What a clear ethical violation by the editor of the Foster’s newspaper. The individuals right to free speech is censored and they write about it in the Aug. 31 issue of the paper proudly. A candidate for NH State Senate District 21 and the newspapers believe it is their right to censor while at the same time taking words and sentences out of context to inflame the voters. You are dam right I was arrested but tell the truth about why. I volunteer my time to help a Madbury NH family where the selectmen are using the trusted power of the people to take from local resident for the selectmen’s own profit or gain. NH declared me a terrorist under the Patriot Act and took my freedom for six months until I stopped writing opinion letters just like this one. Four days before the trial the bogus charges were dropped. It is not just the fosters but even the states largest newspaper refused to print the facts. I have no criminal record because I volunteer to help people every day even stranger on the street because I came back alive and I owe those that gave their lives for the USA that respect. The article took the Carle Drega comment out of context for the facts are the true story told to me by a friend of Carle’s on how the cops and town selectmen were harassing Carle and he lost it. I do not advocate violence and clearly have demonstrated that over the years by volunteering my time to help even people that despise me. It is hard to fight the editors when they write about you in a biased manner and refuse to print responses where the other side is the unbiased truth.
Judge Peter Favuer criminally violated the Constitution by ruling in favor of the Madbury selectmen right to take for their own gain from local residents. The NH Supreme Court refuses to hear the case because a common citizen cannot question the superiority of that elite minority. I write about government wrongs and the editors believe it is their right to censor the opinion of the people. My platform is the voters God Given Right for the voters to hear. To have a newspaper posse the power to create ignorant voters for their own demented reason cannot be tolerated. It has to be the Voters choice to make their decision on all the facts and not just what the editors believe is in the USA’s best interest. The cops, VA and NH government stopped my medical care for combat related disabilities to stop me. My reference to killing judges and government officials was states as so written in our Constitution about abolishing those that violated the Constitution and all means of redress fail. Telling the other side clearly does not benefit the editors view.
My wife and I took our life savings to help homeless US Military Veterans in the State of NH. This has nothing to do with the election but it is an important part of my life. I am not a criminal or a danger to the people. The newspapers clearly write to inflame the voters and that is just plain wrong.

In God We Trust
To kill innocent people makes no since even if the intent at the time was to get those that violate the law and Constitution. It is sort of like combat the fear of the consequences goes away and the innocent soldier fighting for those politicians without the guts to fight themselves dies or kills the innocent on the other side. Yet to allow politicians to take more God given and natural rights from citizens and stop unfavorable citizen responses to correct the wrongs are also a violation of our Constitution. Freedom is a natural right for only God to take that all man kind must share equally and without reservation. I am running for NH State Senate District 21 and the editors believe it is their right to make the voters ignorant to my existence and platform. I suffer from four disabilities all service-connected from separate missions and three being combat related. PTSD and TBI untreated (because the VA and NH Government conspired to stop my medical care for combat related disabilities) rage in flashbacks to a time when fear and consequences as in combat goes away. How do I make the citizens see “the ends of government are perverted and public liberty manifestly endangered, and all other means of redress are ineffectual” as the newspapers censor my opinion letters of government wrongs. In God we trust but life, as we know it ends with death.
A mind with no memory of growing up suffers with PTSD/TBI untreated because politicians see a threat if the voters learn. A broken back from one Vietnam Offensive and loss of hearing from other Vietnam offensives to be left without medical care and no politician will speak up. Not only that but my campaign is censored for fear the voters will no longer be ignorant if they learn the truth. Now to keep the voters ignorant my wife putting up our life savings to buy waterfront property in Lee NH to start a Veteran Resort-Chapel is censored. Registered with the State of NH as a Non-Profit place for homeless and disabled US Military Veterans to life free of charge politicians knowingly are stopping a US Military Veteran from helping other US Military Veterans in need because society ignored or rejected our needs. We were innocent people when we went off to war but accepting what came back is easier to ignore or reject than help. Veterans helping Veterans is taboo if it educates the public to the wrongs.
Plain and simple the NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case where Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to intentially harm US citizens for the Madbury NH selectmen’s use of the trusted power of the people for the selectmen’s own gain. It can be said by reading about the old days that the way we treat the disabled has not changed only more secret. NH DMV cannot take my drivers license using my Marine Corps Combat related disabilities so they take my handicapped pass to park to teach me to obey. All these little things that the government does like locking me up under the Patriot Act as a terrorist to teach me to stop writing opinion letters just like this one. How about the VA suicide hotline calling me constantly even after telling them not to, harassment to invoke suicide. The editors so defy common sense and ethics they censor my opinion letters of government wrongs. The USA created the Americans with Disabilities Act only to have government officials and the courts ignore it. I am a 100% disabled person that my wife and I want to start a Veteran Resort-Chapel for homeless and disabled US Military Veterans to have a place to live free of charge. We took our life savings to buy eleven acres of water front property in Lee to help Veterans by a veteran that has been there. I am mentally and physically disabled from serving the USA as a US Marine and the newspapers silence my free speech to protect you from the danger of a disabled person.

