Tom Fahey Response Personal freedom
What leads the state of NH in freedom is the unethical biased articles in the newspapers miss leading the individuals. Freedom starts with every citizen having the right with out government retribution to question any government official that is including the NH Supreme Court. The newspaper does not possess the right to sway the truth to make the public believe one individual is a danger for being willing to volunteer his time to documents criminal wrongs of the NH SC to diminish our (the people’s) rights to protect one of the SC brother judge to help other citizens being harmed. Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to intentionally harm citizens in his court to benefit a special class of society. Freedom is protecting the rights of all individuals, Tom Fahey’s article infers benefiting the Democrat or Republican Party not the people is the way.
The NH SC refused to hear a case presented to them of Judge Peter Fauver allowing the Madbury NH Selectmen to steal from the local residents for their own benefit. A conflict of interest by the NH SC to protect a brother judge diminishing the rights of the individual is a clear act of Discrimination. The newspaper refusing to report the case relinquishes our freedom to a totalitarianism form of state. The newspapers censoring the opinion of the individual reporting such crimes against the USA is just WRONG.
The State of New Hampshire rejecting my Constitutional right to “Redress of Grievances” over seven times can never be acceptable. The newspapers refusing to print the facts of government retribution of stopping a 100% combat related disabled US Marine’s medical care to stop my opinion letters questions if any freedom exists today for the individual. Tom do you know why I can write a letter that contains names and positions “There is nothing so powerful as truth”? Harassment by the state and local police can only be topped when the Strafford County Sheriff arrests (detains) me to attempt to scare me into stop writing letters telling the world of Judge Peter Fauver’s criminal acts. John Lynch NH governor refusing to speak with me of government wrongs but taking my money to do so is a crime in itself.
This direct response to a newspaper article will be censored. Tell me what freedom the Union leader is talking about? This is a clear and precise letter of government wrongs harming our freedom and Constitution the news alone in such an article requires morally and ethically to be printed for the truth is what freedom is built on.

newspaper ignorance and my letters
My letters
Every day from across the USA I get calls telling me of someone reading my letters on sites that I have never heard of. It is good to know that my letters generate so much interest. One must look at the local newspapers in NH that censor every one of my letters for their receptiveness or because I offend people with good reputation. A person that can write the truth and be read worldwide has to question why no one speaks out about all the government wrongs. A simple citizen takes a case to the NH Supreme Court of government wrongs. The NH Supreme Court refuses to hear the case because it involves a brother judge committing constitutional crimes against the peace and dignity of the state of NH and USA. The conflict of interest and the Discrimination of the NH SC yell out for the public to be informed for it is our rights they (the NHSC) are diminishing. “There is nothing so powerful as the truth” the words of Daniel Webster printed everyday on the front page of the Union leader as these hypocrites refuse to print the truth to protect a special class of society over the average citizen. The NH SC can never be allowed to violate the Constitution even if it is to stop a disabled veteran that has no right to speak out according to the NH government. If a civilized society believes communication is the proper way over violence to solve problems then why can the NH SC or for that matter any government official violate the law to stop me and the newspapers refuse to print the opinion of the people of government wrongs.
A person yesterday called me after reading one of my letters inquiring about why fifty residents of Jackson NH died in WWII. I had no idea but I told him some times small town children use the military to escape. This is what my letters do inspire people to learn and talk about US Military Veterans and what we are. My letters also tell of my medical care being stopped to stop my letters. Our government as the newspapers censor is committing everyday new wrongs and the public is kept ignorant. My letters are such public items around the world for they are the basic reason that fifty residents of Jackson NH gave their lives during WWII. The military in all wars and conflict give their lives to protect and defend our Constitution against the very acts the NH SC are doing. I am a no body that came back from a conflict to a place that does not want us.
The New Hampshire Supreme Court is not stronger or better than me. The New Hampshire Supreme Court is a part of me and every citizen of this great nation the USA and as such we the people must retain the power to correct the SC when they are wrong. Here is what the fifty residents of Jackson NH during WWII and all the other US military over the history of the USA give for.
There is nothing so powerful as the truth or ignorant as a newspaper that refuses to print it.

