so long ago that it cannot effect you now. We become silent and to our selves or violent and loud as if the terror of war commands control to complete the mission. It does not matter that we gave to protect your freedom letting you stay safe and free.
My words are censored for to do what I have done does not belong in a free and civilized society. Freedom of Speech and Freedom of the Press only are available to those that conform to a civilized societies rules. To publicly write of the NH Supreme Court violating the Constitution to protect a brother judge from the loser that should not have come back home alive must be censored. Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the constitution to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal from local residents. The NH SC refused to hear the case presented and documented because it does not matter for we are a loser that made it back alive.
Such a statement sent to almost every newspaper in the USA, along with every NH politician and court is censored. The truth no longer matters if the enemy tells you it is a rambling statement from a loser that just does not matter. The VA stops my medical care as a command it is time for suicide. We do it for the USA.

Suicide leaves questions of loved ones asking why? No one wants to see the problems of someone else but will question why when it is to late. It is so common in our society to ask why when change would have made it better for everyone involved. People will type you a mental case or a threat to the public but fail to, or even care to help with the issues. Everyone wants to say that I am looking for sympathy or my 15 minutes of fame as a way to justify their own ignorance. I volunteer to help others because I came back alive to a society that cannot accept or want us for what we have done. The VA stops my medical care for combat related disabilities and the newspapers censor the facts. I have attempted suicide many times while in a PTSD state of mind only to be ignored or have the VA and NH government attempt to cause issues to force my hand at it. The editorial on suicide puts blame on the victim and ignores the consequences of what society has done to invoke this man to kill him self. Society does not owe this man or any person anything but to make the world better maybe to recognize the tone of this editorial is what caused this man’s suicide.
I am not suicidal. My mind takes me back to a reality no one can see or understand. I go places as a US Marine no person should ever have to see or live with. My tour is most likely mild to what others in combat have endured. While in my other world it has not been uncommon for me to attempt suicide. I write about it and tell the VA about it only to be rejected and everything but a weapon put in my hand by the VA and NH Government. To meet me on the street no one could tell that my four received at separate times three combat related disabilities exist. I have been lucky in the MC and after. My wife and kids accept me with love and that will have to be enough, as I will explain.
60 Minutes has a program on Sunday about US Military Veterans in need of help and care. Twenty-five percent of the homeless in the USA are Veterans. A veteran on the program explained how the effects of what we did do not appear for years sometime decades after we return. Society no longer sees the cause as our tour but as wasted, lazy lives. The perfect example is this weekend we helped a couple in Boston remodel their new house. At lunch the subject came up of a US Marine one of the other people visited in Michigan the day before. A US Marine now 26 that did a tour in Iraq and Afg. He got out and did four years of college now going for his Master Degree in medical PA. He lives with his parents and in the past year has become distance to his family and friends. He becomes controlling and seems angry when talking to any one. He does not drink or smoke but uses his books to go into his own world as if not there. I tried to explain to this person what her cousin was showing the delayed effects of PTSD. She stated to argue that he has been fine and now all of a sudden he treats his loving parents, friends and family like dirt. He has been out to long and any effect of war has long since stopped effecting him. My wife last year said the same thing to me. There is no talking to a society that will not listen. Too many people in this civilized society see and feel exactly the same about US Military Veterans. I have shown you the question now ask why the newspapers want to censor it so badly. Censoring only hurts US Military if we come home.