The State has received the paper work and said by Aug. 31 the Veteran Resort-Chapel will be approved. It is my wife and my life savings but it will be worth it to give disabled and homeless US Military Veterans a place to live and stay free of charge to get back on their feet. We will be looking at gravel and equipment at a good price to make the driveway and site work if anyone knows of a place. If some one knows the DPW directors in Lee, Barrington, Madbury, or even Epping that has fill that they are looking for a place to dump let them know of the Veteran Resort-Chapel just of Rt. 125 in Lee. Help from anyone will always be welcome for the quicker to get this place going the quicker US Military Veterans will have a place to live and call home. The Google address at the top of the page is a new site for the Veteran Resort-Chapel with the Concord Stage Coach that I am trying to sell to raise some money to help on the site. The newspapers refuse to print my opinion letters so word of mouth would be appreciated to get the word out. There will be no profit from this Veteran Resort-Chapel. The greatest harm the editors across NH can do is censor opinion letters of their readers. The side effects of harming US Military Veterans already down on their luck are the newspapers censoring letters just like this one. Violent letters being ignored by this civilized society may be it is time for communication to solve problems in place of violence. I do not believe in violence since coming back from the Vietnam conflict. What I do know is that with four disabilities from the Marine Corps stopping my medical care for said injuries is uncalled for as government retribution to stop my opinion letters of government wrongs. It is the free will of the people to intrepid my letters as they wish. May be to look and see the criminal wrongs no one wants to address is a good start to a solution avoiding violence. Many US Military Veterans just like me (but they) because of circumstances loose their family, friends, job to become homeless on the street in direct response of the effects of protecting and defending your freedom. The Veterans Administration ignores or rejects these men and women for budget or pet project reasons, as the blind eye of the public does not see. The contempt the public feels for my suicide attempts wishing one to be successful detract from the PTSD and TBI disabilities to outrage the public in fear.
Freedom of the Press is so biased to censor my opinion letters of government wrongs they ignore my wife putting our life savings up to help other US Military Veterans and their family’s from avoiding the above homeless out come. Editorial in NH’s largest newspaper today “We like Howard Pearl” talks about taking up arms to make government reprehensive of the people. This same newspaper censors a candidate running for NH State Senate District 21 because they have the power to do so. NH and the VA have conspired to stop my medical care for combat related disabilities and the editor’s refuse to print my opinion. PTSD and TBI effect my brain every second of every day. I have four received during separate missions permanent disabilities, three being combat related and the voice of silence takes control of public awareness because of the danger the editors want you to believe that I am. I get VA medical care for any other illness just not my combat related. This is called Conspiracy to fluff the medical records to cover up criminal wrongs to use a disabled US Military Veteran’s health for control. Think of the PUBIC safety allow me to skip into a flashback killing gooks right here in NH as no one can tell what the future holds. Editors censor as freedom of the press gives that power. Think of the 600 homeless Veterans in NH cause by this action.
A cover-up to protect the character of the NH Supreme Court justices from this nobody like me talking about wrongs by them is criminal. The NH SC refused to hear a case where Judge Peter Fauver criminally with intent to harm US citizens violates the Constitution. A civilized society should at all cost want to protect the integrity of the courts by talking openly of these wrongs. There are no innocent people in a combat zone. It is the one fact people back here cannot understand. They harbor the enemy or stay silent while the danger of the enemy is taken your life away. I tell every one of the criminal wrongs to harm me and other citizens and silence to protect ones own (the select elite club) is the protocol. I volunteer to help other citizens every day if I can and the government and editors tell the public that I am a danger so it is believable. My wife and I put up our life savings to help US Military Veterans disabled having adjustment problems coming home and the silence grows deeper. I am a 100% disabled US Military Veteran with four disabilities all from separate missions. Three of the missions are combat related and our government stops my medical care for said disabilities. Mental, danger signs I ask for help only to be ignored. Sixty year-old and the feelings never leave. I want to write positive to inspire the best to come out in people. I feel like every way to come back has completely ended. I realize that sounds stupid but is that not what you are trying to tell me mentally PTSD combat related citizens are? I hear danger being called every time but no one is there. Communication in this civilized society does not exist for US Military Veterans that got on the wrong side of this society. So deep in my own conflict I sat for hours far into the night looking at the ceiling wondering is this really back or should I just kill myself in this foreign nation. Who knows where this convoy will take us today. The mind where PTSD complicated by TBI takes us to places no man or women should ever go.
My wife and daughters have gone on an over night hike. The VA refuses my request for help. NH and the VA have conspired to stop my medical care for combat related disabilities until I stop writing opinion letters of government wrongs. If the VA suicide hotline calls talking to them will justify there calling the law enforcement to take my freedom under the term safety of the community. I could not talk to my wife anyway for she would just worry for something that is and cannot be changed. Sixty year-old and these feeling never leave.
Communication in a civilized society ends when the editors believe they can censor facts using the term safety of the community. What right does any individual have to decide which citizen should have rights and which not? The NH Supreme Court violated the Constitution and the news media refuses to inform the public. The harm of my stepping out of this benjo ditch and lighting up the gook patrol is my death. Today is the start of a different day. This first part is what I must have written while in a different world. I find it disturbing to think there are homeless US Military Veterans in the same or worse mindset. My wanting to go out and start cutting trees on the Veteran Resort-Chapel site even with my broken back and other service-connected disabilities. The pain will be worth it if just helping one of the 600 homeless US Military Veterans in NH alone will have a safe comfortable place for the rest of their natural life. It is an up hill battle as the local and state newspapers believe it is for the safety of the community my life is ended.