Lady Liberty
Lady Liberty
Sundays Union Leader on the opinion page in my opinion is mocking lady Liberty with an energy efficient light bulb. The sad part of freedom is that future generation just does not understand that freedom is earned and must be cherished for nothing is permanent. A letter on the same page from a 93-year-old Veteran (Henry Stanulonis) cannot afford the copayments that the VA is charging for medical care. My response letter to this page will be censored for it does not say what the editors deem appropriate for the readers to draw their own opinion from. I am a 100% disabled US Marine with four disabilities three being combat related that the NH government with the silence of the newspapers and support of the VA stopped my medical care until I stop writing letters just like this one. The newspapers believe censoring my letters protects the public from the danger our society wants to tell you that I am. Lady liberty does not need a light bulb she needs society to realize the hardship and pain the US Military veterans do to protect and defend our Constitution for that is the flame Lady Liberty is holding.
A 93-year old person, on top of that a US Military Veteran suffering for this nation will raise the elected officials pay and benefits over the life of another. It is understandable that my letters of criminal wrongs by the NH Supreme Court to cover up the criminal acts of Judge Peter Fauver are not important enough to print. The priority of the editors will mock freedom over the life of US Military Veterans standing for a nation that’s “eco-friendly mandated freedom shine” takes priority over a life it self. The life of lady liberty hinges on this civilized society being educated on the history of what US Military Veterans such as this 93-year old (Henry Stanulons) gave to keep lady liberty alive. Life is not in the eco-friendly light but in the USA the freedom our US Military gave so much for so those that never serve can have a future.
Talking is a civilized way to solve problems over violent solution. NH put me in jail to stop my opinion letters and the newspapers supported it. This did not work so you stopped my medical care. The NH governor (Lynch) does not believe that I am important enough to talk to.
God I hope my life ends far shorter than 93 years for when NH’s largest newspaper can mock lady liberty the freedom the US Military is fighting to protect and defend no longer exists. Censoring the opinion of the people is justifiable when the New Hampshire Governor Lynch can so freely shun the words of US Military Veterans because it is not politically correct to recognize people so low in society. The Sunday Union Leader is only diming the respect lady liberty has earned over the years on the backs of the Men and Women that gave so much for her. All US citizens deserve health care. The US Military Veteran has earned health care even if it means drastic cuts in elected officials pay and benefits. The UL and all the newspapers censoring my words is a demonstration of what the eco-friendly light bulb means.

New Hampshire Underground
New Hampshire Underground
It is like a repeat message saving the USA. I have to give my thanks to the NH Underground web site. Russell and Kat do not even know me (except I did meet them once at a cook out) yet they have printed everyone of my letters on the NHUG web site daily. Here are people that for the good of the USA up root their lives to live in a different state to make a difference. Politicians and the elite part of society will have you believe these are violent groups of people trying to take over the USA, which is not true. I am not just talking about Kat and Russell but all the Free Staters across the USA. They carry firearms and speak openly of making the USA a better place. They have a message just like the Democratic or Republican groups that some also carry firearms. The right to bare arms is a part of our highest law, the Constitution. I personally do not carry or allow in my home firearms for what my experiences taught me about death and destruction in a conflict. This is the USA and we the people (all the people) have a voice and must be allowed to speak it freely to make a difference. It is like a repeat message from 1776.
I was impressed the day that I met Russell and Kat. They are good average American citizens that give in a society that greed has become the norm. That day at the cook out I met a lot of other Free Staters to my astonishment were just like you and me except their conviction to make the USA a better place for all the people with less government interference. This group of citizen’s uses nonviolent tactics to try to change what they see is wrongs in our government. I read in the newspapers sometimes of one or more of these nonviolent people being arrested on charges everyone knows are questionable miss use of the law as a government persuader to bring freedom of speech into line with the Democratic or Republican message. They repeat the nonviolent message as overzealous government powers dictates futilely to stop and this is what impresses me.
I am what the newspapers and government want you the people to believe are a danger to the public. Government character assignation is a criminal violation of our highest law the Constitution. Newspaper censoring the words of the people is the greatest danger to the USA making it a message worth repeating. Governor Lynch refusing to speak with a 100% combat related disabled US Marine is a message that the NH citizens should be repeating because our government must listen to the people at all times. I have four received at separate times, three being combat related disabilities as I feel a flashback approaching. I must go and attempt to get this letter off before. My thank you to Russell and Kat along with all the other citizens of the USA willing to give to make the USA better is always worth repeating.