Danger to the public, tells of the need to be no further explanation of taking this person of the streets and locking him up. Mental issues can explain the chaotic and repetitive actions of someone so unstable being a threat to society. A broken back from a Vietnam offensive never can justify the pain that may trigger inappropriate signals allowing this civilized society to stereotype and jail rather than medically treat. Deafness in both ears limiting reception of other people’s words caused by being blown off a runway during another Vietnam offensive does not excuse the confusion illustrated as ignorant. The constant flashbacks of a seventeen year-old enduring the daily life of a US Marine fighting for a nation that will some day condemn as a danger that must be extinguished.
Character assignation by newspapers and government officials limit or alienate this one hundred percent combat related disabled Veteran from family, friends and others into a questionable state of mind. This US Marine fights every day in my head not to be violent or violate the law. This action is because killing is so easy in the name of protecting and defending our Constitution. Volunteering to help others every day to respect what so many other US Military gave their life’s (dead or alive) for over the history of the USA helps me justify why I had to come back to a land that will not accept or wants uncivilized citizens as the USMC made me, back here. A danger does exist because this US Marine cannot accept the NH Supreme Court being thought of as above the control of the people. A danger does exist because the NH SC can never be allowed to refuse to hear a case where a brother judge violates the Constitution to harm others for the finical gain of people from this judges special class of society. Judge Peter Favuer criminally violated the law to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal from local residents. The NH government and VA stopping my medical care until I stop writing letters such as this of government wrongs is justified by newspaper censorship. A danger exists between self-control and full filling my oath as a US Marine to the USA as stopping my medical care being used as a catalyst to provoke suicide or criminal actions. The danger of not knowing where one is or why a civilized society refuses to talk virus violence must highlight the court case. Censoring a US Marine tells if a danger is.
Volunteering to help a Madbury NH family that I had never met is an obligation that the MC built in me. A US family being harmed by town selectmen and society is afraid if they speak out it will happen to them next. The newspapers censor the facts to protect so few over so many. The people’s assumption of harm from criminal judges and government officials is documented by a 100% disabled US Marine’s medical care being stopped for volunteering to help other citizens of the USA. I am a danger because I am a US Marine that will never step back and let government or judges harm other US citizens for their own self-gain. I write this letter deep in the bush on convoy trying to justify a world “USA” that I do not remember or will most likely not live long enough to visit. Where am I is a danger stopping anyone’s medical care for combat related disabilities this civilized society accepts for we are not welcome back alive. Newspapers are the main influence of our elected state and federal officials for the people to correct the wrongs or direct the rights. To censor the reader’s opinion telling of harmful and destructive acts because the editors do not see it that way goes against every principle that generated Freedom of the Press to be enacted as a part of our Constitution. The UL newspaper yesterday printed as a response on the web my article about the NH Supreme Court clearly discriminating with their ruling to refuse to hear a case as a cover up to protect one of their own. Newspapers can never be allowed to not inform it’s readers of the clear and documented conflict of interest in a SC decision against the peace and dignity of the State of NH and the USA. The NH SC refused to hear a case where Judge Peter Favuer used the trusted power of the judicial branch of NH government to enable the Madbury selectmen to steal land from local residents. Judge Favuer is a criminal getting away with crimes against our Constitution because the SC is covering it up to protect one of their own. The newspapers believe censoring the opinion of the readers exposing criminal wrongs of our NH government and SC to protect these leaders with good reputations is the way to gain power. I have stated the facts about the Madbury selectmen stealing from local residents and Judge Peter Fauver’s constitutional crimes in writing and now in the UL confirms “There is nothing so powerful as truth” to avoid libel suits (Daniel Webster).
Criminal wrongs by government officials, Judge Peter Fauver and the NH SC made this 100% disabled US Marine to volunteer his time to help the Madbury residents stop government wrongs. NH and the VA stop my medical care for combat related disabilities until I stop writing of government wrongs. NH uses DMV as retribution to take my drivers license by way of my service connected combat related disabilities. I can write a letter as this one because the truth has to correct the VA from injuring disabled US Military personal for their own profit. Newspapers are the main influence for when they censor the truth it is the people that are harmed. My medical care has been restarted but NH DMV can get expensive tests done on a moments notice but my attempted suicides from my PTSD and three other disabilities are ignored or just plain disregarded until I stop writing letters of government wrongs. Freedom of the Press was a wonderful idea. It is funny how talking our problems to avoid violence only happens when it is to their advantage.

Volunteering

Volunteering
It is just amazing that I can be a danger to the public as yesterday a UNH Professor asks me to do some more volunteer work for a UNH department. A 100% disabled US Marine from the Vietnam Conflict that has volunteered every day to help others since coming back to the “world” USA in seventy-four. The VA stops my medical care for combat related disabilities as the newspapers cover up the facts to protect people in power. The newspapers censor my opinion letters of government wrongs as they perpetuate the danger of my existence to kill any public support for me. I cannot stop helping others as the pain from my disabilities exceeds limits and the mental anguish and unstable waves flash through my reality of where I am. I do not need your sympathy. My Marine Corps tour took me places and allowed me to accomplish things to learn the meaning of what the United States of America is from what so many over the history of the USA fought and died for. Sympathy is for you that never give to the USA that ultimate sacrifice of life. The death of our US Military is the easy way out verses coming back to the civilized society that despises us for what we did but tells us of the love for doing it so that they did not have too. This is not a hate letter it is a letter of my love and commitment to the people of the USA. The amazement of such a danger never being violent that came back to volunteer to help others that the newspapers take it as their job to protect civilized society from such a US Marine.
The Constitution the highest law of the USA tells us government officials cannot charge citizen money for that citizen to tell the governor of government wrongs. NH Governor Lynch charged me money to do just that, tell him of government wrongs. The Governor took my money and never talked to me. I have the receipt. The newspapers believe censoring these facts from the public protect you from the danger that they want you to believe that I am. The government and newspapers have violated our Constitutional rights to stop me from telling the world that the NH Supreme Court used discrimination and a cover up to protect one of their own. There is no question the documented facts are here. Judge Peter Fauver used the trusted power of government to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal from local residents. The truth is there, there is no legal way to stop the truth as I continuously put it in writing. NH State Senator Merrill along with all the other elected officials ignore or have law enforcement attempt to scare me into suicide. I have endured death and re-live it every day in flashbacks. I want so bad to die at this very moment for I came back and should not have.
It is just amazing the danger that they want you to believe I am to this civilized society. The danger civilized society is to our returning military out weights any right we may have once had to come back alive. Volunteer and make life better for other citizens of the USA>