Sixty years old and these feelings never leave. Think of the US Military Veterans coming home today and in the future. They will be treated the same or worse for this civilized society believe they are doing good wasting tax dollars on NH VA facilities as Kelly Anotte and Shea-Porter want to do. Political pet projects do more harm to US Military Veterans and no one in this civilized society sees.

Tired of hearing my ranting and raving every single day of the same old complaints. I am tired of that person also. A Concord Stage Coach hand cared and crafted about 6” wide x 2’ long and 12” high with four draft horses in full harness is a piece of art that was made when teaching children in schools around NH as a volunteer years back. I am putting that up for sale to the highest bidder. 100% of the money will go to start building the Veteran Resort-Chapel in Lee NH. My wife and I used our life savings to buy the eleven-acres but it is going to take a lot more and my art work although special it is to help US Military Veterans come home mentally as well as physically at no cost to the veteran: so it will be sold. The stagecoach also has a hand carved Driver and four hand carved passengers in side the coach. Tired of hearing then put your money where your mouth is!
No matter how hard I try the newspapers are on purpose keeping the voters of NH ignorant. I am running for NH State Senate District 21 yet other than token word my name is taboo from the newspapers. I am a 100% combat related disabled US Marine that NH and the VA have conspired to stop my medical care for said disabilities. I get medical care for any other illness but that what I need it for. The newspapers refuse to print my opinion letters of government wrongs. I volunteer every day to help other people have a better life. The only danger is the newspapers biased attitude to protect so few against the better for the majority.
We as US Military Veterans even when it is our state doing the harm, we fought for all the citizens of the USA. We do not know you, nor will we ever but the USA (all the states) should feel compelled to inform their residents of the harm NH is doing because the editors are so biased in NH. A hard thing to do report the fact other newspaper held to the same ethics no longer follows that code. Response letters to newspaper article about this candidate are censored. The unbiased truth must at all times be reported even if the editors do not like the candidate. We as US Military Veterans deserve no less.
The NH Supreme Court violated the Constitution as the newspapers feel it is their obligation to protect and cover up the criminal wrongs. The NH SC refused to hear a case presented to them of Judge Peter Favuer using the law to let the Madbury NH selectmen take from local residents for the selectmen’s own gains. The NH SC should at the very least heard the case rather than dismiss it. The NH SC must avoid even the appearance of conflict or biased. Paperwork is on its way to the Secretary of State’s office. Our US Military Veterans risk their lives to keep the USA free and safe so this is the least my wife and I can do with our life savings. The power of the newspaper is to harm not just the citizens that the editor’s do not like but also the repercussion from not informing all the readers with unbiased facts of the truth. 600 homeless US Military Veterans roam the streets of NH at any one time. These are not worthless men and women. These are the men and women that went off to fight to keep you that will never serve in the US armed forces free and safe. These men and women who lived a life no one back here can imagine has humanely possible. The mind plays dirty trick on some that went through that what no civilized society will accept as real as we served in combat. We broke the civilized rules not because we wanted to but because it is required to defeat the enemy so the USA may continue free and safe. The newspapers believe it is so much they’re right to censor the truth from the public for what they want you to believe that I am. A citizen of the USA that came back to the “Real World” 100% disabled US Marine that got these disabilities so the newspapers could continue to have Freedom of the Press. The act by the newspapers in NH to censor my opinion letters is directly keeping some of these 600 US Military Veterans that never have the chance to come home mentally as well as physically, homeless and in ill health.
The editors feel it is their right to protect criminal acts to diminish our Constitution by the NH Supreme Court. I took a case where Judge Peter Favuer with intent to harm other US citizens enabled the Madbuty NH selectmen to with the trusted power of the people take for the selectmen’s own self gain from the local residents to the NH SC. The NH SC refused to hear the case and that is wrong. Now to keep the voters ignorant the newspapers will not inform the public of my run for NH State Senate and what my platform is. It is the people’s right to be informed of the complete facts. To do any less the far reaching repercussion will take what little life is left in the homeless US Military on the Streets of New Hampshire to a victory for the enemy so long ago.

My letter today was supposed to be to Jim Haddin, reporter for the Fosters newspaper. He emailed me asking three questions about my run for NH State Senate District 21. He gets copies of my letters just like this one so the questions are clearly answered. I will do it again. My biggest issue for running is that those we elect until the next election ignore the citizens. I will personally expose all the wrongs in Concord even when they threaten me will jail for speaking. My opinion is everything done in Concord the public has a right to know. My vision of the future is that the government stops waste and start doing what is good for the people openly and honestly. PTSD and TBI put me so close to suicide almost daily and my asking for help only gets more government retribution inflicted as a cover up to protect those elite few in our society. VA doctors and administration rate me RED FLAG as justification to claim safety comes first against the mental and physical health of those that fought in combat for your freedom back here in the safe USA. Dr Marc Levenston of the Manchester NH VA singles me out to stop medical care for my service connected-disabilities but promotes any other medical care to fluff my file incase of inspection. Opinion letters of government wrongs is the average citizens way of informing others of crimes against humanity by government officials. Newspaper censorship and biased articles, which the editors refuse to print response from the person harmed: harm the character of the person in direct defiance of our Constitution. This letter alone criminally explains wrongs by the trusted government personal and the editors but will be censored as to prolong my life until suicide prevails. No getting along with myself
A 60-year-old US Marine sits on his daughter’s patio and watches his family ride off into the woods on horseback. Soon looking down the path to the barn set in a small clearing a hundred or so yards into the woods the friendly village appears as tell we never left. In a few short hours my body sweats and my muscles become tired from vibration of fear caused by that same question this young Marine keeps asking, “is this what the entire world is like”. May be it was only a few seconds for time can have no relevance here. I saw them coming back from the ride and got up to get a beer. Drinking gives my family a way to ration my mood as from the alcohol and for some reason reduces or relieves my mindset. 60 years old and I can never get out of this place.