God Knows Violence is not the answer
God Knows Violence is not the answer
Every non-violent way (to solve the situation of the NH Supreme Court criminally violating the Constitution with conflict of interest and discrimination by refusing to hear a case presented to the SC of a brother judge using (himself and allowing other government officials) government powers for retaliation against US citizens) I have tried. The newspapers censor the facts leaving politicians like governor Lynch to ignore my trying to talk in the civilized manner to solve problems with out violence. The government went so far as to stop my medical care for combat related disabilities until I stop writing opinion letters of government wrongs. The newspapers infer the danger to the public that my presence is as they harm my character to deter public support. I read an article today in the Union Leader Veterans page about “Vietnam II” delayed PTSD. You label me a danger but ignore the fact that everyday I also cannot forget what I did. My actions made me a US Marine and I take pride in my service defending and protecting our Constitution. I write this letter in the hopes publishing it will encourage our government officials to publicly speak with me of the wrongs in government. Our government has put me in jail as a terrorist to encourage me to stop writing these letters. This letter will most likely do the same.
Our government officials violate the law and Constitution to stop my words and the newspapers will tell you the danger to the public that I am with out consideration to the fact freedom of speech to what end?
Tell me if what I am is so bad that the NH governor Lynch shunning me is not Vietnam all over again.

Peter Asks Support What
Peter Asks Support what?
The question of a lifetime is asking for the answer. To support what can be the main ingredient to what a person is or is not. Selfish people look to their own needs over all others or when money is involved the word greed can be used. A politician is a person that serves to help others with the intention to make the nation a better place for future generation. Greed and selfish individuals have so infiltrated our government that the motivation to serve has become solely for the power and money that one can achieve with taxpayer’s lives. Our legal system has become mica for the formation of a special class of citizens to drain the average citizens of not only money but also self-respect using our highest courts to justify the totalitarianism of government power over the people. The information highway of communication (news media) for the people, greed overwhelms to the point profits over truth now rains down on the nation where the best lair becomes our next elected official if the newspapers want him or her. A question of a lifetime has to be where am I?
A murder suicide tops the NH news last night. It is too late for this family but what about the next. Government is not the answer it is the problem. The news media so destroys lives with miss information the ends must justify the means. The news believes censoring the words of the people is the best way to stop others from asking the questions. I question the criminal acts of the NH Supreme Court and the government powers stops my medical care for combat related disabilities. Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to harm US citizens against the peace and dignity of the State and the NH SC refused to hear the case. A conflict of interest and discrimination used by our highest courts and the newspapers censor the facts because it is just a disabled US Marine speaking. How many people have to die before the question of a lifetime is asked? The news media believes stating the truth in such a way to imply the danger this US Marine is to the public is protecting the USA from this individual. It is like telling me that only murder and suicide will bring the answer if someone will ask the question.
I volunteer every day. I help people freely. The only danger here is my willingness to tell the USA of the wrongs in NH and the NH SC. The people are the answer. Intentional harm by government officials and the newspapers censoring the facts does not justify the NH Supreme Court’s freedom to use the law for self-gain. The answer is the people where is the question. It comes down to newspaper silence of a nation harming disabled US Military Veterans in retaliation for the veteran’s free speech is the question of a lifetime. How dare any newspaper censoring the words and opinion of the people. US Military Veterans give and you stick it up our ( ) when we come back.

