New Hampshire Union Leader response
Response to Union Leader editorial
Using the newspaper to support government made laws to stop any one US citizen not to live in NH because it is not what the trusted people in power want living here. This is so wrong. To have the editorial promoting this type of discrimination and Hitler form of government must be stopped. This is just like zoning dangerous or mentally dysfunctional US Military Veterans from living in your neighborhood because we are not as good in character as required by your social class. To speak freely in or about government is not just a Democrat or Republican right. It is the right of all US citizens to speak freely and at all times have the right to change wrongs in government. The Free Staters are US Citizens and they can live in any state that they choose with out government officials using the power of government to seek retribution for the sole purpose that it is to stop this type of individual that this special class of NH citizens does not want in their state.
My wife and I used our life savings to purchase eleven-acres of land and we are building cabins in the woods for homeless NH US Military Veterans. One of the first questions leaders in the Lee town hall, State elected officials and neighbors ask is “how will I keep the dangerous, drug addicts, alcoholic out”? What type of society in NH have we become? We now can choose which US Military Veterans are qualified to live in our neighborhood. We are the men and women as children gave everything up to fight to protect and defend our Constitution. Now it is the right of government officials to weed out any US Armed Forces survivor of war that was inflicted with a disability a special class does not like be banned from living in NH!
The newspapers are so set that this 100% disabled US Marine is dangerous that my communication to the public is censored. Using the newspaper to support discrimination is wrong. Government officials using the trusted power of the people to weed out US Military Veterans is the same as only allowing blonde blue-eyed healthy people to move into Germany? Free Staters are US Citizens with a different political view than the Democrats or Republicans. We live in a free society were the imagination to dream and do is every individuals as long as it does not violate the law. Any law that takes any one right from anyone individual is wrong.
The next step will be for our NH government to want to eliminate any children with mental or physical disabilities. These children drain our budget and take away from that special class of citizen’s days off. Maybe that last part will have to wait because I believe it is a subject close to some special citizens in power at this present time. This is the same norm our civilized society now uses to allow over 600 homeless US Military Veterans living out side on the streets in NH at this very moment.
The Union Leader and all news media will censor letters like this one to protect you from we that came home from war not to your NH standards. What are we becoming right here in New Hampshire?

individual voice and Mr. Sununu
Individual voice
Powerful words in writing that are censored and this civilized society cannot understand why violence is needed. Suicide the act there is no second chance once taken that our civilized society tells us is against the law. A combat related 100% disabled US Military Veteran’s medical care is stopped because someone in government yells safety of the medical staff before the medical needs of the patient even if the disabilities are death. Budget limitation and other wrongs prevent or push under the rug many disabled combat veterans until homelessness becomes the norm for the remaining years living in the nation we did it for. Facts that our government has refused to talk about. Newspapers see keeping ignorant readers from the facts because we the one’s that protected and defended Freedom of the Press are so few in numbers and do not contribute to the profit of the business.
I told NH Executive Councilor Chris Sununu that personally I have attempted Suicide many times since coming back alive. I remember some of the attempts and other times I have facts present when I failed to indicate that an attempt was made. Mr. Sununu told me he “Hopes it does not come to that”. It is like Mr. Sununu wanting to know how I would weed out the dangerous US Military Veterans to keep the neighborhood safe. We became this way alcoholics, drug addicts, discussing dirty homeless lazy bums because civilized society does not want to understand what we did and where we were. We are lost because this civilized society will not tolerate the norms that combat instilled while we did it for you. I told Mr. Sununu that every US Military Veteran that came back alive deserves and equal chance no matter what it takes. Single person green cabins in the woods on this eleven-acre lot at 101 Stepping Stone Rd is my effort to make things better for the present and future US Military Veterans that this civilized society can and will not help. Mr. Sununu came to the property in the rain and listened to my words as we walked the site. This politician went so far out of the norm of standard government practice to actually hear what I was saying it showed me in part what fighting in Vietnam was about. The newspapers will not print this letter and Mr. Sununu did not try to get any public awareness of his help to make life for homeless US Military Veterans possible. A politician helping without looking for fame is so far out of the norm, it is hard to believe possible.
PTSD, TBI, hearing loss and broken back are all Marine Corps disabilities that no one sees that our government and police use to call me a danger. Society is afraid of me because our government and police must be believed. Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to intentionally harm US citizens. This letter is made up of powerful words censored, as this individuals voice did not earn the right to freedom of speech. How can an opinion letter clearly stating fact of government wrongs be censored and what God Given Right does this? I Thank Mr. Sununu for not just listening but hearing what this 100% disabled US Military Veteran said.