Danger would be the first thought if I was a civilian realizing someone like this was in my community. Danger to me would be for this US Marine to run for NH State Senate District 21 and the voters will not be informed of this existence. Fear is a motivator for the ignorant citizens to speak up for safety comes first. Fear is rooted in the fact the people are deprived of learning the truth. The truth is that the VA and NH Government have conspired to stop my medical care for combat related disabilities and the newspapers believe censoring will protect good people’s reputation in Concord NH. The fact is I need help and have asked for it every day since they stopped my medical care. I get appointments for all kinds of medical care as long as it is not related to my combat disabilities. What a joke the VA has established paper work to prove that what is not happening. A cover up rooted by fear of the public from biased newspaper articles to protect those few elite. 60 years old and still looking to may be some day come home.
600 US Military Veterans in NH alone are homeless. With my physical and mental situations my wife has put our life savings on the line so other families will accept their US Veterans or at least give some a place to go. You would think politicians in Concord NH would want to help US Military Veterans in need. Fear has gotten to the point where politicians only care about their next election. Editors Violate readers Trust
To censor the facts that a 100% combat related disabled US Marine and his wife put their life savings to help other US Military Veterans come home mentally as well as physically just does not make since. WE just purchased eleven acres of water front property to build a Veteran Resort-Chapel where free of charge homeless veteran’s will have a cabin of their own to live in and campsites will be set for other Veterans and their families to come and bond. There will be a lot of open space where one can build on their religious spirits, or just learn how to be a family after coming home from war. It is hard for those that have never been to accept a Veteran helping other Veterans for to see would mean not just to listen but hear what we are saying also. Newspapers censoring the words of a US Military Veteran or any person take away the right only God should have the power to do. Freedom of Speech is not the editor’s choice.
I volunteered many years in schools and communities teaching children trash formation art. I have treasured this art and refused to sell it to this point. The Veterans Resort-Chapel is worth my selling my 2’x12”x6” hand carved and crafted Concord Stage Coach with driver, passages inside and draft horses in full harness pulling it. The piece of art will go to the highest bidder and all the money will go to help proceed on the Veteran Resort-Chapel. I created this art to not only help children but it was my self-imposed way to learn how to come back. PTSD and TBI two of my four service-connected disabilities took everything away that was here. The US Military and the VA dropped me into a society that scorned and rejected us. Citizens back here hated us for what it was the news media’s false or biased reporting that blamed the military not the politicians. Editors to censor the facts violate the reader’s trust, as it has become the norm more and more over the years.
The news is so biased that to stop my free speech NH and the VA have stopped my medical care for combat related disabilities. These government wrongs, which should be front-page in every newspaper across the USA, are censored. The NH Supreme Court violated the Constitution to protect judge Peter Favuer. I presented a case to the NH SC and they refused to accept it. Fauver criminally used the power of the court to help the Madbury NH selectmen use the trust of the citizens to take from local residents for personal gain. Editors violate the reader’s trust by censoring these facts.
Now the editors believe harming US Military Veterans in NH is OK if they are protecting a few elite citizens over the rights of the majority. It cannot be tolerated editors believing it is their god given right to violate the reader’s trust. The people have a right to know that a US Military Veteran has come home and wants others to have the same chance. Our life savings is worth it if just one has the chance to come home.

Something good to help US Military Veterans come home mentally as well as physically and US citizen degrade my efforts. Your words tell others that you want and feel obligated to help these Men and Women that went off to war to protect and defend our Constitution but your sub-concussions attitudes and actions tell a far clearer picture. To help the disabled or any veteran homeless or just rejected by family and friends cannot be based on what you thing of this US Military Veteran’s personality. These children with a promising future that went off to war changed and citizens that never lived through the daily routine actions of life and death have no way to see what coming home is! Newspapers imply that I am a danger to society for what I am. Politicians and law enforcement communicate this danger to the public in verbal as well as non-verbal way. My PTSD and TBI two of my four disabilities from the Marine Corps are the very reason my mental state is used to harm my character as government retribution to stop my freedom of speech. My medical care for my MC disabilities is stopped until I stop writing these opinion letters of government wrongs. We could not leave, nor did we want to leave, we just became complacent with death and fulfilled our obligation to serve in the US Armed Forces. I am not a hardened combat veteran. I lived through two Vietnam offensives but I was support. I did eight convoys as American Advisor delivering surplus supplies to friendly posts deep in the bush so why the flashbacks to a world-civilized society says is wrong. You the citizens we did it for will never understand or even start to see as long as communication is censored because the news media wants you to reject us as a danger. The danger of newspapers censoring opinion letters of government wrongs is a contributing force to this civilized society’s rejection of US Military never completely coming home.