The Constitution
The Constitution
It does not matter if we are talking about the US or the NH Constitution. The Constitution is the highest and most powerful law of the USA. The NH Bill of Rights is the first part of the NH Constitution because our forefathers believed that the people’s rights were more important than the other parts. Every individual, not just the majority or leaving those out that do not deserve, has the unalienable rights to equal protection of the law. We the people must at all times have the right to question the NH Supreme Court decisions and actions. Every individual, it does not matter rich or poor, smart or dumb, black or white has the right to and must (it is the obligation) expose criminal wrongs committed by judges and the NHSC. The citizens of the USA should be in an outrage for what the VA and NH government are doing. The NH SC covered up a brother judge criminally violating our Constitution and the newspapers refuse to print opinion letters to the public about this.
At this very moment I want to call my Cousin living in Dover Vermont and ask him does thoughts come back to him also. I will not call because it is not my place to talk about what I did. Then again I will not call and spark thoughts that may be others do not think about since coming back of what they did. My cousin is a US Marine Tunnel Rat. The worst and dangerous job mankind could dream up. My experiences do not even come close to what others have in every war or conflict gone through. I feel like I am in a box (yes I do write letters) and there is no one to ask how to get out. I slid through life back here in the world “USA” for over thirty years just volunteering waiting to die. One time I volunteer to a family that called me out of the blue to ask for help. I met a nice average family that judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to aid government abuse in Madbury NH against the peace and dignity of the state. I am proud to help other people any time that I can. The conflict of interest and discrimination by the NH SC to cover up these criminal wrongs for the benefit of a brother judge must be publicly talked about. The NH government and VA have stopped my medical care as the sides close in. My medical care exists today but the NH DMV can get appointments for me to attempt to take my driver’s license quicker than I (the combat related disabled US Marine) can get help. My cousin is my friend that I rarely see. He fought for our Constitution and I am sure the pride in his mind have compromised justification for the coming back alive against the innuendos and protest to the land we gave it all for. It is just not my right to call anyone and talk about what silence must be on what we did.
The courts and NH government have sealed the box as a form of discrimination that the Newspapers justify with their silence of the truth.
It just no longer matters as the people of the USA have demonstrated that the Constitution does not apply to US Marine that came back for what we did. When the people allow the Constitution to leave anyone individual from the equal protection of the law this document is now a worthless piece of paper.
Censoring the truth qualifies your newspaper, as a rag as I am sure this response to the newspapers unethical practices will be censored also.

Censoring the truth qualifies your newspaper, as a rag as I am sure this response to the newspapers unethical practices will be censored also.

I want answers
I Want answers
With no memory from my Traumatic Brain Injury right out of Parris Island Marine Corps Boot camp life is a question. It has been over thirty years should there not be answers that I can accept by now. Who do you believe? Discrimination against US Military Veterans coming back runs rampart because this civilized society cannot accept what we did. The hidden agenda of cover up to make one believe every thing possible is being done at great expense to thank the citizens that went off to fight our wars. Homelessness, lack of medical care, neglect and ostracize to jail and loss of freedom happens to so few returning that the civilized society can rationalize it to the burden so few will place on so many by what money society puts forward to help might leave a few behind is ok. Discrimination by the news media to censor a US Military Veterans words is wrong. My words tell of the wrongs that taking my freedom to protect citizens with good reputations in government. I have no memory to guide me in my struggle coming back to the world (USA). My silence is to speak loudly for I cannot be restricted by the norms of society into compromise leaving some behind for the good of so many others. I killed in cold blood with no emotions for the good of mankind as a selfless pride fills my mind, as others just do not understand how one lives like this. I am a 100% disabled US Marine that the newspapers believe deserves the harm and discrimination our VA officials and government are placing on me for the safety of mankind. Stopping anyone’s medical care that does not obey government officials can be justified if the news media does not provoke the public awareness with the facts. The fact that I lost my memory as a US Marine is irrelevant. After losing my memory my MC tour took me overseas for thirty-one months. PTSD and two other combat related disabilities ravished my body to come back to be censored by the newspapers as discrimination is justified by the reasoning that the public safety comes first.
Discrimination is NH governor Lynch refusing to speak with a 100% disabled US Marine because of the character assignation by government officials telling the public with the help of the news media the danger my presents is. Discrimination is our government diminishing disabled US Marine’s guaranteed rights to stop my words of the NH Supreme Court’s harm to the citizens of NH. Discrimination is the News media and government singling me out because I refuse to stay silent of the wrongs being done to US Military Veterans across the USA. Discrimination is this civilized society claiming talk to avoid violence is the proper way refusing to speak to this one US Marine for the danger the MC image places on the safety of society.
I have no memory but something just does not seem right.