Freedom of Speech, Veterans administration, Governor Maggie Hassan
Freedom of Speech
Our nation the USA so much tells other countries the voice of the people is the way to a better life. It is right fully so that the people in the USA should listen to their own words. The news media so wants to censor my words that they refuse to inform their readers of the cabins in the woods at 101 Stepping Stone Rd Lee NH to be built. Everyone says that they want to help homeless US Military Veterans but if you not only listen but also hear what the voices say it is different. Homeless Veterans are the drug uses, Alcohols, mental cases that our civilized society tries to stay away from. These homeless are the dirty scum of civilized society that makes us afraid of disease or illness just to be near one. No one recognizes that these men and women in dirty torn cloths were once the proud defender of our freedom that served us in our Military. Not even the Veterans Administration recognizes that these men and women cannot adjust to being back in a civilized world with their friends, family and loved ones. The VA Red Flags these individuals. The proper social interactions of a civilized world taken by the horrors of combat survival cripples as the years back grow others willingness to identify the origin of it all causing self endorsed homelessness rather than harm the ones we did it for. Anger and hate to be alone homeless where our loved ones will not see what we are. The memories of what we did grow as this civilized society mocks the atrocities of war to insinuate we the ones that protected and defended the USA are the blame. The voice of the people to censor the words of these men and women homeless for what we did creates an ignorant society not able to understand.
Cabins in the woods on eleven-acres where any US Military Veteran homeless for any reason is welcome as long as a cabin is available. These men and women no matter what danger you the public perceive are from them serving you. Can you see what it is to be tied up at an enemy campfire and kill in hand-to-hand combat to escape and continue the convoy? The pride felt to be a fully qualified US Marine that once home the inhuman, uncivilized act is dammed if the public hears. My experience is minor to the long enduring battles or endless patrols deep into the bush so many others in any branch of our military remember. Freedom of speech is denied for such uncivilized actions do not belong back here just as you so demonstrate we that served do not.
The first question politicians and people working to help Veterans even ones in the Veteran organization ask, “How will you keep the dangerous one’s out”? A brother Veteran asked me, “How will I keep the lazy one’s out that are just taking advantage of a free be”? We are all equal but what we did in many cases no one can imagine it being humanly possible to do. These: events and actions affect us in different ways not over there because it becomes routine to set death aside and continue to defend and protect you back here but back here where our survival places the ones we love in danger. These men and women did it for the USA and deserve equal chance to come back mentally as well as physically if ever.
There will be no profit made and this is not a scam because my wife and I are using our life savings to make this happen. Freedom of speech denied is making the neighbors and government officials afraid by ignorance.

To Frag, Vietnam, NH
To Frag
Vietnam was a long time ago. The memories of such a time in one’s life must fade as time grows. Does anyone today even know what to Frag is? My mind works in a different way for most to understand. Personally I cannot even see how this society accepts me to be even present. The catalyst to make these memories come must be to attend meetings with other US Military Veterans. I am like a third wheel on the out side looking as all these events keep repeating themselves over and over trying to tell me something. My time in Vietnam is limited to a few TAD’s from my base camp in Thailand and Japan. If my time on eight convoys as American Advisor did not exist my engagement with the enemy would only be mortars and sniper fire coming over the perimeter wire during one offensive I inadvertently lived through. I feel in my head more intently the waiting. No matter what there is going on in memory of there I always feel the waiting as if that is the entire process. Vietnam is sometimes present on this very day.
Vietnam is no different than any other war even the present today’s wars. Men and women then as well as today come home and most fit back into society covering up the atrocities that we lived in. Some returning Veterans slip through the cracks and are dropped into a civilized society that cannot see life in the Veterans way. The Veterans Administration has the Red Flag to label those in the need of medical care for combat related disabilities for the safety of those programmed to care for these returning men and women. The Red Flag is a weapon seen by the Veteran of enemy actions to hinder our freedom. The Red Flag is just like the US Military Veterans homeless shelters with all their rules and regulations that elaborate on the prison or enemy containment. VA doctors question in a way to place events we lived through as not humanly possible. Facts and reality get turned around to not fit criteria where people that never attended combat can accept. A veteran of any war mentally unable to separate just will not accept putting the ones we did it for through our ill ways. Homelessness is in a world where we can live alone. Where the safety of life is no longer our responsibility. The Vietnam bush was far worse than the streets of the USA. We lived through Vietnam but now our short calendar no longer depletes in days.
Single person Cabins in the Woods for homeless US Military Veterans is just what my wife and I will build. Any homeless US Military Veteran that there is a single person cabin available for will be allowed with out rules and regulation of danger or laziness. Accepting these men and women and giving them a place to come home mentally and physically at their own speed if ever will be the only rule.
Even my wife and children see me as different. I am the lucky one because they tolerate me with love and give me a great life. I was dropped into a world with no care or help then and the same happens now. The Veterans Resort-Chapel will be the start of the long road home for the forgotten ones on the streets of NH. To Frag is something you that were never in the situation could ever conceive.