A veteran Resort-Chapel for homeless veterans to live free of charge in a cabin of their own is the very least we can do. My wife and daughters lived through and still do: my MC life. My wife knows my dream of helping other veterans have a chance coming home can work. How can we teach our children in schools to not bully if our newspapers use bullying every day? “Teach civility because you cannot run a democracy without civilly” is the very words of Ben Franklin that the newspaper quotes. Bullying can take many forms such as an editor censoring opinion letters of government wrongs to teach a lesson on who must obey whom! Bullying is government officials using their trusted power of the people to seek and get retribution on any individual. The worst part of bullying is a newspaper refusing to inform the voters of a candidate running for public elected office because of biased reporting. I am a candidate for NH State Senate District 21. The newspapers and government are teaching me silence must be taken when a government official gives the order. We can never tolerate the NH Supreme Court criminally using their power to allow government officials and other judge’s to discriminate how the law affects each individual on a case-by-case bases. Bullying is to prevent the people to not know of a 100% combat related disabled Veteran and his wife spending their life savings to buy waterfront property in Lee NH to start a Veteran Resort-Chapel. A place free of charge for Disabled and all Veterans to mentally and physically come home and not go through what my wife and children did with me. Bullying is not to print a response letter to a newspaper article because the editors do not want the their readers to hear the other side. Discrimination by any definition is still discrimination.

My wife and I put up our life savings to buy eleven acres of water front property in Lee NH to build may be ten cabins for homeless veterans to live free of charge until they get back on their feet or forever. We also want to build ten or so waterfront campsites for veterans and their families to go to build a better relationship also for free. The editors are so adamant to harm my character in the public eye they refuse to print my opinion letters on the subject. I am a veteran that came back and had no right to because much butter men and women gave their lives that would have better contributed to this civilized society. A veteran with his wife’s help: helping other veterans come home mentally and physically from defending and protecting our USA. 600 homeless veterans in NH alone and this civilized society will not speak up as the newspapers censor opinion letters just like this one on government wrongs. I am 100% disabled with four disabilities, three being combat related. PTSD and TBI is a situation that my wife and children has endured and accepted with out kicking me out and now she wants to help other Veterans have the same chance. I broke my back during one Vietnam offensive being blown off the runway, recovered and went on another mission only to have my ears lose most of the hearing from explosions.

I have endured as I read “Paddling for prevention of suicide in the newspaper today. Suicide is some thing I should have done before coming back to the “world” USA. I was just to ignorant to realize citizens that never served in our armed forces will never accepting us back. Suicide prevention is hearing what is said not just listening. 600 homeless veterans on the streets of NH being used to stop the words of a 100% disabled veteran on the NH Supreme Court criminal violations of the Constitution. What a life I put my wife and daughter through and they are still willing to stand by me. Protecting the voters from such a danger constitutes to fix an election by censoring of the truth from the newspaper readers. To strip one candidate from any opinion letters of government wrongs to inform the voters of maybe a corrective government action candidate for the people hurts everyone. May be it is not just this one candidate. Maybe over the years the editors have grown with so much power as the only public information source many more chances to make the USA better have been lost. The web has changed that but the editors are too ignorant to stop their harmful crimes against humanity. I can say harmful to humanity because the editors refuse to inform the public my wife and I just bought an eleven acre water front property to start a Veteran Resort-Chapel to help homeless and all US Military come home mentally as well as physically. This will be a place at no cost for US Military Veterans and their families to reunite. I have almost every day since coming back from the Vietnam Conflict volunteered to help other citizens have a better life. My dream has always been to help other US Military coming back not to go through what I have done. PTSD and TBI I know affected my wife and daughters but they never pushed me out. Carol Shea-Porter never served in our military. She is a nightmare that just wants to spend taxpayer’s dollars. The editors believe the words of a US Military Veteran with 4 disabilities, three being combat related must be silenced for the safety of the community. My wife and I put up our life savings last week to buy land to start a Veteran Resort-Chapel to help and support US Military Veterans come home mentally and physically free to the US Military Veteran. We did not have to do this but my wife supports my dream to help those that gave so much for the USA. I cannot let what so many gave for you to live free and safe to be in VAIN. Kindness to US Military Veterans
People praise me for the volunteer helping others that I do every day. People tell me how much they respect US Military Veterans and that they want to help any veteran in any way that they can. No one sees the reality that the mind of some (Not all) combat veterans: what we did comes back every day. We learn to live with it or it engulfs our lives. No one understands we have no control over our own minds as if we want to live like this. You see us living just like the average person never to witness the other side and if you do civilized society classifies it as the cruel criminal side. The mental person is what this civilized society calls me. The local police refer to me as a danger to the community. Suicide is the solutions for you thank we with parades when to days veteran comes home but soon forget the effects that have not engulfed our minds yet. 25% of the homeless in the USA is US Military Veterans ignored or rejected by the very civilized society we did it for. Only 10% of the US Population ever joins the US Military. You praise us (just like the newspapers will do to this letter) THEN you censor our words for the danger you believe we are.