No print Response opinion
No print response opinion.
The words of the individual in a free society are the most important source of information. Articles written by news media about a subject even though we are told it is unbiased facts it is still just one side. The Response of the person the article is harming or the many people the article will harm are what the news media use to attempt to insure their readers got. Communication is a civilized society’s belief to at all cost avoid violence to correct the wrongs. We the readers had no way to tell if the news media was allowing response to articles in the past. Slowly the civilized society is learning other forms of modern communication make the newspapers censoring a response nil. The newspapers are still an important part of our daily manner to gather information on what is happening. My words are censored in a manner that just calls for violence so the special class of society can claim that “see he was dangerous to the public as we called it correct when we publicly harmed his character”. I honestly believe the NH and federal government see their violating the Constitution to stop my words is for the public safety. I honestly believe the news media believes stopping some individual’s words allows them to keep dangerous sources of information from the readers.
We the people must be allowed to question the ethics and actions of the NH Supreme Court freely with out government retribution. Any individual even a US Marine that dropped out of high school at seventeen to serve his country has to have the same rights as all others. A family from a different town called my home to ask me for help and I had never met this family before. Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to allow the Madbury selectmen to steel using government power from this family. I volunteered my time to help this family because that is what a US Marine does for the USA. The NH SC committed the act of discrimination by refusing to hear a case of criminal wrongs committed by a brother judge. The NH and federal government used government retribution to stop my communication with the public of these wrongs. The news media believe this US Marine is such a danger to the public my words are censored on a daily bases.
The government went so far as to stop my medical care for combat related disabilities received defending and protecting this same Constitution being violated by the above stated. When the news media believes allowing the government to stop any persons medical care to silence free speech to stop a danger leaves the question shouldn’t the public be made aware of the totalitarianism that has invaded the USA?
May be the news media should give themselves another award for protecting the public from such a danger as this US Marine that volunteers to help others every day since returning from the Vietnam Conflict. Words are the way to avoid violence.

Bullying OK at state level
Bullying is OK at state level
Our nation is set that what is good for the majority is the correct way to do it. Bullying by elected and non-elected officials, Federal and State of NH is OK if it is to protect the special class over the Constitutional rights of the individual. The news Media no longer care for the truth if the individual is classified by the state as a danger to the public, it is OK to bully into submission and silence.
A natural born citizen that served in the Marine Corps coming back from the Vietnam Conflict 100% disabled to help a family from a different town because they were so desperate they called to ask a stranger for help. A natural born US citizen documents the NH Supreme Court diminishing our Constitution and out right committing the act of discrimination to protect a brother judge. I was injured four separate times during my MC tour defending and protecting our Constitution.
The Constitution is the foundation of the USA and as such can never be diminished in any form to protect some over the rights of others. I refuse to be violent because my actions as a US Marine introduced me to what those that never served and those that served but never went can understand. You keep telling me that talking is the civilized way to solve problems to overt violence. The governor even refuses to talk. The NH government violated our constitution by refusing my “Redress of Grievances” that I submitted over four times.
What right does the NH government have to violate the Constitution and the news media censors the facts. NH Constitution Part First article 10 brings violence to your front door. Do you understand this language?