Voice of the people, Red sox, Chris Sununu
Voice of the People
To stop free speech caused and initiated by the news media defies everything the United States stands for. I attended the district VFW meeting in Rochester NH this past weekend. They were surprised to be unaware of such a path as helping homeless US Military Veterans have a home rent free in Lee NH. If the newspapers could stop censoring opinion letters that has content the editors do not believe in, Freedom of the Press would exist for all Equally. I was happy to extensively tell the VFW about NH Executive councilor Chris Sununu and the efforts he has put forward even though Lee is not in his district. The verbal support and direction to build these single person cabins and draw a business plan for direction and longevity overwhelmed me by the Veterans Foundation. One article in the Fosters read by a leader of the Veteran Foundation has encouraged me. The article did not mention Mr. Sununu, which I thought, was an insult to Mr. Sununu as an indirect result of the newspapers censoring the public to keep them ignorant. The news Media will see this letter that directly tell the citizens of NH crimes against our constitution by the editors as non- publishable material. Eventually the public will learn all the wrongs by the news media of NH because the Veteran Resort-Chapel will be built for homeless US Military Veterans defying any ability to censor.
Opinion letters of the readers of the newspapers to inform the public of good and bad is the Voice of the People. Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to intentionally harm US Citizens. The NH Supreme court refused to hear the case because it publicly demonstrated a NH Superior Court Judge wrongfully using the power of the Courts in defiance of the words and meaning of the Constitution of the United States of America and the NH constitution. The Bill of Rights exists to stop people like Judge Fauver from wrongfully using the trusted power of the people for what he intends as a superior class of citizens. Freedom of speech and the right of the individual to freely inform the citizens of the USA of criminal wrongs committed by a judge is an opinion letter that must be printed no matter what the consequence. The Facts exist and were presented to the NH Supreme Court that is in the case file presented to them. To not inform the public of a 100% disabled veteran putting his life savings to give single person homes to other Veterans to stop the public from learning of criminal wrongs by Fauver cannot be tolerated ever.
The homeless cabins to be built at 101 Stepping Stone Rd Lee NH have nothing to do with Fauver’s crimes against the USA. To stop the voice of any citizen because of his actions to inform the public of government wrongs by prolonging the US Military Veterans living on the streets is an ethical wrong by the news media that is unacceptable. I am the Voice of the People just like every other citizen of the USA and world. I am also a Veteran Helping Veterans no matter what power the editors believe they process by censoring what we defended and protected with our lives for them.

Free Staters Welcome
Free Staters: Welcome
A Democratic State lawmaker ‘s recent web post critical of the libertarian-learning Free State Project is just wrong. Freedom is just that “the rights of all others are equal to all NH State government personal”. Some of the hardest paths to correct are the one’s where prominent people like State Law makers Democratic or Republican use their power to create hate. Hate is a crime if any average citizen did this all kinds of prosecutor misses conduct to put us in jail or public condemnation would take place. The power of the al-mighty is what this Keene Representative is showing us our government now controls. This is the reason Character Assignation by government officials seeking retribution against a voter is a crime against the NH Constitution. NH took my freedom for six months back in 2001 by using the Patriot Act to declare me as a terrorist to stop public support. Judge Peter Fauver criminally used the power of the Strafford County Superior court to harm defendants brought before him for justice. Sharpe words that our politicians are covering up to keep their dominance of power over the average person. The Free Staters to me are just a political project of individuals wanting to point out the wrongs in government. Rep. Cynthia Chase, D-Keene is a NH lawmaker that demonstrates wrongs that harm freedom.
60 yrs-old and the only thing on my mind is suicide. Everything is going good for me. My Wife, Family, Friends and the Veteran Resort-Chapel are creating a life any person would want to have. I have so much memory now but to understand the basic what am I missing. I am nothing special. What I am is the luckiest person in the world because I came back alive and live such a great life. To have a wife that took our life savings to create homes for homeless Veterans is an example of just how lucky I am. Our Government and prosecutors used my combat related disabilities to promote hate for character assignation and then stop my medical care through the VA to insure my suicide. The newspapers refuse to inform the public in what I see, as the belief ignorant voters are the way to keep a special class of society in control. I lost my complete memory of life from an accident right out of Parris Island. I was sent overseas with no memory because of a government mistake. I did the next thirty-one months in and out of Combat situations. I received three more disabilities. I came back to the USA with no memory of ever being here before. The most prominent part of my mind is in and out of being over they’re in the continuous last seconds of my life. Our legislators (ex. Rep. Cynthia Chase) use hate through the news media to keep me in a place no one can see. I keep asking am I still lying in the ditch as the “Gook” patrol passes or maybe the hand-to-hand combat from the convoy before and this continuous reparation is God’s punishment for what I did as a US Marine.
The Free States once gave me a free web page for my letters but now censor freedom of speech because my words did not promote their cause. I guess what goes around comes around as if the Blue Hampshire news will censor this response just as all others waving Freedom of the Press. Hate promoted by State law makers.