The newspapers refuse to tell their reader that I want to build a Veteran resort-chapel in Lee NH. A place where homeless veterans can live free of charge until they mentally and physically come home: if ever. I want campsites where US Military Veterans and their families can vacation to try to adjust to life back here. The news goes so far as to hide or keep from the public that this 100% disabled US Marine is running for NH State senator District 21. This civilized society praises and thanks us with one hand while stabbing us in the back with the other. Struggle to stay alive
The news is fixed. In todays paper the article about if reporters want access to the white house: government officials before publication must approve all articles. Unbiased news has a conflict if the person the article is about has to approve it first. The news is to inform the readers paying for the newspaper to have the unbiased facts. I am running for NH State Senate District 21 but the news refuses to talk about me unless it harms my character in the public eye. My wife and I have taken our life savings and are starting a Veteran Resort-Chapel but the news refuses to even print my opinion letters informing the Lee Residents, citizens of NH and the USA. Opinion letters are the people’s way to communicate the good and bad to keep a well-informed society. My dream of helping those that went off to war for our nation and came back is for the public good. I have told you many times of my four received separately disabilities, three being combat related. There was no help when I came back. People spit on us and yelled baby killer as we first set foot in the USA from “In Country”. The VA has not changed it was a hopeless joke back then and it is the same now. The VA with the help of the NH government have stopped my medical care for combat related disabilities and the news media refuses to print my opinion letters of government wrongs. The news in NH must be fixed if reporters want access to government officials as in DC they must get government permission to print only approved information.
The health and welfare of those that went off to war and came back must be ours as a nation top priority. I came back with PTSD and TBI only to have NH declare me a terrorist using my military disabilities to put me in jail. This is all too common and no one sees it because the government claims safety of the public is first. NH using my military disabilities found a way for the public safety to stop my writing of criminal wrongs by judge Peter Fauver and the NH Supreme Court. To cover up government wrongs by diminishing the guaranteed Constitutional rights of any one individual cannot be tolerated. The harm to the public safety is my wife and I giving our life savings to help war torn US Military Veterans have a better life back here and the newspapers censoring the facts from the public. These that my wife and I want to help are the very children that went off to fight for the rights of every one of you individuals.
The fact that the news media will censor this letter shows just how honest and caring they are for the safety on those not in the elite part of civilized society. PTSD/TBI/Broken back/loss of most hearing both ears are my four service-connected disabilities. There of the four is combat related. What advise can Abby give to someone the news media has made the public believe is a danger as he tries to help the veterans in need have a place in this civilized society back here in the real world. The State of New Hampshire declared me a terrorist under the Patriot act to stop my opinion letters of government wrongs. My volunteering to help this Madbury NH family stop the danger of elected government officials using the trusted power of government for their own self gain is why the news media refuses to inform the public of the truth. I am trying to help homeless veterans have a place to live as they attempt to leave the harmful effects of war behind. The attempt to ask Abby for advice seems to be a way to have the news media hear and understand that there is more to the meaning of to listen in order to understand what the US Military Veteran is going through when we come back to the “real World”.
Do the editors understand the reason that I can continuously write of these criminal government wrongs is because there is nothing so powerful as the truth? Do the citizens have a right to know?
The residents of Lee and all of New Hampshire have the god given right to be informed of my developing a Veteran Resort-Chapel on Stepping Stone road in Lee NH. The right is not only for those that do not want to have God in their back yard to be informed but to allow those that want to help US Military Veterans come home mentally and physically or at least live out their lives in a beautiful caring setting to help or at the very least be informed of the truth. My wife and I are spending our life savings to develop these eleven acres in to a conservative natural place. We want to put a few isolated cabins and some campsites for homeless veterans or those suffering PTSD to have a place (free of charge) to call home and be in a safe environment. The campsites would also help families visit or adjust.
It is like the newspapers have assumed for the safety of the community that to censor my opinion of government wrongs is the correct path. I volunteer every day in some way to help others have a better life. I am running for NH State Senate District 21 but the news censors the facts. I served as a US Marine during the Vietnam Conflict. I came home with four separate disabilities three being from separate missions combat related. My family suffers with my PTSD as the newspapers and government use that to scare the public into the danger they want you to believe that I am. To censor the words of any citizens is wrong but to censor the words of a 100% disabled US Military Veteran as government retribution to stop my free speech of government wrongs cannot be tolerated. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case because it was Judge Peter Favuer that committed crimes against our Constitution to intentionally harm NH residents. It does not matter what they do to me but to allow the Madbury NH selectmen to use government authority to take from local residents for the selectmen’s own profit or gain is wrong and cannot be allowed. I went to Vietnam as all US Military Personal go to war to defend and protect our Constitution.

It is a matter of calling me names and hurting other people versus maybe giving me a hand in setting up this Veteran Resort-Chapel. It is my wife and my life savings not costing the Government anything. If people after I have the LLC and the Chapel properly registered with the State would like to donate or inform us of grants available that world be great. It is going to be a simple process of cutting in the roads, septic and drill a well before the cabins for the homeless veterans or the out side Chapel-bar-grill can be opened. I am a 100% disabled Combat related US Military veteran that is fulfilling my life dream of helping other US Military Veterans come home and avoid what happen to the Vietnam Era Veterans. We must identify why the newspapers censor my words. A form of communication recognized by our founding fathers and giving constitutional protection of freedom of the press yet they cover up and censor the words of citizens that gave to protect and defend just such freedom. It is a matter of the truthful facts being covered up by the news media to protect elite people with good reputations.