Crying Wolfe
It is a favorite line for people to use to inform me that my letters are useless and that I should stop writing them. Crying Wolfe on the same subject by the same individual time and time again will only alienate you. The inward pressure on my brain this morning far exceeds the pain from my disabilities. The thoughts of depression are just a way to rationalize the pressure as the body’s way to inform the individual. No one want to hear or see the facts of what my words tell for they come from a person that is not really here. I am referred to as a mental case, a danger to the public, an individual that served his country and came home to the wrong place unable to regain what he left. The government stops my medical care but the lack of public awareness justifies the inevitable outcome. I came back from a conflict with memories that never go away or did I come back. I so much want to believe that the civilized way to solve problems is communication but how does censoring the words of the individual make it possible.
I read in the news that the government is starting programs to aid today’s veterans coming back but what about all the ones lost on the street from other engagements. Years ago the same words were used to quiet the public that the returning veterans were now recognized and are getting help. The government and news can silence the individual by character assignation to gain public support and the trusting public buys it. The Veterans Administration says it is changing to filter out programs that neglect or ignore veterans with disabilities. The VA refuses to treat veterans that cannot prove the disabilities came from service connected. The VA Red Flags or uses the term safety of the VA workers to limit or use substandard care to isolate and terminate the veteran. The public never hears the words for the news censors or filters words that may harm people with good reputations that control the situations. May be it is time for the fox to bite.
When the news media refuses to inform the public that the NH Supreme Court violate the Constitution to cover up a brother judge’s crimes against the public interest by harming the character of the individual there is something wrong. When the news media and government work together to stop the individual from being elected to public office because powerful people use character assignation with the term danger, ethics and responsibilities no longer exist.
The Veterans Today web took me on as a staff writer then rejected me as a danger, plus refuses to print my responses. The news media across the USA rejects me as a danger to the public. My country rejects me but never released me from my oath to protect and defend our Constitution. Have I become a Wolfe that must bite to get out of this benjo ditch to end this conflict of use less letters? The Vietnam Conflict has to end at least in my head.

Re Post
Till Death Do Us Part
I love my wife and would want no other sole mate. This letter has to do with the nation I give it all for, the people. My letters have been referred to as repetitive or makes no since as if written by someone mentally ill. My life is like a terminal event that just will not end. I volunteer every day to help others not for the credit but for coming back alive when far better (educated, mentally, physically) men and women died defending this very nation’s beliefs. Citizens trying to disparage anyone from listening to my words or God forgive ask a question publicly about the content of my letters use fear and personal safety as innuendos to harm my character. I have no choice for the pride what I did in the Marine Corps no matter how much I wish will never leave my thoughts stopping my right to exist in this civilized society. Society believes and it appears my wife is being absorbed into believing the danger to society that the US citizens harming my character are pushing for to stop the freedom of speech questioning the government wrongs I write about.
I am a US Marine that came back from a conflict with four disabilities each one received at a separate time. Three disabilities came during combat related missions, two during separate Vietnam offensives. I survived eight convoys as (the only English-speaking member) American Advisor delivering surplus supplies to friendly camps deep in the bush. I came home to be dropped off one day from the MC with no memory from one of my disabilities into a world that I did not know or understand. I stayed silent until a few years ago because of the stigma that civilized society stereotypes those lucky enough come back get. I kept others including my wife and daughters from seeing my mental and physical disadvantages to protect them from being ostracized from society as you are doing to me now.
Civilized society back here in the USA must be correct that protecting the NH Supreme Court from citizens like me is a must. I am confused that even yesterday some one asked me for help and I volunteered my time. People like me do not have the right to tell the world that a Judge violated the law and constitution to criminally harm those citizens not a member of the judicial branch of special citizens. The NH SC covered up by refusing to hear a case where a brother judge (Peter Fauver) intentionally with intent to harm criminally inflicted pain and suffering on other US citizens for his own gain or the gain of members of Fauver’s special class of society. The sheer act of conflict of interest on the NH SC to protect a brother judge over the welfare of the citizens of the USA demonstrates discrimination and lack of respect of the Constitution of the USA on the NH Supreme Courts part.
The news media has violated the trust of its readers by refusing to print my letters of government wrongs. By innuendoes the news media enforces the danger so few want so many to believe. Society accepts this for these civilized people stop my medical cares increasing the danger my wife feels to isolate me into a world that I do not belong. Communication is not a civilized society’s answer to any violence. My wife is the answer to a sole mate for eternity and I feel lucky to have met her.