A place for war torn US military Veterans to go and may be come home mentally and physically. Citizens the average person see as a bum living on the street has a 25% chance of being a Veteran neglected or ignored by our government and society. I want to give them a place to go and eat good food plus have the place to go on the eleven-acre place to be alone or with others. It will be their home as long as the wish to come and go freely. There will be campsites for other veterans and their families to come and enjoy a free vacation. A place set right here in NH with no strings attached for the US Military Veteran to be welcome. There will be no profit in it for my wife or I. The outside Bar-grill-chapel will hope full in the five months a year open make enough money to support the venture. If the Resort-Chapel needs more money to help more and more veterans in need my wife and I will give it as we can. Do the newspapers have the right to stop the residents of NH from learning and maybe helping create a place for the US military veteran to call home?
To let the news censor the words of a candidate for NH State Senate District 21 constitutes a criminal act. To cover up any citizen telling that the NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case where a lower court judge criminally violated the constitution to harm the residents of NH just cannot be tolerated. To continue to let the VA and NH stop this 100% disabled US Military Veterans’ medical care until I stop writing opinion letters just like this one people tell me just cannot happen in the USA. The free words of the individual about government wrongs must at all cost come first and forth with in the newspapers and news media.

The reality of why I ever came back alive cannot be seen. Get over it is what so few say the loudest. The head pain and body pain only gets worse as each day passes. NH and the VA stop my medical care for combat related disabilities and the silence of the public are deafen. There are thousands upon thousands of disabled US Military walking around the streets unrecognized or ignored or rejected by the VA and our civilized society for the very reason the public believes we should get over it. In NH alone the homeless and rejected ponder through life for there is no one left or place to go. I so bad want to commit suicide at this very moment for even though I am sitting here typing my mind and all around me feels as if I am there and it makes no since even to me. It makes no since because I see where I am but is it real for me to believe and feel that I am there? The most ridicules part of being Sgt in the Marine Corps was talking other men out of killing them selves just so they did not have to come back to the world. (USA) I have no memory of growing up from a TBI disability so with no reference how do you explain. Now the fear that was not there at the time is mixed up with the reality of is this today real. The newspapers take a deaf ear to the opinion letters of this individual for a US Marine cannot reach reality so far out. To censor the words of a 100% combat related disabled individual in the USA where freedom of speech is what we are fighting for makes no part to reality.
TBI mixed with PTSD is a combination our VA and NH government is using to cause me to use violence to justify their claims of danger. This civilized society is so complacent that this cruel and criminal act could not happen in the USA never mind in the State of New Hampshire. The thing is I am not the only one like this. US Military Veterans on the street or isolated from there loved ones because this civilized society just does not see or hear us. I honestly thought Mandy Merrill NH State Senator District 21 that I am running for her seat I asked for help and she has done nothing in her full terms. This is the case with all our elected and government official. They are doing this to protect the good character of Judge Peter Fauver from my exposing his criminal violations of the Constitution to intentionally harm residents of Madbury NH. The NH Supreme Court refuses to hear the case to cover up these criminal wrongs of Judge Peter Favuer. I am running for NH State Senate District 21 do the editors have an obligation to tell their readers the full truth. The truth is our courts and government is using my Medical disabilities received protecting and defending our Constitution to isolate me and scare the public. Editors censor the public from being informed of a chance to give homeless veterans a place to live. What type of nation did we come home to? My wife and I bought eleven-acres of land in Lee NH with our life savings. We want to build ten 12’x24’ cabins for homeless US Military Veterans to live. We want to have ten water front campsites for veterans and their families to come to reunite. We want to have an outside chapel-bar and grill run by an entrepreneur (we are still looking for) and donate part of the profits to keep the Veteran Chapel Resort going. We want to let our spirits help your spirits. There is no self-gain for my wife and I. This is my way of giving for coming back alive when so many better than I gave their lives for the USA. Can a form of communication such as the newspapers and news media have the right to censor the public from helping homeless US Military Veterans?
The “Nashua-to Newington ride hits home for veterans” ranks in the mists of the Portsmouth Iraq coming home parade for what? Kids go off to war and come back something this civilized society does not know how to accept. You (meaning this society) put us in jail or even worse rejects and ignores our disabilities or shortcomings because you do not hear us as you listen. The editors print all this self gratification articles but refuse to print the true facts of what life back here in the “Real World” USA is like for PTSD/TBI U. S. Military Veterans that were unlucky enough to come back alive. There is no self-pity here. My shortcomings are my own creation and for what I did cannot blame anyone else. The wrongs that I did over there were in combat situations and what right do you that never served have to spit on me and call me names.

The news media believes the reputations of these high and mighty leaders is more important than the lives of PTSD-TBI disabled US Military Veterans dragging down your civilized society.

It has started the long road to helping A 100% disabled US Military Veteran helping other US Military Veterans come home mentally as well as physically. I cannot believe the few that give derogatory remarks to what I say in my letters. To accept what so few say makes so many others stay away in fear. I am nobody that volunteers every day to help other individuals. There is nothing special about me as my act is selfish for I came back alive when so many better than I gave their lives to keep what we have here in the USA strong and free. I am asking nothing for it is my obligation to see what so many US Military gave over the history of the USA is not and will never be in VAIN. There is no selfish motive as my life since coming back in 74 has been to volunteer to help others every chance possible. I do this Veteran Resort-Chapel because I came back with no memory from TBI of ever being in the USA. I came back with three other combat related disabilities to a nation that spit one me with scorn and rejection. We come back different even if many forges a normal life back here in the world say it had no effect on them. Some veterans are lucky as I feel that I have been. I struggle ever day with suicide and other mental and physical disabilities that others never see. The Veteran Resort-Chapel is a place for all veterans to go with or without family to try to come back in there own way. I accept the comments good or bad for it is individuals freely expressing their own ideas and that is what we fought to protect and defend.
My wife is a great woman. She and I are putting our life savings into this because we are lucky. It is our way of saying that to US Military Veterans that a silent hand with no obligations for staying or using the Veteran Resort-Chapel will be there for you. Coming home for some US Military is difficult as the roads we took and the trauma we faced along with the disabilities that we incurred changed the way we think and react. My wife and I know to make this successful helping the US Military Veteran it will have to be a self-sustaining business. We want to place an out side bar and grill on the property with a chapel to bring the public to help support the US Military Veteran come home and enjoy it along the way.
I ask those that want an idea what it will be; to go over to the “Rough” in Yorke Maine on Rt. 1 behind the Barn Restaurant. This property (eleven acres) we bought in Lee NH is so unique that with the Chapel, bar and grill about 200 feet in the woods from the road will leave an area thousands of feet away near the water for the campsites and cabins for the Veterans to come home mentally and physically.
It is my belief that the people of NH have the right to know these facts. The newspapers and news media censor my words. NH and the VA stopped my medical care for combat related disabilities to stop my opinion of government wrongs. To keep the public ignorant of any person trying to help US Military Veterans come home mentally and physically is the greatest crime of all time.

US Military Veterans the ones that protect the Freedom of Speech that the editors so independently censor to the opinion they believe will not harm politicians with good reputation. Direct or in direct the harm exists or am I just paranoid trying to help those that gave the ultimate for our freedom to exist.
The editors are covering up by to censor my opinion that the NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case of criminal wrongs by judge Peter Favuer to intentionally harm US citizens. Fauver violated the Constitution intentionally. The NH SC in refusing to hear the case of government documented facts as uncontested proof when presented to them defies the logic of any reasonable person to exist. This opinion letter of government wrongs will go to Fauver, the NH SC and thousands of other people and newspapers. The truth is so well established that there is no libel in my telling the world in writing. The newspapers use my PTSD and TBI to scare the people into believing that I am a danger to the public. I am running for NH State senate district 21 is it possible the newspaper because they are a private business can control freedom of speech to harm the public. Think about it my wife and I use our life savings to buy land and start a place for US Military Veterans to go and the paper censors it from their readers. The Fosters and UL want the people to place ads in the paper but what facts are they censoring from the people that is important. The public and US Military Veterans being harmed do not even know it as the editors control freedom of speech. A US Military Veteran left out in the cold because the editors only print the truth that they believe promotes the newspapers beliefs. What a reason to place ads in these papers.
I have four service-connected disabilities. Three are combat related received during my 31-month tour over seas in and out of combat. I do not have the heroic claims to fame, as I was only support during two Vietnam offensives and American Advisor on eight convoys across Thailand, Laos and Cambodia to deliver surplus to friendly camps deep in the bush. It has been a tough life coming back to the world and trying to fit in. I make sure I volunteer helping others at least ones every day to show respect for the lost life’s of so many will never be in VAIN. To stop my medical care and then use those PTSD and TBI disabilities to harm my character and censor the public from the truth has no logic. To have the number of people that read my letters every day demonstrates to me US Military Veterans have no place back here as they are silent keeping these government wrongs to continue.

Michael Phelps twitted the US President in response to the president’s Congratulating Phelps on the gold, “I am proud to represent the greatest country in the world”. This is how most if not all U.S. Military personal feel; we are representing the greatest nation in the world. This brings up the question why the citizens portray caring and wanting the best for the returning US Military Veterans but has the underlying death wish for us. Michael Phelps became a millionaire for his never serving in the US Military because those that serve delay or give up the opportunity of college or youthful chances to become great. Think of all the gifted children that lost their chances because they defended and protected the USA. The people of the USA fail to understand the Veterans Administration harms veterans but never takes the blame. Elected officials such as Martha Fuller Clark and Carol Shea-Porter use their position in government to ignore, neglect or harm US Military Veterans if it will not promote their own elected selfish positions. To censor the words of a US military Veteran says it all.
I am not against asking other people for help starting and organizing this Veteran Chapel-resort. This has been a dream for over twenty-years. My wife suggested since our children are on their own and we had saved that the money could be used to help other US Military Veterans. I have received derogatory remarks from a few but that does not matter for this is a US Military Veteran helping other US Military Veterans. The newspapers believe to censor my word is to prevent a danger to the public. NH and the VA stopped my medical care for combat related disabilities. It has been the belief of the government officials and the editors that a common person such as myself is not qualified to speak publicly of criminal wrongs by the NH Supreme Court. The NH SC refused to hear a case presented with proven facts of government records and documents that Judge Peter Fauver criminally diminished the Constitution to intentionally harm US Citizens. Facts do not lie and that is why illegal government retribution has been used to stop me but I fail to stop. These government officials and NH SC justices may have college degrees along with a reputation but we the people are the USA. It is we the people that must stand together and help other people. This is why I volunteer my time every day to help others. May be if Michael Phelps and President Obama helped other’s by becoming a member of the US Armed Services they would be just another person such as we.
To censor my words is the greatest injustice to the US Armed Forces that this world could bestow. I am not against asking other people for help to give US Military Veterans a chance to have a place to unwind free in NH, as maybe some one should tweet Phelps and the President about US Military Veterans.
